1410    Home; picked up post; into living room with carryalls and briefcase to the file boxes; remved food; into kitchen with it to fix a salmon sand; filled glass with cold water; mixed mayo and salmon; sliced bread (put on baton in freezer); salmon, tom and lett; put stuff away in frdige; back into the living room; unpacked, unwrapped, plugged in and booted notebok;

Serous stomach pains from the bread and trapped wind have been seriously aggravated by the fact that I was not allowed to rest originally especially when I almost fell asleep only to be distrubed by excessive noise from below and the continuing excessive noises from outside;

                back to slower going; someone is tappign the water flow out; there was also water running in the wall water pipe below as I finished washing an while drainig; dried off after getting out; deodorant; pit stop; flushed toilet; put in limescale remover; door propped open; light off;

                into the living room to get hair brush all in a crouch; multitude of voices outside describing the opportunity to see me, but they could not because I was crouched;

                back into the bathroom (light on); tub still draining slowly; brushed hair; then tub finished; wiped out with a sponge; drank some cold water from the tub faucet; light out;

                back into the living room in a crouch to complete silence; there were some voices for a bit from below during the bath; there were some other door noises and people noises in the Walkway during the bath; all probably normal;

You’re the doctor”; that was a laugh; I am sure he appreciated that; they then all left; oh yes; there was the voice of he”S” in the Walkway with the others; [they were all there; all implicated in stalking and harassment; cannot hide behine doing their job because they know better;]

                came back into the living room and got the notebook; moved over to the table; got my clothes and took them into the bedroom where I dressed [might as well be dressed if they smash in through the front door]; voices were back out front; back into the living room;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 00:09:13    Loud noise from below;

[(1)To sleep for just under 1 hour sitting up in the chair; this had relieved the pain enough to let me sleep; I was so tired that I just dozed off;]

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 01:03:26    Woke from a light snooze in the chair;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 01:17:19    MS goes up the front footpath; heard not seen;

Trying to enter before without hearing anything and not seeing anything except through the imaging equipment; saw me [earlier] changng positions constantly to relieve the pain from the blocked wind; stalking me by my door;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 01:19:14    Moved the notebook over to the bed; going to try to sleep in my clothes;

[(2)To sleep finally in bed for 3.5 hours bringing the total to 4.5 hours for tonight]

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 04:56:10    Awake after some dreams but the funniest part or most profound is that I dreamt that I was given those dreams to dream; there were five segments of for two basic dreams with two and three segments each; the first two involved Al Jr; the three others are now forgotten; I woke [at one point] then went right back to be sleep;

The whole truth is now out; it is ludicrous that these people are creating the very problem for which they intend to pounce upon and are involving directly the unstable and emotionally disturbbed who are responsible for the entire situation thru their harassment; worse is that they have taken away the means of my activity which is now quite obvious too;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 05:01:22    Two vehicles just went by after I sat up; one from Bramley to the other end andone that just pulled up from the other end; now there is the sound of footsteps on the front footpath outside going up them it sounds like;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 05:13:04    Finished the above update to the very faint sound of a voice outside obviously talking about my activity; otherwise why would he be there given last night’s events; imagine;

I made no noises at all; was suffering from blocked stomach wind with excruciating pain that would go away eventually but had to keep shifting position to ease the pain; they saw this and because of what they saw they almost entered the flat except for my sojourn into the bathroom [at the same time] where I heard them near my door;

Even better was the guy from bo above confirumed that they were watching from above and that those waiting to enter knew about this; thus when I was normally ill with someting that is a nuisance and transient, they are going to enter my flat at midnight based upon what they saw thru imaging equipment when they heard nothing at all; because I was making no noise at all except changing positions on the bed very quietly which could not be heard anywhere except right here;

The whole evening went like hat; I went to bed very early with my clothes on to ease the pain of the blocked wind and was in bed for that reason all nght except for taking a bath; which I hoped would help too; it did while taking the bath; the stomach area still hurts a bit; but then that is usual too;

Thus for the whole evening while I was trying to rest in bed, this guy out front was telling everyone that I was “Fucking” when I was not, and they knew above thru their watching with the imaging equipment that I was not; they did an intelligent thing an left when the guy from above revealed that I was in the bathroom not that I was a threat to anyone; I would just sit in my chair and let them force their way into the flat; sit quitly mind you; but it was patently obvious that they were watching from above and knew all that was going on; they could have shared that with those entering all along so they knew exactly what was [really] happening too to actually see that there was the grossest of false representations being made as they were the previous night too;

It’s pretty obvious as it was from last Wed on that BT is most likely directly involved in this as well; [to provide an opportunity as a means of access and to disconnect the phone]

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 05:36:27    There’s the very faint sound of pounding; souns like it is coming from below;

There is a very interesting contrast between last night an the night before where the latter was a tumultuous sound of activity from all around intended to disturb; there must have been inconsequential observers present; then last [this] night there was the distinct absence of any external noise especially from above; door slams and what not including deteciton action from below and then the activity out front; the stuff from below and out front was disturbing but not of the level of the previous night [Monday]; so there must have been the presence of someone of consequence which eventually revealed itself; too bad that “observer of consequence cannot show their own face anonymously when all of this is going on and see for themselves the reality of the actiivty; which is using the surveillance equipment for the direct purpose of harassment and stalking as it was last night at midnight; [as it was used for the potential forced entry into the flat];

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 05:50:29    Into the bathroom; flushed toilet; carried clothes into the bedroom; dreessed; came back into the living room for the sox and back into the bedroom to put them on; during the first part of dressing in the bedroom; voices were heard out in the road area; a vehicle pulled up; voices were louder; then the vehicle backed up; I never saw its lights; must have come from Bramley and backed up to remain out of sight; back into the living rom; got glasses from book box and put in container for carryall; retrieved the lens case; moved notebook to the table; all is quiet outside;

0620    Out; locked door; zipped carryalls; just as I was walking away stoutish guy in cap came back under form walking the dog; he did not look up; I heard no noise from the other end untilI was at the bottom of the middle stairs; he evidently stopped outside the flat for a bit; I saw nothing from that end as I came down the stairs; as I was walking back along the Walkway toward the Bramley doors, there was a loud door slam or two from that end where I had just left; assumed that he went in; down and out Bramley doors; around corner and up the path by Gren Twors; all quiet; no one around not even much traffic; to Silchester Rd;

    White car was pulling up in the parking lot on the other side of the “courts”; I crossed Silchester to the other side then came right back across the street as a guy came walking out of the parking lot and crossed Silchester ahead of me; walked directly toward the white car that had just parked; no on in it now; guy crossing street must have come from it; he had disappeared; saw him way down in the Estate across Silchester as I turned into Verity Close; thru it to Clarendon Rd and up to Clarendon Cross; down passed Julie’s and Penzance Pl to St James Gdns; Addison Ave out to Holl Pk Ave; right to Addison Rd; on to Holl Villas Rd and down to Holl Rd; across Ken Hi St; down Warwick Rd to Testco;

Stopped for a bit to rest in the chair; put my head back and relaxed; actually on my side a bit with my head looking down to prevent my mouth from coming open; breathing thru my mouth and woke from a slight snooze; this happened a couple times so I sat up; no noises at all from me;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 14:27:58    Sound detection activity underway below in the living room door area; thuds and thumps coming from that area at floor level;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 14:38:16    Tried to print the BT PB letter; definite printer problem; talking ensued outside; could it be related to the printer noise(?);

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 14:39:13    Into the bedroom; removed trousers; into the bathroom for a pit stop; I made not a bit of noise; thuds below but remote; back into the bedroo to put trousers back on; back into the living room;

Need to fix printer;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 14:51:09    Still no print ability; need to get it refurbished; voices outside; “Fucking nit” she said; also sounded like the “S” voice talking from within the flat below to the outside with the above response noted;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 14:53:38    Very loud, heavy El Rollo above over the area directly between the chair and the bed as I was putting the torch back into the briefcase; it was right over me;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 14:54:44    Into the kitchen to fix a salmon sand; got stuff from the fridge; heard MS sound and “S” voice coming in the kitchen window; put mayo on bread; little bit of salmon left; tom and lett; filled salmon container with hot water; rinsed utensils; put stuff away; back into the living room;

1520    Out; locked door; “Commander” pushing baby chair out under me as I went toward the middle stair; down them and out the Bramley doors and stairs at the other end; around corner; down path passed Gren Twr to Silchester Rd; up and thru Verity Close; up Clarendon Rd; over on Landsdowne Walk to Landsdown Road to Holl Pk Rd; up to Campden Hill Sq; over the hill onto Campden Hill Rd and down to the Library; closed on Wed pm; walked down to eE;

1600    eE for a brief logon at £1 for 1 hour; Email not accessible; HP sites reviewed; logged off and left; too expensive; down Ken Hi St to Tempo to browse;

1625    Barclays for acct balance and mini-stmt; back up to Carphone Warehouse; Tandy, Waterstones, Dixons; back down Ken Hi St to Holl Pk; up and over to Holl Pk Ave; Landsdowne Rd to Landsdowne Walk; Clarendon Rd to Verity Close; across Silchester Rd and down to path by Gren Twr and Bramley doors and stairs; up and in; nice black girl held the door for me as it went up the last few steps; thanked her and went into the Walkway; up middle stairs; down to me flat; kitchen work in 505 at this level; bar/grate closed below; kitchen window and curtain closed next door; unlocked door;

1735    Home; light on; locked door; into living room with carryalls and briefcase; jacket off and hung up on shelves; thumping music coming from nearby; stuff from carryalls; notebook out of briefcase; onto table; dog barking below; turned on R4 PM (173 unwrapped; plugged in; dropped notebook transformer on the floor; made an accidental noise; booted notebook;;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 19:07:14    Dog starts barking away on the balcony below then runs inside continuing its barking; does it see someone coming out front whom it recognises and expects to come to the flat door(?); there is a male and female voice outside with the female again sounding like the “S” voice; vehicle door slams and engine starts;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 19:11:23    Loud female voice from below sounds like the “S” speaking out the window to a guy out front who responds; had just turned on GP again for a brightening of the atmosphere;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 19:15:46    MS comes up the road from the other end; then goes up the front footpath; back to normal noisy behaviour; doesn’t care what it does now; it was gunning its engien as it came up the road to the end of the bldg with its light showing on the top of the window; did the same gunning engine noise going up the front footpath from the road to the pen but did not see its light along the top of the window; dog barks a couple times below too; this one is saying loud and clear: to hell with everyone I‘m going to do exactly as I please;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 19:23:52    A veritable horn blaster comes up the road blasting away outside; very impatiently; quite disturbingly too; vague thuds from below in the small room balcony door area pointing to dection activity getting underway;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 19:27:01    Female and male voices outside as they go along the footpath from the pen to the road sounds like; these are again familiar and sound intense in an issue which could be relelvant;

Wed, 8 Mar 2000 - 19:41:19    Into the bedroom to change clothes; removed the day clothes; voices and squealing female down the Walkway soundign like a squeal in delight; into the bathroom for a pit stop; leg brushed toilet seat as I entered; the only noise I made; light thuds and voices from below after a short while; back into the bedroom to put on casual clothes; light shining on the left side of the bedroom window (prob the school light as noted upon returning to the living room); back into the living room;
