Sun, 14 Mar 1999 - 06:55:49    Double door slam below and sound of bar/grae clanking below just as I finished drying off and combing my hair; put on my trousers in the hall to dry my feet and keep my self from siping;

my bath was almost perfectly quiet; someone came out from below afer I started the hot water running (completely noiselessly excep for th initial bubble); whoever it was left 503 loudly with door slaming and bar/grat clankig but I did not hear the front door slam; most unusual; it was hen perfectly quiet til near the end when the sound of water came ow a drain folowed by a refill upstiars ad noise in the ipes as it evidently refilled above; at the same time I pulled the plug on the tub and sat in it until it almost drained; washed it out when I got out with just a little water remaining;  I sneezed which was a dead giveaway to my prenence and must have led to the door slamming belowing as I was leaving the bathroom; one of those slams was just on purpose and made after  an initial door closing and an apparent bar/grate clanking close.

0800    Flushed toilet & unlocked door with light on; locked up and saw guy (tall, thin, black, skin head) in 507 doorway below; facing the hinge side of the door with a mobile phone in his ear talking as quietly as possible; I walked on out going down the middle stairs looking back in this direction; saw no one but did hear something; on out Bram doors and around corner along the path past Gren Twrs to Silchester and Lancaster Rds out to Lad Gro & the Lib; returned the seven books I had in the slot; walked up Lad Gro and over one of the Crescents to Portland Rd; Julie’s; Church/park; out an Addison to Holl Pk Ave; hurt pigeon caused alarm among a couple kids who wanted to take it to the vet; down to some more Addisons; across Holl Rd and out to Shep Bush & Tesco for food (3.16 3 biscuits; sm granary bap; 2 tuna; milk).  

0900    Left Tesco and walked reverse route back except for Library and went through Verity Close area; guy at start of Verity Close who looked inquisitive with particular blue T-shirt on standing by a kind of auto/pickup truck; other end of Verity Close saw another guy in same blue shirt wearing a badge and ID tag going into area as I emerged; down Silchester and was passed by big police vehicle with two officers in front; one in passenger side was nodding his head yes; walked down passed Gren Twr to Bram doors and into Walkway; noises from other end; just as I got near the front door area, a guy with a huge bag strapped across his back and wearing an ID badge came into the Walkway; I went to the bottom of the front stairs which were blocked by the blond with her child in a push chair and the very short haired guy with her; they moved the push chair out of the way and he stepped aside so I could get by; said “thank you very much”; she was asking the guy who had gone into the Walkway centre “what are you going to do?”; he came back out as I went up the stairs; all these badges and activity make me wonder; kitchen window to next door open; unlocked and went in; top lock had been tampered with; difficult to get key in.

Mon, 15 Mar 1999 - 22:43:03    Just as I lay back own the sounds of anauto and MC arriving occurred; th eMC very loudly went right up the footpath and came to a screechng held with its brakes locked and tires wquealing on the pavement stones evidently; that means it was going very fast in it run p the footpath; Juast before this as I laid back ownfrom writingthe above entry about the noises below; the noises above commenced and were quiete clearly from there; just after I sat up to write about the MC squealing; there was a noise directly above me as something was ut on the floor and there were voices outside takling from the auto evidenlyt that had just parked.  

I think they got all set u forme to jump up to see the MC and I didnot but merely sat up to wrie it down; sorry to disappoint lads.

Back to t edream; also involved was a lage het boat that kep gioig around huge rocks as we apparently saw it from the air; that was what I waned; I dod not believe tht I made an noises at all in the dream which was quiete benighn; but I did wake up after it or during it; such was the result ofthe continuing disturbance that comes from overhead after the activity outside al evening; most frightening is the hit directly below mmy bed from below now; that is the worst thing as it really tells me that they are getting info from above as to what I am doing (always have) but not to disturb my sleep or my taking notes about thir activiy when they cannnot osibl hear it withthe notbook on the bed absorbing all he sound.
The last time as I was ging to sleep ther were a serious of furn sapes and nois from above; ow thre is somone stomping around like th echild; kon’t know who this could be.

Mon, 15 Mar 1999 - 00:52:24    Back from bathroom pit stop; ththere was a niose below; just a hit or two of some resecne who mae a oise perhaps listening for me; I made no noise; there was a soft rustle out side the bathroom winow for a second; went to look out the frontdoor on my return; saw nothing but there were sounds comingfrom the middle of th eWalkway; came back to th ekitchen for bisuits, a plat an a knife; uut them on the arm of the chair and came back to the bed to write this.  

I still cannnot get over the hitting from below that vibraed the vloor directly under the bed; they are the worst people imaginable; I alos remember hearing a balcony nnoise and sme other noises underneath before I went to sleep the last time but was too tired to write it down and wanted to go to sleep which I did.

Mon, 15 Mar 1999 - 05:02:34    Just had anothr incredible dream jut befoe I woke an dthere are thuds above me just no as an auto come up from Bramley ir; all was silent as I lay awake after the dream but the reactins starts as soon as I sit up.  

The dream was vivd and rememberable but it is almost dong now excpt for th impression it was anothe rwater dream of sorts; benign an dnice; which I had wriggtten it donw quicky;

Mon, 15 Mar 1999 - 05:16:21    Back from a bathroom dump; went in frrst to the sound of loud water inthe wall finisheshing what sondedlike a refill; toilet seat squeak; back out to look out the front door peephole; nothing and not sounds ouside; opened doorto living rom a crack and heard a truck plus I though the sound of a female voice in the distance; back intothe bathroom with almost no toilet seat squeak; there were several (three) separate sounds of drain water coming down but no refill that was nisy; I begin to wonder if these ar eot signals; came back out and walked standing upstright to the kitchen with nothing dectable fromoutside; turned on hot was very quietttly and slowly; washed hads (hygiene a must); turnid off (no noise at all excetf ro a vry slight noise of hittig the sink and goign downthe drain for a brief period; dried has and returned to the bed from behind the bookcase; there have been some vehice noises but only n the distance whilst I wrwrote this aragrah

Mon, 15 Mar 1999 - 06:58:58    Finished a whole string of activity and just got a yell from outside; just before that a door slam in the Walkway and someone came down the stairs as I was heading into the bathroom to put on the t-shirt for a “new day”.  I feel like I have just awoken from a very long “nightmare”.  

The whole sequence of “wake up” activity in order: rinsed out the towel bathmat that had been setting there for some time in the bucket of nearly evaporated water (it smelled!); got some thick bleach to try to restore it to normal and filled it with water again; put trousers (very dirty) and underwear in other bucket with soap to wash; into bathroom where the hot water tank was refilling; pit stop the flushed toilet; noises from below; put small cup of thick bleach into it; bedroom to dress; back to living room for t-shirt; into bathroom for deodorant bottles to swap tops and did so; second full bottle now works fine (used it to great advantage) and first bottle ful of water to weigh down nozzle for tub filling (has bad roll-on top now); into living room for t-shirt and which I went into hall to put on and heard the activity as described in

Such was my morning encounter with another tenant.  Walked down the path passed Gren Twr to Silchester; as I crossed the parking lot entrance a guy with a badge came along the pavement at the same time and went just ahead of me to the zebra xing and across toward the Methodist church; I went t’other way thru Verity Close area and out the other side where I encountered a maroon Jag jump starting a small car with a tall, thin black guy in a red baseball cap standing next to it looking mean at me; his auto licence was xxx xxxx (see notes); walked on up Claraden Rd to Claraden Cross and posted VAT rtn in front of post office; walk on out Claraden Rd to Holl Ave (some guys on a const site whistled at a girl walking on the other side of the street).  

    Walked thru Holl Pk to Ken Hi St; stepped down to see what was playing at the cinema; walked up Ken Hi St and browsed in the Ironmongers which was open; not very interesting (another name for hardware).  The Link not open yet; walk to the library

Police helicoptor overhead as I walked back.

Wed, 17 Mar 1999 - 05:00:25    Cough outside amin or so ago; truck sound just now in te distance; wokep a few mins ago following a trucking dream; sem as though I turned in the company that was nder inspection; thyewere using mob truckers with a dim pat and were guilty of infringements; the head honcho iimslef Mr Fiser sent a letter requesting an interview and citign a past infraction of one of he rivers; this was noted by the mob boss in my presence and the presence of another trucked who was the guy involved; we went to the trucking company’s hea (summond there) and he was in a stew; thought we wouuld get the rest of the day off but he was grilling this trucker about his past since he ran an essentially clean organisation but was not being taited by the mov; he hd us sit down and was showing the letter to this trucked with me sittingnext to him; he looke at me as if he kniew I was the one who had informed;   then I worke up.


    Thre was a noise from below just now as I finished the above paragrpah; sounded like a light switch or aometihig like that and came from the front either inside or outside the flat; sounds like someoinhit someting; that cugh means someon was outside.

Wed, 17 Mar 1999 - 05:14:48    An auto just now went by/pulled up as I was in the kitchen getting a full botte of water from the fridge; had gone into the bathroom for a pit stop; ot a noise not even a toilet seat squeak but water came down the drain pipe just as I was leaving the bathrooom; smelled perfume in hall when I first went in like someone had been close to my or wearing it; all very quiet though except for the very quiet quto that arrived as I was putting the new bottle of water on the floor by th hair.
