Mon, 15 Feb 1999 - 06:10:40    Unbelievable amoutn of traffice this morning; impossible to get back to seep snce r am when I tried; threee departues from upstairs and downstrais underneath includngone returnjust now when I was in the bathroom for a pit stop and to put onmy trousers; Fluhsed toilet just a second aftr the toilet was flsushed upstairs after whoever had come back inside after I got up and went intothe bathroom.  

Thre was initial departture from upstairs that occurs between 0430 and 0500 followed by two more; in between and mixed with these tere were the three sepaarate door openings and departures from below each with noisy door sounds ; in fact all were noisy and woke me up; I was dreaming in on insance of being harassed and assaulted; I responded and verbally and was turned in which was then used against me.

Mon, 15 Feb 1999 - 08:03:31    Finished fixing a tuna sand w/ mayo on ½ a small baguette; the diesel engine continues to idle outsie amid the sound of the voice from underneath talking away continuously; she must be on to the toilet flush and rinse bucket water change.  

Mon, 15 Feb 1999 - 08:06:12    Checked bathroom and put thick bleach in toilet; needs to be cleaned today; sun out brilliantly for the moment anyway; diesel continues its idle as does the murmurring voice from below; complaining about the least little thing and making the most out of it; she is definitely emotionally disturbed.

Mon, 15 Feb 1999 - 08:41:19    Cleaner is hitting the rails just after I rinsed the tuna dishes; I did this after the water in the wall was already running from another source; when I shut of the non-noise making hot water; the noise making water from another source was silent.

Mon, 15 Feb 1999 - 18:53:19    Just into the bathroom for a pit stop and heard them talking; a girl said “he’s naked . . .”  Yes, but the only way they can know that is by video surveillance because I am only nude in the bathroom and in bed.  

I read until about 1755 when I turned off the light and laid down to rest; I had no intention of going to sleep and did not; my purpose was to wait until they tried to make noise to wake me which they did not long after that by extensive rattling of the railings above followed by a very hard door slam below; I was already awake and did not move; had I been asleep this would most likely have induced a dream/nightmare and woken me.  

There were various noises from below with the dog barking and eventually not too long ago there was someone who came and knocked on the mail flap below; talked for a minute and was admitted this conversation then continued inside.  Whilst writing this I have heard reference to “he’s naked” by some males talking in the Walkway.  This is an unbelievable situation.  How do they propose to prove that I am naked wihtout revealing their source of knowledge about my state of undress in the privacy of my own home and away from any window?  Make it up I suppose.  

Mon, 15 Feb 1999 - 18:59:41    Now there is some really loud and persistent pounding on a nearby mail flap that someone will not answer as somebody else comes downstairs.  That is excessive noise and nothing like whatever sounds I might make in my sleep.

1935    Turned out light and laid down to rest.  

Mon, 15 Feb 1999 - 22:58:40    As I booted the notebook someone runs into the Walkway and into a flat; sound of voices but very faint ensures; front door slams again just now.  

I was laying flat on my back when I awoke from my dream; heard a very distant shout for joy (a yelled jubilation) simultaneouswiht a loud thud on the wall (or one that came from a distant hit); sat up to start notebook to write it down.  Originally, I had read for about ½ hour and turned out the light at 1935 to go to sleep; I was asleep for .3.5 hours; that is very good; the dream was nice and I did not make any noises; the jubiliation shout I believe was one of noting my eyes open as they tried to wake me by hitting the wall/floor elsewhere and finally succeeded but no noise ensured as I woke up quickly and calmly.  

As I was going to sleep, someone came upstairs and into the flat above slamming its door; there were obvious heavy footsteps above and then the definite sharp noises on the floor directly above me of equipment being put in place rather noisily without any attempt to be quiet; obviously intended to disturb, disrupt and let me know that this was being done in haste and they did not care if I knew.  I went to sleep right after this.  There also had been voices out in the Walkway before this which I took to be related to the statement from below that I was naked; this has been communicated through other tenants who were talking about it in the Walkway in terms of violent reprisal or so it seemed to me.  These males then went inside other flats.  

Do believe that the Screamer was possibly claiming that when I got up to leave the living room and crouched away, I was nude.  Or, she was informing more people about the surveillance and what it showed.  That is the only time anyone could see me, and I do not believe that I could be seen from outside and was wearng trousers anyway (no shirt though); I went into the small room after taking off my trousers in the bathroom and putting the book and notebook on the bed; shortly after this as I was reading and the notebook had been turned off the door to the flat below was slammed very hard; believe this could be the Screamer coming in from outside because I had settled into the small room.  Or, she might have been describing to others (new) what I was doing after the guy came over and knocked on the door below and in a black male voice started by saying “You’re having a problem . . .”  Later there was the sound of a girl entering a flat laughing/giggling like the cat that just ate the carnary.  Was she successful in convincing more people of the “monster” that I was?

Tue, 16 Feb 1999 - 04:24:28    Awake and noting time; managed to sleep on and off for a bit; light switch just turned on below; sounded like bathroom pull chord; had drams but they were nice and woke once or twice but went right back to sleep; got a full cycle of sleep for a change.  

Tue, 16 Feb 1999 - 04:44:09    Thought that Iwould lay back downat first but only did so for a min; had my full complementof sleep for a change (miracle) and decededto get up; put notebook and Afghan at end of bed and went into bathroom fora pit stop and to put onmy trouseers; no noises fromoutside; bot notebook; put inside Afghan and came into lifing room; as I was putting the Afghan on th efile box pushed the cardboard off ontothe stack of newspapers and magaznes on floor below; did not makemuch noise but did make sme; notebook n table and modem inside the cardboard in Afghan; set up notebook and booted it; turned on sys monitor. Ready to downlod.  No noises that I can pick up except a bird which started when I began typing; sound of a vehicle in the distance.

0800    Flushed toilet and left; no one in sight or sound; smell of garbage in Walkway very strong but could not tell from where it came; looked backup stairs and below as I left; dropped rubbish down open 3rd floot chute; there was a very loud “whack” simultaneous with it but sounded like it came from my end of the Walkway; went on to the middle stairs and saw nothing back here as I went down; on out Bram door’s and around corner; down path past Gren Twr to Silchester and Lancaster Rds; out to Lad Gro and up to Elgin Crescent; Portobello Rd to Colville and up to Westbourne Gro; walked down to Queensway and left on way to St Mary’s but went all the way down first street instead of turning to the Cravens to Bayswater Rd at the “Holiday” hotel and walked the length of Hyde Park incl inside from Lancaster Gate.  

0905    Opp Marble Arch inside Hyde Park; crossed “under” Park Lane and down just a bit to Upper Brook St to Grosvenor Sq (two police guarding a doorway just behind the US Embassy and a 3rd officer approaching whom I passed just after crossing the street in a hurry to avoid a lorry); diag across Grosvenor Sq and down around opp the Connaught to Berkely Sq; across opp Anabels and down to Piccadilly; walked straight toward 20/20 and Piccadilly Circus.  1.5 hour door to door.  

0930    20/20 Optical: got glasses (41.50 Glasses) and copies of records.  Thanked Stewart and shoved off again.  Nice to be able to see again in the distance.  

0945    Walked briskly with restored vision back down Piccadilly toward Hyde Park entering it at Hyde Park corner; walked the length of it along the footpath parallel to the horse path; four guys asked for directions at the road in the middle to Buck Pal and explained; on thru Ken Gdns to that exit and down Ken Hi St to Olympia and past it where a black guy asked for dirs to Baron’s Ct tube sta (directed him down North End Rd: first traffic light in his direction which I had just past); on to Hamm ESJ.  

1015    Signed on by older blond woman; all the sign on desks were full but not everyone was taking people.  Walked from there to Tesco.  

1030    Tesco for food (3.96 3 biscuits, 4 tuna, 2 small baguette, pork shoulder).  

1050    Walked back along my normal return route: Addisons, Holl Pk Ave; church/park; Julie’s; Portland Rd; Clarendon Rd; thru Verity Close area; Silchester Rd; past Gren Twr to Bram door and upstairs; no one until guy at end: Guy in 505 in his kitchen with the window open on this level took a long, hard look at me as I walked to my door, and I looked back at him.  He’s involved as I have noted.  

1235    Home.  Post on rtn: MIS training.  After I closed and was locking the door, there was the sound of one of those “warning” whistles in the Walkway.

I was wakened twice last night at about 2030 and again about 2330; each time thre was the voices of childrentalkingloudly in the Walkway.

Greek Embassy in London taken over by 50 Kurds; only caretaker is hostage; that’s why the police helicoter was up this morning and this evenng.

Wed, 17 Feb 1999 - 00:18:35    There was light flashing at th north end of th eceiling above the window; and thefaint sound of an MC; did one just now drive up to the pen? The auto who just beepe (I think( drove away heading in this directin immediatey after the MC light were noted (actaully alsmot simultaneous with it.  



When I first went into the small room after 1600 I was awake for considerable time due t the extensive nise from below; at frist whenI lef tthe living room there was a sound of a siren aftr I flushed thetoilet followed some mins later by the sound of footsteps rushing this way and enteringa flat; I believe that was below like th eother night whensomeone entered very quietly.  It sounded like the rushing footsteps of a woman; ovr h enext hour to an hour and a half thre wer door slammings; dog barkings (several of ech) and genral nise from below; there was the voice of a child so I knew that the boys were there; also it sounded like a woman was singng “Row rwo your boat” a few times possibly to an infant; this might have been next door as it is completely out of character for he Screamer underneath; thre were alos sunds of a young child laughing or giggling a this time too whcich tells me that it was most likely frm next door.  Without knowingit I finally fell aslepp not really indenting to; I was just very tied from my almost four hours of walkingthis morning and needed orest.

I checked the time aftr being awakened; it was 2035 with the boyts frombelow playingball in the Walkway very lodly; they were so nisy that I am sure they were the ones who woke me up; and I suspect they were sent out there for that purpose alone; thre may very well have been other attempts to wake my up which failed so they were sent out intothe Walkway; also they migh thaveWhen I first awoke I di dno move and lay still for some time listenign to the play in the Walkway; eventually I moved to a new position by rolling oer; the childrenleft the Walkway shortly afte that giving me further suspicion that they had been out there to wake me; in the silence that followed there was a very loud but extremely faint cheer from a girl whom I thought was up above but on the top floor not directly above me; it wa a cheer ofsuccess that I took meant that they had succeeed in waking me; after some more mins ten or fiften a whoe group of people descened from upstairs making considerable noise on the stairs; I did not leave the small room and had not done so since 1600 ecept for a bathroompti stop about 1800 or o before I fell asleep.  I heard no sound of voices from below and all was qut evrywhere except downthe Walkway where a couple guys were talkingbefore going into a flat.

I fell back asleep and once again woke up looking at my watch a little after 2330 to the sound of a child’s voice in the Walkway evidently beingled by its mother out of the bldg; I could hear the moher talkingandthe child’s voices especially; I thought it might be Frank but was not sure; th woman was not the Screamer.  I stayed in bed for some more time (about 30 mins as it turned out) not being able to get back to sleep this time and got up coming intot he living room aftr a bathroom pit stop and putting on my trousers; The win sounde like it was blowing quite hard outside; I firt wnet into the kitchen for some biscutis (the remainder of the package); put them on eh arm of the chair and came around and sat down.  

I idid have a dream the first time I awoke but it was not a bad dream and I do ont think that I said anything befause I do not feel like I was trying to say or do anything; I cannot remember the dream.  I d dnot have a dream on the second awaking and do not think that Isaid anytingat all.  I was just awakened by the sound of the child’s voice deartingthe Walkway; my concern was the tme and why was this child up so late; in all of this the Scremaer’s rlentless actions against me day and night on a daily basis can only mean child neglect.

I got up to go to the bathroom for a itstop; there was the sound of something sliding down but not where was; no towels had slid frm the bathtub or door or sink; later I checked the cardbaord and the flap had moved back on it; could have happened naturally or by some means but also with the wnd I had heard earlir; that might have “pushed” It away from the mail flat whee I leave it; definitely heard a long moving sound that I did not think was the bax behidn he mail flap and still wondere what it was

Went back to the small room and trid to go back to sleep bu someone started the waer mnise in the wall later taht kept me awak; this was very noisy and ened in a loud throbbing sound; at th esame time I heard a door unlock and oss shutting noise but nothing else; tried to listen for footsteps down the stairs but if they were present they were drowned out by the waer noise; heard no oher noises afte tha but could not get back to slee and got up.  Believe that nise might very wellhave been frm above of he guy leavnig o from below akng a baht.

1700    Radio 4: PM: Berlin shooting of three Kurds by Israelis and Social Fund comments later; notebook battery recharge turned on.  

Door slam below immediately at 1700 as Radio 4 comes on: did she go outside to watch or was it a return?  Some comments outside from time to time; dog barked too on occasion leading me to believe that it recognised someone outside.  Autos came to rest facing this way.  Definite El Rollo above as I altered by schedule to stay in living room; just after six battery recharge finished and I collected items (notebook, book and Afghan) to leave for small room, but voices outside and accumulation of traffic including stopping below facing this way caused me to stop and listen to R4 news some more.  

Finally left and heard no reaction from outside as I usually do; crouched over to the door and out with the book and notebook inside the Afghan.

Voices in Walkway; male talking loudly; just came back from living room; took off trousers in bathroom and poured cup of thick bleach into toilet.  Had flushed toilet after pit stop at 2100 when I put on trousers and went into living room; heard news at 2100 about Holl Pk Ave Greek Embassy seige; getting more tense as they run out of patience or seem to now with more fire and medical personnel brought in; suspect they have had time to plan an assault by now and might try tonight or at dawn to clear it if negotiations don’t look good; ate some biscuits; had some water and watched the auto lights coming this direction per usual; sound of wet tyres on road was first clue to rain; went in standing up and came back out crouched over.

Thu, 18 Feb 1999 - 01:01:23        Moved t the living room successfully after beingbrutaliedby the guy directly above mein the smallrom who made extensive, extensve nise by continuously banging, thumpingandthudding on the flor above; I was occurred after wasalready awake hving just ha a dram about a hospital and its various tnsions; cannot now remember exactly wht was theroblem but I was either not ging to b admitted or thre was a problem wth beds; cannot remmeber if I was a patint or woked there; think I worked there.  Anyway it woke me up an dI lay thre for a bit until this terribel noise started above which got me up; a I was stanging up and bending oer for balance as I do; thre was a nice hit on the flor above a he watched me; I had put the note book at the end of the bed an dwent inot the bathroom for apit stop and to put on my trosers; went back for the the noe book (I had gotten some noises above the hall when was in the bathroom) got th notebook and came into th livin room hitting the door jamb iwth it as I went through th living room door standing p; came tthe chair standin gup and sat down; plugged it in; and started its rebott; tunred on the radio and found R5 at GLR
