Mon, 7 Jun 1999 - 05:05:43    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; I made not a noise; but there was a door noise in the Walkway as I was leaving the living room; went to the peephole but could see nothing; heard the sound of what might have been rain on the skylight or a shower going; went into the bathroom to the sound of loud water noise in the pipes; this continued until I left to come back to the living room; there was a water drain noise as well at this time; went into the bedroom to look to see if it was raining; no; the balcony was only wet near the front wall; bricks outside appeared dry; into small room for stats; light switch on and off noise; scales just a we bit of noise:

                back to the bathroom to put on trousers again looking at the peephole; saw and heard nothing; maybe a door was open that let the sound of the shower out; water still running noisily in pipes; put on trouser; crouched back to the living room picking up the notebook to put on table;

Mon, 7 Jun 1999 - 06:16:21    Guy goes down near wall stairs; across road; then down pavement to this end of bldg; vehicle door slams; engine starts; idles for a long time.  

Mon, 7 Jun 1999 - 06:21:32    Very dark auto pulls out and departs from just behind the right edge of the frame heading to the other end of the road; this might be the “parker”  

Mon, 7 Jun 1999 - 06:22:44    Crouched into the kitchen to rinse the oatmeal dish and pot in noiseless hot water; crouched back to living room putting undershirt from kitchen radiator on back of chair for transport to bedroom;

Mon, 7 Jun 1999 - 06:28:32    Crouched into hall with Afghan to fold; decided to do it later and crouched back into living room to put it back on the bed; got undershirt from back of chair and crouched out again taking it to the bedroom; into the bathroom for a bath; topped up tub with hot water; water tank refill noise in tank but not pipes; no sound from pipes at all until I shut it off when there was a small water pipe sound that I do not believe was associated with the hot water at all because there never has been such a sound; could only have been from another source;

                there was a lot activity both above and below during my bath; someone came to the flat below (bar/grate unlock and door open) then they left and returned talking both times; probably took the dog for a walk and talked to it; there were loud door slams and bar/grate noises plus keys on chain locking noises; all this occurred while I was soaking in the tub

                just after this and while still soaking and relaxing in the tub; a great deal of clanking occurred overhead immediately after a hard door slam; the clanking went for an unnecessarily long time; I took it as to be trying to disrupt me in the tub as I was resting; also might have been trying to wake me if I had fallen asleep because it looked like I was sleeping but was not; they can see exactly what I am doing in the bathroom; I did not move and stayed silent in the tub; this attempt to disrupt me and possible cause me to wake up trying to talk and/or making a noise was what they were trying to do I believe; immediately after the clanking stopped there were two clear thumps and rolling noises directly over my head in the bathroom; I believe that this was intentionally directed at me because the clanking especially never happens this early in the morning and not as long and loud as it was ever; the stomping and rolling over my head in the bathroom while taking a bath at this time is unusual as well.  

                sufficiently disturbed I washed my hair, shaved and washed; drained and wiped tub; dried, combed hair  and departed crouching back into the living room.

Mon, 7 Jun 1999 - 09:51:30    Crouched into kitchen to fix lunch; two measured cups of noiseless hot water into the brown rice & red lentil pot; sliced chilli pepper, ginger, garlic; curry powder; onion (rinsed it and plate in noiseless hot water); one cup frozen peas; potato, carrot, ½ broccoli; rinsed plate and fingers in noiseless hot water; then I got a hit below the sink finally against the wall from underneath; thought there was no one there for a while; all was and it now quiet; crouched back into living room.

0735    Out; locked door; there was the sound of a door unlocking and opening very quietly above me on the floor above; must have come out to watch me depart; no other noises; walked out by rubbish and down middle stairs looking back; saw no one and no MC by 508; walk down and out Bram doors into the brilliantly beautiful morning; guy passed me riding back from the Gren Twr area; looked like the long thin guy I saw before come out ahead of me when returning when he used a mobile phone; looked similar to a guy I associate with 506; up walkway past Gren Tower to Silchester and Lancaster Rds out to Lad Gro; two guys walking on other side of Lancaster Rd in same direction and opp meas I approached Lad Gro; one was wearing blue track suit with white stripes down side; jacked over blue top; white baseball cap; look just like a guy I frequently see out front from flat; up to Elgin Crescent and over to Portobello Rd; left through the Colvilles to West Gro down to Queensway; left after bit to the thru street toward Praed but went down to Hyde Park instead and entered; sat down; removed stone from shoe then walked back to the centre path crossing to Albert Memorial; walked across looking for a dry bench in the shade (to avoid aggravating the diplopia problem which the sun does) but could find none; finally settle on one in the sun close to the Albert Memorial for awhile; relaxed and enjoy the sun for a bit with my eyes closed to avoid a problem;

0900    Walked around the Albert Memorial and Albert Hall; had to go off to the right behind the Royal School of Art due to Albert Hall construction in rear; walked straight across the area crossing Gloucester Rd to Cornwall Gardens and out its small end by new development to Earls Ct Rd; down to Cromwell Rd and right on to Tesco.

0930    Browsed all through Tesco looking at everything this time; very nice store buy no “cheapie” products at all; they certainly want to pick their clientele; spent some 20 to 25 minutes there then left walking on down Cromwell Rd to Hammersmith; through the bus and tube station plaza down Kings Street to Kings Mall;

1020    Browsed through WH Smith looking at the computer mags and records; then down to the sheet shop for bargain; had neither a bargain nor what I wanted; went down Kings Street to Maplin to look at keyboards; couldn’t fine the kind I wanted; browsed through the computers and accessories; back up to Kings Mall and out the back entrance; stopped in the gents for a pit stop and to brush my hair; on to the Hamm ESJ.  

1100    Hamm ESJ: signed on by Bill (only one who has worn a name tag in a long time); “no luck” he said commenting on my reading the trade press; explained the activity with BT now giving 0800 free Internet access on the weekend; noted that I had spent over 24 hours plus the fact that my phone bill was saturated at the end of the quarter which ends for me next week; could not have come at a better time I explained;

1110    Left the Hamm ESJ and walked straight back home; via Tusseley Rd underpass; crossed Shep Bush Rd; up to Rockeley Rd and Shep Bush Green; right to the Safeway crossing point and over to the subway to Ed Woods Est; through there to Freston Rd and Bramley Rd to the Bramley doors; upstairs and down Walkway as guy came in front door walking to 508; stood there unlocking door and went in 508 just as I entered the rubbish area; as I passed the middle stairs facing the other way; a guy came down from above right with me and turned the other way to go toward the Bram door; also simultaneous with this was the sound of a door at the far end of the Walkway (my end) opening; a heavy set black woman with a baby stroller came into Walkway heading toward the front door; as I went up the stairs a child went running past and out the front door; when I turned to walk to my flat; she was stopped under the overhead walkway fixing something as I walked by overhead; no one else about this end; opened door and went in to my flat.

Locked door; removed shirt and put in bathroom; put carry all in living room with quick in and out crouch; crouched into living room by the back wall and put brief case on the chair; crouched into the kitchen to fix lunch; got goodies out; two measured cups of noiseless hot water into brown rice and red lentils pot; sliced chilli pepper, ginger, garlic; curry powder; sliced onion (rinsed it and plate in noiseless hot water), potato, carrot, broccoli; put stuff away in fridge. Wed, 9 Jun 1999 - 00:59:02    Very loud, hit below; something hit a couple times; idling auto with knocking engine cut off outside; something/body woke me up with this noise; I was having a good dream; and a very sound sleep; these people are determined to not let me sleep at all.  

[I believe this to be a prime example of trying to wake me to cause me to have a nightmare and talk in my sleep while there is someone listening outside.  This is what all the disruption and disturbance is intended to do and causes great distress and those nightmares and talking in my sleep as a result.]

Wed, 9 Jun 1999 - 03:35:25    Loud laugher and talking; many auto door slams; yelling good byes and very , very noisy; autos idling; parking; (could be taxis); going up the footpath; there goes my straight thru sleep for a night; had a dream about the AF; last bit inside with hats on and group; strange but cannot remember the exact problem; maybe it was a room of people and the noise reflected the group outside making all the noise that woke me up.

A few mins ago there was the sound of a very loud car door slam in road; engine started and departed; this was followed by several very hard door slams (about four in all) then no more sound.  The slamming is definitely designed to disturb and did so by waking me up; I had actually gotten back to sleep. [The time for this did not come out as I was so tired evidently; when I heard this I lay still for awhile after being woken; then I sat up to write and must have made a mistake with the time for it did not come through; think it was about 20 to 30 minutes after the above (maybe even longer); birds were singing and it was getting light; interesting that these noises in the middle of the night cause the birds to sing then they go quiet after a few mins; I did manage to get back to sleep surprisingly enough.]

[What could have been a nice straight through night of sleep turned into one that was completely disrupted on three separate occasions (0100; 0330 and a little while after that when I had gotten back to sleep again.]

[I did drop off one more time only to be rudely awakened by a very loud hit from below me.]

That ended my attempt to rest; earlier I had a dream about buying a house and living in one that was in a rain; getting up in the morning and opening up the two garage doors and going around to all parts; before that there was a map of where we lived showing it to be above the tip of Long Island; spent some time looking at all parts of this map.  

Wed, 9 Jun 1999 - 05:12:23    Up to more noises below which made certain I would not sleep; into the bathroom in a crouch for a pit stop; I made not a sound; many noises below followed by a sound of water draining in pipe and a refill like that of a toilet causing a very loud noise from the water pipes in the wall; this sounded like it was from below but the draining could have been from below; difficult to determine the source other than it is not me; into small room for stats; light switch on and off noise plus insignificant scale noise:

Wed, 9 Jun 1999 - 05:54:57    Vehicle engine starts; pause; another vehicle door slam then another; engine starts again; backup warning beeper going off one more time and continues for a bit; is this the White Truck; another vehicle door slam; faint sound of the engine idling; more backup beeper;

Wed, 9 Jun 1999 - 05:59:36    Crouched into the kitchen after getting the t-shirt from the bed and putting it on the notebook; crouched back around the bookcase to the kitchen for grapefruit and oatmeal; one measured cup of noiseless hot water into the oatmeal pot; brought to boil and set aside; cut up grapefruit; crouched back into living room; there was a sound of a truck arriving outside (might have been departing) as I left the kitchen;
