1. The fallout from the yesterday's failure to jail those who filmed their own child abuse involving "pitting" child against child to commit violence against one another continues this morning. No one will report child abuse in this country if this is the result with irrefutable evidence. Look at what's happened to me. The violent abuse has been turned against me by the child abusers using surveillance technology to make me defenceless in the same manner they violently abused children who are defenceless. The Sun describes in the article noted below how a fighting dog owner/trainer was jailed while the women who did the same with children were freed.

Tots filmed and forced to fight

By John Coles

THESE are the four vicious women who made two toddlers SLAP, PUNCH and KICK each other — and FILMED it for fun.

MUM Zara Care, 21, was named and shamed yesterday over a court case which horrified the nation.

She had ignored the screams of her son, two, as she forced him to attack his three-year-old sister.

Also named were the kids’ GRAN Carole Olver and AUNTS Sarenza and Danielle Olver — who laughed as Care videoed the ordeal.

Named and shamed: The mother, gran and aunts who forced toddlers to fight like dogs

By Luke Salkeld

Four women have been spared jail for goading two toddlers to fight and then laughing as they filmed them exchange blows.

The children's own mother, grandmother and two aunts, who can be named for the first time, repeatedly urged the two-year-old boy and his three-year-old sister to hit each other.

The terrified boy, wearing a nappy and T-shirt, was shown crying and trying to escape after being punched in the face.

But the women responded by taunting him, ordering him not to be a "wimp or a faggot" and to hit his sister back.

I posted the following entry at the Daily Mail after I read the above article:

The failure to properly punish these child abusers when there is irrefutable evidence available sends out a message to the nation that child abuse is all right.

I reported similar child abuse nine years ago. Not only was there a failure to properly address this multi-generational child abuse, but they managed to get access to surveillance technology installed against me to turn everything upside down. The mother of the abused children has led a 24/7 campaign of abuse against me with it since then and is still at it.

I am sorry to say that such an acceptance of and support for the child abuser was revealed nationally by this gross miscarriage of justice yesterday. This will certainly discourage anyone from reporting child abuse when there is less than irrefutable video evidence. Even then it's questionable based upon this outcome.

I sent the following Email to Sun Justice after reading the published account above in The Sun:

Subject: WAS Judge Francis Gilbert QC wrong to let callous Zara Care, her mum and two sisters walk free for their disgraced 'Nappy slapping' video?

Yes, he was most definitely and tragically wrong to allow them to walk free with a suspended sentence for such cruelty to children.

This sends a message out to the nation that such child abuse is no big thing, and people can "beat the rap" if they are caught even with such direct and conclusive evidence. Child abusers are first class con artists.

Such has been my experience since reporting child abuse in a similar set of circumstances in May 1998. This also covered three generations showing the all too familiar pattern of child abuse passed from one generation to the next.

In my situation after only three months after reporting this child abuse, surveillance technology was placed at the disposal of these child abusers in August 1998, and they have waged a campaign of their own violence against me 24/7 with the use of this surveillance technology led by the mother of the abused children.

Just yesterday I received yet another correspondence from the Home Office blaming me, the victim, for what is being done to me. It's the same with child and any violent abuser. No one believes the child or victim of violence, and the abusers take advantage of this.

Here, however, in this instance the Home Office is yet again trying cover up another one of its colossal failures since it has been engaged in this multi-year experimental use of surveillance technology against me which will rock this country to its very core when exposed.

The problem of abuse runs very deep indeed in this country, and the child abusers continue to create generation after generation of more violent people in society. This has been my direct experience for many years, and all that I have done to address the problem has been ignored.

Everyone should have the opportunity to live in this kind of environment to really understand and appreciate the genuine source of pervasive violence which ultimately impacts everyone. Allowing these women to walk free after such conclusive and irrefutable evidence is nothing more than an slap on the wrist telling the nation that it's all right to carry on with violence just don't get caught next time.

Don't pay your Council tax and see what happens to you.

The Guardian article below provides some more detail about the background of the women involved in this horrendous child abuse. There were other adults in the room and older children. Judging from the judge's comments about sentencing the full depth concerning the causes of child abuse are not understood. Setting these women free (the two sisters of the mother whose children were abused) with just 100 hours of community service when they have two children and a one-year-old respectively does not reflect an understanding of the character of the abuser.

I could very well be missing something, but I think they should have been sentenced to some form of continuous therapy to deal with the abuse problem in lieu of prison. When the child abuse is reinforced as it was here across generations, it is highly likely that the abuse will continue against the remaining children in some for or other. If these people are anything like those I have been observing for over a decade, they will laugh at the the stupidity of authority and get on with the violent abuse. This is what occurred after I reported a similar generational situation of child abuse in May 1998.

Women laughed as they forced toddlers to take part in 'dog fight'

By Steven Morris

· Mother and relatives shot video and shouted abuse
· 'Cruel and callous' quartet get suspended sentences

In the film up to six adults, including a man, are seen chatting and smoking. As the two children run around the room, one of the women can be heard to say to them, "Do you want to play?' before pushing the boy towards the girl.
