Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 05:15:33    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; noises in the Walkway; sounded like someone was out there; went to peephole to look after going into bathroom; saw nothing but heard noises and receding heels in distance; there was a faint sound of running water in the bathroom; I made not a sound; into small room for stats; light switch on and off noises; scales made a wee bit of noise;

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 07:26:38    Crouched into the bathroom for a bath and a dump; I made scarcely a noise; just barely audible; turned on the hot water to top up the tub; bubbles noise only just very briefly; hot water tank begins to fill; no significant noises from anywhere else except way down the Walkway; flushed toilet; limescale remover into bowl; into bath and soaked; washed hair; dog started barking in middle of hair wash and kept barking for some time; shaved but not completely; really need new blades (tmrw); someone came out nearby, door slammed and departed (evidently); washed; dropped soap on edge of tub; water started flowing below and continued as I drained the tub while sitting in it; scrubbed the ring at the top of the tub and wiped out as the water drained; dried; brushed hair; into bedroom for clean clothes; crouched back into the living room;

This printing did not make a sound; had printed twice before; first draft in Courier which was two pages unwrapped; had to set a font and print again for editing; this made very minor wheel movement printing noises and just a bit of a squeak; maybe this explains the door slamming below as they watch but cannot really hear (except through listening devices);

Dozed off for a bit of a snooze here with construction engines running; silent when I woke.  

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 12:04:27    Kids yell “Daddy” out front; one sounds like he is just below;

Dozed off again; very tired after the weekend’s extended activity; had a dream at the end of which I went into the bathroom but was called from someone outside it who had just brought in stuff to wash off; yelled give me a min and I would come back out; then the toilet would not flush properly; last user had not done so; almost overflowed but then worked; this has been preceded by other activity; wonder if I did not try to talk in my sleep?  Do not think so as I was avoiding saying anything and most came from outside the bathroom I was in; I merely agreed and said I “would be out but give me a min first”.

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 12:54:26    “Louie” calls a guy from nearby; sounds like the older guy from above with the silver wagon but the voice sounded like it came from below out front maybe even on the ground; did Louie just leave from below and is being summoned by someone here?  There is the distant sound of a voice responding that responded to the initial call; bit of a conversation that is all mumbled to me;

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 12:59:57    Dynamic duo arrives out front dressed for the weather; fat guy (white shirt, dark trousers) goes to the fence to look at the freshly filled in hole covered now with asphalt; the woman (with a cane) is in Bermuda shorts and white shirt; she goes to the bench and he comes back to join her: 071999_130006.mv2; they sit down at the same time with him on this side; note the guy in the yellow shirt leaning against the blue auto window across the road and talking with someone

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 13:04:21    This is the woman with a cane who now goes to the fence to look at the filled in and covered hole; I was quickly checking the capture vidoe and then turned it off; she moved on cue evidently.

NB: Louie must have gone to get the stalkers to come and listen to my personal, natural sounds outside or at least “verify” my existence while he claims to have heard them with his ear stuck in here; they cannot but help hear when doing that; seems unfortunate that they scurried into positon just for that purpose.  Beeps outside represent that part of the stalking brigade out to concentrate on my flatulence.  Now I am surrounded on all sides: above below; out front on the bench and out the kitchen window in a vehicle.  Are they crazy?  Important to note that “Louie” the threatening outsider is involved in this as well as I have noted in recent days by hearing his voice.

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 13:55:00    Two guys now out front with the white truck (Louie’s?) pulled up facing this way right to the edge of the filled in and asphalt covered hole: 071999_135432.mv2 after this they both turned away so as not to be recognised; it was absolutely clear that they got the msg that I was looking as the fat guy put his hand up to his left ear to hear it in his ear piece receiver most likely; guy next to him is wearing white shirt and jeans; smoking a cigarette and looked bald initially (PC Steve?) or is it Louie?  Too late because I got them looking this way initialy on the clip.  Sorry gents but not only have you been sussed but the fact of your trying to hide has been noted as well.

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 14:56:31    There’s a woman next to the fat SCD; she just left; arms flying they continue their discussion; loading of the white truck continues; these guys do not appear to know what they are doing.

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 15:02:32    After much animated discussion and what appears to be a disagreement; they all depart separately; blue shirt off towards Bramley; the apparent black guy who had been sitting with the fat guy and moved over to the fence by the road for this discussion (wearing white shirt out at the waist) moved up the front toward the front door but closer to the near wall stairs; then the fat guy followed along onhis own up the footpath in the same direction: B071999_150244.mv2; must be shirking their job; the fat guy really looks like the one I saw last Friday morning on the pavement outside the Bramley door standing in front of the parking ticket box.  After being out there for two hours; he’s not getting a work done.  Get back to work!

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 15:03:39    Sys blows up when closing Gotcha!; reboots itself with a beep; scandisk; still that same error msg with regard to the filename on drive C: that is corrupted (is this my audio/video problem with ActiveX); did Gator create this problem?  All progs reloaded OK; then unloaded them all to run scandisk;

                Irish accented male and female taking below kitchen window; she says “thank you very much” a couple times with a slight edge to her voice; he responds but cannot understand; dog barking underneath too toward the end;

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 21:25:01    Very hard hit on the floor above after tapping sounds folloed the initial arrival; I was laying back in the chair with my eyes shut and not listening to anything when it came; obviously he thought that he could disturb me and he did; no nightmare or talking in my sleep though since I was not asleep.

Mon, 19 Jul 1999 - 21:27:58    A very loud scrape across the floor above followed by a double beep from outside in the road; was that to let him know that he could hear it out there too.

[Was really exhausted still and fell asleep as I had just done so for the better part of an hour in the chair; same as last night; looks like I got about 4 hours sleep here thank goodness]

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 01:50:30    Just movd the notebook to the bed; as soon as I sat up there was a vehicle noise outside; crouched over to the table, picked it up and brought it back soundlessly and safely.

Just had a dream before waking up but cannot remmber it; before this I believeve that I woke up two different times; each time was quiet after I woke; but I wonder what woke me ; I did go to sleep early out of exhaustion as noted by my going to sleep during lunch two consecutive times yesterday [and the evening just before moving to the bed]

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 04:53:02    Crouched into the bathroom after picking up trousers from next to the bed; I made not a sound; there was a door unlock sound in the Walkway; went to peephole to look but saw nor heard anything more; went into the small room for stats; turned on the light with a small switch noise; heard another noise in the Wakway that sounded like more door lock noises; turned off the small room light with a small switch noise; went to the peephole and saw the woman from above coming down the stairs carrying a small white bag and wearing a white blouse under an open front jacke (dark); this is the woman who leaves at this time each day at least in the summer; waited to hear the front door but did not; as alway I believe that she goes out the other end; went back into the small room for the stats again; turned on and off the light with its switch noises; made almost no noise with the scale;

                went back into the bathrooom where the water was running in the wall pipes below making some noise; had heard this start when I was waiting for the woman to exit the front dor; heard a noise again in the Walkway and then noises of water in the wall pipes below; there must have been another noise coming from a bathroom close by that sounded in the Walkway followed by the water flowing perhaps after a toilet flush; put on my trousers and crouched through the living room to the kicthen to close its window; it slid shut making hardly a noise; no sund of rain outside; that’s what I thought was making a noise in the Walkway just after the woman left but it might have been a shower and not a toilet flush; crouched back into the living room

0750    Out; locked door; no sight or sound of anyone else except voice by front door just as I opened the door; went on anyway; took rubbish to the 3rd floor chute; went down perfectly; down middle stairs by fire damaged flat whose door is still sealed with steel door; walked to other end; down and out; saw nor heard anyone; around corner and down path changing glasses along the way; usual route to St Mary’s area; Silchester and Lancaster Rds to Lad Gro; up to Elgin Crescent; past the now infamous Elgin Books to Portobello Rd; up to the Colvilles and straight on an extra black to King George and up to West Gro there at the church; down West Gro to Queensway; right on it to the middle and left followed by right to the Cravens which turn into Praed St and up to the street by the Healh Department and Station;

0945    Left Town Hall Lib; walked out to Ken High Street; thru Safeway looking for razor blades; bread looked appealing as I was hungry; no razor blades found; walked across Ken Hi Street and turned down street at Waterstones; turned at first left and past the Abingdon restaurant that used to be the chilli house (same as the Kings Road one; cannot remember its name now); out to Earl’s Court Rd at the police station; straight on down the sqaure to Pembroke Villas where I turned left to Pembroke Rd; turned right and walked down past the RBK&C Offices to Warwick Road; left to Cromwell Rd and the Ken Tesco for hshd (3.25 5 Sensor razor blades) and food (0.99 5 onion flavoured bagels);

1015    Left Kensington Tesco; walked west on Cromwell Rd to Hammersmith eating the bagels (ate the all and got stuffed); walked thru the bus/tube station; out the other side and across to King Street; down to the Kings Mall; thru and up to the gents to brush my well blown hairr back into place; there had been a stiff breeze outside ever since I walked past Round Pond as well as continuing threatening dark clouds; went down the car park lifts to the street behind where the Hamm ESJ was located; balanced my brief case on the corner of the pub’s garden fence to get out the UB40; walked on into the Hamm ESJ;

1005    Signed on by the same older guy who was most pleasant and nice; there was a new sign  posted to the desktop about arriving on time; if early get a vacancy card from the available jobs to see if the interviewer can set up a job interview; they said that they were there to help; nonsense; they are there to make there job easier so they do not have to strain themselves; and enjoy bashing the unemployed; he pulled out the age unemployed stats that I brough to my six month interview; told him what it was and to throw away; eplained my activity a bit claiming optomism;

1010    Left the Hamm ESJ to walk home via Tusseley Rd underpass; Shep Bush Rd up to Rockley Road and Shep Bush Green; they were replacing a large glass pane near the corner for the Bank of Ireland; walked carefully around that debris especially with my hole in my shoe; walked up the large crosswalk to the tube station; crossed and went up thru the subway to Ed Woods Est area passing the obnoxious bearded guy by the gym playground area; passing him is almost a set up; thru Ed Woods to Feston Rd; out to Bramley and all the way up the the Station pug which is being completely gutted and renovated; probably be a Yuppie bar/restaurant when they are done; across Bramley Rd to the door to the Walkway;

    The electric lock was out on the door; light did not flash and it opened without the magnets working; the one at the top was the same way; it made noises of shorting electricity at the top when I opened it; something has gone wrong; will probably take them months to fix it; neithe saw nor heard anyone in the Walkway; pushed open the front door as I passed it; its electric lock was not working either as it came readily open; walked down to my flat; there was someone in the upstairs kitchen (on this level) to flat 505; the kitchen window and curtain next door were completely closed; the bar/grate below was standing open; unlocked my door and went in;

1155    Home.  Post (on rtn): two card ads: C&W TV and phone; leased line for corp use for a mere 20k/year;  

    went straight into the kitchen putting the briefcase, carryalls and post on the chair; drank two glassess of cold water immediately; just what I needed on top of the five bagels to make them expand; got stuff from the fridge to fix lunch; there was a hard, loud door slam below; left the kitchen window closed and will do so for the day; two measured cups of noiseless hot water into the brown rice and green lentil pot; sliced chilli pepper, ginger, garlic; curry powder; sliced onion (rinsed it and the plate in noiseless hot water), potato, carrot, ½ broccoli; down to simmer;

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 13:30:31    Woman with baby stroller just alighted on the bench; young child comes up to her; sits down behind stroller then wheels it t th efence; now they all head off down the near wall stairs.

There were at least 4 very hard door slams after I lay down; probably more but this is a conservative number without having noted each one since the notebook was on the table; Two almost immediately and two more ten to 20 mins later; the construction continued with truck noises and hammering at the school; there were a lot of children noises out front which seemed to be the same kids coming back for more including just before I got up; they woke me then; did not dream and go a very good rest;

The very hard, loud door slams from below made it absolutely clear that they can see exactly what I am doing from below.  These door slams were clearly intended to disturb me.  They just do not happen during the lunch time any more and were keyed by my turning over after initially laying down.

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 16:49:43    Sounds like an MC just went along the footpath; was resetting video and missed it; video now picure perfect once again as the autos move into place and the sun roof silver wagon sitter gets out; walks around its back to the pavement up a bit to the school fence; kneels down and is doing something with the fence; now this is very strange; what is going on?  

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 16:52:40    Now he walks back down the pavement going around the front of sun roof silver wagon and gets back in the drivers seat; just as he did so a two tone land rover type vehicle that had pulled out from the other end this side facing this way drove past him beeping its horn twice as it did so;

Tried to get some rest but seriously disturbed by the loud voices out front; just before I got up to move, there was a loud door slam below just as a police siren went by from there to here.

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 18:25:49    Back to rest for a bit; just as I went over to the bed, a screeching female laugh was heard from there; then they all went silent after a bit; a squeaky wheel cart went by with a couple voices taking on down to the road; the Cackler let loose with some more of her laughter; the voices and this laughter from the Cackler seemed to come from almost directly in front of the window but still off to the left a bit; seems as if they moved down once again to be closeer know that I was on the bed;

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 18:37:26    Over to the bed for another rest to ease the stomach pain; the crew is gabbing away outside to the left with some activity directly in front; Cackling laughter too; toward the end some lock snapping activity below setting the dog off barking;

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 19:25:24    Into the bathroom for a pit stop; started the tub filling with cold water; very minor initial air bubble squeak out of hose; water in pipes was silent for awhile but then started; kids from outside came into the Walkway to play ball toward the other end; turned  on the hot water into tub and the cold water off; water tanks beginning to fill but with small noise; cold water pipe noise stops; hot water makes no noise at all; someone comes into the Walkway and the kids leave (or the front door slamming might have been them leaving); otherwise I made not a sound; as I was leaving there was a serious of knocks on a mail flap not too far away; crouched back into the living room as the group continued its chatter off to the left;

Turned on permanent radio bar; reviewed options but could not find anything about active scripting; loaded Discovery; reloaded IE5 but radio bar did not emerge; hand selected it and reloaded; this time it stuck; hooray;

Tue, 20 Jul 1999 - 19:59:18    Over to the bed for some more rest to relax the stomach pain.

There was a radio nearby blaring away; it prevented any rest and made a disturbance as I tried to ease the stomach pain; I dozed off for a bit but do not think that I was fully asleep; chatters out front have stopped.  If I was asleep, the dog most certainly woke me.  In any case I cannot get any sleep or rest here with these never ending disturbances.
