just an interim step pending the roll out of the kind of surveillance technology and imprisonment terror and torture interrogation to which I've been subjected by UK and US Government agents starting in February 2001 seven months before 9/11.  These are some comments about my situation as it relates to a "mistake" against an innocent person subjected to indefinite torture imprisonment and medical experimentation.  This abuse of power is hardly a "mistake" since those involved knowingly make false allegations of every kind to smear and create fear so that they can sustain the surveillance technology use as a weapon.  This has nothing to do with an investigation.  It's completely a fabrication.  There is a programme which goes beyond rendition, and it was in place before 9/11.  In June 2001 the threats to kidnap me from retired US Marines Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird reached a fever pitch.  During this time I used to go to various Internet shops just set up in London by Stelios the founder of EasyJet.  He called them easyEverything, and there was one on Kensington High Street near where I live in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea as well as others on Oxford Street, Tottenham Court Road, next to Victoria Station and near Trafalgar Square.  I've used all of these at one time or another.  I had been going to these since early 2000 when my phone mysteriously went out of commission on 1st March 2000 with British Telecom stumbling around for a week without repairing it.  I cancelled my phone service and went out daily to these various Internet shops throughout London.  I also worked extensively in the local libraries also using their free Internet access while I researched and prepared legal proceedings which I initiated in March 2001.  Wherever I went all that I did was completely monitored including constant verbal abuse feedback about what I was doing.  I was constantly subjected to intense abuse no matter where I was located due to the nature of the surveillance technology.  I was quite familiar with the players including names and some vital statistics as well a some who were local and known to me personally.  This is how I was and am able to verify without any doubt on my part the exact nature of the surveillance technology.  On one day in June 2001 there was an intense argument about kidnapping me between Colonel Vine and Paul Winston whom I believe to be a Metropolitan Police Officer connected with Special Branch.  Paul was demanding that Vine promise not to kidnap me.  Vine had cited an earlier example where they had picked up someone after a concert at the Royal Festival Hall, and no one had been the wiser.  The argument was ferocious, and they moved around in proximity to me in the large upstairs of the Kensington High Street easyEverything.  I saw whom I suspected to be Paul Winston and Lt Harry Bird.  Their voices subsequently came from a direction behind me to my right where I had seen them go.  There was also a woman present who was an apparent associate of Vine arguing for kidnapping me too.  I remember this well and when it happened because subsequent to this argument I went to the Royal Albert Hall in mid-June to purchase a ticket for a Nanci Griffith concert for later in the year that November 2001.  I went early on the day these tickets first went on sale, was the first there and got what I wanted: a centre front row seat.  I was tracked there and abused as always while I waited for the ticket sales doors to open.  If they wanted to kidnap me at sometime in relation to this concert so be it.  They did not, and It was a magnificent concert which occurred after 9/11 with appropriate references to it by Nanci who had called her friend Julie Gold in lower Manhattan from Toronto on the morning of 9/11.  I was subjected to some verbal abuse while watching the concert but got home safely with only more verbal abuse courtesy of the surveillance technology.  Prior to this episode in April 2001, there was a car bomb explosion in front of the BBC's Television Centre which is near where I live.  After this event, Lt Harry Bird said in the middle of the night during one of the routine wake ups to which I was subjected continuously throughout each night that he was "going to spread it around that he's the bomber."  What he was suggesting was a fabrication since he knew it was totally false, and I knew it was preposterously untrue since I was on the other side against terrorism of any kind.  In fact, if I had any information, I would be the first to give it to the police which I had done on one occasions.  After 9/11 occurred, Lt Harry Bird began claiming that I was associated with "al Qaeda" another item he had picked up from the news.  It was quickly obvious to me that he was creating anything he could to associate me with terrorism for his own personal corrupt self interest along with creating other fabricated crimes for the same objective.  He has called me a suicide bomber, car bomber and sleeper along with murderer and rapist.  The list of his false allegations had reach 17 by the last count.  Lt Harry Bird and Colonel Vine have wasted a significant amount of resources (people and money) during the last almost five years 24/7 since February 2001 by faking it for their own greed, glory and power.  After 9/11 I began noting that their false allegations clogged the information pipeline which I felt contributed to 9/11.  More recently the London bombings of 7/7 went undetected against a background of this continuing false information being fed to everyone from these two.  Even worse some of the "Dud" Bombers of 7/21 last summer were associated with this area as arrests on 7/28 noted.  The "Dud" Bomber who tried to blow up a Tube train at Shepherd's Bush near the BBC Television Centre and where I live had fled to Italy.  He also came from nearby I believe news reports indicated.  The intensity from those who are clearly of a lesser ability to fabricate for their own self aggrandisement is beyond belief in that they are allowed to continue even after they are shown to be complete phoneys.  The April 2001 BBC Television Centre car bombers were all arrested, tried and convicted.  These people including Bird and Vine are deliberately faking for their own purposes, but this is occurring in a far more insidious manner than the Rendition programme where a person is "disappeared," and a mistake occurs.  In this situation they just go on with indefinite imprisonment, torture interrogation and medical experimentation without any effective restraint.  Everything can be covered up.
