Mon, 31 May 1999 - 07:06:57    Reset video: OK & into the bathroom for a dump and a bath; turned on noiseless hot water to top up the tub; it made a slight bubbling sound at first then absolutely silent; hot water tank began to refill making a noise; I accidentally dropped the toilet seat lid about a quarter of an inch when picking it up and made a noise; otherwise I made not a sound; turned off the hot water top up before getting in; but turned it on again afterwards to make it a little warmer; it was cold last night and cold in the living room although warmer in the bathroom & hall; turned off the hot water as soon as the hot water tank began to refill again; there was absolute silence; I rested in the hot water for awhile before washing hair and shaving; as I finished shaving, some people and children came out in the centre leaving and returning when the kids ran down to this end setting off the dog underneath in his barking; although there was never a sound from below, the dog told me that at least it was there; these people and their screaming kids (normal) finally got underway and left; finished the bath; draining the tub and sitting in it for most of the draining; out, dried off, combed hair, wiped tub down, flushed toilet; not a complete success; have to do it again a little later; into the living room.

Mon, 31 May 1999 - 08:33:44    Into kitchen to rinse laundry in both buckets in noiseless hot water; squeezed out the laundry (sheet, 6 pr underwear and one undershirt); filled with the hot water; filled cold water bottle but the cold water made not a sound in the pipes in the wall; into bathroom to flush again; the water tanks were not refilling; flushed the toilet successfully this time with the help of the clothes hanger; put lime scale remover in bowl;

Mon, 31 May 1999 - 09:59:17    Into the kitchen to fix lunch; got two hits on the wall as I worked; one near the beginning and one near the end; in between there was the sound of a female voice talking about something loud enough under me to be heard; this was followed by what sounded like the TV turned up very loud or that of a male voice talking (on the phone?) loudly; this is the first time I have ever heard voices and/or the TV from below in the kitchen; they must be stripping out the ceiling so they can hear everything then complaining about the “normal” noise I make which in this case was all very quiet (almost: accidently hit pot once and made a nosie.).

Brown topped guy drives away in auto that was at the near wall stairs kerb just after this truck left; the brown top guy came down while the white clothes guy was getting into and sitting in white truck; did not catch him in the video; this is the one I thought might be Louie with Frank but was wearing a blue track suit top then with white stripes down sleeve; changed clothes or another?  Did these depart after the phone call attempt?

Turned on R3 after noting the activity out front; there no doubt to “spot” my move to the bed which is impossible to see from outside; after I started listening to the radio, they got angry outside saying a loud “fuck it” among other angry words; obviously they had been told of my activity and that their services were not needed for the moment; evidently they were called into action by those above who thought I was getting ready to move over to the bed after turning off the radio interview at 1945; 053199_200713.mv2.

Mon, 31 May 1999 - 23:02:17    Woke up from a dream [this was a real nightmare] where I had just yelled something to a guy who had entered my flat in my absence; he said that he knew I was not there and I asked him how he knew; I asked the question a couple times; this was part of a whole dream about those underneath harassing me and wanting something done; they were inside the flat at the end of the dream but moved away to the door as I approached; then they admitted that they had been in the flat; asked when and finally go the date; then they admitted that they had known I was not here. [Never did tell me how they knew.]

Mon, 31 May 1999 - 23:05:32    “He’s a dead man!” a guy just said outside under my window; followed by something about “working”; before that it sounded like the Screamer was out there talking to a couple guys who arrived in front; now here were two beeps;

It sounded like the Screamer came down the foot path and the guys (sounded like at least a couple) came up it; to meet her then they all went off  to the road area; [Was this Louie making the “dead man” statement?]

Mon, 31 May 1999 - 23:06:36    Door noise underneath; before this a couple mins ago just after I woke and before I sat up a couple autos arrived maybe three;

“He’s a dead man” is what he guy said; that is what Frank said on the balcony not too long ago; “he’s dead” was said then with a tone of voice that I took to mean me actually but would never say it; sounded like he was repeating the adults comments and was doing so then by yelling it at the Screamer who was outside; trying to ingratiate himself with them (as he has to in order to survive) by imitating what they have said; he was brought right back inside after this statement as fast as possible; believe he was severely chastised for this and complained that he did not know.

There were a couple more autos sounds and the front door slammed about twice with children yelling in the middle of the Walkway just after I laid back down above

It is absolutely quiet overhead that does not mean they did not wake me up which I think they did but means they went all quiet as soon as I started talking in my sleep if I did so.

Tue, 1 Jun 1999 - 19:09:15    There is some exceptionally loud stomping below; sounds like Frank is running and jumping around down there; just after I laid down, there was traffic and voices going down the footpath; just now someone called Louie; now there is some music coming in too.

Tue, 1 Jun 1999 - 19:39:30    Dog barked below a min ago; they are talking about “fucking” outside  referring to my activity that does not exist but what they are projecting from themselves as it exists or are misled into it by the Screamer and Cackler; sounded like the got a big kick out of a joke that some said I was tired from too much “fucking” last night; this brought roars of laughter; I was tired from being kept awake with induced nightmares last night; they’ve got it wrong and are gleefully participating in harassment.  

Tue, 1 Jun 1999 - 19:48:24    That stomping stopped as soon as I sat up and wrote about it; obviously it was intended to disturb me; evidently she said that the guy above was leaving this week because there are no noises from there only very minor ones from maybe a woman up there; the guys are out on the benches laughing and talking about this activity; too bad they are misled; I could have a very peaceful week or clearly demonstrate harassment from below  

Tue, 1 Jun 1999 - 20:17:31    Very hard door slam below; very good keep it up.  There was continuing taking outside but that has stopped now; there also sounds like someone was talking in the road to other; it is my belief that they sit out there in their vehicles at night waiting for the nightmare and talking in my sleep which they then twist into a perversion of their own projection and distortion to create a problem which they have created by unrelenting harassment.  

Tue, 1 Jun 1999 - 20:21:58    Two more very hard door slams below followed by the lead ball dropping and bounce (double bounce only).  They are talking and laughing out front and sound like they are in the road; triggered when I sit up.  

Tue, 1 Jun 1999 - 20:25:03    It’s all coming from below tonight as another very hard thud occurs like an iron rod is hit very hard against the wall and vibrates in the floor and me; this will definitely cause a nightmare and my talking in my sleep which will then be directly attributable to the one below tonight; it already is because these disturbances are terrorising me and intended to cause such distress that I will not sleep and have nightmares which of course is exactly what they do.  As soon as I sit up to write the talking begins and the laughter as well including both male an female participants;
