1. Words are insufficient to describe what is happening at the Home Office as described below with the failure to track these convicted sex offenders located throughout the country. In contrast, I have never done anything in my life nor have I ever been charged for anything at anytime anywhere, yet I am totally monitored and tracked 24/7 with completely invasive surveillance technology and have been for many years. What has happened when the innocent are criminalised outside the law, and those who have been convicted of serious sex offences are not tracked at all within the law?

Police forces across the UK have lost track of the whereabouts of 322 convicted sex offenders, a newspaper has reported.
Using the Freedom of Information Act, the News of the World asked all 50 forces in England and Wales how many sex offenders are missing.
They are required to inform police and probation officers of their addresses.
The Metropolitan Police said 88 from London were missing. Charity, Kidscape, said the situation was "unacceptable".
'Serious failure'
Released sex offenders are supposed to be monitored by officials working under Multi-Agency Public Protection Arrangements (MAPPA).
But according to the News of the World, registered sex offenders - including rapists and paedophiles - have used a loophole in the system allowing them to register vague addresses in order to disappear.
Last year, one paedophile who breached register conditions was allowed to give his address as "woods" after moving from "a tent near Guildford leisure centre", the paper claimed.

Ministers had been warned about sex offenders going missing, the head of the Police Federation has said.
Jan Berry said the federation, which represents rank and file officers, had alerted the Home Office three years ago but it had failed to find a solution.
It follows newspaper reports police forces across the UK have lost track of 322 convicted sex offenders.
Justice minister Harriet Harman denied the government had been complacent but admitted: "We have got to do more".
According to the News of the World, registered sex offenders - including rapists and paedophiles - have used a loophole in the system allowing them to register vague addresses in order to disappear.

Ms Berry told ITV1's The Sunday Edition: "We warned the government about three years ago when they were reviewing the Sex Offenders Register that some of the addresses that people were giving were sometimes a postcode, sometimes a park bench.
"I think they listened but I don't think they had a solution and sometimes if you don't have a solution you don't talk too much about it."

Blair defends Home Office record

The Prime Minister has defended the running of the Home Office and the government's record on prisons.
Tony Blair was speaking earlier in an interview for BBC One's The Politics Show. He conceded prisons were "full to bursting point".
But he said 20,000 new prison places had been created and there would be a further 8,000 added to that total soon.
The prime minister added that prison overcrowding was partly due to people being in jail for longer.

Mr Blair said: "Why are prisons full to the bursting point?
"You've got a situation where, today, people are in prison for longer and you've got, of course, the new indeterminate sentences - where people can be kept in for an indeterminate period if they remain a danger to the public.
"None of us are saying there haven't been big problems at the Home Office but let's be clear, some of these things like foreign prisoners or these offences that have been committed abroad by British people who then return back home.
"The reason we're dealing with these now is that for the first time there is a process in place to deal with them."

He was referring to those who offended abroad along with another example. These were 27,000 files of overseas offenders that were never processed while these records collected dust for years until recently. These stunning revelations occurred just two weeks ago including an example of a man who had committed a series of armed robberies in the EU coming back to the UK shortly before 2000 and subsequently committing a murder without knowledge of these EU offences being passed along to the police. This government has been in power almost ten years since May 1997. How can he say something like that to the public and get away with it without being ridiculed for being a liar? It's obvious he's making up whatever sounds plausible only two weeks after this news broke which bears no relation to reality about this government. The point is to say something, anything, no matter what it is just so that there is some kind of answer to which the "believers" can cling.
Living by such illusions and repeating them as if they were real begs the use of the word "psychotic" to characterise this behaviour. A psychotic is a neurotic who has actually moved to the point where s/he believes her/his delusions. Alexander Lowen, MD, describes this in his book Narcissism; denial of the true self when dealing with the various aspects along the character spectrum of the narcissist under a sub heading The Paranoid Personality. "When they become unable to distinguish fantasy from fact, their insanity is clear. In that case we are dealing with full fledged paranoia--a psychotic rather than a neurotic condition . . ." (Alexander Lowen, MD, Narcissism: denial of the true self, Collier Books, New York, 1985, p 24.)
2. Having brought up Alexander Lowen's treatment of narcissism above, I want to bring out more of what he says about this character disorder as it relates to those who are carrying this surveillance activity against me 24/7 for all these years continuously without any break on their part. In analysing the narcissistic character he describes five different types from the least to the most severe: 1) phallic-narcissistic; 2) narcissistic character; 3) borderline personality; 4) psychopathic personality; and 5) paranoid personality. He also scales five personality characteristics which underpin these categories in varying degrees: 1) degree of narcissism; 2) grandiosity; 3) lack of feeling; 4) lack of sense of self; and 5) lack of contact with reality.
In writing about The Psychopathic Personality Alexander Lowen states:
"Moving along our spectrum to the psychopathic personality, we would expect to find an even greater degree of grandiosity, whether manifest or latent. All psychopathic personalities consider themselves superior to other people and show a degree of arrogance that verges on contempt for common humanity. Like other narcissists, the deny their feelings. Particularly characteristic of psychopathic personality is a tendency to act out, often in an antisocial way. They will lie, cheat, steal, even kill, without any sign of guilt or remorse. This extreme lack of human fellow-feeling makes psychopathic personalities difficult to treat.
"The term "acting out" describes an impulsive type of behavior that ignores the feelings of other persons and is generally destructive to the best interests of the self. The impulses underlying this behavior stem from experiences in early childhood that were so traumatic and so overwhelming that they could not be integrated into the developing ego. As a result, the feelings associated with these impulses are beyond the ego's perception. The action is therefore taken without any conscious feeling. Murder in cold blood is an extreme example of psychopathic behavior. Alcoholism, drug addiction, and promiscuous sexual behaviour may all be regarded as forms of acting out.
"Acting out, however, is not limited to the psychopathic personality. Masterson recognizes that narcissistic characters and borderline personalities also act out. But there is a difference. As he puts it, "The acting out of the psychopath compared to that of the borderline or narcissistic [character] disorders, is more commonly antisocial and usually of long duration." [James F Masterson, The Narcissistic and Borderline Disorders, Brunner/Mazel, New York, 1981, p 44] Here again we see that the differences are a matter of degree rather than of kind.
"Because psychopathic personalities represent an extreme, they provide many insights into the nature of narcissism. Not only do they portray in sharp relief narcissists' tendency to act out (which, in other cases, is less antisocial), but they also shed light on narcissists' underlying grandiosity. It is significant, for instance, that narcissistic characters and psychopathic personalties show a need for instant gratification, an inability to contain desire or tolerate frustration."

I have quoted these paragraphs above because it is extremely important to see exactly what Alexander Lowen writes since it fits the behaviour pattern from those using the surveillance technology. I have often used the words "acting out" in the sense that these people are being allowed to "act out" their violence against me unopposed. Alexander Lowen uses acting out in this same way as impulsive behaviour which disregards others. The constant and continuous attacks made against me by Lt Harry Bird, BS and others are impulsive, disregard my feelings and are, in fact, self destructive. I've always been amazed that those observing this behaviour continuously for all these years have allowed it to continue in light of its self destructive component which reveals its essence.
It is important to note too that the psychopathic personality or character engages in antisocial behaviour over a long period of time which other personalities along the narcissistic spectrum do not. This is a trait of the psychopathic narcissistic character/personality. Further, the origin of such behaviour derives from childhood abuse of such a degree that there is no normal ego restraint which occurs in most adults. There is no control factor which is clearly represented by the behaviour of Lt Harry Bird and BS. My original complaint was for the extreme child abuse I was witnessing with respect to four adults including BS against her son. Child abuse is passed from generation to generation. BS was abuse in the same way she was abusing her son. So was her mother. All three of these generatons are present and exhibit this unrestrained violent behaviour or impulsive acting out. Lt Harry Bird behaves in a similar manner although I do not have first hand knowledge of his childhood experience.
The lying, cheating and stealing of ideas by Lt Harry Bird and BS are a further indication of this psychopathic narcissistic character. The grandiosity of Lt Harry Bird is displayed regularly to an extreme degree and has been present since his arrival in February 2001 some six years ago. These people lie constantly and continuously trying to mislead others and vilify me. They cheat in every way they can by using the surveillance technology as a tool for fabrications which embody both lying and cheating. It is also a means for them to steal my work. I cannot engage in any research and writing that is not subject to being stolen and perverted by them to turn it upside down in an attempt to make it fit me. They operate on generalities only in an attempt to manipulate others. The facts to do not fit me. I build from the fact base up to the general conclusion which is the scientific method and am always open to changes which the facts might create. Lt Harry Bird and BS are dogmatic in the extreme representing fabrications as fact. Their fantasies are claimed to be real which takes them into the extreme of the paranoid personality as described above.
They are carrying this out as I write this summary trying to turn everything upside down and attack me while I write hoping to prevail by bullying verbal abuse and simple statements of negation. Ultimately, this surveillance technology is a lethal weapon, and they are using it as such to carry out attempted murder backed by continuous death threats and threats of violence. There is little doubt that they fit into Alexander Lowen's description of the psychopathic personality/character described above. Given the complexity of the human character such analysis is not limited to this description of their personalities, but it is clear to the objective observer that such conclusions are justified. Nobody, but nobody, carries out surveillance technology activity in this abusive manner with two people present 24/7 for years. That alone raises a question about the personality disorder(s) associated with these people and with the people who have allowed this to occur over these many years.
2. A week ago Friday this BBC News report showed Robert Redford speaking out about the war in Iraq at the opening of his Sundance Film Festival. I sent him an Email (copy below) about the current problems which accrue to dissent yesterday after being reminded of this by the fact that Jane Fonda had also been speaking out once again at an anti-war rally in Washington DC for the first time in 34 years yesterday.

Mass US protest against Iraq war

Tens of thousands of protesters have demonstrated in Washington to demand the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq.
The rally comes days before Congress is to discuss President George W Bush's new strategy for Iraq - including the despatch of 21,500 additional troops.
The protesters, chanting "Bring the troops home", were joined by Vietnam War-era protester, actress Jane Fonda.
Violence continued in Iraq on Saturday, with at least 15 killed in a suicide bomb attack in a Baghdad market.
The BBC's James Coomarasamy in Washington says this anti-war rally at the foot of the US Capitol was a marked shift away from the White House and on to Congress.
The protesters want Congress, now run by the Democrats, to block funding for the president's new strategy, our correspondent says.

Redford demands apology over Iraq

Hollywood legend Robert Redford has called on US leaders to apologise for the war in Iraq.
The actor was speaking at the start of the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, where the opening movie recalled protests over the Vietnam war in 1968.
Redford said he, like many others, had shown a "spirit of unity" with the US government after 11 September 2001.
"We put all our concerns on hold to let the leaders lead," he said. "I think we're owed a big, massive apology."
The actor, whose Sundance Institute for independent film runs the annual festival, usually steers clear of political messages in his opening speech.
Festival opener Chicago 10 recounts the demonstrations surrounding 1968's Democratic National Convention, which saw protestors clash with the National Guard.

Several decades ago I heard you tell a story about your "encounter" with Henry Miller in Big Sur. At that time you saw him as an old man riding a bicycle with the kids throwing rocks at him. They had no idea who he was. You said that you did not say anything to him because at that time you were struggling along and did not think you had the "equal" status to say "hello."
I've read just about every Henry Miller book in the 60s and thought you were wrong although I would have done the same thing as I did with you one Saturday afternoon on a crowded Madison Avenue also decades ago.
It was brilliant sunny day and the sidewalk was packed as I was walking north on its west side in the 60s. I was looking at the ground and thinking about something when I heard a very familiar voice say "Excuse me." I knew instantly that it was you and looked up to see you stepping back to allow me to pass. That was very nice and gracious. Thank you. I wasn't looking, and you were. You were tallking with a woman, and there was no way I would have said a word pretending not to recognise you as I went by.
I still don't have "equal" status, but there is something I want to communicate. There is a surveillance technology that exists now and has been out for some time. It has been abused against me for six years now since Bush was inaugurated and is beyond anyone's imagination. It's brain wave monitoring and feedback surveillance (don't hang up yet!) that works as I've learned because of my very fortunate experience in having two complete sadists [see above comments re psychopathic narcissism] use it 24/7 on me for these past six years.
It accurately reads all the senses, thoughts and can feedback sound, thoughts, muscle movement and surreptitious medication. I wouldn't believe it either if I had not been its target for six years now. I've been working diligently to document all of this activity against me 24/7 to lend credibility to what I am going to eventually produce as a comprehensive expression of its abuse.
I don't want anything and just wanted to communicate this extraordinary technology to you to get it into your thinking if it isn't already there. You came to mind once again because of the Sundance festival now, and your comments about Bush and Iraq which were noted on the BBC a week ago Friday.
You might have heard about this surveillance technology from others. If so, please take it seriously and add this as an another source of information that this does exist and is being abused as one might expect by the Bush/Blair axis.
Every effort is being made to discredit what I report as is common with these things and what we've both learned throughout the Cold War was the method of the Soviet Union to falsely accuse people of having a mental illness. The same is now happening in the West to those of us who are targeted.
You aren't an old man (you're only seven years older than I), and I don't think the kids are throwing rocks at you. Keep up the fabulous work. Someday perhaps our paths will cross again, and I'll say hello.
