What you see are the effects of sleep deprviation deliberately cause by the PCPHF in front of you; she sits up all night every night in the public road using the surveillance equipment to wake me over and over again; keeping me awake; normally, I go right to sleep and sleep on and on if I am not disturbed by excessive external noises; she sees to them making certain that they occur largel with her own voice; but, ask them why they had the thumpingly loud music on all night last night;

I got 3.75 hours sleep in total in four segments last night; I’ve been awake since three o’clock this morning; this goes on night agter night without any letup; and I mean that; I’ve got it all logged; that is how I know what happened as I look back and can keep track of it all; it is a terrible scenario that has been gooing on for three plus years;

So if I fall asleep this afternoon or look lethargic, it is because of chronic sleep debt created by the PCPHF from below; my problems are physiological and not psychological; they are tring to drive me out o my flat becaue I reported their child abuse to the proper authorites three years ago; they have never stopped harassing me since; just like schoolyear bullies beating an animal with a stick that pointing at the animal as the source of its injuries;

Dozed off for a bit; like zapped out completely for a nice catnap; 0.5 hours;

Yellling started from below and/or in the Walkway outside my flat stating “He’s come” seveal times; this was totally false or a set up with someone elses semen and seminal fluid; the a male voice said definitely; “He’s come; right there” evidently pointing to semen/seminal fluid; this had nothing to do with me as I had only urinated in the toilet then flushed it; another male who sounded like Dr Richard Evans explained that “We will ahve to wait; I’ve filed my report to take him out”; then the same male voice whom I thought was Dr Richard Evans was talking in the Walkway with a woman; he said “It’s true; he’s psychotic”; the woman was also urging him to take me out of my home; he explained again noting with emphasis theword “Perception”; she stated “I’m dying” and noted the urgency for removing me from home; if she is dying, why is she trying to kill everyone else too; or, namely, me(?): this goes a long way to explain the very extreme behaviour in creating false allegations to fufill revenge and retaliation;

There was no Fummie voice lecture during he soaking period; only the male voice whom I believe was Dr Richard Evans talking with the woman for a long time; turned off the water filling the tub and soaked for awhile to get my arm a little flexible; washed and shaved my face; washed my lower legs, ankles and feet; the tops of my feet were quite itchy, and I scratched them;

Stood up to wash; as I was washing my genital area thoroughly and scratching a severe itch, Fummie said “GGA” indicating that I was masturbating; there had been a screech form the PCPHF at about this point; Fummie replied to the effect to ignore it because “He’s psychotic”(2); this was nonsense and totally false; I then washe the rest of my body bove my knees thorough as well including my anal area; this usually brings a perverted response from those below;
