I fluhsed the toilet andshe called the police!  Cannot believe it but appears to be true; Started the tub fillingin comlete silence; flushed the toilet and got in the tub whilst it finished heating up witt he hot water top up.  Turned it off and soaked only to her the sound of a police siren ariving at the bldg; at least it sounded like the many that arive at the bldg; no one came in the Walkway that Icould hear; of course she most likely went out buIdid not hear that eithr; there was afaint vehcile sounds from the oad that Iheard in tehbathroom.  Went on and finished my bah (air,shve) and drained the tub at the end; no noises except for a faint bit of waer runningat the end an a front door slam in eh middle; I did hear footseps outside and thought it migh be someone coming downfrom babove but could be someone comeing back to see that they could hear..  Dessed in eh bedroom; got the brush from the carry all in th eliving room which I xferred to he bedroom.  Combed hair.

Mon, 1 Feb 1999 - 16:17:00    Shroud in place over monitor after repair job; people out front looking up here; van at other end with blinking lights facing this way pulls out; turns around and leaves; people below are now gone; there was the sound of voices underneath and what sounded like the Screamer saying “what’s he doing?” as I worked on the shroud on top of the file boxes; needed things from the dresser and long rod from the books.  Did they get an eyeful and does it mean anything as I was dressed in my sweat trousers and it is not possible to see through the curtain.  They are queued from above who tells them what I am doing hence her question to the guy above about my activity so that it can be reported by them.  They are terrified that I will find the bugs.

Mon, 1 Feb 1999 - 19:44:17    Into the reading room safely with the notebook; when I first made a move by hanging up the earphones; there was a voice outside and the whole lot of them took off; there must have been four or more autos shining lights on the window/bldg front but I simply stayed in my chair and turned on R3 again.  Initially, I had lifted the shroud over the notebook to see the screen (going to save as on the disk and needed to know where I was; the light shone a bit and there was a voice outside; must have seen the wee bit of light.  That’s when I shut off the radio to leave and all the auto lights went on after the voice was heard again; must have been getting comms from above.  So, I waited for a few mins until they all cleared and loped out with the notebook (just shut it down the way it was) under my arm like an ape with my hands nearly touching the floor.   There were kids playing in the Walkway; I took a brief pit stop break and came into the reading room to write.

Mon, 1 Feb 1999 - 20:23:14    A door opens and a whole group of noisy people emerge or just burst out talkng as I was booting the computer; now the door has closed and they are back inside.  Finished reading a bit of Sereny to 86 (the transition); the kids have gone back inside and all was quiet until the noise makers emerged; the kids at one point sounded like they blew a whistle; one of the shrill warning whistles; and I wonder if the Screamer did not come back in downstairs after my change to the reading room?

This is a particularly pernicious setup; they are trying to use the children in tehWalkwayto sound the alarm aoabout me makinganoise either actually or I suspect fraudently; twice whilst I was trying to get to sleep the children came out intot he Walkway a bit withthe voice of one sounding distinctly; there was sounds directly above me as if trying towake me if I was asleep; that was too quick but I do drop off quickly; the second time the children came or or the child came out I had my arm across my forehead and just started to snore but Iwa still awake and just ozingso I turned over on my side; that’s when thechild came out andI realised that this wa a possiblesetup.

Mon, 1 Feb 1999 - 02:19:11    There is someone out in the Walkway near my door; I can hear them moving around; waiting for the noise; and is it the police? Woke up me up and laid awake for some time until I could not go back to sleep thinking about the activity of this evening; sat up and turned on the light to see the time:

0210    Turned off height opened the door and went into the bathroom for a pit stop; heard the noise outside from the time I left the  room of someone walking near my door; the shoes squeaked; made not a sound in the bathroom and put on sweat trousers; went back to the room and got my glasses that I had forgotten; the door squeaked as I closed it (need more butter on the hinges); looked out the peephole and listened to more footsteps very close to my door and moving up to it I thought but could not see anyone; went to living room door; crouched over like an ape; opened the door and aped into the living room and the chair; an auto went by heading the other way just as I sat down and began to write this .

There was an obvious attempt to wake me up after I had fallen asleep shortly after 2300; something woke me up, but I had no dream before doing so; there was a loud rolling sound above as I lay there not moving followed by a very sharp hit on the floor above me; I did not move a bit; eventually fell back to sleep; I waited for noises outside but heard nothing; there might have been something that came after I went back to sleep but I wold not know of that; I was too tired from staying up to 2300 and had not dreamt so I do not think that I made a sound; I did later dream probably just before waking up a little while ago but it was a good, benign dream and do not think that I make any noises by talking or trying to talk in my sleep.  This is most alarming what someone outside my door now and the very obvious attempt to try to wake me when I was already awake, but they thought I was still asleep; it was a desperate attempt to wake me to make a nightmare and produce noises most likely for whoever was outside my front door listening; earlier it had been the children which would have been terrible; they are trying to get someone else besides the occupants of 503 to verify the noise induced by their harassment in my sleep.  Obviously the auto going by just as I sat down is also related for someone going out front to keep watch.  

Mon, 1 Feb 1999 - 02:31:18    Finished writing the above which I waned to get u and do out here in the living room before more events accumulate; light switch and door noise need to be avoided; no other noises at all since the arrival of the auto just when I moved here.

The point is they know everything that I do and can see when their noise wakes me up to stop unless I do not move and keep my eyes shut when I wake; the child yelling twice weekend before last when I sat up (Cheering actually) is certain proof of that as well as the guy who came out saying “he’s standing there nude”.

Shortly before 0400 there was an auto that pulled up; an auto pulled up followed by the sound of voices; I believe that is an obvious watching activity with someone on the ground being checked by a roving auto.

Mon, 1 Feb 1999 - 06:50:25    Made it to the chair; wow what a morning of noise from below; cannot possibly sleep with the racket they deliberately generate; slammed door five times; dog barking and double beep from outside.

After two very hard door slams which woke me up; I checked the time to note it was 0602; I mean these were really hard slams; I got up with Afghan an went into the bathroom; at the very beginning there was a door slam and bar/grate clanking followed by locking sounds; the front door slammed; after a few mins someone then returned to the flat below; and noisily went back in; this is when the dog started barking as it knew it was going to get left alone; believe that it must have been taken for a walk during this time; somene then came out shutting the door and walked away wth noisily heels; a bit after that anothe rperson emerged from below makng all the bar/gate noies followed by locking sounds; the front door then slammed and there were sounds of this person carrying a plastic bag or something similar (rubbish dumped on the floor); meanwhle the dog was barking and kept barking underneath moving back and forth between its front door an dth einside or presumably the front window fothe flat; I then finished my dump and flushed the toile; put on my sweat trousers; gathered up th eAfghanand came crouching likean ape into the living room; put the cardboard into the Afghan and the modem into the cardboard; satdown in chair and wrote the abovbve

Clearly I is impossible to sleep much past five am with the amoutnnt of noise that is generated below.

Mon, 1 Feb 1999 - 07:43:37    Getting very light now earlier; just started cooking after shaving dressing; one person came out from a flat and left just after I crouched from the living room; dropped the knozzle and bottle in the tub after trying to balance it on the side; this started the water flowing in the wall from elsewhere; certainly not me. Then when filling the sink with a bit of hot and cold water; set down the plastic cleaner bottle on tub edge with a noise trying to find its place; shaved OK with the sound of water running in the wall from elsewhere (I think below); someone then flushed above and the water refill made a sound as I pulled the plug on the sing to let the little bit of water drain; went into the bedroom and dressed coming back into the living room crouching (my exercise position).  Went right into the kitchen to start cooking: steadk and two eggs.

0835    Out with no one about; cleaner working in centre moved to other end as I walked to mid stairs and went down looking back this way seeing nothing; walked out the other end and the cleaner came running behind me with his broom and little shovel held together in front of him; at the bottom I apologised for not seeing him come behind me and letting the door slam in his face since his hands were full; held the bottom door open for him to go out and told him that he was doing a most important job; he kind of grunted in response; believe that he came after me to see where I was gong and went outside to watch me walk toward Grenfell Twr; went on to Silchester Rd and thru Verity Close and up Clarendon Rd over to Portland Rd and Julies; sat on bench to locate surgeries for Holland Park; Pembridge Rd and Villas; went to 73 Holland Park but they did not have a practice brochure (in the middle of renovation); walked up to Notting Hill to Pembridge Road at main traffic light;  found one at 47 Pem Rd and walked down to Pem Villas and got practice brochure from that one; back up to 47 which was now open at 0930; they did not have a practice brochure; went across the street to 17 Pem Rd and got recent practice brochure (they too are in the middle of staff change); went back up to Nott Hill Gate (earlier had noted that Little Voice was replacing Jackie and Hiliary at the Gate and want to see both but will need to see them this and next week); walked down Holl Park Ave to Addisons at Royal Crescent; serious accident by photographed (had seen the lights earlier as I crossed to go to 73 Holl Rd practice); looks like an auto might have run down a pedestrian in crosswalk and was standing on other side of it; police had the pavement and everything marked off and I had to cross the street for a bit; walked on to Hamm ESJ via Addisons; crossed Shep Bush Rd to Tusseley Rd and down and passed Hamm ESJ.  

1040    Walked passed Hamm ESJ and thru car park to Kings Mall; walked around to the right and out to Kings Rd; down to Argos to look at sheets but nothing really in cat; went to Maplin and browsed a bit; back up and saw new Tiny Computer store; went in for a quick browse; walked back to the Kings Mall and browsed in the Pocket Phone Company and Dixon’s The Link telephone shop at Caller ID devices and mobile phones.  

1120    Left the Kings Mall and walked back thru the parking lot to the Hamm ESJ to sign; answered questions about activity which met with approval and explained NG download of age problem and need to get out on one’s own.  Walked on to Tesco via Tusseley Rd.

1140    Tesco for food (4.10 milk, chicken, brie, two French baton).  Walked back via Addisons to Holl Pk Ave; church/park and Julies; Portland Road; Clarendon Rd and thru Verity Close where two police officers in a car had three young guys stopped and were radioing for assistance.  Walked around them as best I could and down Silchester to the path past GrenTwr to the Bram door; ran into no one in Walkway.

When he tapeped on the floor above just now before I got up; that was the intention; to deprive me of sleep nd cause a nighmare which they realised they can doo most times like that.

I read just a short bit and went to sleep quickly and shortly after coming into the small room; it could not have been much after 2000.  I was exhausted.  

Probably about midnight there was great commotion both underneath and above with a lot of noise that woke me up including pounding.  I was very groggy and had been woken from a deep sleep; it took some time for me to get awake as I just lay there; the door below was slammed as hard as possible causing me to jump; the commotion continued then ceased; at some point there was a siren outside but it did sound in the distance yet it could have come here stopping.  I had a dream as I was waking but do not know if I talked in my sleep; I believe the noise was finally an attempt to wake me and induce a nightmare as they have learned to do; I did get a good four or so hours sleep though and was sound asleep so a dream at that point with me talking in my sleep or trying to would be unlikely unless induced; I would have continued to sleep on for some time if they had not woke from above and below; so much noise impossible to tell where it came from.  I believe they must have tried earlier without success and finally at the end of their evening they let loose with as much noise as possible and most likely called the police whether I talked in my sleep or not.  It’s tragic because I was exhausted, really needed the sleep and could have slept onwards for another four hours to get a full night’s rest.  This is what they are doing to me in depriving me of sleep; there is no excuse for the noise they made below.

Looks like I got my other four hours of sleep/rest; did have a dream and itwas a tough one but no talkng or trying to talk I believe; did remember it but laid in bed for awahile and forgot it; I just did not want to get up until fully awak as I was trying for as much sleep/rest as possible.  Really needed it and it is possible to get it when I am not disturbed; believe that I slept to a normal wake up and got almost eight hours sleep/rest with only one wake up above in the middle.  As I was going back to sleep then, there was a sharp noise above (just to let me know they are there) and voices and noises from the south part of the flat below; believe that door slam was done just to disturb and no one went anywhere; they remained in the flat and went to sleep in the south part.

Wed, 3 Feb 1999 - 17:40:57    I had to look at the screen when shutting off the notebook and got an immediate comment followed by conversation from outside; the whole gang is out there; as I crouched over to the door, there was a laugh too (prob from above); just after I entered the hall, the whistles went out of warning and notification that I had moved; now after a couple mins, the front door slams and mail flap knocks start (might be unrelated).  

Read for awhile but then turned out the light prob about 1800.  Noises continued in the Walkway especially the sound of someone really banging on a mail flap elsewhere; there were four knocks on a door nearby; I froze thinking it was my door it sounded so close; again for the second night in a row I could have slept completely through except for the noises that woke me from below; most notably was the very strong argumentative voice from the Screamer below who sounded again as though she were fighting a losing battle; this went on for a bit keeping me awake; like last night I was too groggy, tired and half asleep to wake up and note the time and activity; I just wanted to sleep and eventually did; this was not without its dreams which I have forgotten and I might have talked in my sleep; although the dreams were not nightmares or I cannot remember and fear or conflict; I did sleep about six hours barring the interruptions and am most annoyed once again about the noises which come from below around midnight that wake me up as do the ones after five am.

Some more sounds came from below especially as I was getting back to sleep including definite ones directly overhead designed to disturb.  

Into the bathroom for a pit stop; noises of people coming back in Walkway talking and eventually shutting doors.  

Broke wind noisily at one point followed by an immediate front door slam and an elec auto lock beep outside.  There was a second front door lock slam a little while later (after I did not appear I guess).  Definitely thought someone was out by the front door perhaps waiting to see me through the balcony door if I return to the living room; this was a strong confirmation of radio audio surveillance with two reactions: into the front door from outside and the elec lock beep each of which were instantaneous.  

There were four clicks in a row like someone was tampering with my locks or perhaps trying to make it sound like that to induce fear (harassment).  

At another point there was a light switch sound below followed by someone breaking wind; must have gone into the bathroom there.  

Had a nightmare just before waking up just now; Myron Prevatt changed dates and removed a bulletin board from the wall that I had put up with a lot of work; this incensed me and I went after him verbally and physically; wonder if my talking or trying to talk in my sleep was audible?  I tried to tie him to the faucet but he just walked away.  I was livid at the interference in my property.

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 15:20:13    Mail flap knock three times.  Silence.  It was the water running in the tub(?).  Phone call this morning.  Dog now barks a couple times below.  

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 15:31:11    The dog is barking again below; the blue van parked on the Estate near the DP stairs is now departing; voices from below (looking up here to see if I am here?).  The voice of the Screamer is sounding outside; is that why the dog is barking?

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 15:33:24    White hatchback (two doors only) pulls up below; but decides not to park there and moves to the other end of Whitchurch; guy gets out and walks to and up DP stairs.  

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 15:44:52    We have some mocking “woooos” from outside; followed by some beeps from the road.  

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 15:51:07    The voices continue rather loudly outside.

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 16:55:50    Back into the chair after reading and resting in the reading room; the kids came out into the Walkway just as I was leaving; before that there was the sound of a spring loaded door type opening and the front door the flat below it sounded like; the kids were playing ball in the Walkway and yelling and screaming; I took a brief pit stop where the water began to run in the wall as I departed and came into the living room in a crouch; did not hear any voices.

There are several gales and storms in the north of England according to Radio Four at 1600 which I listened to just briefly before going into the room to read some more because the light was fading here.

The kids in the Walkway are a definite setup; they never play during the week like this; no doubt they are out there to respond to any nightmares I might have.

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 17:19:38    The kids are no longer playing in the Walkway; gone back in because I left the reading room.

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 17:28:11    Door slam below; must have come back in from the outside watch tower; but there are the girls voices now out there and another door slam the Walkway.

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 17:44:38    Dog barking underneath.

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 18:01:43    Tuned in a bit to the In Tune on R3 and got the news; voices again outside and a door slam below.  

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 18:02:21    Time to go to the reading room again.  

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 18:10:18    Two trips into the reading room; 1st with notebook and 2nd with Afghan; horn beeps start outside after first entry into hall and continue as I go back for Afghan; all in a crouch; cannot see but are notified; took off sweat trousers in bathroom and left there; sound of water running in the wall anticipating me going there which I did except to undress and sound of footsteps overhead in bathroom; came into reading room; turned on light and started the notebook; door slam and bar/grate noises below following on voices in Walkway from the time I first entered the hall; no kids playing; that was very short and only for the time I was here before but wasn’t because I left as soon as the kids appeared; there was finally a footstep right over me in here; moved over to keep track no doubt.  

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 18:14:57    Time to go back to reading amid kid now yelling out into the Walkway.  

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 19:00:55    The kids came out into the Walkway to play ball again so I immediately left the reading room; went into the bathroom to put on my trousers; as I was going back to the reading room for the notebook; a group from upstairs came down speaking in what sounded like a ME language; (or perhaps N Africa); I got the notebook and came into the living room; they went on and I suppose out of the bldg as the kids played on.  Believe that they had cued on my departure and went outside because of that and to see if I came out of the door or made any noise when I was there in transit between dressing and getting the notebook.  

Maybe perhaps see a light.

Thu, 4 Feb 1999 - 19:17:59    Little bit of light shine from the notebook screen brought a comment from a male voice outside in the same language that I heard the guys use as they ran down the stairs.

They are out there watching.
