When I crouched into the kitchen: I could not be seen from outside (in a crouch); could not be heard (living room door closed; barefoot and quiet as possible; I made not noise getting up from the chair); did they cue on the water flow; it was instantaneous with the turn on; unless he was sitting there waiting all this time and was phoned from below at the sound of the water (which makes no noise in the pipes: noiseless hot water), it was coincidental.  Of course, being in the kitchen and running water with the noise outside makes the source of the noise indeterminate.

[I fell asleep here as wanted and needed; only got just under 2 hours before rudely awakened by excessively loud talking below directly in front as they wind up the “sighting” activity;]

Mon, 16 Aug 1999 - 23:08:47    Very loud talking and chattering away; same guy with thick accent/voice and female called “Mrs” is thanked by him; I was asleep and woke up; but seemed that I woke up earlier; and was laying there when the talking started rather suddenly;

Mon, 16 Aug 1999 - 23:09:58    Auto leaving from the end of the bldg out the kitchen window with some maneuvering; these people are still out front right underneath the window chattering away; they should know better than this; it is disturbing to everyone whether anyone admits it or not; most likely woke me up;

[The video clip 081799_000029.mv2 shows an auto stopped outside for a few mins at this time double parked with parking lights flashing; could very well be a pol car collecting info]

[Fell asleep but for just a very short time before being woken up again by someone bouncing a ball.]

2052 to 2144:
19 cars went by some in several groups at two min intervals; the 1st hour;
2153 to 2249:
24 cars in total with pulling in and out of the other side that might be to sit the go to shine lights on the bldg (1 reversed the length of the road at 2158; it was 7th auto in six mins);
2254 to 2355:
5th car by was the one to double park facing the other way with lights blinking (arrive at 2317; depart at 2324);
12th car arrives at 2339 from the other end parking on the other side down at the other end facing this way;
2344 13th auto comes by from other end;

2355 14th and last auto of the 3rd hour before midnight comes by from the other end;

Mon, 16 Aug 1999 - 23:43:24    Managed to get back to sleep only to be woken by a bouncing ball outside; now just as I sit up to record it, there is a vehicle door slam, and it takes off toward Bramley; the ball noise has stopped; convenient way to wake me; I had a dream about being swindled that I told not do anything about; it was a carry on from the last dream I had before being woken up by those people out front talking loudly; things were kept from demand; I did not have my wallet or cards; did not know where the money was; and owed people inflated sums; was angry and trying to get it straightened out; with no success; probably talking in my sleep; this was a short dream and short sleep as I was woken up by the ball bouncing; [which most likely induced the nightmare and talking in my sleep if I did because I was certainly talking in my nightmare]

Mon, 16 Aug 1999 - 23:51:33    Voices and car door slammings outside; vehicle takes off after engine starts; it is the same thing over and over each night; I am not allowed to sleep at all;

Crouched over to the chair to turn off the music; it had shut on No 215 which was the URL for KPFA that I had seen here before but could not read in Explorer; shut down the Winamp and started the video clip replay going; crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; there were noises from overhead of feet walking around as I went into the bathrom; I made not a bit of noise; there was a horn beep outside followed by a vehicle coming from Bramley sounding like it pulled up out front; crouched back into the living room and to the chair; the video clip was still running with auto after auto going by outside; no wonder I was disturbed; stayed and watched the clip finish just before midnight and saved it as noted; restarted video capture;

    Tuesday, 17th August 1999

Tue, 17 Aug 1999 - 00:01:04    Crouched back onto the bed after saving video clip 081799_-000029.mv2 for 2052 to 2355 tonight; there was a lot of traffic out there including an auto that came up and stopped after 2308 when I woke up and stayed for a while double parked with lights flashing after I went back to sleep;

Extensive stomping of feet overhead caused me to have great anxiety about the distress that was being generated by this harassment due to the fear of it continuing and not allowing me to sleep without waking me up; this happened; there was also the door slamming below; believe that this activity continued trying to wake me and cause a nightmare and talking in my sleep which finally succeeded; the voices outside were there to hear what was going on in here, but they did not hear that the source of the problem was over and below me; they only heard me if I did talk in my sleep; the auto that pulled up with lights flashing from 2318 on was most likely a police car double parked outside talking to the observers; the “Mrs” had left already I would guess;  

The whole process is a set up that disturbs my quiet enjoyment of the premises making it sound like I am the source of the problem when I am not;

Tue, 17 Aug 1999 - 00:11:21    Loud vehicle starts and either departs or engine dies outside; departs I believe as it sounds like it is going down Bramley.

Tue, 17 Aug 1999 - 00:43:16    There we are; a double thud hit from directly above; waiting for him to give himself away with a deliberate hit on the floor above; followed by a couple foot stomps too.  

Tue, 17 Aug 1999 - 00:45:48    Feet stomping around now overhead; sounded like they came down the stairs from above and into the room directly overhead where they are now pounding around; definitely unable to get any rest in this environment, and these actions create permanent damage and inability to sleep; plus leave me with a permanent disposition to having nightmares and being woken by these noises [slightest noise even]  in terror and distress that they will go on and on.

[To sleep for 2 hours bringing the total to 4 hours so far tonight after going to bed at 2100; 4 out of 6 hours with two startling wake ups and three associated nightmares (with this one) including talking in my dreams and perhaps in my sleep]

Tue, 17 Aug 1999 - 02:59:21    Dream about being fired from a job that I was going to leave but things got much better and I was changing my mind; I was explaining this to her [the one firing me] when woke up; was laying flat on my back; probably just as I had gone to sleep; but maybe not since I might have been on my side; the dream could have been long or picked up on another dream from way back; when I was interviewed by their personnel dept for a job with a building society nearby; just like the FDF and ANA; do not think that I talked in my sleep although it was me doing a lot of talking; this was a media job with music that was becoming very good;

Tue, 17 Aug 1999 - 03:06:00    An auto just went by from Bramley to the other end; crouched into the kitchen to close its window; bit of a squeak and rolling sound as I did so; no noises from outside that I could hear before or after; crouched back into the living room;

[Just over 2 hours sleep here bring the total to 6 hours of sleep but once again woken up brutally by the dog barking and a very hard door slam from below.]

Tue, 17 Aug 1999 - 05:55:08    Crouched into the bathroom as vehicle sounds came from outside; I made not a bit of noise; front door slammed very loudly; heard someone coming down from above as I went into the small room for stats; looked out peephole and saw guy in light blue shirt with black pack bands on each shoulder running down the stairs; light switch on and off noises; scales made only a very small noise;

0840    Walked down to the end of Norfolk Square to wait for 0900 to go back to Charlies; left about 0855 and walked straight thru on Conduit to his shop;

0900    Waited outside for a couple mins until he arrived; got my haircut (11.50 haircut); 9.50 wash and cut plus 2.00 tip; back in four weeks time;

0930    Left Charlies; walked down to Sussex Road; over to Lancaster Gate and into Hyde Park; walked to Round Pond and passed Ken Pal onto Ken Church St; crossed it down passed the Elephant and Castle to the Town Hall Library; renewed the three books; down stairs in the Library building for a pit stop;

1000    Walked out to Ken Hi St for another look at Barratt’s Shoes; nothing more on sale; walked down Ken Hi St to Edwards Sq and left to the Scarsdale; still saved the pub’s basic look only made it very nice now with complete flower arrangements outside; walked back along the side of Edwards Square to its other corner and down to Pembroke Road; right to Warwick Road and left to the West Ken Tesco;

1020    Into Tesco for some food (0.96 6 bagels);

1035    Left Tesco eating bagels; down Cromwell Road to Hamm tube and bus station bldg and mall; thru it to the other side; crossed to King St and down to the Kings Mall; straight thru up the escalators and out the back; down the lift with a couple guys who held it for me; outside to the road in back and over to the Hamm ESJ;

1115    Hamm ESJ to sign on; long queue in which I waited for some ten mins; same guy signed me on who normally does (it seems at least last time); remained standing as he was trying to reduce the queue; thanked him for his effort and left;

1125    Walked back home via Tusseley underpass to Shep Bush Road; up to the pub and right down to Rockley Road; straight out to Shep Bush Green; right the Mall entrance and large crossing; went across; right toward the subway where I passed the bearded guy coming this way; always run into him along this route about this time; thru subway and Ed Woods Est to Freston Rd to Bramley and the doors; right in and up; down Walkway without running into anyone to my door; graffiti still up; bar/grate closed; kitchen window next door closed along with its curtain; unlocked door and inside;

1210    No post today; crouched brief case onto chair and carryalls on floor next to file boxes; took notebook from brief case and crouched briefcase around to other side of the bookcase on the floor; crouched back to chair and plugged notebook in; rebooted;

When I put the blanket over me, a girl’s voice described the action: “He’s putting the blanket over himself” or words to that effect; this came in clearly from the road outside; they were being posted from above either by mobile phone or the radio connection to an ear piece about my actions; this is what caused the laughing and giggling from time to time along with the talking as my actions evidently were described to the group outside.

[Got about 3.5 hours sleep after being wakened here; when left alone; I sleep on]
