Miliband apologises David Miliband has admitted two US 'extraordinary rendition' flights landed on UK territory in 2002.
The foreign secretary said in both cases US planes refuelled on the UK dependent territory of Diego Garcia.
He said he was "very sorry" to have to say that previous denials made in "good faith" were now having to be corrected.
The renditions - the transport of terror suspects around the world for interrogation - only came to light after a US records search, he said.
BBC world affairs correspondent Paul Reynolds said the revelations were "a serious embarrassment for the British government".
Former foreign secretary Jack Straw and former prime minister Tony Blair made statements in 2005, 2006 and 2007 saying there was no evidence that rendition flights had stopped on UK territory.

The UK police officer, Paul Winston, present c May 1998 refused Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird permission to kidnap me from London to remove me from the country. This enabled him along with them and others to carry out indefinite false imprisonment and torture interrogation including medical experimentation and R&D with the use of the most sophisticated surveillance technology the world has ever known. The criminal has taken over, and the innocent, honest people who speak the truth will be the victims of these sadists. Meanwhile, the terrorists numbers will increase as a result of this abuse, and they will flourish by such misdirected resources.
This Labour government in the UK will collapse as a result of what it has been doing for the past decade. The British people will acquire a shame that they will never be able to remove. You have no idea, but you have been informed by me about what has been actually happening right here in the UK.
You cannot make a distinction between "rendition" and "extraordinary rendition." They are both the same, and I call them all rendition.
Rendition has been a policy and practice of the US and UK governments among others since before 9/11 which had nothing to do with starting this activity. It just increased as a result of 9/11.
I learned about rendition c May 2001 because I was a surveillance target from mid-August 1998 which had been joined by US Marines (active/retired/former) Colonel Vine, Lt Harry Bird and others in February 2001 bringing along their own most sophisticated surveillance technology which surpasses anything ever known human civilisation.
While I was working in easyEverything on Kensington High Street c May 2001, there was a big argument carried out between Colonel Vine and Paul Winston a police offic r whom I believe is with the Metropolitan Police's Special Branch.
Colonel Vine was arguing strongly and continuously to be allowed to kidnap me and remove me from the country. He cited a previous instance where this had been done with someone as he left a concert at the Royal Philharmonic Hall noting that nothing had ever happened as a result meaning that nothing was ever said publicly about it.
Paul Winston refused to allow them to kidnap me and made them promise that they would not do so. I remember this very clearly because this was the one time I believe that I actually saw these people while they were carrying out their stalking and harassment torture against me with their use of their most sophisticated surveillance technology which enables me to hear what they are saying. This is a technology which has long been in existence and is called Sound-to-Skull (S2K) by the US Army.
I also remember this quite distinctly from this time frame because in mid-June 1998 I went to the Royal Albert Hall box office to purchase a ticket to the Nanci Griffith concert to be held on 1st November 1998. I was irst in the queue of one and got my centre front row seat.
While I was waiting for the doors to open, I was, as always, subjected to continuous verbal abuse from those using the surveillance technology which made me think about the Royal Philharmonic Hall abduction and the possibility that something similar might happen to me after the Nanci Griffith concert at the Royal Albert Hall. It didn't.
When the rendition story was originally broken by Dana Priest in the Washington Post, I sent Emails to several people including the then Foreign Secretary Jack Straw. Shortly after that he admitted publicly that the UK had engaged in rendition in conjunction with the US prior to 9/11. There is an article about this admission in the BBC News archive.
Kidnapping to avoid extradition proceedings has been part of the US/UK activity before 9/11. It is most conveniently used against those innocents whom are merely disliked as dissenters where there is only hatred on the part of right wing goons (that's why the US Marines are used) and no evidence. It has taken place on UK home soil, i.e., London, and was part of an ongoing effort by agents of the US who were connected with the US Marines as dependable miscreants.*
Shortly after 9/11 and the invasion of Afghanistan, Colonel Vine was absent and described as being in Afghanistan. Since then he has been described as being in various other hot spot locations in the world. Recently, a male said "he is never here" at which time I thought he was referring to Colonel Vine.
Rendition is not the big issue. More important is the fact of this imprisonment, torture interrogation, surreptitious medication and surveillance technology R&D is being carried out jointly by the US and UK on British soil which I have experienced directly 24/7 for the past seven years that goes on while I write this Email.
This is where you will get all your real denials with the truth emerging sometime in the future. This is also why people like me who have been innocent targets of this activity have to be eliminated in a manner that looks like either natural causes or institutionalised under the Mental Health Act on trumped up allegations. Both these objectives are being sought at present.
It's time to start really digging the truth out from the people who experience this abuse rather than twitter away about what the government might or might not have said with evasive language that creates deniability or its illusion with respect to reporting the facts surrounding rendition.
When you get at this truth, you will find that it makes rendition look like a holiday trip to resort locations by comparison. I am not overstating anything when I call it "The Portable Concentration Camp."

3. Cleaners on television and in real life. Last night on Virgin1 digital television the programme Criminal Minds dealt with a serial killer called a "Cleaner." He cleaned the streets of all those whom he considered should be disposed: homeless, drug addicts, derelicts, prostitutes.

A Kansas City, Kansas, police office, so this story went, had the responsibility of dealing with the section of the city where the down and outers dwelled. He had documented 63 of these people as disappearing without a trace. His local police bosses didn't want to know about it because these were riff raff not worthy of attention. He went to the FBI who managed to get jurisdiction and assisted this recalcitrant police force to find the serial who was quite literally slaughtering these people.
During the course of this television programme the serial killer's toad was found who collected these people from the streets to be delivered to the sadist for extreme cruelty, torture and punishment before death. When interrogating this toad, the FBI agent described the treatment meted out to the toad as extreme abuse consisting of dehumanisation, humiliation and constant criticism so that nothing he did was every right.
This is exactly how Lt Harry Bird, BS and others behave with the use of the surveillance technology against me. The are constantly abusing me in the most negative way. They dehumanise by calling me all sorts of animals and humiliate in the most extreme ways especially sexual humiliation dealt our continuously no matter what I am doing. They just make it up. Everything I do is criticised in the most abusive away no matter what I do. Their efforts are, of course, intended to break me down and make me subservient so that I will accept all that they say and do and not protest in anyway. They frequently say "He hasn't learned his lesson yet" or "He will learn to obey."
This verbal abuse never stops and is carried out continuously around-the-clock day and night without any break whatsoever for all these nine and one-half years with the use of surveillance technology including sleep deprivation each and every night along with surreptitious medication. They come up with the most atrocious allegations about crimes that I've never committed and continuously make negative false characterisations. The seek to learn all they can so that the can exploit anything they find in this way. I've written all of this down and/or taken verbal notes on all they say in order to create a compilation for the book I am writing about their techniques as actually used.
While watching this television episode about "Cleaners" on this episode of Criminal Minds I realised that the description and analysis of the "Cleaner" in Kansas City was identical with the behaviour of Lt Harry Bird, BS and others who participate in the surveillance technology abuse against me. They are Cleaners. They are trying to rid the world of people they despise and hate by means of surveillance technology sadistic abuse carried out indefinitely based upon this foundation of false allegations and false negative characterisations.
The difference between the fictional drama portrayed on Criminal Minds is that the police, NHS medical professionals, government and others participate in this process. While the television fictional drama keyed on a recalcitrant police department who didn't want to know what was happening to the destitute who lived on the streets, in reality in the UK these people carry out the destruction of human life against people inside their own homes because they believe that they are "potty," "psychotic," "dirty," "evil," "monster," "elephant," "monkey," "snake," "insect," "killer," "rapist," "paedophile" and on and on.
The ultimate "Cleaner" violent abuse is "Get him out," "Take him out," "Move him out," "Pull him out," "Lock him out" as occurred this morning and so on. This vigilante incitement to get others to carry out this extreme violent objective of removal or "Cleaning" is based upon the above noted negative characterisations and false allegations. There is no middle ground. There are no facts. There is no evidence. There are just made up allegations delivered emotionally with much screaming hysteria that jumps immediately to the extreme form of abuse: incitement to "Clean."
You should hear all the abuse that goes along with "He deserves it" or "He asked for it" while they carry out continuous punishment and terror torture. They are everything this democratic society has all wrapped up in one operation establishing its own laws and behaviour based upon the abuse of surveillance technology and the presumption of guilt. Amazingly, a large group of people take all of this seriously allowing the abuse to go on while they participate year after year now for almost ten years. This is the land of justice and freedom where the original parliament of parliaments was founded for the democratic rule of law and its democratic institutions.
It is all right in the UK to carry out this kind of abuse against a human being for almost a decade 24/7 with vigilante incitement of the mob to help along and create a scapegoat in the community. Why, it's an old fashion witch hunt complete with screaming females and bellowing males all of it supervised and driven by the police, mental health professionals and government. The children get the best of training in this kind of behaviour. Perhaps the FBI's Behavioural Analysis Unit might like to take a look at this situation to see what their own kind are doing. Of course, the FBI has had a lot of experience with COINTELPRO.

I wonder when all 23 episodes will be repeated? What is particularly nice about these kinds of television programmes especially last night's about the "Cleaner" is the fact that those using the surveillance technology watch right along with me and can see themselves for what they are. Alas, it does no good since they practice denial and resistance.
4. Wright guilty of Suffolk murders. The UK has just convicted its own version of a "Cleaner." Steve Wright was convicted today of killing five prostitutes in Suffolk shortly before Christmas in 2006. Here's a situation where the "Cleaner" was at work in the community at large and was caught and convicted in short order. However, in my experience the institutionalised "cleaning" taking place involving hundreds of people against one person has taken almost a decade and is no where near a conclusion. What this shows is that the criminal mind is everywhere, and everyone must be on guard against it regardless of organisational affiliation or representation.

Wright guilty of Suffolk murders
Steve Wright has been found guilty of murdering five women in Suffolk. The bodies of Gemma Adams, Tania Nicol, Anneli Alderton, Paula Clennell and Annette Nicholls were found in Ipswich over a 10-day period in December 2006. Wright, 49, of Ipswich, said during his trial that he had sex with four of the five women, who were working as prostitutes, but denied killing them. Ipswich Crown Court jurors unanimously found him guilty of all five murders and he will be sentenced on Friday. |
