Wed, 16 Feb 2000 - 23:44:25    Back onto the bed after first moving the notebook to the bed; then going into the bedroom to removed clothes; scratching my waist where the belt was brought on laughter from the guys above; it came in the window from the upstairs fifth floor; this was verified when I went into the bathroom for a pit stop and heard their voices coming down from above which it does in the bathroom; they are obviously up there watching my activity in the imaging device; back into the living room;

Wed, 16 Feb 2000 - 23:50:36    There was some laughter from those guys up on the fifth floor a min or so ago; there was also a slight comment when I wrote about them; could very well be that they have the monitor reading device there as well which I have noted numerous times in the past; if they are home from school they could be trouble tonight; they will most likely stay up all night; go out to eat about 1:00 am and probably make noise then and come down to stomp on the floor then or at any other time that suits their fancy during the night;

[(1)Immediately to sleep for 1.75 hours; woken by the voice of a woman under the front window making a comment; this is the most serious of matters for if she is an “observer” and it sounds like she is an EMB type observer, then she is creating the very problem she is observing by her presence and noise;]

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 01:36:14    Did not stay asleep for very long; dreaming; there was the sound of a female voice outside that I heard first upon waking; most likely she woke me; older woman; probably EMB, but I most definitely did not sleep thru as I had last night; heard her voice again; trying to get back to sleep;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 01:42:36    That woman made a sound when I woke like she caught a noise; since I was very tired and wanted to sleep, I just tried to go back to sleep to no avail; now I hear the sound of voices out front or at least coming in the front window; they sound like female and are probably that same woman’s voice I heard before; did something wake me that was external(?); all this observation is in and of itself damaging and creates a problem: the very problem I want to avoid; believe that they can read this as I write it and got a small audible voice just a moment ago;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 01:47:20    Very light but discernable furn scrape below; then the sound of a male voice comes in the front window; it was very low but still heard it; are they staying up all night to observe(?); I sense their activity, presence and it disturbs me; I am now wide awake and staying that way because of it; it represents an ongoing noise that is keeping me awake, because they cannot be absolutely silent; if they weren’t there that would be fine; I hear them now straight away out in the road area evidently;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 02:00:21    Double thud from below evidently like a cabinet door was closed; I was just drifting off to sleep when it disturbed me; came from the kitchen door area; [this could be the sound box detection activity with its lid closing or just direct harassment from below]

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 05:03:20    Awake again after a dream about a car chase of sorts where the ending involved following a police car that was a Range Rover type vehicle; there was parking and travelling; with other activity; it has gone out of my mind because I lay there for a few mins before writing it because I wanted to go back to sleep; worried about when I first woke this evening after going to sleep, and whether I made a noise which was noted by the woman outside; after that wake up though I went right back to sleep straight thru; makes me think something woke me then;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 05:07:57    Moved notebook over to the table; checked the last fax; went OK to Dr Evans;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 05:10:02    Into the bathroom for a bath and pit stop; started hot and cold water running into the tub; made no noises; got into the tub; filled enough for a both; turned off;

                Then heard a door slam followed by another noise that sounded like either loud lock operations or a quiet bar/grate clanking; footsteps nearby that sounded like they had a limp and were on the stairs; a couple people here have a limp (check previous diaries); do not know where this person went or if he remained near my door;

                no other noises throughout the bath until the end; washed hair, shaved, conditioner, washed,

                Just as I was sitting up to pull the drain plug but had not done so yet, the noises began under the toilet after complete silence throughout the bath; these were thuds, thumps and the clinking sound of a stopcock operation and possible jug attachment; these noises were completely consistent with water sampling for the past two months, and I took them as such; eventually pulled the drain plug; out of the tub; dried; there then followed the sound of water running below amid more noises from the wall water pipe shaft area below;

                Into the bedroom to dress; as I was dressing the voice of a woman came in the bedroom window from somewhere below (directly below) but sounded like it had an echo; perhaps in the Walkway(?) or a sound like that; the woman’s voice sounded like she called the name “Frank” three times quite loudly; after the second time, there was the sound of a young boy responding; could not understand what he said; there was the sound of solid running feet thudding about below; then after the third time she yelled his name, she yelled “Quit it!”; then all was silent; the voice could have been that of the “S” but it was not like her; with the echo effect it was difficult to tell;

                Back into the bathroom to brush hair; needed hair brush and went into the living room first to get it from the carry all leaving the bathroom light on; back to the bathroom; brushed hair; the tub was flowing almost normally; surprise, pleasant surprise; I waited for it to finish; rinsed the residue down the drain; there were more noises below the toilet in the wall water pipe shaft area; thuds and thumps that really sounded like more of the same water sampling/sound detection activity; scrubbed the toilet bowl; that limescale starts to build immediately if the toilet is not scrubbed each day; light off and back into the living room;

The laughing and chattering yesterday morning was about using the diaries [this was a comment entered the following morning early just after the event of that morning ended]

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 20:15:14    Into the kitchen (light on) to fix tuna sand; get all kinds of noise outside from voices to MS arriving at speed; beeps its horn loudly disturbing everyone; the MS driver shouts back and forth with a female voice who sounds like the “S”; he asks “Is he there?” and she replies “He’s there”; then the MS takes off; another male voice is yelling in the road;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 21:55:40    Into the kitchen (light on) to wipe out sand plate; rinsed the tuna container in noiseless hot water; got vehicle and people noises outside; light out; into the bathroom; started filling tub; got in then got out to use the toilet; back into the tub; filled the last half with hot water only; got definite sounds from below the toilet in the wall water pipe shaft region; thuds and thumps which were entirely consistent with water sampling; soaked and relaxed in the hot water; there were two TVS going; a lesser one from next door I believe and the resonant voice one from below in the bedroom area; there was also the voice of the “S” below me in the bathroom talking softly but distinctly; no doubt that it was her voice; then I heard the unscrewing of a stopcock like mechanism with water flowing into a container sound; that was a definite; they were taking a sample; most likely the bit that seeped down past the plug was removed as it filled up the pipe; after a very nice soak for my arm, I got out of the tub, dried, turned off the light and came back into the living room;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 22:40:26    Just before I finished this above update just now the MS started in the pen and drove down the front footpath from it to the road; heard but not seen; there was no doubt that it did so; before that there were the sound of heels walking down the front footpath; before the MS engine stated there was talking with  reference to “He . . . :” [Believe that the word “drain” was used here in context that I did not drain the tub; I was disturbed by the sampling efforts and simply left the bathroom when I finished the bath to get away from what was obviously going on below me]

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 22:41:53    Door slam below just now; and when I started my bath there was a very loud door slam from below where I believe whoever was below went to get someone or maybe someone came to verify that I was in the bath and making noise here to verify my presence; also while I was in the bath, I heard the MS engine outside and believe that it arrived after being summoned as well and probably drove up the front footpath where I heard it to the pen waiting for what(?): the sample of water or verification that I was here(?); anyway it left just now, and I heard it going down the road some minutes after going down the front footpath from this end to the other end of the road;

I did not drain the tub; I was driving out by the sampling activity below, so I’ll save the water for next time since I only soaked in it; they can take the bit that seeps out as it dribbles down the pipe tonight;

Thu, 17 Feb 2000 - 22:58:33    MS comes back up the road to the end of the bldg; see its light along the top of the window and hear its engine at the same time; there is also a faint sound of voices outside in the road area like a group of people chatting; if it is raining, they will have to be in an auto; perhaps it has stopped; but otherwise it is all quiet now;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 00:30:40    Awake a few mins ago at the same time I was dreaming; cannot now remember what the dream was about; the resonant voice which is probably talking from below just got me up now; it was coming from the back living room door and bathroom areas;

[(2)To sleep for just over 3 hours bringing the total to 4.5 hours of sleep so far tonight; uncertain about what woke me here but suspect an outside noise source; possibly the birds]

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 03:41:30    Awake after a dream about tracking down the mafia; I managed to give this Mafia honcho some marked money; was supposed to give him my passwords to my accounts but put him off; was going on with him into the city; we were talking about commuting; one took the 8:08, and we all agreed that that was civilised; there was a car following episode at the end when we departed and I woke;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 03:45:33    Auto just went by from there to here at speed accelerating fast; and another just went by from here to there splashing;

The dream left me with a feeling of fear of pursuit; it is very real and makes the revelation of info about the mafia urgent; the dream’s surface was false camaraderie because there was the constant fear under it of death on a whim; you did what you were told and whatever that was was OK; it made the feeling for getting them very urgent which I was doing for the FBI; the dream left me with a fear like that which meant that the info must be gotten and given to the FBI; nice dream; very real emotion; quite metaphorical; that feeling is very real and relevant; The dream left me with a very strong and real feeling to get it all written;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 03:50:06    Into the bathroom for a pit stop; no noises from anywhere; decided to pull the plug on the tub and drain it; I just naturally do not flush the toilet so as not to disturb the woman underneath who is emotionally disturbed and goes into hysterics when I do; so by not doing so she does not have to be bothered by it except a couple times a day; judging by her reaction, small things like my just being in the kitchen or bathroom; this is a blessing;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 04:34:58    Last night after I went back to bed; there arrived a vehicle outside followed by a couple tin vehicle door slams; then a couple people walked up the front footpath laughing and talking; there was a statement by the woman that “He’s (done something) . . .”  I didn’t wonder if this was a comment and laughing about the fact that I did not drain the tub last night;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:03:34    Pounding noises from below; coming from the kitchen area; at the same time just as I sat up to write about it, it ends; footsteps went down the front footpath followed by the departure of an auto but do not think the two were related; the auto might have been going by; the footsteps were a little too soon to reach the road to coordinate with the auto, and there was no door slam if that auto picked up that person; the pounding in from below in the kitchen stopped as soon as I began writing; believe that it was the real thing reflecting the sounds of sexual intercourse and the last throes of passion; but it could very well be that it was a “set up”;

The whole point in this is that they are forever accusing me of “fucking’ when it is not true at all, and yet they do it themselves either in reality aor as a simulated “setup”; they are the ones making the noises and disturbances and then they accuse me of it when it is absolutely false; I make no such noise and never have; there are no legs on my bed; there is nothing to make noise;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:08:50    Voices talking out front; first the squeak of a female voice; very, very faint; then chattering from a male which got louder and louder as evidently they came by from the front door area toward the road; most likely read what I had just written; this happens; the male voice was very familiar; sounded like the old guy from below; the one who was just making the pounding noises from below in the kitchen area; if this is true then he was doing it for a setup and foundation for a complaint;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:24:06    Very strange noise of something rolling or moving along with a scraping sound under he window;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:27:17    Horn beep down the road after a vehicle went by from Bramley; nice and disturbing that one; there was the sound of a voice afterwards and another vehicle went by; the birds have been singing since I woke; they are probably what woke me;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:35:37    Some more light pounding now; same as before; but cannot be certain exactly where it was coming from; heard it when lying down and stopped when I sat up;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:39:14    Two more thuds like spaced out hits that sound like they come from below directly under the bed;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:53:37    Hard loud door slam below followed by bar/grate clanking;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 05:57:44    Loud rolling sound below; probably the window underneath; followed by vehicle door slam in road that had a tinny sound like a truck; noises from below; faint thuds in the rear living room wall area;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:07:51    Door slam below;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:08:08    Into the bedroom to get dressed; auto goes by from Bramley and honks with two beeps down the road; probably Louie making this disturbance; got dressed; back into the living room;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:12:12    Back into the chair; lights on; shrouds off; update;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:12:53    Hard, loud door slam below with double hit followed by bar/grate clanking;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:17:47    Door slam below with its double hit;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:18:43    MS noise out front; dog barking below; continues to bark;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:20:09    Dog barking away below;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 06:20:34    Vehicle door slams in road; two of them; engine starts; idles at fast revs;

Fri, 18 Feb 2000 - 07:10:00    Water at the bottom of the stairs; very hasardous for those coming down them outside my door; put two rubbish bags down the 3rd floor chute; there were two sitting in front of it and one on the side;

[Out here for errands including buying food for the week for the first time in two months now that the water drainage has been apparently restored; this was to be short lived as it went into full stoppage;]
