It's no secret to me why the London bombers on 7th and 21st July 2005 were completely undetected. Limited resources were extensively misused.This involved scores if not hundreds of people sapping limited resources including the dedication of Metropolitan Police Officers like Paul Winston (Special Branch?) who knowingly supported this hoax for their own greed, glory and power.Having already dug themselves so deeply into crimnail behaviour they continued to increase it in order to bail themselves out of their own catastrophe thus making it all the worse in the years between 9/11 and 7th July 2005 under the false pretense of providing security when they were actually destroying it.This has far ranging implications not only for the failures of the security services with respect to the 7th and 21st of July 2005 but also has used up resources for the emergency and health services making a contribution to that budget crisis now emerging.It is especially important to note that arrests were made in this genreal area after the 21st of July dud bombs. It has to be recognised that this kind of an abuse of power and the use of the most sophistiated surveillance technology ever known to the human race has made a major impact on creating terrorists.By putting this surveillance technology into the hands of the general public for their own criminal abuse 24/7 since August 1998 the word has spread throughout this community especially by those who are using the surveillance technology. I've been making known the fact that those who are abusing power in this manner are making a significant contribution to the failures of security and the escalation of violence since 9/11.These people knowingly clog the information pipeline with junk, and their constant fabricated allegations along with intense emotional hysteria used to maintain the surveillance technology activity bogs down the security services and others in a situation that is totally without foundation.I submit that this is direct evidence for extreme failures from the security services involving people who fake it because they do not have the ability to legitimately make it and are seeking revenge and retaliation for their own criminal actions which I have reported. They have knowingly been allowed to continue with this fraudulent activity 24/7 for many years. This constitutes direct evidence of a significant contributtion to the failures surrounding both the 7th and 21st of July 2005 bombing and bombing attempt.Every effort is made to cover this up from allowing the extremely destructively surveillance technology abuse to continue against me 24/7 by members of the general public without their having had any proper vetting, psychological evaluation, training or experience. Their only "qualification" is that they are sadistic in the extreme reflecting the behaviour of psychopaths. Their criminal intent and their willingness to carry out crimes against an innocent person based upon a presumption of guilt is the only valued and sought after criteria for their employment.This failure of standards associated with surveillance and its abuses is direct evidence that such an attitude permeates the security apparatus putting everyone in this country at risk because it is allowed to continue by any number of people in a position of authority who know exactly what is taking place.The media has to share this responsibility. The failure to publish this failure and its abuse of power by the media allows this risk to public safety to continue and get worse.Covering up such activity while allowing it to continue in the face of grave threats to this country is an example of the worst sort of negligence that could endanger this country. The Committee examines the expenditure, administration and policy of the three Agencies. It operates within the ‘ring of secrecy’ and has wide access to the range of Agency activities and to highly classified information. Its cross–party membership of nine from both Houses is appointed by the Prime Minister after consultation with the Leader of the Opposition. The Committee is required to report annually to the Prime Minister on its work. These reports, after any deletions of sensitive material, are placed before Parliament by the Prime Minister. The Committee also provides ad hoc reports to the Prime Minister from time to time. The Chairman of the Intelligence and Security Committee is the Right Honourable Paul Murphy. The Committee is supported by a Clerk and secretariat in the Cabinet Office and can employ an investigator to pursue specific matters in greater detail."
