Blair to tackle 'menace' children

Youth with face blanked out
Mr Blair wants to stop tomorrow's troublemakers emerging

Tomorrow's potential troublemakers can be identified even before they are born, Tony Blair has suggested.

Mr Blair said it was possible to spot the families whose circumstances made it likely their children would grow up to be a "menace to society".

He said teenage mums and problem families could be forced to take help to head off difficulties.

He said the government had to intervene much earlier to prevent problems developing when children were older.

There could be sanctions for parents who refused to take advice, he said.

The PM has returned from his summer holiday to face intense speculation about his plans to step down.

In his first interview since his three-week stay in the Caribbean, Mr Blair insisted his policies could outlast his time in Downing Street.

His aides say people are more interested in problems like anti-social behaviour than in talk about when the prime minister will quit.

Au contraire the sooner Tony Blair departs the better for everyone, and there are far more people concerned about his disastrous leadership as the top "menace" in this country than those in power would care to acknowledge. Just saying something does not make it a fact of reality which seems to be the attempt of those in this government at its top concerning a reality they do not like to recognise.

There is a vastly incompetent civil service in this country which is misled by the power mongers internally and from the top to carry out crimes against the population which I have experienced directly on a daily basis 24/7 for the past eight years. Until the civil service is reformed with professional standards and proper management, whatever is done from the top such as this policy will only be gloss for the voters.

However, the implications of such a policy which has been proposed here are far reaching with potentionally extremely destructive consequences if my direct experience during the past eight years is any gauge. There is no competence at any level of government to implement any policy no matter what it is. If those doing the work cannot get it right even with the use of the most invasive surveillance technology, something is wrong to such an extreme that everyone should be alarmed and demand answers before doing anything more.

The reason that this government has failed so miserably during the last 9+ years of trying to institute methods for dealing with domestic family problems and especially those relating to small children derives from the fact of this government's implementation of image management and assassinating the messenger which have prevailed as policies first and foremost picked up by everyone down to the sharp end of activity. The incompetents and abusive types took over in government itself.

The people at the sharp end doing the work and feeding back information into the government are so grossly incompetent and psychologically bent out of shape themselves that they make certain they are protected at the expense of society. This results in the fact that children who are abused and on a path of developmental problems no matter what they might be are allowed to continue without any meaningful intervention.

Than intervention in my direct experience during the past eight years and three months has seen the adults involved in the child abuse I reported placed in a position to carry out 24/7 harassment against me including eight years of using surveillance technology to do so.

Those in the police, NHS, social services, tenant management and local and central government have deliberately turned intervention on its head attacking and trying to destroy the person who reports these problems. This goes right to Tony Blair who received a 50-page letter including 16 pages of appendices logs seven years ago.

I wrote this at length to be as comprehensive as possible including specific examples to show the failures of government and the efforts of those who were at the sharp end of the work using surveillance technology to cover up their gross incompetence and professional misconduct. I gave him an opportunity to seize a problem and make certain that the problems were solved properly.

Instead this only lead to an escalation of the activity against me by the adults for whom I had reported crimes and antisocial behaviour along with the children involved as well. The state was turning standards upside down by putting the criminal and antisocial types in charge who then tried to eliminate the person reporting the problems. This goes on as of this writing.

In the months that followed this initial letter to the Prime Minister seven yeas ago, Victoria Climbie was tortured to death while I was subjected to such extensive police state brutality and psychiatric intervention that it will forever boggle the mind and shame this country.

Ask Tony Blair what he did with my letter sent in September 1999 by fax and post.

Ask him what happened to me.

Ask him about the violent adults and children who were subjected to their abuse.

Ask him about all those in this environment including those in positions of authority.

Ask Tony Blair about all these people and what they did.

If you get straight answers from him which you will not, you might find out why he and this government not only failed but also continues to fail. His comments today are just more nonsense and fluff to obscure the fact that he, his government and a grossly incompetent civil service cannot do a proper job. It is not just the Home Office that is unfit for purpose and dysfunctional. This extends across the breadth of government and to its very top.
