1. Special Branch police officers became part of the terror problem in Northern Ireland as described in a report issued today. The same has happened to me in my direct experience. The police officers involved who have been here on a dedicated basis for years most notably in 2001 before 9/11 have colluded and conspired with those whom I reported for crimes in order to "stitch me up." They carried out crimes against me and watched others do the same without intervention. These were at least two whom were called Paul Winston and Mike. It appears that Special Branch is a law unto itself and immune from any intervention and control.

I have complained about this behaviour to the Metropolitan Police Commissioner in the past and have received a request for names and specific information. The accuracy of the names are uncertain and specific information provided while under surveillance is a joke. They use surveillance technology to know all that I am doing in order to cover themselves, and there has been verbal requests for an "alibi" when noting what I was doing with regard to specific activities. Unless this comes from within the police themselves, there can be little expectation from the public that this abuse by the police will be stopped.

NI police colluded with killers

Some of the victims were: Top row: Eamon Fox, Sharon McKenna, Thomas Shepherd; Bottom Row: Gary Convey, Tommy English, Raymond McCord Jnr
Those murdered were all victims of the UVF

Police colluded with loyalists behind over a dozen murders in north Belfast, a report by the Police Ombudsman of Northern Ireland has confirmed.

Nuala O'Loan's report said UVF members in the area committed murders and other serious crimes while working as informers for Special Branch.

It said two retired Assistant Chief Constables refused to cooperate with the investigation.

Special Branch officers gave the killers immunity, it said.

I am convinced that at least one prosecution will arise out of today's report
Peter Hain
Northern Ireland secretary

The officers ensured the murderers were not caught and even "baby-sat" them during police interviews to help them avoid incriminating themselves.

The Special Branch officers "created false notes" and blocked searches for UVF weapons.

They also paid almost £80,000 to leading loyalist Mark Haddock, jailed for 10 years last November for an attack on a nightclub doorman.

Police collusion with loyalist killers went up to senior ranks

Richard Ford, Home Correspondent

  • No officers will face prosecution
  • Demands for Reid advisor to resign

  • Blog: The IRA are treated as political activists, not criminals. So should the RUC

Police colluded with loyalist paramilitary informers in up to 15 murders in Northern Ireland during what Peter Hain, the Northern Ireland Secretary, described yesterday as a “dark and murky” period in the province’s history.

Collusion with the informers went right up to the senior ranks of the Northern Ireland police force, a devastating Ombudsman’s report revealed.

Even though Special Branch handlers protected the Ulster Volunteer Force gang by destroying evidence and thwarting criminal investigations, no officers are to face prosecution. Nor will there be a public inquiry into the scandal despite Mr Hain’s admission that similar incidents probably occurred elsewhere in the province. He described the report as a devastating indictment but said that it should draw a line in the sand.

    2. There were two exceptional programmes on BBC television tonight about Alexander Litvinenko. The first was a BBC One Panorama documentary about his murder called How to Murder a Spy which can be seen online here for however long it remains available.. The second was a Storyville documentary on BBC Two entitled My Friend Sasha: A Very Russian Murder. The first is an extraordinary account of his killing including at least one other attempt that failed. The second is a documentary that started three years ago by his friend Andrei Nekrasov inspired by Alexander Litvinenko's book Blowing Up Russia. The documentary tells an incredible story of a corrupt secret service turned into an assassination bureau which is alleged to have killed him after Putin changed the law last summer in 2006 making it possible for the FSB to determine who was an enemy of Russia and kill them anywhere in the world without any judicial review or justification.

The documentary by Andrei Nedrasov portrays the repressive arm of the state reaching out to annhilate anyone it dislikes either by murder or imprisonment on trumped up charges. Alexander Litvinenko was so imprisoned on false assault charges against a taxi driver. The real reason was that he refused to carry out an assassination and produced a news conference where dissident agents denounced the FSB which was the KGB's successor organisation in Russia. They called it a criminal organisation that no longer protected the people of Russia but was instead dedicated to private political and commercial objectives. The KGB had been an ideological organisation, and its successor FSB became a "play for pay" criminal gang dedicated to stitching up anyone who was an obstruction or killing them if necessary.

The West continues to look down its nose at the East especially the post Soviet Union now become Russia in name as well as people. While these kinds of documentaries are spectacularly important, the very same activity is taking place in the West and most especially in the US and the UK, but no one wants to believe it and report its facts. The same credibilty problem accrued to Alexander Litvinenko until he paid for his dissent with his life after defecting exactly six years before he was poisoned with the radioactive polonium 210 on 1st November 2006. He had been marked and persecuted for his earlier honest behaviour.

There is nothing different about operations by US and UK agents here in the West. The above exposure of Special Branch operations in Northern Ireland is just one example that has come to light after 15 were killed, but this whole activity continues. I'm just one person reporting it while it is in progress. Those carrying it out thrive on the fact that they can discredit what I describe with personal attacks against me. These are no different than the attacks against anyone who exposes the truth about the brutality which now underpins these secret organisations. No one is doing a documentary about this except those like me who are documenting their own story. Eventually the result will be the same: death by assassination except in the West it will be made to look like natural causes and not be so clumsily done with radioactive material which killed Alexander Litvinenko.

Study these two documentaries if you can carefully. There will be much produced about Alexander Litvinenko in the future. This is just the beginning. Try to think about and realise that Western so-called intelligence organisations are operating as commercial death dispensers on sale to those who can afford the price for nothing more than revenge and retaliation. They employ the least intelligent people (criminals are preferred) who function at the moronic or submoronic level and will carry out a mindless array of false allegations and endlessly boring surveillance 24/7 until the target is destroyed. This is the no-hoper's path to employment and success. It takes no skill, experience, education or training. It only requires someone who is a psycopath, pathological liar, sadistically perverse and completely dedicated to destroying others for greed, glory and power. This is the professional opportunity for serial killers. That's why the US Marines make a good recruiting source.

These so-called intelligence organisations in the West have degenerated into the criminal organisations just like Alexander Litvinenko's characterisation of the FSB who take out political or commercial opponents or those who are just not liked. It's happening right here, folks, and it has been happening to me for the past eight years and five months 24/7. It is taking a long time because the procedures are being developed by experiments carried out against me and others like me so that maximum research information can be gained in the process before ultimately killing off target's like me when the threat from exposure gets to close. This is the real story in the West that needs to be told now but most likely will lay dormant until it is too late for western democracies to do anything to save democracy itself. People just do not want to know which was dramatically brought out in Andrei Nedrasov's documentary about the people in Russia. Tyranny will result with these technological tools as the method of control.

    Litvinenko's widow branded 'liar'

    Marina Litvinenko

The Kremlin has angrily branded Alexander Litvinenko's widow Marina a "liar" following an interview she has given to Panorama.

She said: "I cannot say exactly that Putin killed my husband but I can say that Putin is behind everything that happens in Russia."

President Vladimir Putin's press spokesman said: "Indirectly she says that Russia has done it. I answer directly that Russia has not done it.

"It is absurd even to think about it."

The programme's investigation into the death of the former Russian spy has found that it is likely that there were multiple attempts to poison Litvinenko with Polonium 210 with the first as early as two weeks before he visited the London Sushi Bar on November 1 with academic Mario Scaramella.
