I stumbled on this amazing report a couple years after I had determined that the surveillance technology used against me was able to see through my eyes.   At that time this report was four or so years old.  It's now over six years old but reflects the ability to decode eyesight information in order to see through the eyes of another being.  There is a related story about a similar experiment at:

Without knowing that this could be done, it took me about six months to determine and confirm for myself that those using the surveillance technology could see through my eyes.  This most sophisticarted brain wave monitoring surveillance technology started in February 2001 with the arrival of retired US Marines Colonel Vine and Lt Harry Bird who joined the already 2.5 years of surveillance activity which had been carried out against me 24/7 since August 1998. 

I began detecting an extraordinary ability to see what I was writing while taking a bath in March 2001.  I was making handwritten notes about the torture abuse I was then receiving between two hearings at the High Court where I was seeking protection under the law from this harassment.  I was writing out the abuse I was receiving while taking a bath, and what I was writing was read out loud by Lt Harry Bird.  I had quickly established that hearing could be transmitted by electromagnetic radiation.  This was the first experience I had of these two in February 2001 also while taking a bath.  They were trying to spook me.  Instead, I just listened patiently to what they were saying and documented it.

At first I though starlight cameras were being used in the bathroom as elsewhere to be able to see what I was doing. But, when I began writing in very small print while sitting in the bathtub, I did not know exactly how what I was writing could be read.  The same thing happened while I was preparing food in the kitchen.  Again, this like all my actviity was subjected to intense abuse, and I took notes.  I used a notebook computer which I knew could be monitroed by TEMPEST which was being done.  However, when I began writing down what was happening, what I wrote was read aloud by Lt Harry Bird, and I was able to hear what he was saying. 

In fact, it was this ability to hear what was being said by those carrying out the surveillance activity that enabled me to learn all the other aspects of this most sophisticated surveillance technology.  When I went to use my bank card at a cash machine, Lt Harry Bird read out my PIN accurately and instructed "BS" to write it down.  At first I thought that this was possible by TEMPEST but later learned that it was becaue he was able to see through my eyes. 

Similar instances occurred while I was outdoors in Holland Park filling in forms for the Census and a corporate annual report in April/May 2001.  The information I was entering was being read aloud.  I could hear what was being said and knew it was accurate.  In this situation there could not possibly be any kind of camera which could have focused on what I was writing. 

Along about August 2001, I was opening some post outside on a road adjacent to the park.  I did not pull out the piece of paper inside the envelope but looked inside.  As I did this, Lt Harry Bird read out the name at the top of the letterhead.  There was no way the inside of this envelope could be seen while I was looking into it by any other means than through my eyes. 

Later "BS" yelled "Look at his eyes" as I walked across the park's football playing field.  The diplopia (double vision) which had developed in 1998 and was basically curred by the end of that year was beginning to recur by September 2001.  This was largely due to the stress factor to which I was being subjected by this surveillance technology which had been introducted in February 2001.  While walking across this open space and looking into the distance, the images began to separate. As they did so, "BS" working with Lt Harry Bird yelled out loud about this as noted since she could see through my eyes. 

There was no doubt whatsoever that the ability to look through my eyses to see whatever I saw was possible to a high degree of accuracy anywhere I was located.  Very fine print could be seen while I was reading because unique names like the name of an solicitor in very small type on a business card were read out loud.

After I had determined that this could be done without transplants and wherever I was located, I stumbled across the two articles noted above which confirmed for me that neuroscience and computer technology could be used to see through another being's eyes.  Although these experiments used implants extensiverly, the surveilance technology used against me was so far advanced that these were unnecessary.  This shows the great difference between what is being developed in the private sector and the far greater advance in the public sector from secret research using human quinea pigs such as myself who were not consenting in any way and subject to far greater harm much of which was and is deliberate. 

I had cataract surgery during the summer of 2003 as a result of the electromagnetic radiation from the imagining devices used iin the flat above to track all my actvity 24/7 that had started in August 1998.  The cataracts were diagnosed at the Western Eye Hospital in December 2000 after tracking the deterioration of my eyes for over two years by continuous examinations and adjustments for sight correction.  While I was on the operating table for the first cataract surgery, Lt Harry Bird shouted "Look at the light!"  The surgical light was blinding and had to be endured by me during surgery since my eyelids were clamped open. 

Once again the fact that those using the surveillance technology could see through my eyes was dramatically reinforced no matter where I was located or what I was doing.  It was necessary to remain absolutely still during this surgery.  Any movement I made could have easily caused a very serious injury.  Lt Harry Bird knew this since he was able to monitor all that I was doing including every step and instruction preceding the surgery.  This abuse goes on minute-by-minute 24/7 and continued not only up to the door of he hospital on the day of the surgery but, as note, while I was on the operating table.  They bask in sadistic pleasure for carrying out such continuous abuse. 

This loud shout about the blinding light could easily have made me jump or move sharply in response and cause damage while the surgeon was operating.  Since I was qutie used to this abuse which had been going on for five years by that time, I just took it in due course as part of the continuous efforts to cause me as much damage and personal injury as possible.  I just documented it a little later as I do all tha happens. 

I believe that this shouting was intentional as are all such attacks against me.  Every effort is made to cause personal injuries such as the cataracts followed by every effort to exploit them to made them worse including the recovery period afterwards.  I postponeed the cataract surgery as long as I could hoping to bring this surveilance technology torture to an end.  That is why I had gone to the High Court to seek its protection under the law in early 2001 after the cataracts were diagnosed in December 2000.  I had hoped that I could protect myhself against further intentional personal injury which was being accomplished by using the surveillacne technologyh as a weapon. 

My effrots to get court protection failed as a result of the intense abuse from the surveillance technology torture which destroyed my abiltiy to proceed.  This is a whole story in itself.  As it turned out, one of the key objectives of harassment which the law seeks to protect against was able to succeed.   Those carrying out harassment make every effort to harass so intently that the target is prevented from properly addressing the problem to bring the harassment ot an end.  This is a cornerstone of the law which was intended to prevent this extreme abuse by providing protection through the courts.  It failed miserably. 

The ability to see through another's eyes and hear through another's ears destroys all privacy making any legal processing futile since there is no confidentiality whatsoever.  This not only undermines the legal process but destroys it completely.  Until this surveillance technology is brought under some kind of proper legal control itself, the legal justice system no longer exists as it has evolved in the civilised world as we know it. 

It is time to put a stop to such abuse of power as I am experiencing and have been now for over 7.5 years 24/7 if democracy as we know it is to survive.
