This reflected the public dissemination of a false characterisation that constitutes slander and defamation of character; the source of this public characterisation that is greatly damaging to me are those connected with Flat 503 below notably Jack the RAS Ripper; PCPHF; and others who have been noted as making these false allegations; however, the “perception” which they are not promulgating gives them special responsibilities and legal obligtions under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement to refrain from any such harassment which is specifically excluded and prohibited(1);

Five hours sleep in five segments last night woken five times by excessive noises from those in front of the window to my flat and/or in the public road who were there all night long for that very purpose despite the fact that they were asked to depart, they remained to continuing their criminal loitering in order to criminally stalk and harass me all night long until they drove me out of my bed shortly after 0500; you “Psychotic” is sitting right in front of you not in a remote location;

Of course they want to throw me out because I go right through their game playing to the source of their dishonesty and show the world what it is all really about; someone from below had just yelled “Get out”;

A little later I moved my hands from the side of the tub to the support position over the tub; Fummie noted this too and said something about it; he interrupted whatever he was motoring on about to do so; that was not psychotic; that was to measure the full length of the video surveillance along the tub; it went the full length; this is great; because now it is perfectly clear that everyone saw me motionless while the ball was bouncing below; so I know you know it was not me; there is nothing psychotic about any of my behaviour; it all, and I mean all of it, is due directly to the various types of surveillance being used; you have altered my behaviour completely as a result and are not getting any objective observations; you are only seeing the response to your own surveillance activity; so what ever you say about my behaviour is completely related to and caused by you in a most rational and reasonable manner to defend myself against false allegations that I have been getting for much longer that you even want to know as I am the victim of the most extensive stalking and harassment  campaign for several years that you will not even begin to admit exists but it does and I can prove it; over and over each and every day for more than three years now;

Turned off the water relaxed in the tub while soaking my arm with both feet up to stretch and relax the muscles in the legs; then I put them into the tub; Fummie made a comment just as I was sitting up to wash; it sounded like he said “He’s coming”; if he said that, it was sheer nonsense; I washed my lower legs ankles and feet thoroughly scratching the tops of my feet; at one point Fummie said that they were dirty; no, I believe that I have a permanent skin irritation now on the tender skin on the tops of my feet from the electro magnetic radiation imaging device which was used again last night; Jack the RAS Ripper ordered it to be turned on so he could see me; and after 0230 when he and the PCPHF remained in the public road loitering in a criminal capacity in order to carry out criminal stalking and harassment after being asked to leave, used this imaging device while I covered myself with the blanket against the cold night; this enabled them to see through the blanket and is a favourite video imaging device of theirs; in fact, the PCPHF often asks for it to be turned on but RE says no “It will kill him”; then he relents as always or departs while she remains all night using this most destructive of imaging devices; that is why the top of my feet, behind my knees an my genital areas itch so severely now; they are tender skin areas which have been subject to extensive radiation an are now irritated physically;

Now let’s take a look at the electro magnetic radiation imaging equipment that twas still clearly in use last night; This was installed just about three years ago; my lymph oedema ballooned immediately; I noted that it abate significantly in April 1999 when apparently this imaging equipment usage was stopped by its removal; however, the continuing false allegations of one sort or another from the PCPHF ha it reinstalled in short order; lat night when it was used while I was using the blanket; I woke twice sleeping on my right side; my left hand was numb from lack of circulation each time; this was my arm on top; it was in no way pinched by a sleeping position; I believe that now this radiation swells even a health arm to the point of cutting off circulation;

But far more important was the diagnosis of cataracts in each eye last December; I had warned the Met Police Commissioner that I could go blind in a letter to him two years before this diagnosis; it was not just the cataracts that finally appeared; it was the flashers and floaters which started in the autumn of 1998 an were reported to an examined by the eye hospital in December of 1998; my eyesight deteriorated dramatically ruing these two years until cataracts were diagnosed in each eye;

The great mystery, however, was the fact that the right eye, which was always my best eye deteriorated much more than the left; the reason fro this was that I sleep on my left side far more than I do on my right side; thus my right eye is facing upwards in the direction of the electro magnetic imaging device an was more impacted by the radiation than the left; this is a stunning, stunning example of what was really happening as a result of the usage of this equipment;

Worse, though, is that it has not been stopped now seven months after the cataracts diagnoses and was used as explained last night;

There is one more way I can tell when it is begin used; I wake with a pattern of small dots close together and connected by lines; it looks like a circuit board; this blinds me initially for a short instant, but it is now getting worse; I believe that it is the circuit board in the electro magnetic radiation imaging gun that emits the radiation which is then burned into my retina as a pattern; this has been noted for several months; when I first wrote about it, Fummie said “Uh oh” knowing exactly what it was the next night the pattern was different; there have been a couple more different patterns but now it is back to the same original one; apparently even less strength was used (wattage?) As there were times when the pattern was “weak”; but recently it block my vision completely for several seconds blinding me completely;

Now don’t you think you should remove this equipment and not me; I have done nothing; this equipment has been here for three years almost and has been used for stalking and harassment purposes to effect an outcome not observe reality this is an abuse and misuse of power;

There is one more item; I have an elevated risk of skin cancer having already had cancer surgery for a melanoma an h a positive biopsy for Bowen’s Disease in June 1998 just three years ago; so what happens; I am subjected to this high frequency and short wave length elector magnetic radiation for three years; it has caused my cataracts; is in the process of destroying my eyes themselves; has given me skin irritation in the sensitive areas just noted; and now there is a new growth that I have just discovered on my left temple which needs prompt examination to see if it is malignant or not; so you have really attack all the possible injury an death area that you can with this one piece of equipment; ignorance is no excuse; you should have known; o not use harmful radiation in any capacity on anyone at anytime; now let us all hope that this new growth is benign; but I will say this; there are those who want the worst and will continue to try to inflict as much damage and injury as possible; the PCPHF has said recently “I want him dead”; all four of the adults in flat 503 below have threatened my life; an you, every one of you, continue to help them carry out their death threats by all that you do;

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:10:19    Dream: hospital dream; was in a bed in a room by myself; there were many people about, but I was recovering from something that was a serious injury; something happened with one of the patients; who came into my room; there was a conversation and a small argument or disagreement; then the matron came in and started her activity; she put her fingers up behind my front teeth an pulled out the bridge that I do not have [in reality], but it was like the plastic bit of orthodontics I used to wear once; I asked her why she did that; she I not answer; she had asked me a question about the incident; when she came in, others started coming into the room; the two other beds were occupied; I was talking with the matron asking her what was happening; then a guy shut the sliding door across the entrance to the room; woke up;

[Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 05:57:20    “We’ll take him out” said the male DTR as I reviewed this dream to exclamations of “Psychotic”; this is a total and unwarranted invasion of privacy and confidentiality to misread and distort personal notes for the perverted objectives of those how want to carry out criminal activity as regards covering up their own past crimes, destroying evidence and getting me remove by force from my home for no lawful reason; the point here is that by now everyone is throwing around the word “Psychotic” while not having the slightest idea what it really means; it means “bad” to them, and they get attention for using it; that is the biggest “payoff” in the bully’s crimina game;];

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:15:32    “Psychotic” that’s right echoes the male voice under the window to the right by the road; when I started the dream description, a male DTR with the PCPHF immediately said “Psychotic”; after seeing these guys at  work when I knew they were wrong, I would not trust them with anything;

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:17:10    “Fucking right now” said the male to the right by the road; well, that’s it; I am typing; they are just making everything up;

Before all of this when I started with the entry about the PCPHF waking me; the male DTR began accusing her of doing “Damage” again; yes, that is exactly what she did;  

The dream is not that of a psychotic; it is the dream of someone whose life is interfered with when he does not give permission or consent nor when he does not have a complaint; it is the story of treatment for something that does not exist; just like here; there is no complaint; the perception and powers that be think they are trying to describe what does not exit and convince everyone that it does; it is the process of brainwashing by using sleep deprivation to breakdown and convince the subject that whatever he is told is true; it is the process of torture where it is applied continuously until the subject says and agrees with whatever he is told to;

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:22:34    “He’s really Psychotic now” again amazing; I am woken from a deep sleep and write down all that is happening with sticking keys and sitting in a bad position; my mind is still waking up or at least I am very tired still and should not have been woken by the PCPHF, but that is her intention and objective; so then they complain and taken as valid observations these notes rendered with typos as I write down my description of what has happened; it won’t work because I know better;

[Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 05:44:01    Drugged said a male voice DTR as I was reviewing this; “I know” says the PCPHF; that will have to be explained in court; you can tell everyone what you mean;];

It is just another false allegation; but one that is created by yourselves; with the PCPHF screeching;  

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:25:34    “You’re going home now; I’m sorry” says a male DTR; “No I’m not” replies the PCPHF; then the male says something about the “courtroom”; she will never leave; she will remain; she will promise to be quiet and then burst forth at the first opportunity [which is precisely what happened]; she will make the most of this discussion to continue it so that it is disruptive; she wants attention; she gets it by being the centre of controversy; it is the need of the bully; but more importantly the narcissistic character need; she is a complete rendition of a very disturbed personality;

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:28:52    The male is trying to get her to depart; she refuse again; he says “You’re psychotic” she replies “No I’m not” he says “Yes, you are’ the truth at bottom is that she is just that;

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:31:47    “Fucking” says another male DTR; “That’s right” concurs a third; these last two are out in the road; this is the fantasy nonsense directly from the PCPHF he is referring to the fact that I lay down to sleep on my right side; a totally false allegation; trying to sleep is what it was all about;

Sun, 22 Jul 2001 - 23:37:04    “There he’s come; I just know it”; screeches the PCPHF just after I burped [making this a absurdly false allegation]; the audio microphone and the video starlight camera(s) are working well; I was again trying to get to sleep on my right side; the PCPHF again disturbed [me] with her outburst;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 00:41:34    Awake again; [sleeping on] my left side; right arm [had] pins and needles in the hand as I type;

[NB this is why the typing  was so erratic; I could not move my had easily but wanted to write things down fast before I lost them; so much happens at the instant of waking which needs to be written down immediately because any delay can result in the loss of recording something like the dream which occurred here in part;];

Dream: I had this one; just writing a couple items caused me to lose it; it was good too; another deep sleep disturbance;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 00:44:21    “We’ll take him out” says a male to the right; could have been talking into the comms device;

[(3)To sleep for 1.25 hours bringing the total to 2.75 hours tonight so far; woken once again by the excessive shouting noises from those outside my window loitering in the public road for the purpose of criminal stalking and harassing;];

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 01:57:17    Awake again to the shouting from the PCPHF and male DTR;

Dream: strange dream about broadcasting the news; there were listener surveys but they were useless; there was this rugged competition going on  which resulted in my name [Ga]; I am falling asleep again; the details of the remainder of the dream are lost; [thanks to the continuous and ongoing stalking and harassment from those loitering in the public road];

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 02:00:14    “All right I’m leaving” says Jack the RAS Ripper “I’ll leave it to you two” he said to the dynamic duo who just woke me;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 02:04:30    “When does he shoot up . . .” says Jack the RAS Ripper DTR; maybe he said “I don’t know . . .”; or even better maybe he ought to ask where and with what I buy anything; [I’ve never used drugs in my entire life; I do not even drink caffeine, smoke nicotine or drink alcohol; I am totally drug free; except for . . . ]

Poor Jack the RAS Ripper; he knows exactly what it is; another gas attack; knowing how Auschwitz operated gave RE an idea with the molecular sized aspirant bubbles for drug administration; now he can operate by remote control depending upon my breathing; gassed in one’s own home;

[(4)To sleep for 1.0 hours bringing the total to 3.75 hours tonight so far; woken once again by the excessive music from below and shouting noises from those outside my window loitering in the public road for the purpose of criminal stalking and harassing; they were really intent upon disturbing and waking me by using the music too; this was the end; I was kept away and finally forced to get up facing the fuitlity of staying in bed to rest and sleep;];

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:06:16    Woke up to the sound of the thumping music that sounds like from below but may be close by; small MPHF too; nothing else; female talking DTR as I woke; the PCPHF then joined by the Male Yargie;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:08:07    “Off” said a male voice , and the music o loud voice and bass stopped; this was about the third time I have heard it when waking; the last couple times I wanted to go back to sleep and did nothing else; was falling asleep sitting up; drugged into oblivion by the aspirator according to Jack the RAS Ripper or another male;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:15:37    Into the bathroom for a pit stop; music stops; two male voices come from nearby; sounds like below; one says “quiet”; the other keeps talking; flushed toilet; sewage rats have at it; now you can find nothing but urine once again; back into the living room;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:18:09    “He’s come” screeches the PCPHF from DTR; “You’re right” says Jack the RAS Ripper; this was said twice just like that just in case I did not hear it the first time; no way Jose; go swimming in the sewage;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:19:50    “Wiped out” screeches the PCPHF from DTR; as the music resumes from below; or close by;

The drug dosage must have been stepped up mightily to “Wipe out” as the PCPHF described;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:27:29    “He’s psychotic” says a male DTR and goes on talking after an auto pulled up apparently; before this the PCPHF and Jack the RAS Ripper were jabbering away back and forth; this is a continuing disturbance from the public road in front of my window that has woken me in conjunction with the excessively loud all night music from nearby;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:29:45    “He’s sick” says the male DTR; nope; I am tired and exhausted from chronic sleep deprivation caused by these people who are criminally loitering in the public road to carry out their criminal stalking and harassment;
Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:31:12    “I can’t take him out” says a male DTR whose voice is getting closer; talking with a female who sounds like the PCPHF; the male now keeps saying “Psychotic” and “That’s psychotic”; nope; tired and more tired from chronic sleep deprivation caused by these people tonight and every night augmented tonight by the ongoing loud music from nearby that sounds like it is from below;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:33:59    The point is that I was all set to go right back to sleep once again when this extensive onslaught of verbal harassment and an attempt to get my removed by force from my home occurred; this has woken me thoroughly;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:35:20    “He’s psychotic” says a male again; nope but you have big problems yourself; music has stopped for the moment;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:38:03    “That’s a good one that” says the male who might be a PC out front of the window DTR; the music has started again from nearby as I was laying down trying to sleep; “Psychotic” was mentioned a couple more times; the jabbering goes on;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:39:31    Two vehicle door slams from the right; vehicle departs; male is jabbering away; says “Call me”; and so on;

This is constant all night stalking and harassment that is depriving me of sleep; that is the problem; but they cannot take the blame can they; so they must find something that they hope will work and stick as a false allegation to get me removed by force from my home; so now it is “Psychotic” repeated “ad nauseam” and then the demand to be removed as someone plays music from nearby loudly all night long;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:42:35    Bar/grate clanking from below then a door slam there; the male who had been jabbering away outside has stopped; the music picks up once again;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:45:23    “I won’t go home; he’s going to come right now” it sounds like the PCPHF screeches DTR; more music noise from below; I am getting it from both sides tonight; outside in front of the window in the public road area and from nearby below with music; and I was sound asleep could have even gone right back to sleep except the PCPHF has prolonged it all as expected which she does every night if she can;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 03:55:38    “He’s wrong” says the PCPHF; leave the area; you are a nonresident; see if it occurs when you are not here; stay away for awhile; you have never once that; you are so obsessed with being here and carrying out your stalking and harassment that you never leave at all despite the fact that you live somewhere else; you cannot come into another’s home area and stay under the window all the time blaming that person for being woken and kept awake by your activity which is intended to do just that; you cannot justify your presence; there are many other people who have told you to go home, and they would remain you will not ever do that; why; I think the answer is very obvious to all; without you there would be no problem; you are the source of the problem and have to remain here all the time to make sure that this is not realised while you keep pointing your finger at me for what you are doing;

Mon, 23 Jul 2001 - 04:22:43    Into the bathroom; paused for a pit stop; because I had just urinated when last woken; my bladder was still empty; worth a try though; into the bedroom; dressed; into the kitchen; light on; washed hands; put in lenses; dropped one; had to find it and rinse it in the vial again; much comment about this from the DTR crew as I lingered there putting in my lenses; they seemed to be making up other reasons for this activity; light off; back into the living room; “He’s staying up” a male said whose voice came in the front window as I pushed the bed to the books; moved NB to the table; rummaged in the red bag for the hair brush and glasses case; put the glasses away as a male voice said “Write this down”; I am sure that such activity is a prime example of psychotic behaviour; I hope you got it written down because I will ask for it in Discovery;
