Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 05:52:22    Very loud vehicle door slam; engine starts outside; runs rough; second car door slam; prob track and car; sounds gone; must have driven off other way.

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 05:56:43    Double beep at the far end of the road; signal to503? Just before this a vehicle went by which might have started from the other end and came this way.

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 06:04:17    Vehicle pulls up outside; door shuts (sounds like truck).

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 06:05:18    Into the bath.  Wt 224; Elec 35,056.4; Gas 11.776.  Topped up with hot water; not a noise anywhere; there is the sound of water running in the pipes but only a quite normal sound and might be associated with the hot water tank refilling; when I turned off the hot water it did not stop until the tank refill had ceased.  Not a sound from anywhere until I finished shaving and started to wash;

Front door sound; someone walked back to this end; door squeaked below; shut and followed by bar/grate sound; footsteps went out and front door slammed.  Either someone came in before this party left or they left together and whoever came in to get this one.

After I finished washing, someone else left from below with a louder door slam and bar/grate clanking.  This occurred three more times while I was still finishing my bath; the person came back a first time and left; then the same person came back a second time saying “it’s me again” and left once more; each of these two returns was characterised by loud door noises below of slamming the door and bar/grate clanking.  On the first return; the person went into the flat for a minute then left.  The second return was a quick turnaround.

After this what turned out to be a final departure, I drained the tub and got out.  Evidently there was someone below all the time and there was someone left there when this person kept going and coming.  That person probably remains there all the time.  No dog barking during all of this; the dog might very well be removed.

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 08:05:05    Into kitchen for oatmeal and banana; threw away grapefruit rind; that funny squeaky noise outside kitchen window occurred again someone was talking and just before a vehicle left. The water noises started in the wall and continued until I left; did not fill pot with water so that no association of water noise could be made with me since they know exactly what I am doing with the water often starting when I go into the kitchen or bathroom.

Kitchen to wash hands; drum going on nearby but very subdued; someone came in to knock on a mail flap nearby while cistern refilled; flushed second time when door closed (assumed this was entry for the knock).

The usual flotilla of autos moved up after I laid down at 2000; but do not think they found convenient parking places unless they have some of them deliberately taking up two spots and these moved aside.

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 21:15:28    Guy right next to my front window shouts a name: “xxx” and I wake up.  This was a really loud shout that sounded like it was right in my ear startling me awake instantly from a deep sleep.  Could not believe it.  

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 21:16:09    Three solid horn beeps from the beeper in the Road.  These are obviously items to use to wake me.  

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 21:18:19    Cannot believe this guy is calling another name and standing right out side under my window; the utter cheek of it  Shouts something different and waits until I am laying down; this explains the dreams last night and what I heard;  someone shouting outside my window around which I worked a dream.  

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 21:19:54    Dog is kind of growling then barks on the balcony below; just what I needed for my peace and quiet.

Now there are noisy voices outside in the front footpath and along the road; Did they hear anything or was it done on que? They certainly did not see anything.  Dream about . . .   [cannot remember]

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 23:50:23    The whistler whistles; keeps on whistling about six to eight times; an auto just went by after I woke up a couple mins ago and lay here thinking about the dream that concerned snakes in the outside with a finale of getting a huge one that was torn in half as I tried to escape; the other snakes we tried to kill when discovered but could not.  

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 23:52:36    This has been an evening of awakenings but noting that I have done has been significant.  Complete disruptions over and over deprived me of sleep and caused great distress; these associated with 503 below directly.  

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 23:53:16    An auto roars past at terrific speed but keeps on going around the bend; police car?

Mon, 26 Apr 1999 - 23:53:48    There were noises from above just as the Whistler sounded off; the first of those that I have noted tonight. Cannot believe that guy came up here and shouted those names right under my window; think he was looking for the Screamer who was not here tonight; just as I always said; she does not live here and can walk away at anytime leaving everyone sitting and wondering; he even sat out there beeping his horn;

Another auto just went by from this end of the bldg and on around the bend I think; if  it had not been for that guy whistling, I would have slept right through; as it was I went right back to sleep and have resisted any attempts to wake me from my sound sleep.  That is until now when I had the snake dream; very symbolic that.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 00:14:40    Back from a pit stop; toilet seat squeaked a bit; front door slam; water down drain from above and refilled like a toilet with noises in the wall while I was in there ; chair scrape on floor above but not directly above; they are there and letting me know it and trying to associate me with the water in the wall noise   I ran no water and did not flush.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 00:27:19    Taxi sounding vehicle dropped off a male and female with loud door slam and departure; now a front door slam in the Walkway; before this there was an auto that went by and a few mins ago a very very loud noise in the Walkway coming from the rubbish area I believe

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 00:41:13    Auto pulls up with voices talking loudly outside; door slams and the vehicle departs; before this there were voices outside for the first time in a long while.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 00:55:20    There is the sound of a deep rumbling auto coming from the other end of the road; it keeps revving its engine like it was backing and filling to park.  But has been doing this too long to be parking.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 05:14:45    Thud from below under the hall/bedroom area; woke up after another dream: hotel setting with work to be done in kitchen that got done; ended with me going to kitchen and the chef shows me a Danish he had cooked himself I waned it and he gave it to me free (good because I had little or no money); I also got something to drink courtesy of another guy who had done the cleaning (oven) and other thinking; I had walked around and under a pyramid like structure that had “steppes” on the outside with tables where the guests were all sitting and enjoying the sun and a drink; I was going back there to sit with my Danish and drink at a single table I had spotted; they were all in groups but I was alone when I first arrived I was not happy and stayed way from everyone and was not friendly but I had come to like the place and was warming to the friendly people but one whom I had alienated was still cold (the cleaner) and had to be won over again. I woke up after getting the Danish and heading for the drinks queue; I was talking with the people and wondered if I talked in my sleep; I do not believe so or it would have woken me up and I would have known it; the thud from below after I woke tells me that the noise from below woke me this time; I believe that I have gotten a reasonable night’s sleep.  

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 05:22:45    Auto goes by outside as It begins to get light.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 05:42:06    Fully awake and time to get up now.  Into bathroom for pit stop; made no noise at all; the floor slightly “popped” as I does from time to time but these were very faint sounds yet would be evident to anyone below; got clean pair of underwear from hall radiator and heard a very faint but distinct sound of a bar/grate clank below; put on trousers and combed hair in bathroom; there had been the sound of water coming down the drain just after I first went in but there was no toilet refill noise from the pipes in the wall; back into the living room and crouched around the bed (also thought that I had heard a vehicle outside about the time I heard the faint bar/grate clank from below).

0850    Passed by St Mary’s; decided to take a quick look on Edgware for a Tempo; walked almost to Marble Arch and asked a couple times; last one said it had been torn down; walked back up to Sussex and over Praed at the pub walking on down to St Mary’s; up to the Dermatology Reception and canceled my appt.

1005    Tempo: do not have CD and will not have them until Thursday; do not know when on Thursday since they have a truck coming in; will return when they have it; got phone no to call; commented on failure to have one given the publicity.  Walked on down Ken Hi St; passed Olympia where InfoSec 99 had just opened with a queue still going in at 1025; must have opened late; on down to Hamm King St and the Mall; went to WH Smith to look at computer mags and got two pubs (6.24 June PC Direct; May .net (w/ two CDs)).  Walked out the back; across street to the Hamm ESJ.  

1115    Hamm ESJ: waited a long time for the queue to be serviced; there were only three people doing sign-ons with transactions that took considerable time; guy on end next to the blond called me down; referred me to a review; comment about the length of time since last one and noted that there had been four; he said I had been signing on for two years (did not correct him; initially saying that it was after 18 months last time; corrected him with the four reviews and then he said every six months; obviously he did not have any information in front of him and got it all wrong; stated that I had not done any work in the past two weeks; meanwhile the blond next to me was chastising a young woman about not finding a job in two years; “they are cracking down” she said; claimed that his person could find a job in a day given what she was looking for (sales I believe and also said something about a nanny); I was asked about reviewing papers and trade publication; replied yes and explained about net activity; will get a letter from them he said; surely if it is not intercepted first by those around here; signed on and said that I had no problem with the review for he second time stating that I welcomed the opportunity to update the DSS.

    Walked home via the post office on Sinclair Rd; first went up to and thru Tusseley Rd underpass; out to Shep Bush Rd and across at Rouge turning left to go to Sinclair Rd stores and PO (0.19 2nd cl stamp); decided to walk the short route back and went to Shep Bush behind Safeway; crossed the wide street and over to the pathway up to the underpass; walked thru the Ed Woods Estate and across the grass patch to the Freston Ind Est Road; couple stopped me and asked for directions to Shep Bush; explained; she comment that I knew and was not even English; muttered that I live here and went on up to Bramley to the far end Bram door; into Walkway; not a soul anywhere; bar/grate open below; heard some noises that I thought came from the kitchen next door; opened and went inside.

Radio still on; had left it on by accident all am while I was gone.  Went straight to the kitchen to cook putting the stuff on the chair from behind; filled two meas cups with noiseless hot water; filled and drank two glasses with cold water; got it all done and into pot before putting on simmer.  

1222    Simmer and back to the chair.  Connected notebook and started it and system which was left just as I departed except that Gotcha! had run out; video showed clips from 0715 to 0730 the last one.  The screen saver had not kicked in.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 18:04:16    Breaking up it sounds like; finally?  Guy yells Louie as he gets to the corner and had said “keep your eye on him” before departing the bunch earlier.  They are “stalking” me and someone says to keep “stalking” me; who is this guy and what official policy or organisation does he represent?  The police; the EMB; why is he calling Louie who does not even live here?  If he is a tenant then he is conspiring to harass me for normal activity: flushing the toilet enough times to make certain that the solid waste gets down.  These people think they are a law unto themselves.  There is no standard of conduct here.  They do not respect normal safety and decency standard which are acceptable to all.  These I am documenting for my defense and counterclaim.

VW door is being slammed a few times; whoever finally gets away and comes up the near wall stairs making a beeline right around the corner up the near wall; this is the Beetle that picked u the person from 503 this morning; parked in the same original place as this morning.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 19:53:56    Muffled dog bark from below; now more clear barking amid someone’s voice out front; it must be barking at someone out there.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 20:00:29    Back onto the bed after setting notebook there and going to the bathroom for a pit stop; there was a chair scrape as soon as I left the living room after putting the notebook on the bed (moving fast to keep track of me?); there was a rail banging above as I prepared to leave the bathroom (signaling a poss flush?); I made not a sound; there was a young child crying about something in the Walkway; continued to cry and whine about something when I got back here and was writing the above.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 20:02:41    Dog barks below as autos pull up to their parking slots; must see one he knows.  

No applause or voices when I make my move tonight; just autos coming in to fill up the parking slots; same old stuff; they have to prove that they are correct by disrupting my life to the point of creating a nightmare; poss talking in my sleep and then point the finger at me.  

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 20:07:31    Voice of screamer outside it sounded like; also sounded like she said “shut up” in her typical fashion; it immediately set the dog off.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 20:16:56    The cackler is outside cackling; before this I heard a couple screams from the infant; the whole tribe must be out there having a good time.  Two single beeps with a pause in between; comes from the road; now a door slam from the other end

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 21:26:59    Four beeps from the Louie beeper outside; followed by one a moment later; someone yells; “Oi” it sounds like a female responds; three were voices out front before this talking in the road it sounded like; now the beeper has come along to disturb.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 21:59:47    Very hard door slam below.  The door must have set off the dog when someone came to it.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 22:08:13    Bar/grate noise below; just before this there was the arrival of an auto outside with several doors slamming in it; then loud voices male ad female came up the front Footpath.

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 22:09:52    Now there is stomping above; did they all arrive in this auto? Above and below?

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 22:11:29    Door slam below; no movement of autos when I sit up; there was considerable traffic earlier but of a  general nature and those moving up to park for the night in their designated places.

[This is where I finally dozed off after lying awake since going to bed at 2000.]

Tue, 27 Apr 1999 - 22:38:34    The whole group is out there talking very loudly and making considerable noise; the auto moves up and stops with brakes squeaking like nothing I have ever heard before; as soon as I sit up the car doors slam and the voices drift into silence.  Now there would be an auto arriving; one just went by; but there should be some coming here to perch.
