Ihad pikced up the Afghan fromt eh file baoxes an dleft the livingroom putting it on the bed in the small room with the door closed and light on; I arranged iit on the pillows and ut my classes ont eh book; next I wnt back into the bathroom (turned off light in small room before opening door) and took ovff my trousers puting themon the toilet; I went back to the small room; I heard no noise at all until he came stoming above me a min ot two laer.  

After all this rucus as I lay there giving them more time to change everything he was talking tout front with the Screamer who is very much present; the were talking back and forth between the flats I believe because she was quite close and I cold almost make out what she was saying; this is wehnI got up thinking that I mght get up fast enough to get into the living room and hear what was bening said because thy feeel no compuccion aout making loud talk whenI am in the small room even thought I can hear them but then do not know this.  

However, as soon as I stook up the talking ceased and I came out into a quiet environnment whith only a few footsteps aove above me just now.

That was a perfectly coordinated and timed exercise in dirruption designed to wake me and cause a nightmar or yelling on my part; dont think they realy understand what is happening; but they did everything at the very same time the door slammed below me in that flat so hard as to make the whole place shake; at the very same time the guys above yelled as loud as they could; it was a siimultaneous explosion of sound that tey then capitalised on with mocking claims tha tI ha made sounds but I had not; I was sound asleep and not dreaming; I awoke instantly and just lay still listening to the extraordinary nise from al these people at onece but I was not makinga sound; ithis was a clear setup and coordinated effort. I wa so tired that I was intent on going to slep again and jus tlay there trying to get back to slee but the noise from all around was too much so I did roll oer and eventuall got up; by then the noise had disappeared; I ony heard voices from outside up  nth ehgh balcony; bfore that there were voices up there yelling an d”woooing” to mock my sound; they even wre screaming as if I had screamed which I had not done at all.  I wondered if they wer enot descriibing to the police what had happened.


When I went back in there to go to sleep or just rest as I thught I might and then cme back in here; there was very loud clanking of metal tha tI finally figured out was the balcony door bar/grate frm below; they must have been out there as I suspected and it was their voices tha I had heard whilst listenig to the raido; They came back in after I went into the smal rom and diso very niseily.  Intentional.

When I went back to bed earlier (2100) there was the sound of voices overhead up high folllowed by very loud music after ten or fifteen mnutes; it was obviusl thatthey were tring to disturb me andwake me thinking I had gone back to sleep; again trying to induce a nghtmare andmore sunds I suspect; just as I lay down heels came back to the flot underneath and really slammed the dor hard.  

The dream I just had also had an interestnig and longish start which included tension and activity of beng cheated for a haircut that sctually cost 29.00; next I went to a secial one where th efront of the shop closed over entirely so o cold not see anytng at al; I said that was for me; it was my kind of place; its rreputation wa tha tof not riping anyoneoff.

Thu, 25 Feb 1999 - 06:22:18    Bath fnished; hair shave and wash.  Toped up the tub twic; shut the first one off befor any water tank fillngnise because thefront door slammed a coule times; turned it back on afte a bit and topped up soe more but water tank strted filling and shut off afte r a mn or two got in te tumb but had made some nise with the filling hose weight which now flots because itis theempty one (former filled one is not working); just as I got into the tub th edoor below opened and someone came out and left I think; then the dog started barking presumabley after seeing this person it recognised otu front; this is Friday the day they all leave and leave th dog behind who barks at them when alone in the flat; but there was sound below following more door slams in the Walkway; someon dropped what sounded like a shelf of bottles on the floor; before that there was the briefest of water faucet turn ons but tha was all; whoever was down below was singing (female voice) for awhile; the dog mightened have been alone; thee were more door slams from the front area and the soun of the rubbish chutes being used plus mail flap knock here an dtalking too; toward the en dof my bath there was the sound of a door opening and closing an dbeing locked as someoen left at this end wiht the soun of footsteps gonig away; there we two sounds of water coming down the rain as I was rying ff but no sound of water in the wall for a refill..  Actually a quiet bath with respect to waer noise in the wall excet for that first brief faucet turn on at the beginnign which leads me to believe that a great deal of the waer noise comes from below..

Fri, 26 Feb 1999 - 19:29:06    Just got up to a noticeable warning and noise above; into the chair just now after getting biscuits in the kitchen and coming form the bathroom folllowing a it stop.

I had my tiger tdream and a ver good one at that; my tiger is gettng biger and capable of adult tiger behaviour ; it followed by everywhere but was seen by oters; they agreed to exam me and sent u a special room that allowed by my tigr to cme with me; my tiger knowew were I was and managed to senak throgh th ebusheses to find me in the bldg; ithen was allowed intothe rooom wiht me for th examination; had noted that they put up a fence around the top coveringthe hole were my tigr hd been able to get in; it could not get in next time; there was barbed wire across the top; we left and I woke up.

I lay there for a while listenign to the absence of noise; when I lifted my leg there was a tap on a pipe in the northsall next to me signally that Iwas awake to those bedlow; ths was followed by a scrape of a chair on te floot as occurs below frequently. The were watching me; had they awoken me?  I believe that that was the case;

I sat up and put onmy glasses and got distinct noises inthe Walkway outside again warnigs that I was getting up but now these were very quiet; I got up andopened the door to hear voices in eh Walkway; I looked outside and saw no one ; th evoices were of a black male and a female; I wnt int the bathrool and ut on my trousers; there were some noises in tehwalkwa again and I went back out to see if I cold see anyone; no again; there was a door slam and the voices went intode; baI went back toth bathroom for a its stop; it sounded like it was raining outside; It is now raining Ibelieve because I can hear the sound of wet tres on the road for the traffic below; car doors are slamming after autos pull up.  Lights are reflected on the ceiling.  

I feel very calm and like Idid not make any sounds whatsoever; they heard nothing but I think that they were listening esecailly out in the Walkway with the gu and girl.  Fortunately, I woke calmly after a god dream of my tiger (my unconsicous and potential animal instincts) was allowed to stay with me; but they were trying to cut him off; hat is very bad as that repressnted the uncnsiouces forces of the animal side of my charcter and it is ver wize to hav them resent but taken car of and allayed.

This was a long dream tha I remember which eneded in a terible accident outside my flat with three or vour horses or mules injured wiht legs off an dtrying to get arund with either ridrer on their back or had been ulling a wagon; a guy was lynig in the middelof the road trees and limbs an dleaves were down; and there were groups of bepople on the Estate tteh left;

Before that Ihad been walking around and saw flasing lights comig through the window; I through myself behind the “couch” and tried to get under it as the flashing lights contiued outside; I finally looked through the curtain which the lights enabled me to d and saw th ecarnage below (described above)

Before this the dream had a very positive theme of whinnning bothsmall an dgrand prizes for three of use; the grand prize was on emillion dollars each; we had problems descending own vry steep paths an dcircled back finding a better an deasier route to the bottom to collect our prizese wcept they called me Steve Chance.

Before this the dream involved a biplane and flying butthat was only a frgment of memory.

I awoke after the carnage scene at the sound of th door slam in the Walkway (from below I thought at first) and heard the Scremer’s voice going without stop and amale responding; heard this from the little room and wanted to move to the hall and bathroom to seee if it was better located and heardd; went out in the hall an dcould hear them; looked out and cold not see or hear where it was comigfrom; went intothe bathroom and heard the voices alittle louder; this told me that they might be comingfrom below; but somehow I then deceded on above and wondered if the Screamer had run upstairs; after a it stop ad putting on my trousers I went back intothe little room to see if I cold hear the voices again buas they had faded but they were only faint; by this time I seriusly wonderd if they did not come frm aobve; There was a noise in te middle Walkway like the Front door slamming an dI got up to seee if anyone was coming into the bldg especcially to this end; went to the door an dlooked through the peephole but cold se nor hear noting; another loud noise wfrom the rubbish chute I believe was all; th vices faded as I believe thatthey had seen me moving about and getting up and down; gotup twice; so I came in to the living room only to hear footsteps above me go in the direction I had just come (I beleve); there was then a car a sI wrot eth eabove come in this direction very solwly andstop outside again Iit seemed like; after a little while there was the slammign of doors but I believe thathtis mighhave been another vehicle which also came by but gong in the otherdirection; cold easily have ben pople arriving.  

It has been very quiete all around tongiht but believe my now three wak ups were induced and especially the last one with its night mare associaed wiht lights and hidingon the floot cold very well have been the result of the surveillance above and its elctromagnetic rdiation; I cold hve made noises but there was not shouting in my reams from me or an attempt to talk by me; there was shouting out the fact that I had won an award and th e name sof the award; I believe that this was the shouting from above that was designed to disturb me and the Screamer could ery well have been involved in it or even tring to end it because it sound like shewas talking in a very agitatd manner.

The disturbances about which I dreamed and the ensuing nightmare could easily have been induced by those above/below to disturb me; but I do not think that I made any nises; the door slam too could easily have been designed to wake me as well; having accomlshed teir goal of gttingmy up; they now return to silence and satisfaction; this is the third ime Ihad been awakendn in about six hours at about two hour intervals which is par for the course in my recollections but they ar now able to wake and be quiet not giving themselves away tonight as efore until now.

Ever two hours righon schdule; they are out there wating and watching too; nowthere are voices right out front just below talkng a tey meet; One male says to the other “ . . . then” and the other replies.  Hhe mighthave said: “Is he there then?”
 And got a positive reply; Could have been someone standing near the frnt door who heard the yell andcame downthe path meetingthe one who yelled.

This last dream came to its natural conclucsion wiht a boat ging to be taken ot of the watr and I runnig noff to meet it blow or around the ben.  

    A whistle and shorrt alarm sound ousside.  

The dream seemed like it went on for sme time and was completely benign; There was much before thsi dream but I cold not remmber it.  I go up and went into the bathroomfor a pit stop andto ut on my trousers; thewater was running in the wall from another source and stopped while I wa I there; otherwise there were no other noises until I walked into the living room just aftr wards.  

Thre were significant noiss at midnight just after I returned to bed; the voices above were murmuring on and were best heard in the small room and definitely came from aovbve; I went into the bathroom to take off my trousers.  We interrupt the narration to bring yo a special message . .

Now we continue are normal narration . . . as I went to put on my trousers and go into the hall to look out the peephole just to see if I could see anythng a femal voicescreamed intehWalkway way; it was a brief shout and nothing else was heard.  WhenI looked ut the peephole I could not see anything. And went into th small room to bed.  Thee voices were continuing as mentioned above; after a little whie I heard someone run upstairs and go into a flat withthe door maknga closing noise and thoguht it was directly above me; I believe that this person had been warned that I was lookngand stoped earlier from gingupstairsuntil I was safely in the bed and they could seethat.  A little laer someone else made a normal trilp upstairs and into a flat up there.

Thee wa the sound of a TV going above as I tried to get back to sleep after midnight andI sneezed; this brought the TV sound to a half and there was silence for a min which was brokn when the voices resumed; there was laughter (loud) that was clearly distnguished; at nepoingtere were even clear foot step directl over me Eventuall Iwent to sleep onl to hae the dream described above.

Sat, 27 Feb 1999 - 20:15:27    Back from a short trip to the bathroom for a pit stop; no sooner had I gotten up and was slouching toward the door when the door slammed a couple times out in the Walkwy; adult voices were then talking and the kids quietened down; thre was a guy and a woman tlaking; whilst I was in the bathroom she said something about Buddy Holly being on; theey heard my playing the tape through the sound card and thought the programme was bdcst tonight; unbelievable; they just gave themsleves away compleely; wow; I came back in here crouching again and went intothe kitchn for the biscuits but had to stand up in the door way; forgot the knife and went back for it; then I came to the chair and wrote this;

Sat, 27 Feb 1999 - 20:18:15    Just finished writing the above immediaely after a series ofnoies obvoe including a medium El Rollo just as I was writing th ened of it; just now more police sirens go by but keep going.

Sat, 27 Feb 1999 - 21:02:30    MC just rove right up the footpath as someone was walkingout there and yelling; theywere talking/yelling loudly before it droveup jus tafter the tape side had eneded and I was changing it; I thought they were racting to the little bit of noise I made with the buttons on the tape machine; it sounded like the cackler from below; then the MC went right by and she continuined talking loudly/hellng afterward; there was jus ta sound of heavy feet stopming above just now.
