                stopped draining then filling when right; hot water tank refill stopped; soaked for a bit; washed hair, shaved, washed to complete silence until I was draining the tub while still soaking and resting;

                sharp heeled shoes walked back and forth directly above me as I let the tub drain while still in it; continuous watching but who is this female observer of people taking baths(?); then there followed more sharp heeled shoes walking around directly over me as I wiped out the tub with the sponge;

                got out of the tub; wiped its inside with the sponge; dried; brushed hair; flushed toilet; still not completely successful; into bedroom to put on clothes; got trousers; need to wash sweat trousers;

                crouched into the kitchen in the brilliant sunshine to do the laundry; filled two buckets with noiseless hot water, soap and thin bleach for underwear and sweat trousers;  

                crouched back into the bathroom to flush toilet with the help of the clothes hanger; success; put limescale remover into the bowl; croucned back into the living room;

                voices outside kitchen window as I began to slice veggies; woman said “it’s that window”; more talking then no more; this in spite of the rain shower which stopped not too long after;

                crouched into the bathroom to hang up clothes to dry; put on tub; left towel in the bedroom this am; took sweat trousers into the bedroom; put on radiator; got towel; back to bathroom; put underwear on bathtub and radiators in bathroom and hall; sounds of someone walking up outside the door carrying equipment which banged like a radio and notepad against a body; poss PC approaching my door to see if I could be heard; went to the peephole and whoever or whatever receded as if walking away with the same noise not wanting to be seen; could have come from kitchen next door but heard no voices in there or other noises;

                crouched into kitchen to put towel in wash; poured thin bleach into bucket; filled bucket with noiseless hot water; added soap; there were voices still talking outside the kitchen window but very low key now; nothing like the obscene yelling from before; put towel in bucket and it on the floor;

                crouched back into the bathroom for a pit stop; made not a sound but heard voices talking below; sounded like the Screamer underneath with a guys voice coming from the Walkway; sounded like someone was at the door below (male) poss talking and/or departing with/from the Screamer; looked out peephole but saw nothing still; crouched back into the living room;

[Got less than 45 mins sleep here; there was stomping on the floor above just after I laid down; but I wanted to rest and sleep so did not note it; I got woken up in very short order; believe this to be from above who then made certain I knew it by stomping on the floor as I turned over after waking]

Mon, 9 Aug 1999 - 23:20:59    Rolled over and got a stomp on the floor directly above me; had a dream; bad dream; cannot remember now; woke me up; but I think that what woke me was pounding on the floor above to induce a nightmare and talking in my sleep; probably just did each; only asleep for [less than] an hour; not even an REM cycle; definitely woken up [since I was so tired and went right to sleep]; all is very quiet outside; I woke up just as I had gone to sleep; laying on my left side;

[As I sat up to write the above; the guy above said “we caught him”; no they did not “catch me” had been asleep and they woke me up; I was not doing anything to be “caught”]

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 01:20:57    Crouched into the bathrom for a pit stop; I made not a sound; there is a steady hard downpour outside; noise on skylights loud; crouched back into living room to get my glasses; crouched back into the bedroom to check the balcony hoping its OK; cannot really see well; looked from both sides of the curtain; did not look like that there was much standing water but there was some in the middle; believe the drain is working fine as it was over the weekend when there was a heavy shower; this ends any stalking that might be going on out there; everyone gets a good night’s sleep; but I still think I heard a slight noise out there before and then just now; two hours sleep this time on top of one hour [45 mins] earlier; still cannot but think that I was not woken up and maybe this time it was the rain which is consistently loud; had a dream too which was a follow on to the one before but cannot remember it either;

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 19:31:10    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; water running in the pipes below; I made not a sound; crouched back into the living room;

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 19:33:34    Back into the chair; update;

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 19:34:53    Several very loud, hard vehicle door slams outside the kitchen window.

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 19:50:32    Door slam below.  

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 20:15:23    Shrouded monitor; visualisation was getting vibrant;

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 20:41:18    The voices come chattering into kitchen window; they heard that very insignificant sound that was almost inaudible when broke wind?

Tue, 10 Aug 1999 - 21:07:36    Music off; video set; moved soundlessly over to the bed with the notebook;

[Went to sleep instantly and got 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep (almost); I vaguely remember waking up and turning over but was so barely awake that I wonder if it is true; could be though as an attempt to wake only marginally succeeded until I finally awoke; given the following noises from above, it is clear to me that they woke me up when I would have otherwise continued sleeping]

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:18:40    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; I made not a bit of noise; woman’s voice in the Walkway either coming from a window into the Walkway or out there and nearby; says something, and that’s all; crouched back into the living room;

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:22:34    Back into the chair; update; a vehicle sounding like a truck departed from the end of the bldg (or came from Bramley) heading to the other end noisily.  

Three hours sleep; not bad for a beginner;

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:25:30    Two taps on the floor above followed by a thud; now some foot stomps that are not footsteps but stomping on the floor above; just as I finished this entry, there was the sound of people in the distance in the road; followed by the departure of what sounded like a truck from there but it was very faint;

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:29:44    Rolling above; prob window or wardrobe; followed by foot steps;

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:31:16    Door slam below;

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:34:27    Door slams to vehicle outside; noisy engine starts; departs heading from this end to the other; must have been someone that left just now with the door slam below and most likely from below.  

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:36:12    Two vehicle door slams outside; vehicle goes by from here to there; another vehicle door slam;

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:38:34    Stomping feet across the floor above;

Wed, 11 Aug 1999 - 00:43:28    Sharp noise from below as a vehicle goes by from there to there

These noises above and below are wake up noises as I am trying to get back to sleep but are being seriously disturbed by them not to say that they are also intended to cause a nightmare and talking in my sleep.
