Wed, 16 Feb 2000 - 15:24:51    Just got another verbal comment from below along the lines of a “groan” or a “no” perhaps an “oh no” from below in the balcony door area or the window on the other side coming thru the  front window to my flat as I wrote the description of the ability to see my activity when the phrase “good night” was used while I dozed in the afternoon on Sat 12.02.200 at 1416 when woken by three “knocks” on the mail flap.  This is the second such verbal confirmation this afternoon and reaction to what I was writing that is of critical importance; this was not exactly a refutation of that but a recognition of the validity of what I wrote and groaning in an “oh no” context that I had it captured in documentation for an event that actually occurred;

Wed, 16 Feb 2000 - 23:44:25    Back onto the bed after first moving the notebook to the bed; then going into the bedroom to removed clothes; scratching my waist where the belt was brought on laughter from the guys above; it came in the window from the upstairs fifth floor; this was verified when I went into the bathroom for a pit stop and heard their voices coming down from above which it does in tthe bathroom; they are obviously up there watching my activity in the imaging device; back into the living room;

Wed, 16 Feb 2000 - 23:50:36    There was some laughter from those guys up on the fifth floor a min or so ago; there was also a slight comment when I wrote about them; could very well be that they have the monitor reading device there as well which I have noted numerous times in the past; if they are home from school they could be trouble tonight; they will most likely stay up all night; go out to eat about 1:00 am and probably make noise then and come down to stomp on the floor then or at any other time that suits their fancy during the night;

[Immediately to sleep for 1.75 hours; woken by the voice of a woman under the front window making a comment; this is the most serious of matters for if she is an “observer” and it sounds like she is an EMB type observer, then she is creating the very problem she is observing by her presence and noise;]

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 01:36:14    Did not stay asleep for very long; dreaming; there was the sound of a female voice outside that I heard first upon waking; most likely she woke me; older woman; probably EMB, but I most definitely did not sleep thru as I had last night; heard her voice again; trying to get back to sleep;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 01:42:36    Tht woman made a sound when I woke like she caught a noise; since I was very tired and wanted to sleep, I just tried to go back to sleep to no avail; now I hear the sound of voices out front or at least coming in the front window; they sound like female and are probably that same woman’s voice I heard before; did something wake me that was extrnal(?); all this observation is in and of itself damaging and creates a problem: the very problem I want to avoid; believe that they can read this as I write it and got a small audible voice just a moment ago;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 01:47:20    Very light but discernable furn scrape below; then the sound of a male voice comes in the front window; it was very low but still heard it; are they staying up all ight to observe(?); I sense their acivity, presence and it disturbs me; I am now wide awake and staying that way because of it; it represents an ongoing noise that is keeping me awake, because they cannot be absoutely silent; if they weren’t there that would be fine; I hear them now straight away out in the road area evidently;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 05:03:20    Awake again after a dream about a car chase of sorts where the ending involved following a police car that was a Range Rover type vehicle; there st was parking and traveling; with other activity; it has gone out of my mind because I lay there for a few mins before writing it because I wanted to go back to sleep; worried about when I first woke this evening after going to sleep, and whether I made a noise which was noted by the woman outside; after that wake up though I went right back to sleep straight thru; makes me think something woke me then;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 05:10:02    Into the bathroom for a bath and pit stop; started hot and cold water running into the tub; made no noises; got into the tub; filled enough for a both; turned off;

                Then heard a door slam followed by another noise that sounded like either loud lock operations or a quiet bar/grate clanking; footsteps nearby that sounded like they had a limp and were on the stairs; a couple people here have a limp (check previous diaries); do not know where this person went or if he remained near my door;

                no other noises throughout the bath until the end; washed hair, shaved, conditioner, washed,

                Just as I was sitting up to pull the drain plug but had not done so yet, the noises began under the toilet after complete silence throughout the bath; these were thuds, thumps and the clinking sound of a stop cock operation and possible jug attachment; these noises were completely consistent with water sampling for the past two months, and I took them as such; eventually pulled the drain plug; out of the tub; dried; there then followed the sound of water running below amid more noises from the wall water pipe shaft area below;

                Into the bedroom to dress; as I was dressing the voice of a woman came in the bedroom window from somewhere below (directly below) but sounded like it had an echo; perhaps in the Walkway(?) or a sound like that; the woman’s voice sounded like she called the name “Frank” three times quite loudly; after the second time, there was the sound of a young boy responding; could not understand what he said; there was the sound of solid running feet thudding about below; then after the third time she yelled his name, she yelled “Quit it!”; then all was silent; the voice could have been that of the “S” but it was not like her; with the echo effect it was difficult to tell;

                Back into the bathroom to brush hair; needed hair brush and went into the living room first to get it from the carry all leaving the bathroom light on; back to the bathroom; brushed hair; the tub was flowing almost normally; surprise, pleasant surprise; I waited for it to finish; rinsed the residue down the drain; there were more noises below the toilet in the wall water pipe shaft area; thuds and thumps that really sounded like more of the same water samply/sound detection activity; scrubbed the toilet bowl; that limescale starts to build immediately if the toilet is not scrubbed each day; light off and back into the living room;

Repairing button on shirt; definite sign of getting back to normal;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 18:41:18    As I got up from the chair to put the shirt on a hanger, some from the fifth above yelled outsid to all and sundry: “He’s up!” Went over to the living room door and turned on the overhead living room light; took the sewing kit to the dresser by the balcony door; got a clean pair of sox; walked around behind the chair to put them on the shoes; picked up shirt on hanger from the file boxes; out of living room turning off the overhead light; into the bedroom (light on); put the shirt on the top of the clean shirt stack; left (light out) and returned to the kitchen (light on); got another shout from outside that came in the kitchen window; made a tuna sand; got and rtnd tuna to fridge; back into the living room;
