Attempted Murder Continues
"Revolutionary," said a male this morning during the abuse period that runs from about five or six o'clock onwards. I took this to mean that he was one of the many sent out to observe the new surveillance technology and learn about it, how to use it and what was going on. The revolutionary aspect was reinforced by my experience during the night and in the early morning.
As I described a week ago Sunday, there appears to be a throw back to earlier methods of using the surveillance technology with respet to R&D and medical experimentation. Last night reflected a return to a particularly lethal and damaging use of the surveillance technology which has not been done for some weeks. It's as if SR and BS had been turned loosed again to be as abusive as possible. I note this by the side effects and the dreams.
My left nostril was completely blocked this morning when I woke, and the tinnitus was exceptionally loud. The dream I had just had repeated its beginning. Memory probing and dream inducing with the use of this surveillance technology causes an immune system reaction because it damages brain cells. There is a blood brain barrier breach. The cranial fluid from this flows into my sinus cavity and downhill into my throat or either nostril whichever is downhill. This is why they clog. This morning when I turned onto my right side, the left nostril eventually unblocked. There had been a clear flow of this cranial fluid down my throat.
The dream was induced, and the video was left on because the first part of it started repeating itself. I've had experience with actually seeing a video being run after I woke up but kept my eyes closed. This was left on like this twice after I woke. On the second time there was a small white screen. A clue to this process is that dreams have no relation to anything to me or my activity. While the unconscious can produce some imaginative dreams, these are easily related to one's own experience in some manner. However, when that does not exist at all as occurred once again this morning, there is suspicion that these dreams are being induced.
I also suspect that they are being induced to create memory as well as probe for associated memory. When I was draming about a particular female yesterday, SR said that it was important to identify the association. He's tring to identify people from the past in this manner. Further, there was reference some years ago to a "bunker" which was featured in my dreams. This had nothing to do with any of my real experience at anytime in my entire life. I believe that there was an effort to plant the memory and/or image of a bunker in my memory which was then being used as a kind of evidence.
There are also two quite significant side effects: diuretic effect and itching tops of my feet. I've not had any diuretic impact from the surveillance technology or surreptitious medication for quite some time. However, this has started again in the past few days causing me to get up in thhe middle of the night. It has been noted in the past that there was a diuretic effect associated with what was being done, i.e., surretitious medication which was changed. I have always complained about its destructive impact on my kidneys.
The tops of my feet used to itch every morning, but that has not occurred for a very long time until just this morning. I've suspected that this was skin irritation from the use of the radar imagining devices or related electromagnetic radation usage. It seems to me that there is a return to surveillance technology usage of the past both recent and distant.
It is most important to note that chronic sleep deprivation can result in the collapse of peripheral organ systems in the body, such as the kidneys, liver and cardiovascular system (heart attack/stroke). Studies have correlated sleep debt from only four to five hous of sleep a night with heart attacks (The Lancet end of October 1999 in an article dealing with sleep debt). To continue with the chronic sleep deprivation and surreptitious medication which then results in a diuretic impact is adding to the already elevated risk from kidney failure. SR and BS have been trying to kill me for years and have failed to do so. The threats and acts by them intended to kill are quite numerous. It appears that they are renewing this as vigorously as possible once again to save themselves during a period of stress for them scrutiny about what they are doing.

Notting Hill Carnival's Big Day
The big day of Carnival arrives on Bank Holiday Monday the last Monday in August. The surveillance vigilante mobsters have been at it continuously as usually with their brutal abuse throughout the night and morning.
My point about the Carnival approach and departure is that this is way outside the parade route with all of its marshals and police to ensure that the frenzy generated by this excessive loud thundering music and chemical stimulants of one kind or another does not erupt into violence which can easily happen as I've witnessed directly and has occurred at other Carnivals. This excessively loud thumping music to and from the parade route should be shut off. Keep it on the parade route proper. There are not enough police and marshals to patrol the entire area, and the local security on this Estate is hopelessly inadequate and abused for the privileged few rather than benefit all the residents as much as possible however limited it might be.
Mon Aug 28 09:52:47 BST 2006: thumping music coming from nearby which can be heard in the living room/kitchen, hall (especially loud from the Walkway outside the front door) and bedroom. I believe this to be from the flat below as occurred yesterday morning at this time and most especially last night as noted in yesterday's web journal entry. These are clearly antisocial types who care not a farthing for others.
Mon Aug 28 10:19:31 BST 2006: the sound truck/float noises begin in the distance as they approach this area on the way to the Carnival parade area. I was setting up the sound level meter and recording equipment just as this started and went on about 1030. There had been a slight shower which apparently stopped the music for only a short time.
Mon Aug 28 10:48:24 BST 2006: . . . and then the rains came down heavily with a local shower that caused me to shut the kitchen window.
Mon Aug 28 11:04:23 BST 2006: approaching music resumes after the rain delay.
An apparent argument occurred amongst the surveillance vigilante mobsters with SR (Lt Harry Bird) saying "You promised." After a short bit another male said "The same to you." Sounds like SR was continuing with his abuse of others. If he doesn't get what he wants, he abuses everyone and anyone. Yesterday SR was apparently talking about his report(s) about which someone sounded like he was asking. SR said that he would have to "censor" them first before providing them. He has also noted recently that he could not talk about or reveal somethings because they are "secret."
This is a giant switch from the past five and one-half years when he made everything available to everyone no matter who they were and allow all and sundry to use the surveillance technology. Fundamentally, SR does not have anything including any comprehensive reports. A year ago he was asked about them and said that he did not have a report. He had nothing documented because he and BS were using the surveillance technology as a weapon to destroy which would enable both of them to make up whatever they wanted and obliterate the need for any reports. Now they're stuck once again and are apparently hiding behind "security" and "censorship" which means that he has to write something fast.
Mon Aug 28 11:25:16 BST 2006: "He's psychotic as hell," says SR just after I wrote the above as the thumping sound truck/float music pounded in the distance. It has only reached the low 60 dB so far this morning and does not seem to be going by outside at least not yet. Maybe they're having a private parade nearby. The sun has also begun to emerge once again. The floor in my flat vibrates from this excessive sound in the distance. BBC News24 reported the heavy rain as a hail storm this morning in the parade route area. SR calls me psychotic in his attempts to keep his job and blame me for his failures. As long ago as five years he was saying, "I can't help it if he's psychotic" trying to justify his making a mess out of everything even then. Nothing has changed in the last five years.
Mon Aug 28 12:00:46 BST 2006: excessively loud thumping music and amplified voices continue into the low 60s dB level with the highest about 65 dB. It is not as bad as yesterday so far and still does not appear to be coming by on the road outside in front of Heart FM across the street. Actually, it is but at a lower sound level although 65 dB max is not exactly low. Decibels are measured in the logarithmic scale to the base ten. There is a geometric increase in the intensity and impact of the sound as it increases by this measurement.
Mon Aug 28 12:26:46 BST 2006: the sound truck/float thumping music is now in the upper 60s dB range with a peak at 74 dB.
Mon Aug 28 12:29:12 BST 2006: here's comes the really blasting sound hitting 81 dB and thumping away in the upper 70s dB range along with an amplified DJ.
Mon Aug 28 12:39:15 BST 2006: DJ/singer amplified voice on top of the thumping music takes the level to an 82 dB peak. He sounds like he's stopped in one place. This is really loud and beyond description. "Take him out," incites the surveillance vigilante mobster SR while I was writing this looking for something to attack. He is repressed in the extreme and hates anyone who expresses themselves freely especially when it's the truth out him and BS.
Mon Aug 28 12:45:41 BST 2006: finally he and hiss sound truck/float move on at last. Is this the end of this morning's extreme disturbance? Will there be a straggler along in another hour's time? What will happen this evening when I once again attempt to watch and listen to the BBC Proms from the Royal Albert Hall broadcast on BBC Four? This excessively blasting noise nuisance destroys all human activity and creates a period of time when nothing can be done throughout each of these days with this disruption hanging in the air waiting to drop on unknown times as it did yesterday.

Mon Aug 28 13:01:24 BST 2006: "He asked for it," says surveillance vigilante mobster SR. That's the essence of the violent personality who blames the victim for what s/he is doing in order to justify the violence. No one ever asks for violent treatment. How many women or child abusers claim their victims "asked for it." Here it is in conjuction with surveillance technology violent abuse carried out against the target.
Mon Aug 28 14:58:10 BST 2006: "He brought it on himself," said a male voice coming in the bathroom window a moment ago while I was in there. That's blaming the victim once again for the violence carried out against him/her. It's a sign of the violent personality and, as above, an admission of violence. What I've done has been to report crime and antisocial behaviour. Those using the surveillance technology to take the law into their own hands against me are the ones who have been reported for criminal and antisocial behaviour.
They seek to cover this up by bullying me in a most sadistic manner while blaming me for what is being done to me using surveillance technology as a weapon to carry out violence against me the target and while trying to cover it up at the same time. While I write this, there is a constant stream of invective from SR coming from the kitchen window direction. BTW there is absolute silence here while the sound trucks/floats are in the Notting Hill Carnival parade route area.
Mon Aug 28 16:04:50 BST 2006: thumping music coming from the left font window as if the peace and quiet should not be allowed to exist. I checked all parts of the flat. This appears to be coming from below to end the wee bit of peace and quiet this afternoon. This is the same antisocial group who was doing this in the morning and evening as described. Now it's starting all over again. SR is yelling away from the kitchen window direction as I write this.
Mon Aug 28 16:50:09 BST 2006: loud thumping music still coming from below. I nodded out sitting upright in the chair as a result of the chronic sleep deprivation, violent use of the surveillance technology and surreptitious medication. I woke a few minutes ago to the ongoing thumping bass from the flat below. Those carrying out the surveillance technology abuse are delighted that their efforts are supplemented by this antisocial noise nuisance keeping me from sleeping in the afternoon when all is silent from the Carnival sound trucks/floats.
This antisocial noise nuisance makes it impossible to enjoy any peace and quiet at anytime. This is why any noise nuisance like this at anytime needs to be stopped. Those carrying out the abuse by means of the surveillance technology are not going to stop any antisocial behaviour that contributes to their violent abuse of me. Once again it is clear that such abuse with the surveillance technology is targeted against one person singled out to stop the documenting and reporting of the problems as described above. Thus, as I described yesterday, those carrying out this antisocial noise nuisance behaviour are protected and allowed to carry on.
Mon Aug 28 17:11:41 BST 2006: thunder a moment ago. Will Carnival be washed out? Loud thumping music still coming from below in the absence of any Carnival related noise nuisance. I verified this with a tour of the flat noting it was coming into all rooms from below. Apparently, they feel they have a special dispensation to do whatever they want to the detriment, damage and injury of others providing a supplement to the extensive abuse carried out by those using the surveillance technology some of which has been described here.
The loud thumping music continue for a total of about two and one-half hours from the flat below.
Mon Aug 28 22:28:08 BST 2006: very surprising; there was no returning sound trucks or floats at the end of the day. There was the odd helicopter from time to time but no noise nuisance from the Carnival music heading home. I had a pleasant time watching and listening to Mozart from the BBC Prom broadcast live from the Royal Albert Hall by BBC Four. That was most enjoyable.
