There was an initial door noise below some time ago and more recently a dor squeak followed by a lud bar/grate soud and the locking of it.  Just a mn or o ago ws the sond of a lock snap below.  Also early on was the sound of a door slam directly below that sounded internalto the flat; trying tot wakeme up?

Tue, 23 Feb 1999 - 00:19:05    Into the living room and the chair after a pit stop and to put on my trousers in the Bathroom; the noise from above has beennothing short of incredible.

Tue, 23 Feb 1999 - 00:23:39    Loud whistling outside numerous times followed by a shouted “hey” and the El Rollo above (chair on wheels makes a lot of noise rattling this room; talks back and forth to someone from outside to insie..  The noisey group from upstairs (some of them have just left).

I was awoken at 2030 and 2330 lastevening by he excessive noise overhead; when I first went to sleep it was starin; but each of the two times there was yelling and shouting from above tht woke meup; inthe first instance I managed to go to sleep again but could not inthe second.

Tue, 23 Feb 1999 - 03:27:19    Up again int the living rooom and cair following a pit stop and putting on my trousers inteh bathroom.  The harassment from above reached new heights of complete disturbance tonight as somone deliberately stomped as hard as possible with his feet directly above me by running in palce at about 0200 (I briefly turned on the ligh to see the tme); Followeing my earlier forced etting up when they departed with extensive nise andyelling outside; the yelling shouting and banging on the walls and floor continued continously above until just recently when it aparently has finally stopped fo rthe evening althogh Ihave just detected a very slight noise above me just now.    It ended with banging on the wall and loud voices which were clearly audible and understandablefrom above as they laughed,shouted, helled an d screamed about in great amusement about the disturbance they were creating.

Dozed off for a bit of a snooze in the tub after filling it once again with a brief top up.  Water only ran a couple times in the wall and I think that it is from a toilet flush below (but could be above); once early on in the bath and once when I stood up to wash.  Hair and shave done but new Sains soap not very good.  Put thick bleach in toilet after flushing.  

Tue, 23 Feb 1999 - 07:21:35    Back out to the dog barking after three entrances/exits below; just as I was finishing drying off and getting ready to leave after the tub had drained, the door slammed below and was locked followed by bar/grate noises and the front door slammnig; flushed toilet; after a couple mins the front door slammed and the door below then made its noises again; I had already unlocked the top lock of my front door to exit later and was getting the Afghan ready to bring in the living room when the door below slammed again; I brought the Afghan into a brilliantly sunny living room and put the cardboard and modem in it; unshrouded the monitors and started writing this as the dog barked outside with the woman below going by evidently.

Saw no one in Walkway and went out Bram doors around corner and down path past Gren Twr to Silchester and Lancaster Rds out to Lad Gro; up to Elgin Crescent and over to Portobello Rd; thru a Colville to the petrol station and West Gro; walked down Queensway and over to the street that goes to the Cravens but went on the Bayswater and into the park;

0900    Hyde Park/Safeway:  went in a bit and sat down on a bench; discovered that my hair was plastered down because I forgot to rinse out the conditioner; brushed as best I could and tried to read a bit of PC Mag to kill time but found it too cold although the sun was shining; got up and walked down to the fountains at Lancaster Gate walking around them for a bit to the Serpentine; bit of a wind blowing that pushed the water spray over one side; back out the Lancaster Gate and up to Sussex Rd out to Edgware Rd and Safeyway; was going to seriousl shop there but that store was no good (prices too high and no selection of food).  Went back out and down Sussex Rd to the first light; right to Praed St and walked down to St Mary’s Outpatient Dept;

1015    St Mary’s Outpatient/Form for Records. front doors under repair and used side door; passing the records admin office reminded me to get the form for the records and went to the Queen Mother main wing thru another bldg to get one; returned thru the same bldg but another way to the outpatient dept;

1030    Dermatology; reception and tried to brush my hair one more time; into Dermatology only to note that Dr Hardman’s name was not on the board; spoke with a tall blond nurse about changing appt to make it easier if she was absent; infomed by anothe (who took me outside in confidence) that Dr Hardman was promoted to Consultant and I had to see someone else; no problem with that did not know and thought it would be easier since they had a full waiting room and were obviously behind; another guy indicated that he had a dental appt looming soon;

1120    Dr X-X; saw new blond dermatologist and explained situation as she was a bit defensive about replacing Dr Hardman and seemed to think I had complained when I had just thought it would be easier (I am the one who would be inconvenienced); she did a good job; I explained the eye problem which was OK; the brain scan results and reason for concern (Bowe’s disease and possible cranial nerve lesion); she did not find any problems and indicated that if she had she would “cut”; come back in six months; I think she is good; said that she came from St Johns (medical school).  

1130    Left: walked straight back down Praed to same north/south street as am at Cravens and over to Bayswater again; again heading west still all the way thru Notting Hill to Addisons where I turned right and worked my way across Holl Rd to Shep Bush Rd and Tesco.

1230    Tesco for food (3.80 2 biscuits, 1 choc chip cookies, 2 colas, 2 sm corned beef pkgs, 2 small baguettes, 4 toms).  

1300    Walked home via the usual route but had an unusual experience at the rail track bridge approaching Holl Rd; crossing Sinclair Rd there was a girl followed by a guy in the opp corner; the girl went by in front of me but the guy (carrying a couple Tesco bags but with only one or two items in each) turned to cross the bridge on the opposite side of the street (north side); he then made a funny detour toward me and my side; at the same time another guy was coming at me from the opposite side in front; the first one then turned around and went back across the stree and back the way he came as a third guy crossed the bridge on that north side parallel with me; the guy coming at me walk right past and kept going away from me behind me; the guy parallel with me walked fast but had to stop at the Holl Rd traffic light with me; after we crossed he walked very fast away and when I got to Lower/Upper Addison Gdns dead end at the school and turned right, he was gone from view.  This was very strange and made it feel like all three of these guys were trying to follow me but somehow had run into me at the same time; maybe they were trying to coordinate some activity?  Anyway I was very tired at the time from walking so much an did not care; just kept moving on and walked on home vid Holl Pk Ave; the church/park where the kids were out playing on the other side (must have a school there); as I crossed Princedale Road two women were unsuccessfully trying to push a BMW back into a parking place; I offered to help (they could not budge it) and we moved it back in place.  Went on around the corner past Julie’s to Portland Rd, Clarendon Rd, Verity Close, Silchester Rd, down past Gren Two to the Bram doors.  Again I did not see anyone in the Walkway and the bar/grate to 503 below was closed; the kitchen window next was open with the curtain back though so they could hear my arrival.

I woked up a few mins ago but lay quietly without moving; thre was the sound of a helicopter overhead and ery close; I heard the sound of music thumingand someone tapped their foothard on the floor many tmes but was told to stop and he did; thre was the sound of voices; I sat up and the shout went up immediately inside overhead but up on the second floor overhead I think (fifth floor); I put o n my glasses and watch as the door opened overhead and the same shout was made into the Walkway followed by a door slamm and two clear mail flap noises; I stood up and heard more warnings beingshouted about my coming out of the small room as I did so and went into the bathroo for a pit stop; whilst I was in there th eScreamer came out and clearly shouted a questin about my coming out which was answere in the affirmative; I then heard feet come down the stairs followed by a different set of feet going up the stairs after an interval; I ut on m trousers which were in the bathroom still hearing the helicopter circle quite close and camed into the living room and into the kitchen were I got a packg of biscuits, a plate an dthe knife puttnigthem onteh arm of the chair from behine; then walked arund the chair standing up all the wa to it and sat down noting the time and starting to write this awit the timed entry above;

Tue, 23 Feb 1999 - 20:43:30    Finished writing the above des cription and confirmation of surveillance actvitit; the sound of an elec car lock is now beeping on and off several times after the sund of a motor scooter went my; the sound of thumping music continues from above; there is no doubtthey tried to wake me up and their stomping continued after Iwas awake when it was told to stop; there is no doubt cler warnings wereissued upon seeing me move in the pitchdark of the small,windowless room and these were repeated bot verbally and my knockeks in the Walkway way to be answered between the flats above and below me with people moving back and forth; the sund of th evoice of the s
creamer (female) was definitley recognisable and conversed with a male confirming my activity; the musick has gotten louder above and the thumping persists.   I believe themove out was to go ouside to see me thru the curtain if that were possible.

Two very interesting drams: one of living in ahouseing projecte undrconstruction with lots of crime and the of of Prnce Charles definitely associated with lookng at his Web site this weekend.

Frist when I went bck in to go to sleep again shortly after 2130 the noises overhead went through t their usual routine of very loud voices, sompingon the flor anda long, loud scrape drictly oabove my head as somethingwas drage across the floor hre; there was alos the very q    uiet sound of a clinking metal a s if the lilistenign/looking equipmet n were returned above me bu they wanted to be soundless but were not.

The firt dream I had was of moving into a very nice flat inavery nice high rise; I went thru a whole episode(s) of acivity whcih are too lenghty to explain here; but the y included tones of mail including disketttes/CD ROM s gathering at the door especally the bkcy ones; I got them all up and into the flat fo rsorting; there was the sund of music and a TV but I was not watching TV and could not figure where the sound was comingfrom until I noitced that it was using the electrical wiring to feed a second speaker in the adjacent wall which was mounted next to the front dor; clearly I was hearing music and tV from above and incorporatingthat into my dream; I checked all the windows and it wa impossible to se insde; at first I thought that it was very seure; when I was ging outl the neighbur net door siad the one on tehother sid eo fme kept utting rubbbihs infront of their door; I went acors to a cuple guys lookingat a studio flat which was comleely furnishe; they were inside looking aroundand I steped inside; I askd if it wa for rnt but told thatit was occupied; they were prowling in a flat fully furnished and occupied; I gototu of it immediately; I then looked at the renovation what was being done it it resembled the high rise bldgs here at Silchester Estae with the iron rods going up the sides when I firt arived and the construction whtat was going on; Only I this cae some were behing rebuilt compleely and were only shells; the one I lived in had this all ging up the side and it was noted that it would take at least two years to finished the work; I got a full descriptioin of the crime that was takingplace includng guns and shootngs that had occuured nerby; Iknew I was living in a very angerous palce; I then went back into my flat and began the mail sorting and activity arund themusic and TV.

The second dream whihch was interrupted and restarted involved Prince Charles and vey short (just a segment); Ihad the feeling that I had had this dream earlierlier today; it involved ggiving my something like an envelope withe a lot of ittle envelops on it in one corner with a raised lot of manure like substances coveing the rrest of th envelope about an inch deep; I lost this an dwas given anothe rone at dinner that night which wa held in the private dining rooms of the Prince for several people; first I wa told that it wold not be replaced thn a an underling gave me one which ressembled th eoriginal; the Prince himself who had been sitting at his eskthen gave me another ; this fell into my lat with the manure like subsancesticking to my coat, shirt and trousers; I had to very carefully removed it and keep it on the whole letter “bord” picking it up; I then said “thankyou your Royal Highness” without any note of the problem of the dirty clothes that had occurred; I told him how graeful I was to get this and the time an trouble he (they) had goneto to give me a replacement; now I had awakened in the middle of this dream from the noise above and wen tback to slee and finished it with the bit by the Prnce himself dumping it in my lap.  

At this potn I was awake and there were feet stomping again directly overhead plus he shound of heels walking back and forth over me; the radio wa on above and music was coming out of it  ; all of this was not only engh to wake me but had caued my dreams in which I filled in details arund these sounds esecially the TV/music and th edouble checking of the winows to make certain I cold not be seen (of course Icouldbe seen in the smal room).  I lay there a mn or so withuout moving an dthen sat up; the noise continue for a bit;jut before wsitting up the same teen voice above (male) had said “woooo” agagian a coule times (Imight have mad that noise once more a I dremat of tlakingtothe Prince but atually made no noise in my sleeep except fo rth eattemt to make a sound whcih came outas “wooo”.  

Upon sittingup the the noise quickly tapereed off upstairs to comletely silinece and by th dime I stood up using the sallw to balance meas I was standingon the “matttress” it wa abolutely silentoverhead; the had gone into comelte looing an dlistening mode; I went into the bathroom to put on my trousers and noisily removedmthem from th toilet; still nto a sound frm above; I moved back I the directly of the small rom not lookingout the peephole an dopened the door to the room but closed it an dwent irectly through the living rooom door to eht chair staning up.

They woke my up several times whilst I was asleep from about 0500 on due to noises below and the deliberate pounding against a wall and slamming of a door.  First there was the early exit followed much later after sleep by several exits and/or returns amid three door slams and a dog bark; there was an unlocking and door slam exit; this woke me completely and I went into the bathroom for a pit stop; the front door slammed whilst I was in there and someone ran as fast as possible back to the flat underneath opening and enterng the door below evidently followed by a door slam; somehow I believe that they were notified that I had gotten up perhaps by mobile phone from above or their own detection (sound?) below (maybe even a video extension that I have often suspected but that does not square with last night’s shouting between flats); instead of getting up and into the living room as intended I went back to the small room; after I did that there was a solid hit against the wall below that shook the small room followed by the door below being slammed as hard as possible and the locking of the bar/grate with its clanking noises.  The dog barked at some point during all of this but I cannot remember exactly when.  I just went back to sleep because I assumed that they were trying to be either inside or outside depending upon where I was and anticipated my going into the living room so went out there.  As I write there are voices outside talking in a low murmur as there were voices and noises below after I had returned from the bathroom after getting up the first time.  I had a very nice dream before waking again just recently and getting up as it was light outside already (but it now gets light closer to 0630).  I believe all the activity described above occurred about 0600 to 0615 when it was still  dark outside.  I feel very good having gotten a full night’s rest despite the fragmentation of the sleep periods; maybe I can get some meaningful work done today.

There was continuous disruptin tonight frm the tme I went into the small rom unti just now; it sounded like they put a mmic ona chard chord down the pipe/wire shavoe where th eelec meter is lockaed at the beginning and pulled up up at the end.

Now it is clear absolutely that guys from flat 541 are involve as they went back shouting and yelling to another flat above that had a clanking doo close bhing; they left a decimated sound behind them on ony subdued voics of those above; the real shoutnig and yelling and most silly adolescent gigglinging an dlaughter came from these guys who went back to 541.

There were at least two distinct episodes ofwaking me up so far tonight; the first occurred amid many shuts and cheers as I wokeup and someone came out and went downstairs.

There was also a time when I turned over and one of them opened the door overhead and yelled sometinginto the Walkway.  This might have been at the same time as the firt wakeup noted abouve when Iwas trying to get back to sleep; I did go back to sleep rather quickly;

The second time and most recent that just occured woke me aand induced a dream/nightmare where I was giving or going to give a speech and there were only two people to listen to it; the woman in th e”crowd” sad something nasty and I replied in kind and left; I woke up after this to the sound of great shoutingand cheering, laughter and screaming from above; also thre was the contnuus stomping of feet above;

Thu, 25 Feb 1999 - 03:39:03    That was a teriblenight mare that went on for some time; they took my work away from me; took my notebooks so I could nt ge the work done whcihwas overdue; it was two weeks past the deadlneand I was going to get it done; they disappeared and I followed this woman around as we spendt the day looking; I kept saying that they took them away; we went ot the guys near the front who had boxes of stuff there and had some other stuff earlir; we went to all the sections and even onewhere sh showed me a note about causing problems and the discipline that had occurred; finall it was five pm and we were goign down the stairs; I said that evenif we did find them Ishe could go home and I wol have to work all night; I woke up sayingthis; judging b the way I cold not talk during this nght mare I was talkingin my sleep all the time while say this or trying to say this; it went onfor some time and must have been a continuous talking inmy sleep that ventually wokeme up;

As I went back to bed at 020 there was the continuous sound above most disturbingof whic was the feet stomping on the floor directly overhead; the vioces and claping, shouting cheering continued.  

That’s the nghtmare that will bag me.  It was the one tey’ve been trying to creat for some time and hey finally did it after a night, a wekk, two weeks of sleep deprivation.

I flushed the toilet aftr goniging back to bed at 0445 this am when I stopped there to removed trosers na dtake a pit stop; toilet needed flushing so I did; cannot have disturbed anyone.
