1. The rendition reporting continues to run today, so I'm repeating it once again since it is so important. The police have claimed that they found no evidence of rendition flights using UK airports. Well, they just haven't found the "evidence" have they? That doesn't mean it did not occur and is not going on. Are the police that incompetent or otherwise?
I've experienced the police lying continuously and engaging in extensive criminal activity with the use of the surveillance technology against me for many years. The abuse has been extraordinary and extensive. They act more like organised crime than a law enforcement agency. I've brought this to the attention of three consecutive Metropolitan Police Commissioners with no result. It still continues. This raises many questions which need to be answered by a complete and comprehensive inquiry. Can we trust the police?
There is no justification whatsoever for this surveillance activity being carried out against me. It is based upon fabrications with the surveillance technology used to manufacture false allegations along with continuous torture abuse, imprisonment, surveillance technology R&D and medical experimentation. I am never free of the totally invasive surveillance technology abuse carried out second-by-second 24/7 for all these eight and three quarter years. This, too, is denied, and I am subjected to intense personal abuse to discredit the reality of what I report, but scores if not hundreds of people know exactly what has been happening all these years.
I believe that claiming no evidence was found concerning rendition flights using UK airports is just one more example of the police and others manipulating reality.

An inquiry has found no evidence that British airports were used by the CIA flying terrorist suspects for torture in other countries.
The investigation by the Association of Chief Police Officers followed claims by campaign group Liberty concerning "extraordinary rendition" flights.
Earlier a report by the Council of Europe alleged flights did pass through the UK and other European countries.
Liberty insisted that its claims were based on "credible investigations".
It had alleged that 210 CIA flights carrying terrorist suspects for possible torture had entered Britain since 2001.
'Collusion'
Acpo's findings emerged hours after the Council of Europe said there was evidence to prove the CIA had run secret jails in Europe.

It said prisons were used to interrogate terrorism suspects "in Europe from 2003 to 2005, in particular in Poland and Romania".
A year ago the report's author, Swiss MP Dick Marty, named the UK as one of 14 European countries which he said had colluded with the CIA in the operation of secret flights delivering terrorist suspects for interrogation.

1. What has become known as "extraordinary" rendition is a continuation of an already in place rendition activity that existed as a matter of policy prior to 9/11.
2. The UK government, in my case the Metropolitan Police, were deeply involved in the continuous demands to kidnap and remove me from the country which they refused to approve.
3. An extensive argument occurred between "Paul Winston" (Metropolitan Police most likely Special Branch) and former US Marines Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird at the Kensington High Street easyEverything in the spring of 2001 (May/early June). Strong demands were made by these former US Marines to kidnap me which were resisted by "Paul Winston" who demanded that they agree no kidnapping would take place.
4. At that time I both saw and heard these people (Paul Winston, Lt Harry Bird/Colonel Vine, "Jane") at the easyEverything while they carried out this intense argument. I can recall exactly where I was sitting and what happened. This has been imprinted on my memory as one of those unforgettable events.
5. The subjects of kidnapping me along with aircraft availability have been a continuous element in the surveillance technology 24/7 torture abuse carried out since February 2001 by Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others of their ilk.

"The EU Parliament has voted in favour of the report condemning the CIA rendition flights thus bringing back to our consciousness this incredible process of kidnapping for torture by the US government through the CIA involving at least 1200 flights through European countries. I have already related my experience in 2001 about the subject being raised about kidnapping me between former US Marine Corps Colonel Vine and Paul Winston (Metropolitan Police Special Branch) where the latter insisted that the former did not kidnap me. In the course of this argument where I both heard these people courtesy of the surveillance technology and saw them as well at the easyEverything Internet shop on Kensington High Street Colonel Vine cited an instance where they had kidnapped someone after a concert at the Royal Festival Hall which went totally unnoticed.

"This is the kind of activity which has been carried out against me for many years but without removing me to any other place. I recall vividly in about mid-June 2001 when kidnapping me was argued as I described two days ago on Wednesday, 14th February 2006 No 1. I recall that this occurred before I purchased tickets in June 2001 for a Nanci Griffith's concert at the Royal Albert Hall on 1st November 2001. It was the first day the tickets went on sale, and I was at the box office before it opened to get what I wanted if possible. As usual, I was followed there by those carrying out the surveillance abuse against me while I waited for the doors to open.
"I recall this because of the point Colonel Vine made during the argument about kidnapping me hoping to convince Paul Winston (Metropolitan Police Special Branch) that it would be OK to do so. He had described kidnapping someone after a Royal Festival Hall concert when no one was the wiser. Therefore, I was very aware of this possibility while I was waiting to purchase the tickets at the Royal Albert Hall. This also hung over my head in the months until and during the concert. I did get home all right after the concert, but I was subjected to intense verbal abuse before, during and after as usual. And, I was hit very hard with surreptitious medication about 30 minutes before the doors to the Royal Albert Hall opened for the concert.
"This whole process straddled 9/11. Rendition was a fact of life before 9/11 and was carried out in the UK with the compliance of its government. In my case the UK government refused to permit my kidnapping and presumably rendition about which I knew nothing at the time until this story broke at the end of 2005 in the Washington Post. I do not believe that rendition is used just for terrorists. I believe that it is used for removing anyone without going through the process of extradiction and/or for execution. I also believe as suggested in The Guardian on Wednesday, 14th February 2007, article that such kidnapping could mean removal to a secret prison on a US military installation in Europe or elsewhere."
The police have been very involved in this rendition activity, and any denial on their part is so much nonsense. I believe that rendition aircraft have used UK airports extensively for years starting before 9/11.
Most important, however, is that rendition is part of an overall policy of international transport, imprisonment and torture interrogation which has come to the surface since 9/11 most likely due to its increased usage.
That policy is being carried our further with the surveillance technology R&D to which I've been subjected since Febuary 2001 (again before 9/11) as part of the continuous surveillance activity carried out against me 24/7 since mid-August 1998.

2. This is my quick search of the BBC's news articles relating to "Jack Straw rendition."
1. It started before 9/11.
2. Two requests for rendition were admitted in 1998 and another was since found by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
3. My experience indicates that rendition "requests" and presumably UK flight operations have continued.
Note that Jack Straw says this issue will fade in the last article noted below:

Note that Jack Straw states "no records of requests" according to BBC News reporting in the above article while Bush was president. This is not true. The requests about which I am aware involving me were made verbally. I suspect that formal records were not kept since some of these might very well have been disappearances. How do they explain people turning up in other countries?

3. Sat Jun 9 13:28:17 BST 2007: Loud, thumping music starts from the flat below as described and noted yesterday. This is the second day running like the preceding weekend. This went on for a short period of time before stopping completely but only after it got louder than was recorded on these clips below.
A. Saturday, 9th June 2007, at 13:28:45 to 13:30:01. Loud, thumping bass music coming from below into the living room. Initially between songs then starts again.
B. Saturday, 9th June 2007, at 13:30:07 to 13:32:23. Loud thumping bass music coming from below as I move from the living room into the hall, bathroom, front door and bedroom at 13:31:13; window sill with another pause between songs before it begins blasting away. The music itself along with the thumping bass can be heard here.
Sat Jun 9 19:29:16 BST 2007: Loud, thumping music starts again from the flat below. This lasted a few minutes then stopped. Loud door slammings from below can also be heard on the recordings of this music in the clips below as noted.
C. Saturday, 9th June 2007, at 19:29:41 to 19:30:46. Loud, thumping bass music coming from below into the living room. At 58 seconds into this recording there is a loud, hard door slam from below. The recording is being made on a bookshelf near the front window. The flat front doors on on the other side quite a distance away. The loudness of this sound indicates how loud the door slams are from below which can be repeated over and over for a length of time. There is a second door slam from below just as I turn off this recording.
D. Saturday, 9th June 2007, at 19:30:54 to 19:33:12. Loud thumping bass music coming from below as I move from the living room into the hall (music pauses for a few seconds), bathroom, front door and bedroom at 19:32:10; window sill. The music went low then off from about the front door area onwards. The voice sounds at the end are coming from the Walkway which is why I made the following third clip.
E. Saturday, 9th June 2007, at 19:33:20 to 19:34:34. From the bedroom into the hall by the front door. Loud, hard, double hit door slam from below about 24 seconds into this recording. Back into the living room.
4. Safety and health problems persist of the same kind which are repeated with a deliberate disregard for established standards by those who are in responsible positions for tenant and council management.

While this is an excellent service which needs to be done, there is a problem with adequate disposal facilities so that the overflow is put on the ground overnight.
