OBJECTIVE

HOLISTIC AND NATURAL HEALTH

Web Journal Saturday 23rd September 2006

1. After announcing the NHS roll out into the community, the next step is to isolate those who hae made this strategic decision from the reality of its implementation. I've been used as a nonconsenting human guinea pig during many years 24/7 for the NHS in the community which means in reality social control and engineering by means of the most intrusive surveillance technology ever know to human civilisation. In this Labour Government environment from top to bottom, this is an effort to escape accountability and responsibility especially for preservation of votes. It will no longer be possible to go to one's MP with a serious complaint about the NHS or the Secretary of State for Health for that matter. This has not been effective in my situation anyway, but now it will be the same for everyone if this governance change is implemented.

Brown plans independent NHS board

Hospital ward -generic
The Labour conference will hear proposals for change in the NHS

Chancellor Gordon Brown is considering devolving day-to-day control of the NHS to an independent board, should he become prime minister.

His ideas, which he has asked health experts to examine in detail, are said to be central to more general plans to devolve power in the public services.

It is not known whether he will refer to the plans at the Labour conference.

The conference will hear other ministers' proposals for an NHS constitution, like the BBC charter.

Under Mr Brown's plans for a devolved NHS board, ministers would be kept at arm's length, their role limited to setting the NHS budget and strategic objectives.

Subject: NHS Chief Executive to be Replaced by Committee Called a Board of Directors: Expect a Camel Instead of a Thoroughbred
Date: Saturday 23 September 2006 11:59

The function of a Board of Directors is to oversee the Chief Executive and senior managers efforts.

The government under Brown's proposal will be the real Board of Directors [with overall budget and strategic decision responsibility]. The committee he proposes will be called a Board of Directors but in name only.

This illusionary Board of Directors will be an executive committee which will permit blame to be assigned while credit accrues to the government.

This politicises the NHS from the top down. However, the government will still be responsible for its policy of using the NHS as an alter police force in the community carrying out social control and engineering with the use of surveillance technology.

Tony Blair and Gordon Brown are trying to shake off accountability and responsibility for what has been done to me 24/7 for over eight years, but they cannot do this. They hope a speedy death will solve this problem for them.

The NHS is a monstrous mess. Putting in nice language at the top will not change the reality on the ground. No amount of gloss will cover up the failures and abuses which have resulted in the NHS during this Labour government. I believe that this government sees the disasters coming.

This is Doublespeak government on the vote preservation move.

2. The following is a wee sample of the vigilante expression to stop freedom of human activity in violation of the European Human Rights Act of 1998. Lt Harry Bird and BS hide behind "He can't prove it" by their use of surveillance technology. This means that this corruption is widespread since there are many (scores if not hundreds) other participants and witnesses which have been present continuously for all these years. They don't want me to report crime and antisocial behaviour since they have an intense need to discredit all that I do for their own protection against prosecution. This encourages everyone to do whatever they want. All I have to do is walk outside, and I run into it. Today was such a day, and this is a mere fraction of the abuse I received after collecting direct evidence about serious safety problems.

Sat Sep 23 15:37:33 BST 2006: "Can you stop him," asks Lt Harry Bird with BS making verbal noises in the background."

Sat Sep 23 15:41:00 BST 2006: "Great job," it sounded like Lt Harry Bird said with BS continuing to make verbal abuse noise in the background. This is "Pretending" to be doing well when it is actually an effort to offset the fact things are not so great with Lt Harry Bird and BS. It's called gloss and not to be confused with ""Pretexting" although there is an element of pretext in the pretend.

Sat Sep 23 15:47:26 BST 2006: "I'm going to stop him," said the vigilante Lt Harry Bird taking the law into his own hands which he's been doing continuously. This just confirms his behaviour. These are violent bullies at work with surveillance technology.

The above kind of abuse goes on continuuosly 24/7 including vicious personal attacks to incite others to fear and hatred while hoping to provoke me into some kkind of inappropriate response. Instead sI am wrting a book. It is an endless smear and fear campaign and a complete pperversion of the use of surveillance technology.

4. Hire and Fire Firm Hewlett-Packard's CEO Mark Hurd Unceremoniously Dumps Chairwoman Patricia Hurd On-The-Spot in a Power Consolidation Grab and CYA Cover Up Move. The HP Way is clearly a thing of the past. Hewlett-Packard looks all the more muddled as a result. I can't wait to read her book and see the film. What will happen on the Hill this Thursday? Will there be sparks and more sparks? If she is no longer on the Board of Directors of Hewlett-Packard, will they try the ultimate squeeze play in an effort keep her from testifying to "set the record straight." Was she blown out of Hewlett-Packard because of her testimony coming up before Congress this Thursday? She is now free to say whatever she wants. Will she?

HP chairman to leave immediately

HP chairwoman Patricia Dunn
Patricia Dunn will leave with immediate effect

Hewlett-Packard chairman Patricia Dunn has resigned with immediate effect amid allegations of illegal spying by the US computer firm.

Chief executive Mark Hurd said he had accepted the offer from Ms Dunn, who had earlier indicated she would leave in January over the scandal.

Mr Hurd described methods used by HP to try and identify who was behind boardroom leaks as "very disturbing".

The under-fire boss will take over from Ms Dunn as chairman.

And later this month he will give evidence to the House of Representatives' energy and commerce committee in Washington.
