Fri, 29 Oct 1999 - 15:43:50    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; detoured to the front door due to the excessive noise from the kids playing ball in the Walkway; heard them clearly but did not see them; heard the ball bouncing; if I stayed there would have seen eventually; I made not a bit of noise in the bathroom; into the kitchen to get grapefruit; rinsed sand plate and salmon fridge container in noiseless hot water; there was not a bit of wall water pipe noise before, during or immediately after; male voice came in thru the kitchen window; got grapefruit from fridge; when slicing it, the wall water pipe nise began which was completely unassociated with my water usage and the hot water never makes any wall water pipe noises; this was from another source completely and definitely; crouched back into the living room;

Fri, 29 Oct 1999 - 20:23:25    Dog starts barking on the balcony below again as I am trying to get to sleep; hopeless; there were five lock snaps below just before its barking; up until then a whole range of noises from below and outside including thuds and thumps; people talking; vehicle sounds and beeping from the distant end of the road; the dog prob sees someone it recognises and has been barking at them out there in an auto or vehicle all evening;

[Fell asleep only to be woken in 25 mins at most by the dog barking; it has been barking away below all afternoon and evening most of it on the balcony which has been totally disruptive]

[Did fall asleep again but only for 1 hour, 15 mins at most only to be woken a second time in less than two hours by a disturbance outside]

Fri, 29 Oct 1999 - 22:08:12    Whole group outside having a laughing good time; quite noisy; woke me again; this group is stationery; right in front of the window; all chatter and laughing; someone in the group yelled “Get up!” very loudly as I had just awoken up; [this was no doubt direct harassment both waking me and telling me to “Get up”]

Fri, 29 Oct 1999 - 22:09:28    Arrival of autos outside; door slams; silence; someone asks ”Are you all right”; all the commotion ends; one auto reverses out of sight; [sounds very much like the pol arriving; it’s a joke that they should ask of this group is all right with they are the ones causing the problem]

I was dreeaming but do not remember the dream; they disturbed me and most likely caused it and my waking; if I talked in my sleep it was due to them; where did they go(?); [this is a mystery; they went completely silent and were never heard again; did they depart in the autos or stick around explaining what happened without being noticed again at all(?)]

Fri, 29 Oct 1999 - 22:12:35    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; a small dog was barking in the Walkway the whole time; there were no other noises; I made not a bit of sound; looked out the peephole on my way back but saw nothing; only heard the little dog continue to bard; crouched into the itchen; heard nothign from the kitchen window; the whole group of people causing the disturbance that woke me has disappeared; crouched back into the living room;

“Are you all right?”; well of course they are all right; they are the source of the distur ance;

Sat, 30 Oct 1999 - 05:09:43    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; turned on the hot water to top up the tub; just a barely audible short bubbling sound when clearing the air fom the hose; then silence until the hot water tank began to refill; I made not a bit of noise; intothe small room for stats; light switch on and off noises; scales barely made a sound;

Sat, 30 Oct 1999 - 05:24:18    Finished the above update; during the entire time there was no wall water pipe noises at all; none whatsoever; from before until now which is exactly what happens with my water usage; there are no wall water pipe noises;  I heard thumping from above in the small room area and over the balcony while writing the above update; must have gotten up there; just now there was a thump in the small room wall area that could have come from below;

Sat, 30 Oct 1999 - 05:29:24    Crouched into the kitchen to fix oatmeal; closed kitchen door; got stuff from fridge; one measued cup of noiseless hot waer into the oatmeal pot; put on to boil; put stuff back into the fridge; took off and set aside;

                just at the end of this there was a very slight sound of wall water pipe noise from below the kitchen sink; it had nothing to do with me and my usage and was a completely differnt source from elsewhere; two things are obivous; (1) I have nothing to do with the wall water pipe noise in my water usage, and (2) it comes from elsewhere;

                crouched into the bathroom to flush the toilet; there was no water pipe noises from anywhere until the very end; I crouched back into the kitchen and heard only the very slight sound of water runnig in the pipes; there was no cold water tank refilling sound at all for ths flush (is there ever?); only after the cistern stopped filling and was shut off with regard to water flowing did the water noise continue in the wall water pipes; I again went into the kitchen and heard this same sound; I returned to the bathroom (crouching each way), and the noise got a little louder; it went on long after the cistern had stopped; this tells me it was from another source and not the cistern refill because the noise shoudl have stopped immediately with its cessation; again the wall water pipe noise such as it is has nothing to do with my water usage and flushing the toilet makes no waer pipe noise;

Sat, 30 Oct 1999 - 05:50:12    Finished the above updae; there was the slamming of a vehicle door in the road outside; just as I finished writing the above update; there has been no noticeable wall water pipe noise from the kithen or anywhere while I wrote the above update;

Sat, 30 Oct 1999 - 05:52:39    Crouched into the kichen to get the oatmeal; a very slight wall water pipe noise could be heard in the kitchen below the sink area toward the bathroom; presumably it had still been running since I last heard it; most likely becasue someone else was running a bath this morning and made the small sound; put oatmeal into the bowl; filled the oatmeal pot with noiselesss hot water that made no change whatsoever in the sound of the wall water pipe noise; sliced banana onto the oatmeal; filled water bottle with cold water that made not a bit of sound in the wall water pipes; the sound was consistently the same as before meaning that my small usage made no sound at all; crouched back into the living room; putting the water bottle by the chair and the oatmeal on the arm of the chair; just as I was turning off the cold water there was a loud, hard door slam with its double hit from below; it echoed in the end wall of the kitchen having carried through the wall; that is how bad these door slams always are;

Sat, 30 Oct 1999 - 06:17:13    Crouched into the bathroom for a bath; heard someone outside in the Walkway; took a look thru the peephole but saw nothing nor heard anything more; got into the tub; heard the front door slam; most likely someone came down from above and and was leaving; the bath was completely silent both from me and elsewhere; only one toilet flush from above as I was finishing shaving; the water down the drain was perfectly clear as was the refill that followed immediately afterwards; I could even hear the cistern refill shut off with the wall water noise stopping immediately with that; this shows that the nosie starts and stops simultaneously with the turning on and off of the water; this was reasonable loud and came from another source;

                washed hair, shaved; washed; drained tub; wiped it out; dried; brushed hair; deodorant; took a dump; I made one unavoidable natural sound that was barely audible and only one water noise that was unavoidable; immediately following that there were the thumps from below that sounded like someone running; that was all; I made no other noise; into the bedroom to get dressed; crouched back into the living room;

0830    Walked back same way except thru park to Bram doors; met PC at corner opp Sildchester Rd; older couple coming down the other end; she comes out behind me at front door putting rubbish down chute; kitchen window next door closed; bar/grate open below;

0900    Home; crouched briefcase and one carryall into chair; removed and changed shirt hanging up glasses; crouched back into hall for 2nd carryall; crouched it into the kitchen picking up other one from the chair; closed kitchen door;

Sun, 31 Oct 1999 - 11:02:12    Crouched into the kitchen to fix a salmon sand; closed kitchen door; got stuff from fridge; the wall water started as I approached the sink then stopped; it started again a couple mins later stopping once more after a short time; on each occasion it appeared as if someone anticipated my using the water and turned on a source of the wall water pipe noise to run simultaneous with that, but I did not turned on any water at all while in the kitchen as I did not need any; salmon w/ mayo, relish, lett & tom on ½ sm granary baton; put stuff away in fridge; opened kitchen door; crouched sand onto chair arm and back into living room;

Sun, 31 Oct 1999 - 11:26:08    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; I made not a bit of noise; the kids were screaming and yelling while playing in the Walkway; dog started barking below; flushed toilet and put in limescale remover;

                crouched into the kitchen to rinse the sand plate and utensils in noiseless hot water; closed kitchen door; could hear dog barking below still; there was a railing clanking in the Walkway that resounded in the rear and end wall of the kitchen; filled water bottle with cold water that made not a bit of sound in the wall water pipes; there were two door slam noises from below: one at the beginnign and the other at the end of the water bottle filling with the second quite loud; the noise from each of these resounded through the rear kitchen wall too; crouched water bottle to the side of the chair after opening the kitchen door; remoed paper towel cardboard roll and threw away in kitchen crouching all the way; crouched into the bathroom to check the water noise; there was no wall water pipe noise from any of my usage (toilet flush, hot water rinse or cold water bottle fill); only the sound of water flowing in the pipe to the toilet cistern to refill it; otherwise all was quiet from the wall water pipe noises; crouched back into the living room;
