                the troops from below came back inside; the guy and the little girl [Rose(?)] who does the water sampling; there was a very loud bar/grate clanking close after their voices went innside below; pit stop and flushed the toilet without noise in the former; light off; back into the living room without a bath having been driven out of my own bathroom by the stalkers who came in below with the thumps and thuds underneath the bathroom preventing me from enjoyinent and relaxing in a nice bath;

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 02:28:26    Once in the fold always in the fold for Catholics was an  interesting dream to various enclaves of activity; fading fast though; trying to get back to sleep and not wake up to note this; not sure what soke me; external; auto pulls  up/goes by from Bramley as I write;

Two segments of sleeep so far tonight since 2100 for five hours plus;

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 02:34:53    Faint voice of a male outside in the road down a bit sounds like; same one as always; but it is very, very faint; yet still can hear it;

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 02:35:36    Into the bathroom for a pit stop; made not a bit of noise nor heard any from elsewhere; back into the living room;

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 02:37:56    Back onto the bed; update;

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 03:35:13    Lying awake for the past hour; cannot get back to sleep;

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 03:57:06    The birds now are chirping;

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 03:57:19    Into the bathroom (light on) for a bath;

                    turned on the hot and cold water into the tub; stopped for a pit stop; got into the tub; bit hot so sat on the edge while adjust ing the water by letting the cold run for awhile; got into the tub and let it fill whle soakign; turned it off;

                    all was silent from everywhere while I washed hair, shaved (cut myself below the nose); rinsed hair with the shower nozzzle; conditioner; washed; rinsed hair again with the shower nozzle; pulled plug out of the drain; then the very fiant but distinct and present noiess began from below; I could hear the sound of the water flowing out; this continued for some time giving me hopes that it would flow normally but such was not the case;

                    there was then the sound of wall water pipe noise below followed by the sound of water flowing down the drain with more wall water pipe noise after it; it sounded like someone filed a basin above (this is what makes a noise in the wall water pipes below) then drained and rinsed the basin; if the drain pipes are shared at any point, there is a strong reason to believe that the bathtub water was “spiked”;

                    I continued to sit in the but; it was virtually at a standstill now and hardly not flowing at all for a bit during the wall water pipe noises and draining from above; there was no perceptible draining from the tub afterwards either; there were more sounds from below and even a very, very faint voice at one time [said two things]; I decided to sit and dry off while the tub emptied by remaining in it; it was draining but only in the very slowest way [truly slow; almost a standstill];

                    finally there were the sneezes from a woman echoing out into the Walkway from a hollow-like chamber that sounced like a bathroom; then there was the sound of water flowing down a drain again followed by the old one, two wall water pipe noise that signified the toilet cistern refill for a toilet above that had just been flushed;

                    shortly after this there was the sound of a door opening and loud door locking noises; someone came down the stairs making enough noise to be heard plainly; this was followed by another door noise at an intermval indicating that whoever left from above went out the front door;

                    it is possible that the original wash basisn usage and toilet flush plus the woman’s sneezes were all part of this woman’s departure who usually leaves at 0500; but this was way before that;

                    I remained in the tub for considerable more time, but it was very, very slow and almost not draining at all; finally being dried out; I got out; finished the bit of drying with the towel; my razor cut under my nose began to bleed profusely again, and I took considerable time to stop it and had to use two or three pieces of toilet paper stuck to it to finally get it to stop; then I washed out the inside of the tub down to the water level with cleaner; put on deodorant and brushed my hair not necessarily in that order; having done all I could do at the present, I went back into the living room after turning out the light;

                    they got a water sample obviously and most likely spiked it; the tub is still draining if tht is what you want to alit

Wed, 23 Feb 2000 - 05:25:57    Into the bathroom again (light on) to check the tub draning; it is not draining at all; it is just where I left it some fifteen or twenty minutes ago; just as I went into the bathroom, there was the sound of water flowing down the drain from above; that was all; no other noises; I believe that they are spiking the drain water by using water from elsewhere and then stopping my tub from draining while it happens and then will drain the remaining equivalent later when it can be let go all right; this means that they keep the same volume of usage with the spiked water so that it does not increase the total volume of my bathwaer usage;

                    There was a hit from below in the front of the bathtub area as I was leaving the bathroom;

                    there are no hairs in the drain from washing my hair blockingi it, and there has been none at all as I have checked;

Just right too; heard male voice outside in the road and down a bit; very faint but distinct sound of male voice; it is nearing midnight when they might be leaving, and the activity below increases to cause me to make a noise for the observers before they go home;

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 01:21:39    Sitting up; getting three light thuds from either below or above; believe them to be above; another weird dream; woken up most defiitely again and this time from above as I believe the three stomps were from there; they were light enough not to be noted anywhere [but heavy enoughto disturb]; the dream is slipping fast; interesting and intriquing; active; but cannot now rememeber; sleeping on my back; not good; I am very tired; I was tryign to go back to sleep; these two hour segments; are not helpful to getting at least some rest;

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 01:35:15    Into the bathrooom for a pit stop; I made not a bit of noise; there were two noies from the wall water pipe shaft area; immediaely: a tap from that area below  then later a kind of thud but hollowish down the shaft; as I was leaving there was a kind of concusiveness that would come with a hard thump above; there was no sound but a feeling of a hit that produced an air concussion; I took it as intense anger [along with all the disturbances so far toniight]; back into the living room;

The anger has intensified now from both below an above but is repressed and only there when the others are absent; those three stomps on the floor were light but effective from above and that kind of concussive effect from above just now too; the spiking and described activity of above and below with the water sampling and tub drain blockage is detailed and accurate;

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 01:41:55    Vehicle sound down the road; before that a vehicle door slam down the road preceded by the sound of a vehicle coming up form the other end and moving about as if it were parking; sound of a voice just now down there;

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 01:42:50    Very, very light taps above in the living room wall area; like someone walking around as lightly as possible and/or still trying to make noise;

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 01:48:14    Loud thud from below; in the chair to end wall area; sound of wall water pipe nosie from the bathroom; maybe the thud came from there;

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 01:51:06    Double hit thud from below; sounds like a detection box door being closed; that must hae been what the other was and was in the rear living room wall area; this was also indeterminant to an extent; there were a couple light hits (very light) in the rear wall area of the living room;

This noise detection box activity going on now is self fullfilling by creating its own object of observation; perhaps the operator thought that I was asleep enough to wake me for a noise and tried; those were close to my head; there is no doubt a very determined effort to create the problem; the crunch is on; [this could have been slamming these doors after a success following the wake up by the thuds noted above; it remains to be seen]

[(3)To sleep again for just under 1 hour (50 mins); phone clicking woke me from a sound sleep; this was really bad; brings total sleep for tonight to 3.5 hours;]

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 02:41:09    Phone clicking away; nice disturbance that; was dozing off and just getting back to sleep finally; could not even tell what it was or where for a brief frew clicks [means I was really sound asleep and not just dozing off]; guys out in the road all alert I’ll bet; what was the purpose of that other then to disturb; [did not get the end here because I was so sound asleep that I only sat up afterwards to note it]

Thu, 24 Feb 2000 - 02:54:52    Phone clicking again; ends 02:55:08 [very short; just enough to disturb and hangs up]; voice forom down the road; says something like “There!” Guess they are not going to let me sleep tonight and bought the “S” story last night whole hog;

[(4)To sleep again for just over 2 hours; the extra 20 mins here makes up for the to 50 min hours above to bring the total sleep tonight to 5.5 hours; woken up again by feet stomping on the floor again as occurred after sleep segment (2)]

The dream I had just before waking here was very interesting, but I can only recall its feeling; again it had to do with a flat or houses along a row fronting the ocean or lake; that is very dim; the issue was inside one of them; but too vague now to recall; the feeling was a good one;
