1. Who ever heard of armed surveillance? The target should never know about the surveillance. In this case the point here is to carry out torture interrogation and deliberate provocation of the most extreme kind intended to create a violent response. Instead, the only violence that exists is among those carrying out the surveillance. They are afraid of their own violent personalities and their own behaviour which they project upon the target since they would respond violently and have done so.
1A. Lt Harry Bird had his gun taken away from him in 2001 after he threatened to come up to my flat to shoot me. He had to be restrained after I wrote what I thought about his activity in my own notes which he was monitoring. I was characterising his behaviour carried about against me with the use of the surveillance technology. The next day Paul Winston made a big show of taking his gun away from him.
1B. Following this episode BS was armed by Paul Winston. This was the violent personality who had abused her children and allowed three other adults to join in. The domestic violence between these adults was quite clear. A violent episode outside by BS' partner required police intervention. BS has threatened me directly with violence and threatened to bomb me out of my home.
1C. Lt Harry Bird has attacked two women with whom he works:
1C(a). He slugged BS one night very hard when she wouldn't do what he demanded.
1C(b). He physically threw a woman away from the technology control board when he wanted to stop me from sending an Email. She spent a considerable time protesting this physical assault.
1D. Lt Harry Bird continuously threatens me with death and violence. Recently he threatened to cut off my ears.
The activity being carried out against me has nothing to do with legitimate surveillance and everything to do with trying to fabricate allegations by being as threatening and provocative as possible through criminal harassment and torture. This has been going on for eight years and two months 24/7 with the same people present 24/7. Is it any wonder that the Home Office is out of control when the government itself perpetuates violence and arms the criminals using the surveillance technology?
The government itself is creating a standard of violence and criminality for which the taxpayer foots the bill and with which the taxpayer is ultimately victimised. The domestic violence and child abuse which I originally reported has turned into the violent use of surveillance technology against me while these same people using surveillance technology carry on with their violence against me and each other which I had originally reported to try to stop it. They are desperately trying to cover up this violence, but it only mushrooms into further violence in the community with those in authority being recognised as the source of the violence.
The government and those in authority are not trusted for they are seen as the ones who carry out extensive criminal activity with protection against getting caught. This results in antisocial, criminal and ultimately terrorist behaviour from the few fanatics at the margin. Justice and law enforcement are not done and are seen not to be done by everyone in this environment. What do you think is the natural consequence of such institutionalised criminality? More recently it was called the Third Reich as just one example of fascism.
Lt Harry Bird and BS refuse to stop; refuse to recognise any "policy" and declare that their activity will go on indefinitely. This doesn't say much for the democratic rule of law and the values so cherished in the UK does it?

Tories urge terror suspect update

The home secretary is under pressure to make a statement about the UK's use of control orders after it emerged two terror suspects had gone on the run.
Shadow home secretary David Davis says John Reid should explain to MPs how the pair could have escaped, in what he described as "a piece of incompetence".
The suspects include a British man who fled through a window of a mental health unit two weeks ago.
Minister Tony McNulty says a stronger version of the orders may be necessary.
'A farce'
A major police investigation is ongoing after the men's disappearance, and it is understood ports and airports have been notified.
The British suspect, who is of Pakistani descent, is accused by the authorities of wanting to go to Iraq to fight. He had been subject to a control order since March.

It's not a question of tougher controls but adequate government management.
It's interesting to note that the response of the government is to get more repressive and brutal to cover up its own failures.
There were terrorist bombings in London despite the fact that the identified terrorists were not tracked due to lack of resources.
Instead, those resources have been redirected against me an entirely innocent person and well known to be innocent for the past eight years and two months 24/7 since August 1998. There's where the resources have gone. Ask the government to explain this.
Now, they can't even keep track of those who pose a serious threat with two of the 15 (that's 13.3%) able to take off and are still missing. Once again the resources are being diverted for the corrupt self interest of the few at the expense of the security of this nation.
On what planet does the BBC exist when it fails to ask questions about this catastrophic diversion of resources occurring right next door to the BBC for the personal interest of those carrying out the surveillance?
A key part of the BBC's job is to hold the government to account which is not being done with catastrophic consequences.
Out of the 1,000+ foreign prisoners released without consideration for deportation less than 100 have been deported. Those released have gone on to committ crimes including at least one murder. Yet, this government carries out a total surveillance activity against one person 24/7 for over eight years that has nothing to do with anything except repression against the reporting of problems that this government and others want to hide. It's called image management.
Just this morning while I was writing this Lt Harry Bird called his activity "armed surveillance" trying to create the illusion of importance for his own self aggrandisement. He's trying to elevate himself to a lofty perch as the protector of the community by picking on an innocent person to create a false enemy who is then made defenceless with surveillance technology and subjected to a constant threat of violence and death which is now called "armed surveillance."
This would be an hysterically funny farce if the implications for this nation were not so serious based upon what has already happened. If this government cannot get it right after over eight years of totally invasive surveillance carried out 24/7 against one person involving scores if not hundreds of people, then it is never going to get anything right. This government is a walking basket case to borrow an Americanism used by Diana Princess of Wales.
What will it take to wake up the BBC to start reporting this other complete failure and disaster of government so that it can be corrected before another terrorist catastrophe occurs?

2. Tony Blair doesn't need Control Orders or court proceedings to incarcerate someone under house arrest and completely track a surveillance target. What's he talking about here? I am subjected to the vigilante mob rule carried out by this government with a presumption of guilt, sentenced to punishment and torture and am being put to death by the lethal use of surveillance technology. There is no way I could possibly escape this surveillance technology or those who spend 24/7 monitoring and tracking me. What does he mean by saying that Control Orders are inadequate and no substition for detention? Why is he blaming the police for the fact that two under Control Orders have done a runner?
Tony Blair has had me incarcerated for years and has been fully informed all along starting over seven years ago in September 1999. In fact, Lt Harry Bird cites the "Prime Minister" as his authority for carrying out this activity so many times that I am long past noting it. Today Lt Harry Bird went so far as to claim "the whole Cabinet" as responsible for what is going on here. That includes the Home Secretary. What does Tony Blair mean by incompetent? Does he mean that the Home Office, police and others responsible for Control Orders are not working outside the law as he has been doing for many years 24/7 for which Lt Harry Bird gives him full credit? This government and more specifically, Tony Blair, is responsible for over eight years of 24/7 torture carried out against me with the use of surveillance technology as a weapon.

Prime Minister Tony Blair has said control orders are flawed, following the escape of two terrorism suspects.
Mr Blair was responding to the Tories' criticism that the men absconded - one through the window of a mental health unit - due to "incompetence".
He said he would have preferred tougher terrorism laws, but had been blocked by opponents in Parliament and the courts.
"Control orders were never going to be as effective as detention," he said at his monthly media conference.
"But of course, we've got to make sure that if someone breaches their control order, then they're properly sought-after and we will do that and that's a job for the police," he added.
Control orders are used on terrorism suspects when there is not enough evidence for a criminal prosecution - they can be tagged, confined to their homes and banned from communicating with others.

It's been just another day in the continuous 24/7 surveillance to which I am subjected. Instead of counting the days they are years and months now since mid-August 1998 when this surveillance driven torture started.
I am constantly reminded of Nazi Germany and the immediate opening of Dachau near Munich shortly after Hitler assumed power in March 1933. This camp was opened for the undesirables and used for medical experiments. It had its gas chamber and crematorium too but not on the scale of those in Poland. I recall Martha Gellhorn's account of walking into Dachau a couple days after it was liberated. It changed her life completely. She was never the same again. Out of it came her novel "Point of No Return."
I have been used as a human guinea pig during these past eight plus years for R&D and medical experimentation. "He should be dead," was a recent comment. Today was another day of relating this activity to the news of the failures with regard to the Control Orders. Two out of the 15 so "detained" have fled.
The surveillance technology used against me is so sophisticated that I cannot escape it. Why hasn't the government started using this against suspected terrorists? I wrote about this in my web journal against the background of the news noting that this was similar to the rise of the Third Reich. I also sent a fax to the Prime Minister. Fat lot of good that'll do. [It's tantamount to sending a fax to Hitler.]
Over eight years of surveillance technology torture and experimention was for me just another day. I am living in the world of the future, but no one wants to believe it. There are many who do because they participate. The media is the worst because they should be digging into this and are not.
I've taken to carrying out surveillance of sorts against myself to record in writing and with video and audio recordings what is happening. The truth cannot be denied. While I reflect upon the tragedies of the past, I see them unfolding for everyone in the future because no one is addressing the abuses just as occurred in the early 1930s in Germany.
