Here are two temperature and humidity graphs for my living room area where I sit all day long and well into the evening for the past four weeks. The second graph is for the last week where the temperature and humidity merge in a most unusual pattern of elevated humidity which spikes from about midday onwards. Although there has been rain for the past week in the UK and especially in the southeast including the London area, this inside humidity change with its spikes also correlates with what I believe to be surreptitious medication administered by vapourised molecular steam. The objective is to incapacitate and debilitate by means of this surreptitious medication.

I have documented this subjective experience all this past week as it occurred with extensive notes about what I call the "steam effect." This is obvious hot, moisture laden air surrounding me which causes my skin to feel damp. This is not any body temperature elevation. In only occurs in the living room. When I went into the bathroom, hall and bedroom at the same time, there was no further feeling of this same effect. It was not present in other rooms. Therefore, it was not coming from within and was associated with the living room itself.

Also there was extreme drowsiness which followed after this that caused me to nod out for short periods of time. The times for feeling this "steam effect" tended to be consistent at about 1130 in the morning and later in the afternoon around 1630, but they could be felt at other times as well. The extreme drowsiness and actually nodding out subsequent to this "steam effect," however, caused me to associate this experience with those of some years ago which were similar, and I believed at that time were associated with the surreptitious administration of medication with an intention to debilitate and incapacitate for that is what occurred. In addition to the initial extreme drowsiness there is a lingering lethargy and sense of imbalance that fades over time.

I am all too familiar with this impact from surreptitious medication which has been carried out 24/7 for years. This is nothing new but has been mostly administered by brainwave feedback surveillance technology anywhere I was. That's its advantage. Obviously, the molecular vapourisation of medication cannot be administered outside or in other location. This takes special preparation and means of introducing it into the environmet, thus it turns up only innside my home and in the area where I spend most of my time.

For many years there has always been a reference to "He's drugged" at times when I've felt the impact of the surreptitious medication as described. In fact, this goes back many years inside my home when I could easily tell when I was and was not medicated surreptitiously. I would function much better. One day while I was working on the computer technology in my living room, one of those using the surveillance technology, the sister of the mother of the abused children, screamed "He's not drugged." They used to watch me every second and scream like this in the absence of the surreptitious medication. It was not long before I was hit with the impact sensations of the surreptitious medication. I believe that this was administered in the manner consistent with my experience of this past week by molecular vapourisation.

Later there came a switch to electromagnetic radiation for the surreptitious medication so that I could be hit when I was outside. I remember on one occasion as I was walking south on Southhampton Street from Covent Garden to the Strand, I noted at 1100 am that I was hit by the surreptitious medication. Just after this Lt Harry Bird yelled "He's drugged" which I could plainly hear due to the nature of the surveillance technology. Every effort has been made to interfere in all my activity especially when I went out to go anywhere. Lt Harry Bird has always attempted to destroy whatever I intended to do. On one occasion Paul Winston (Special Branch) said "I don't care where he goes as long as he's drugged."

This surreptitious medication was used as part of an extensive dirty tricks campaign. Wherever I went to shop, I was hit hard by the impact of this attempt to debilitate and incapacitate. The point was to cause me to make an error which could be attacked such as dropping something in the store. This never happened. When nothing happened, I was subjected to extensive verbal abuse anyway.

There was a constant incitement coupled with this verbal abuse to "Get him out" meaning to remove me from my home by force and violence based upon my behaviour in public which was never anything but normal although every effort was made to be as provocative as possible by using the surreptitious medication to debilitate and incapacitate. I've documented all of this explicitly day after day as it occurred on a tape recorder I carry with me at all times during the past five years since this abuse became so extensive following the arrival of Lt Harry Bird and this escalation of the surveillance technology abuse. Prior to this I wrote everything on a notebook computer which I continued to use.

Everywhere I went no matter where it was I was hit with this surreptitious medication as well as inside my home. When I attended medical appointments, it was used to wipe me out. The same was true if I went to a concert. I could feel the hit as I prepared to go into the concert hall. I had to be careful not to jog after something like trying to catch a bus. My muscles could give out and did once causing me to fall. All of this was totally unnecessary, unlawful and criminal in the context with which it occurred as part of an attempt to murder. In areas of weakness I've noted its impact on my skeletal system. When the muscles are weakened, the skeletal system is weakened too which can lead to a bone injury since the skeleton is supported by the body's muscles.

It is unlawful in the UK to involuntarily administer medication outside a hospital environment for very good reasons. There is no control over dosage amounts and no means to measure the impact on the person receiving the mediation. In fact, it is done on an ad hoc, trial and error basis against me. If it doesn't work enough, more is used. Today a male said ". . . a little more" which I took to mean to administer a little more surreptitious medication. This was followed shortly later by a "steam effect." There have been continuous references to the failure of surreptitious medication in the past including talk about going back to the laboratory for adjustments. Making this known to me is part of the torture activity.

The point in all of this has been to stop me from writing and publishing as I am doing now about all that is happening. There has been a concerted effort this past week to attack me in this manner to interfere with my writing and publishing this web journal. In fact, this has been carried out excessively like this since June hoping to silence me due to the Audit Commission inspection in July, but this is the first week of returning to an old method for administering the medication surreptitiously by means of molecular vapourisation. This time, however, I have objective evidence of this activity as is displayed below in the temperature and humidity graphs.

In the first graph below the rise in the humidity during the last of the past four weeks is quite dramatic. The temperature while quite high during July as noted here at the end of that month and in earlier similar graphs published here has declined to around 30C during the fourth week rising a bit in the last couple days. The humidity, however, has taken not only a significant rise for inside my living room but spikes along during the day consistent with my experience of the "steam effect." I prepared an expanded graph of this last week by itself to show this change. It is in the second graph below.

Looking at the first six days of last week the spiking humidity can be clearly seen in each day from about midday onwards. This is quite pronounced in the first five days, but then changes on the sixth day which then carries on during the last couple days (Saturday and Sunday). I left the temperature and humidity logger running today since I did not want to break apart a full day's surreptitious medication evidence. Thus, there are eight days shown here below.

I was quite surprised to note this return to an former method of administering surreptitious medication like this instead of using the brainwave monitor and feedback electromagnetic radiation to emulate the impact of medication on the brain. I was delighted since I have the means to measure this activity. I did not say anything about this all week until late this afternoon when I outlined the data I had as a result of this temperature and humidity logger.

It still must be remembered that there has been rain during this past week, and the humidity has been elevated outside but not always. I've kept a record of the rain when it was falling. I have not kept a record of the outside humidity which I will have to track down from a weather data source. However, given all my experience from past years, what occurred this past week was consistent with that experience and was described as such by me during the week. I believe that the humidity recorded here in these graphs most likely reflects the surreptitious medication administration by the means which I have described above.

As part of the dirty tricks campaign against me, every effort is made to claim mental illness. This is reinforced with the surreptitious medication used on top of chronic sleep deprivation and in conjunction with continuous, nonstop verbal abuse. All of these together plus whatever else these people can exploit are used to try to undermine, undercut, destabilise and destroy a human being. The allegations are all false. Every effort is made to create problems which do not exist and have not been created despite eight years 24/7 of this kind of abuse carried out with as much intensity as possible.

My strength of character along with physical and mental soundness are evidenced by the fact that I am still well grounded and generally healthy all around after eight years of this kind of torture carried out 24/7 without any break at anytime in all these years. I'm still proving the validity of my documentation and experience as can be seen here while noting the extensive criminal acts being carried out against me as accurately as is possible under the circumstances.

Happy 20th of August 2006 everyone. The surveillance technology driven torture campaign has now entered its 9th year. So far it has failed completely but has implicated scores of people in excessive and extensive criminal activity. It is so big and involves so many people that it can never be covered up as those who keep doing this try to accomplish as they tried all this past week consistent with all eight years of this activity around-the-clock nonstop. There's only one of me and many of them. That certainly does attest to my stability and soundness doesn't it?

Sun Aug 20 21:55:28 BST 2006: "He should be dead," said a male just as I finished the above and was spell checking it. The mother of the abused children who is responsible for all of this said "Good, God Almighty." She said five years ago "I want him dead." And just before that she threatened me with "I'll get a bomb and blow him out of there." Violence has marked these people's behaviour all these these years. They are a threat to others, themselves actually and have threatened suicide if they did not get their way.

Here is the mental illness, and these are the people who need to be medicated. Their threats of death and violence are continuous and witnessed by many, many people, yet nothing is done to stop the real source of the problem. Within the last couple days elsewhere in the country, the police shot a man in the hand and are holding him on suspicion of threatening to kill. Where are the police in this environment? They witness this activity and participate in the violence. That's why this has been going on for eight years 24/7 without being stopped.

Sun Aug 20 22:05:54 BST 2006: "We'll get caught," said a male evidently after someone suggested an overt act to stop me just as I published this on the Internet. This, too, has been a frequent comment coupled with various methods proposed on how to "stop him." Or, perhaps he was referring to the evidence I've accumulated. This fear drives them to ever more extreme destructive behaviour.
