These two events which came to the surface today reflect a Government led by tony Blair that considers itself above the law.  It's a Government which is a law until itself making it up to suit itself as it goes along for its own corrupt self interest. 

When a ruling by the Parliamentary Ombudsman came out today, the Government rejected its decision about the conduct of Government with respect to private sector final salary pension scheme representations.  For details see the following article.

This second event reflects the great tragedy of six volunteers for medical research testing drugs on a trial basis who immediately became ill upon taking the new drug for the very first time as a trial on humans.  Two hover near death today, and four are in serious condition.  They are all in intensive care.  For details about this see the following article:

The first problem appears to be a clear case of misrepresentation by the Government upon which people relied to their great regret.  In the second instance there was a drug test trial which went tragically wrong immediately.  While the Government is directly responsible for the pension advice as determined by the Parliamentary Ombudsman, the drug testing is so far not directly related to the Government. 

However, I want to tie in the Government to this because I am being used as a nonconsenting human guinea pig for technological and medical research which has caused personal injuries of a most serious kind and is slowing killing me.  This calls into question the whole procedures for medical research carried out by the NHS that is far more serious with regard to standards and the law overal. 

I have a great deal to say about pension fund management and representations made to those who depend upon private pensions and about carrying out medical research on humans which has caused personal injury and is ultimately lethal.  Both of these are related to my extensive direct experience and will be dealt with extensively here.
