Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 05:38:28    Into the bath; topped up with hot water without a noise until the hot water tank started to refill; hair, shave; all very quiet except for three departures;

one near the beginning was that of the woman and child in the above middle of this half; the child made a slight noise otherwise they are the epitome of quiet;

in the middle the door slammed below followed by bar/grate clanking; front door slammed after that; heard a truck in the distance (faintly in bathroom) start and apparently depart; drained tub at end; into bedroom to get underwear;

a 3rd door noise in Walkway at the very end as I re-entered the bathroom to put on trousers; this came from near the middle and was followed by the front door slam quickly thereafter.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 06:57:49    Video on; blue truck is gone as are all autos this side near bldg that might be facing this way; there is a big gap out there until the other end this side where there are three in a row facing this way.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 06:59:35    Auto pulls up as guy comes down wall to near wall stairs and goes out into the road coming this way; that was strange; why didn’t he walk right out under the window on the footpath; did he want to get a look at the window from a distance to see what he could see?  The auto parked on the other side facing away at the other end; looks like the green bomb and sounds bit rough; was it the one on “patrol” early this am?

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 09:09:09    A really hard hit on the floor above; they are determined that I should have no peace; I was sitting back reading the Times with the kbd on my lap when he hit.  Maybe he’s angry that I did not go out this am?  Are the waiting for an “emergency” repair; yest at midday a guy (black) leaving from below indicating that they would “take care of it”; I took this to mean poss. water pipes again.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 09:42:34    Whistle off in the distance (very faint but familiar); voices outside and sound of vehicle.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 09:45:44    Video on but cannot see anything; sounds like beeper departed (don’t think it was for the school but might have been).  Looks like someone sitting out front on bench; moved (white top).  

Went to the bathroom in a crouch just in case; when ya gotta go ya gotta go.  When I first went in I am almost certain a female voice yelled (but heard faintly here): “He’s gotten up.”  Three door noises: first early on was a squeak and shut; nothing else; second was long squeak and shut near end of sojourn followed by a third short nose.  Went to get mail: there was a mail flap knock just after the last door noise; only one mail flap sound which sounded more like a warning than anything else; retrieved post from my mail flap; stuck inside and made a bit of noise; put there to show my presence when taken? Who knows?  Back to kitchen to rinse out the grapefruit dish (no noise hot water only).  Person still sitting on the bench outside.  Crouched back to the chair.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 10:09:15    Middle of the road looker comes this way with the sound of mail opening; auto looks like it let someone off who came up near wall stairs to front footpath; auto pulls closer but remains double parked by an open space underneath.  
Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 10:13:31    Guy goes back to car (same route in reverse) and gets in holding a white paper/envelope in his hand.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 10:19:45    Flushed toilet after front door slam and footsteps receded; three red vehicles came down road heading this way just after I returned and stood behind the bookcase watching them go by in the video.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 10:23:09    Beeper arrives but believe it is for the school; nil in video.  Sounds like a big rubbish removal vehicle with backup warning sound; school gate chain goes clanking.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 10:36:03    Loud hit below the kitchen; must have thought I was dozing off.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 11:04:04    Into kitchen to cook lunch: filled cold water bottle & put in fridge; as soon as I started cutting chilli pepper, rail banging started which hit the kitchen wall right next to me; this continued for most of the slicing ½ a chilli pepper; after that there was some hitting of the bars outside the kitchen window and the sound of voices; in the middle of the time, the beeper pulled up outside and beeped two separate sets with the second done impatiently after the first did not work quickly enough.  Later there was another vehicle that arrived for the school; believe the honker to be connected with 503 as there was a door slam from there as noted below; I had just come out to note the flame had been turned down to simmer (to get the right cooking time) and noted the door slam below too.  

I believe the rail clanking at the beginning came from above as a warning to 503, et al, that I was  in the kitchen cooking.  I made a little noise slicing the veggie but not much and had just run the cold water to fill the bottle but there was not sound whatsoever of water running in the wall.  These people with their concerted stalking effort are seeking to disrupt absolutely everything I do in my personal life from sleeping (no noise but can observe it) to the most mundane and routine activities that would cause even the least bit of noise: cooking; going to take a bath; using the toilet; playing tapes (sound made when tape is eject or put in) and even just walking around gets well noted and reported immediately amongst them.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 12:33:32    He’s wearing a special suit (greenish) covering his entire body and looks like his head is covered too with goggles over the eyes.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 12:44:38    Into the bathroom for a pit stop; constant, light, faint thumping going on; first noted it when I was in bathroom.  Into kitchen to rinse out lunch dish and pot; only noiseless hot water was used.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 12:49:21    Back into chair.  Light, faint pounding continues while I write the above.  Turns into some hammering below on the other side, front area it sounds like.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 12:51:47    Delivery truck arriving with “Dreams” written across the  top of the rear door.  Looks to be delivering bedding.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 12:56:18    “Hi” comes from below/above and guy talks back; wonder if it is not the delivery guys with headboard and bed sides?

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 12:57:15    More talking now between two males as a guy comes back and resumes the conversation.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 13:00:06    R4 WaO: another refugee halt; end war; IRA deadlock; Tories to turn back on free mkt in public sector.  Delivery guys come back for mattress and other stuff.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 13:17:16    Really hard door slam below.  Window fogged up outside; I had dozed off for a brief catnap of some five/ten minutes and was awake when the door was slammed; think the water noises in the underwater screen saver woke me up gently.  Delivery truck still out there “in the fog”.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 14:01:15    Back from pit stop; water turned on somewhere (below?) But no distinctive water pipe noise; just running in the pipes; music starts up from somewhere and is loud enough for me to hear the singer; voice outside as I come back to the chair.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 15:13:22    Whole group of voices outside following my venture into the kitchen to fix the last 1/4 of the pineapple; got a full bottle of water from fridge and replace the empty; did not fill it; later; I sharpened the paring knife which was too much noise for everyone; first the auto roared up from Bram as it always does as if it is sitting there for a signal; then the shave and a haircut beeper came from the other direction; there was pounding on the floor directly above me; I kept on preparing the pineapple soundlessly; next there was a door slam below; I brought the sliced pineapple out to the arm of the chair and heard the voice of the Screamer out front (cannot tell if she went outside or was talking from the balcony; I think it was the former); I went into the bathroom for a pit stop; all quiet in there; when I came back out; there were several voices talking (male) and cars travel ing on the road; stood behind the bookcase to look at the video and then walked around and sat down with the confidence that they could not see me;  then the autos roared away and silence returned; think I saw the green bomb go behind a white truck that had been park on the other side of the road.  

If I don’t miss my guess, this is a concerted effort to rally everyone to the scene when I do something that might be “visible” or capable of being reported as such.  All simple functions are under intense scrutiny as I am stalked continuously day and night.

Mon, 19 Apr 1999 - 16:38:16    Another bench warmer in the distance this time.  Gets up carrying a white bag to go out to get in an auto pulling up; all leave.  

Mon, 19 Apr 1999 - 16:44:25    Bathroom pit stop accompanied by rail beatings above; some voices in the Walkway but they leave (women and children); not a sound out of me; before that into the kitchen with the fruit plate; three small, insignificant taps of the silver on the plate as I go to dump the fruit remains into the garbage; rinsed plate in noiseless hot water; filled cold water bottle (no noise there either) and put in fridge.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 19:35:48    Voices start as I move over to the bed; a clapping of hands because I made  a noise in dropping the chord on the floor; also a voice in the walkway (male); female outside.  Now they can all get set up for the nightmare sequence and attempts disturb my sleep and cause them along with some talking in my sleep too to get noise.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 19:59:59    Hit from below; trying to disturb; that’s why the clapping; wanted to get me asleep or trying to go to sleep early so that they could disrupt my peace and rest when trying to sleep; threaten and terrorise me.  This is a terror campaign.

I was sound asleep and awakened by the incredibly loud and disturbing sound outside of these people yelling and screaming; it sounded more like the kids were doing it and now it is fading in my mind like a dream; this woke me up but I just lay there; finally when I turned over on my side the door slam hit at the very same instant.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 21:34:41    Now there is traffic outside or there was up until a min ago; they are absolutely quiet now just as before when they make this noise then stop when told that I am awake because I move or especially sit up to write.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 23:24:10    Definite deliberate tapping of a foot overhead; I was waiting for that; heard it before and noted it but was half asleep and just stayed in one position going back to sleep again I had a series of things to write down but went back to sleep instead.  There is no doubt this guy above is attempting to disturb and deprive me of sleep in addition to waking me and trying to cause a nightmare noise through this threatening behaviour that hangs over me all the time.  

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 23:26:00    Again another two hours of sleep just as earlier; but I am sleeping soundly and waking up at the top of the sleep cycle.  Auto comes out outside.

I had a dream in this one too as I was waking up; just heard a yell from the distant road an wonder if they are not out there trying to hear me make a noise?

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 23:28:00    That group noise down the footpath was typical; followed by the complete silence; the same is true each time as now; that is why I lie still to see what is happening before moving.

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 23:33:13    Girl starts screaming outside; several very loud screams; says “have a good time” twice amid a couple car door slams; this occurred just as I returned to the bed in a crouch; could not possibly see me from outside either going into the hall or returned from the bathroom; window was foggy too; heard sound of dishes from a kitchen; probably 505.

What was that screaming and then laughter and comment amid the car door slams?

Mon, 19 Apr. 1999 - 23:49:58    Several car door slams at the end of the bldg; voices and footsteps going up the footpath; one woman says “I wonder what’s his problem?” as an auto departs in the road from where they were; sounds like front door slams.  There people had been sitting in an auto outside prob. waiting for a “noise”.  None came forth as a I slept soundly and woke cleanly each time;

Tue, 20 Apr. 1999 - 05:59:44    The noises start below; or at least the first time I have heard them since waking up a little while ago; again a dream before that; I was sleeping on my back and removed the Afghan for a bit as I dozed off again only to be disturbed by the thudding noises from below.

Tue, 20 Apr. 1999 - 06:05:26    Into bathroom for pit stop; stood up to go out; toilet seat squeaked just a mite; into bedroom to get underwear; very loud door slam as I come back and am just by the front door; at first the small sound of a lock; then the door slammed as hard as possible (difficult to imagine it being slammed any harder) with very loud bar/grate clanking afterwards; went into bathroom to dress and returned to living room standing up; sat on bed with notebook to note times of vehicle that had just started (right below) then moved to the table to finish writing this.

Moved to table with notebook and started writing what was happening after turning on the sys and Gotcha’s capture with all its F1 noises followed by underwater gurgling.

Video capture shows that at 0620 a white roofed car with third stop light at top centre of rear window backs into parking place directly below on this side; just see it parking but is out of sight when parked.  It must have taken the parking place of the vehicle that departed; which is the rumbler?  The white roofed auto w/ 3rd brake light or the one with tail lights on across the street parked in front of the yellow car.

Tue, 20 Apr. 1999 - 06:44:17    Just put on oatmeal and got gas reading with match; vehicle outside idling under kitchen window; it departed just after I extinguished the match after taking the gas meter reading; I used a match to ignite the burner and then look under the sink where the light was not sufficient; the entire time this truck sounding vehicle was present under the kitchen window having pulled up after I went into the kitchen to fix breakfast; after it drove up the road, it beeped its horn a couple times in the distance; it is not possible to see the faint flicker of the match through the window obscured with the green towel and two shirts.  Do believe that he was there to verify my presence in the kitchen.  Did not hear any doors shutting or any other noise; the truck just pulled up and stayed there until the match went out.

Tue, 20 Apr. 1999 - 07:07:24    Just started hot water filling I tub after preparing oatmeal with banana in kitchen; folded Afghan before that; no noises outside or from anywhere; only one door slam from below and no dog noises yet.  Must be taking the dog away at night.  R4 News turned on.

Tue, 20 Apr 1999 - 09:15:07    Bathroom for pit stop; phone ringing below: rings twice and stops then starts ringing again with no answer; some noises from next door; sound like the kitchen but might bathroom below next door; important to note that this phone rings often when I go into the bathroom; believe it to be in 503; the noises from 504 indicate that someone was there but it was not their phone or they would have answered it (unless it is ‘someone’s’ phone and they refuse to answer it).  Could be a mobile phone too.

Some ten or so minutes later the sounds of the truck resume; believe all the beeping was the rubbish truck for the school who took some time to load and depart.

Back into the kitchen to prep lunch as footsteps move around above; beeper arrives after I fill the pot with two measured cups of hot, noiseless water; he beeps a couple separate times; slice the veggie to the sound of the water noise in the wall from another source; as I get to the onion; there is a door slam below; the sound of Louie’s voice outside; turn down flame to simmer just after starting onion and come out here to note it for cooking time; sound of what I think is the Screamer’s voice talking with Louie outside and sounds like under the kitchen window; she must have come out of the door slam I heard and went around outside to him below the kitchen window.  Came in here noting the time and writing this to let the water (which was still flowing noisily from another source when I left) subside.

Tue, 20 Apr 1999 - 12:58:32    Back from the bathroom pit stop; I made not a sound; woman in Walkway asked a little child: “Did you hear a gunshot?” and the child said “Naaah.”  There voices then disappeared as is usual when I go into the bathroom.  Noises in the kitchen next door and what sounded like that child there too (somewhere else).  Before that into the kitchen to rinse lunch plate and pot in noiseless hot water; no noise of hot water tank refilling when I went into the bathroom.

Are the police conducting enquiries about my F1 sounds which sounded like a gunshot (when programmes bomb it is a puncture sound) that elicited a scream above yesterday pm?  It is perfect evidence that they are listening to my sound card.  The sound was completely contained in the system and my earphones.  Only someone with a tap could hear it.  It frighten the girl upstairs so much that she screamed.  Do they have the sounds hooked to a speaker upstairs on the fifth floor?

I was awakened a couple times tonight but in each instance went back to sleep before I wrote about it; each time there was considerable noise from out front that caused me to wake; do not recall anything from above or below, but then I was basically asleep and stayed that way until now.

Tue, 20 Apr 1999 - 23:02:03    Two thuds and a furn scrape; just what I’ve been waiting for; my headache is here again after dissipating late today and tonight; had it this am and all day; it’s the waking up in a dead sound sleep that causes it.   The sound most likely came from below.

Tue, 20 Apr 1999 - 23:17:52    Two El Rollos directly above following footsteps coming in above; this occurred after an auto pulled up and parked outside with three door slams there; might have come up the footpath silently.  Think that the one above has been there all along though and not connected with this arrival. They just go to a higher level above to remain undetected. [Could be someone arriving to listen and above comes down to see if he can stir up a noise.]

Examples of this were the NoNoNo on Sunday morning during the Kelly download an the response to the sounds which were a scream perhaps thinking that the puncture was a gunshot.

Wed, 21 Apr 1999 - 01:15:35    Several thuds below; then a pounding for a habit; another door like sound; Just had an interesting dream and conversation first on horseback then on a train.

On horse back rounding a corner behind a small tractor with a man and a child on it both plowing and cutting with it; they were ahead of me and I on horseback; had to ride behind them for a bit then went off to the side and down a slope to over look a body of water; many horse there on their own walking down the steep sandy slope; From there got on a train and was mistaken for a member of a party; KD’s wife or girlfriend started talking with me and asking me questions about NYC; I answered and she said that she was from SF; the host got up and indicated that I was not among them silently by body action; this is what I had tried to explain to her at the beginning that she had mistaken me for someone else when I came in but she ignored it; then KD came around an sat near us on the other side trying to draw her away which I was happy to allow to happen.

Wed, 21 Apr 1999 - 01:22:08    Vehicle door slams; engine starts; departs; sounds a bit like a truck but a smaller one.  Was this from underneath?  Did they just leave from below after cause a disturbance?  

Anyway to finish the dream; she kept talking with me despite his trying to distract her; I did not want to get involved and was willing to allow her to go back t the party group; but then someone mentioned that a radio had been stolen recently on a train from one of their group; then KD began to explain to me what had happened about them just find in it missing when they had all been sitting together and talking; after thinking abut it; they narrowed it down to the fact that it had been taken while they are all in the train together; I woke up then.  

I do believe that the above dream and waking up was induced by noise from below and poss above although I am not certain abut the noise from below which continued after I awoke but lay still.  The noise is as noted above and then whoever was there must have left when I sat up and wrote about it; apparently they are in comms with the one above (which I can verify) or they have their own monitor for the imaging device;

Wed, 21 Apr 1999 - 01:28:12    A strange noise just sounded in the Walkway like a horn of sorts that gave a steady blast then stopped; it came from down the Walkway.  Very strange.

Wed, 21 Apr 1999 - 01:44:12    A couple mins ago a fast ca roared up and stopped outside; this is typical of past occurrences and a familiar sound; it was followed after a pause by two others either passing or stopping; it sounded more like they stopped but could have gone on; All three autos is again part of a pattern that has occurred over and over on a nightly basis after I have been awoken and seen to sit up; but this time it took awhile for them to get hee.

I was having a dream before this wake up; but I cannot remember it; it was benign and nice so there is no reason to think that it was disturbing me; it could have been caused by someone pounding on the floor below me as I heard he last one of those very, very hard hits.

Wed, 21 Apr 1999 - 05:54:33    There is an engine running outside now from a rumbling auto which seems to be moving back and forth; I had just put on my trousers o get up and start the day since all hope of any more rest is lost given all the noises so far this am and to be started up in earnest now.

Wed, 21 Apr 1999 - 06:00:13    Just set up video capture; back into chair with notebook quickly after bathroom pit stop; no noise from me at all; but some left from below just as I was leaving the bathroom; door opening sound; some clanking of bar/grate; then very hard door slam followed by bar/grate clanking very loudly.  No effort to restrict that noise at all; time to disrupt and disturb.
