Mon, 14 Jun 1999 - 04:57:59    Someone hit the floor below me several times; this must happen each morning as a wake up [causing me to wake up]; disturb attempt to cause a nightmare and noise; I had been awake for a few mins before having gotten the Afghan with my toe and covered myself due to the cold; I slept the whole night: 5 hour sleep straight through.

Mon, 14 Jun 1999 - 05:13:01    Door noise like a stifled bar/grate sound; this came after the definite thumping from nearby of sexual activity on a bed with the bed’s feet hitting the floor; at first I thought this was above but then just now it sounded like below; and they are making up these stories about me?

Mon, 14 Jun 1999 - 05:15:00    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; water noises from underneath as I entered; the faint throbbing sound signaling the end of a refill or usage; there was the sound of a male voice coming from below; very faint at first sounding like he said “he’s up”; then it got louder and sounded like it was coming from the Walkway; I began to think that it was from above and coming out of the door above but that might have been true for below too; into small room for stats; light switch on and off noise plus a very small bit of scale noise:

Mon, 14 Jun 1999 - 06:54:13    Crouched into the bathroom for a bath; topped up the tub with noiseless hot water; only bubbles from hose at the beginning when it cleared; hot water tank began to fill with its tank filling noise; there two major, noises movements in and out of the door below; probably to take the dog for a walk;

                first there was a front door slam followed by a flat door slam not too far away; second a bar/grate noise followed by the door slamming below and another bar clanking (each was very loud); third just a few mins later the bar/grate noise was repeated followed by the door slam; sounded like the dog was taken for a walk or came back for something; then there was another door slam and bar/grate clank indicating a probably departure; the dog then started barking and kept on for a bit; sounds like whoever left leaving the dog alone who barked for a bit; there was no other noise except a light switch sound until near the end of my bath;

                washed hair, shave and washed; as I was finishing the bath; water started from somewhere nearby to sound in the pipes; sounded like below; there were noises below and/or next door below; drained and wiped tub; dried and combed hair; took a dump and made not a sound; there was another light switch (double click) sound below and the end of noises there; flushed toilet as the sound of water flowing through the drain pipe only continued for bit; put limescale remover in toilet and almost dropped the bottle; made a noise catching it against my stomach; crouched back into the living room;

Mon, 14 Jun 1999 - 15:11:46    The guy on the bench below departs after evidently talking on a mobile phone which he brought to his left ear twice then walked to the Bramley Road exit raising it again to his left ear; must have gotten called off from his stalking position (following a noise from me: I made a slight natural sound): 061499_141144.mv2 (15:08:02 - 15:11:41); this is very clear on the video clip as he sits there for over three minutes with his arms down resting on his legs; they only come up at the end just before he gets up then he very clearly puts it to his ear directly underneath.

[The male voice sounded like the older guy from below; is his name “Ola” and what does “Yu” mean?]

[Two vehicle door slams outside caused the dog to bark below and created a large disturbance; I had been sitting in the chair listening to the radio continuously for 4 hours without moving anywhere else; it is my sense that they flowed outside thinking that the cause of the dog’s barking came from me which it did not since I was trying to listen to the news and was disturbed myself; an auto pulled up from the other end of the road with its lights shining on the top of the window; these light reflection (two of them for the headlights) came all the way to the right edge of the top of the window the moved back to the left indicating the auto pulled up below then moved back probably trying to shine its lights on the front to see if anything was visible; then the noises started outside after this quick succession of events.]

Mon, 14 Jun 1999 - 23:16:17    A very loud drum hit sound like a steel drum from the balcony below possibly; foot stomps went to the front above immediately; I was trying to fall asleep and had a dream immediately then waking up; there were a couple hits in the living room wall next to the small room just after I woke from this last short dream; believe they are trying to wake me to cause a nightmare and talking in my sleep; instead I am waking up and hearing the effort to wake me; that tin sounding hit outside below could have been anything; an auto just puled up while I was writing;

Just after I wrote the last bit before, there were a couple hits from below then too; I was too tired and exhausted to sit up to write and just wanted to go to sleep; the same with these two more recent ones but the “drum” hit got me up;

[I got something less than 5 hours sleep the entire night despite my efforts to simply not allowing my self to be disturbed and going right back to sleep; this happened several times (at least 2 or 3 times) during the night; finally as noted below, a hit from below that I noted kept me awake and I was unable to go back to sleep; ]

[Each time I woke I was so tired that I simply either lay in one spot and went right back to sleep or turned over and went back to sleep; based on this extreme tiredness, I believe that each time  something woke me, and it was not a natural waking up; I believe that they kept trying to wake me up all night to induce a nightmare and noise of talking in my sleep; I did have dreams but do not think that I said anything at all or even tried to say anything; on one occasion when I woke I listened very carefully but heard no other noises (especially vehicle noises) before going back to sleep.]

[There is no doubt in my mind that the continuous noises I heard above and below all evening not only set up a terrorised environment of distress anticipating disturbance and disruption but actually  occurred throughout the night waking me up; being so tired I simply went back to sleep.]

[Most important is the fact that they know exactly what I write as I write it (on the notebook even) and that they know my movements inside my flat; this has long been understood by me and evidenced over and over by actions and words from above and below; calling “Ola” from above might very well have been connected to what I had just written in the notebook diary and was a warning to stop talking outside; when I got up again to go to bed, there was a movement inside and pickup below of direct harassment as I was trying to get to sleep.]

Tue, 15 Jun 1999 - 04:30:21    About 30 to 45 mins ago when it was still dark, there was a hit from below just as I turned over; I believe that this and other such noises throughout the night repeatedly woke me as this one did for I have not been able to get back to sleep since.

Edit/spell check the bit of last night’s diary before gong to bed; summarised the night since there were no notes as I tried to sleep all the way through.  

Tue, 15 Jun 1999 - 05:05:51    Finished edit/spell check for last night’s diary plush added summary comments about all whole evening of disruptions and disturbances until I went to sleep shortly after 2300 when I could not hear anymore; it was obvious that there was a continuously all evening effort to disrupt and disturb me especially when I went to bed and was trying to get to sleep; these came from above and below; I believe they continued through the night but I was so tired and exhausted that I went back to sleep each time (at least 2 to 3 times) something woke me up until the last “hit” from below as noted above.  There has been little activity while I write this except for one auto that went by heading away from the bldg.

Tue, 15 Jun 1999 - 05:34:02    Crouched into the kitchen for grapefruit and oatmeal; got the stuff from the fridge including a filled bottle of water; immediately after I arrived in the kitchen, 3 vehicle door slams occurred right under the kitchen window (or so it sounded); then the dog started barking underneath and continued for many barks; next there was a bar/grate clank and door slam from below (heard plainly in the kitchen); footsteps were pounding underneath during this evident flurry of activity; in the meanwhile I put one measured cup of noiseless hot water into the oatmeal pot; brought it to a boil and set aside while slicing the grapefruit; put the grapefruit and water bottle on the arm and by the chair respectively; as I was leaving, water was running in pipes underneath; I had not used any water at all except the one measured cup of noiseless hot water in the oatmeal pot; this water noise was from another source; crouched back into the living room;

Tue, 15 Jun 1999 - 16:12:30    An MC just drove down the footpath from the pen area; heard it first and saw it go by (white helmet; prob the Red Baron) underneath in the video; I had it turned on but did not capture this exit; he went at some speed down and off the footpath; dog stopped barking after he left.  That’s why I leave the video on; to capture this activity when it occurs because it happens so fast.
