Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 13:27:22    Thuds and thumps from blow in the small room area; could be the sound detector activity; couple noises from the right side of the chair under the shelves;

Dozed off for a bit in the chair; very light snooze with several interruptions;

                Over to the living room door to close it; wind rattling it and might have slammed it; into kitchen to rinse the salad dish; fixed brown rice & green lentils w/ sliced potato; voice outside under the kitchen window; minimal water usage; into bedroom to remove trousers; mail flap knock in the Walkway nearby; male voice says hello from outside the door nearby; into the bathroom (light on) smells like sewage in there; rinsed the tub from the little bit of overflow backup water from the kitchen sink into the tub; pit stop; very faint voices coming from below; light off; back into the bedroom; put on the other trousers; back into the kitchen; turned food down to simmer; into the living room;

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 14:40:25    Into the hall with the keys; light on; unlocked and opened door; turned out light; picked up napkin from floor outside and put in mail flap; wind blowing very strongly through the skylight above;  large standing puddle of water outside and to the right of the door; looks like it rained some more since I returned; closed and locked the door with the light on and off again; guy (black voice) yelled something in the Walkway; looked out the peephole but saw nothing; heard nothing any more;

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 15:05:40    Foot stomps on the floor above; slow and even; not normal foot steps; clomp, clomp, clomp; did someone from below go to 539(?); very light sliding door noise followed by second one with thud of a shut (open and close); couple more foot stomps;

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 15:15:23    Very hard, loud thud from below that vibrated the room especially the floor; from the small room area; trying to be provocative in order to get a “sounding”(?);

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 15:30:40    MS out front/road; hard, loud pounding goes on under the kitchen; sounds like the stuff from last night in the balcony door area only louder; putting something in around and about in various locations; they really expect to detect something(?);

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 15:43:48    Back into the chair after a trip into the kitchen to rinse the food plate and pot; took the pot into the bathroom (light on); rinse out the tub from the kitchen sink overflow backup from just the bit of water I used in there; poured the pot water into the toilet; rinsed it a bit with the shower nozzle water; light off; back into the kitchen and finished rinsing the pot; back into the bathroom (light on); rinsed the tub again just in case to avoid bacteria residue; flushed toilet; put in limescale remover; light out; back into the living room;

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 20:36:58    Onto the bed; after moving the notebook to the bed; into the bedroom to undress; the male and female voices that were coming from outside are now coming from down the Walkway a bit; stopped and looked out the peephole on the way back; two people unrelated to the voices departed from flat 506 directly across the way below; one wearing a long white top; the other a shorter person walking to the centre and front door area with noisy heels on one; back into the living room;

[(1)To sleep for 3.0 hours until brutally woken by hard hits on the floor above the bed]

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 23:41:41    Woken up by loud hits and taps on the floor above; was sound asleep; I might have broken wind, and he woke me for this; cannot help a natural act when I am asleep; I was sleeping on my left side and had been doing so for three hours; would have gone on for three more at least; this is the worst thing that can be done for no reason whatsoever; probably trying to cause a nightmare and talking in my sleep; I just woke up and lay still for a min or so and heard their loud hard hits on the floor above right over the bed which were directed at me and no doubt intentional; guess they were running out of observer time outside to cause a problem and started trying to wake me; recall having a dream too before waking but that was and is forgotten;

                Into the bathroom for a pit stop; made not a bit of noise; as I was leaving there was a sharp noise from above right over the toilet; there was the sound of voices coming from either above or below; but the loud noise from above was also added harassment for my using the  toilet which was completely and utterly soundless; again reveals that they know exactly where I am and what I am doing  with the noise coming right at the time I was getting up off the toilet to depart which I did returning to the living room;

Tue, 8 Feb 2000 - 23:50:04    Finished the above update; there was the faintest sound of voices out front in the distance and a vehicle took off at speed from the end of the bldg to the other end of the road; this wake up from above was just like old times; I thought that they were stopping that; this will now be reported for serious action to be taken against these people above who will not let me sleep;

I was very groggy and extremely tired when woken; there was no doubt it was not natural and I heard the continuing hits and sharp noises on the floor above along with the bathroom noises too; the voices could be that of those kids or at least the one kid above; he is going to have to learn to stop harassing; you do not disturb someone for any reason; I just hope that I can get back to sleep easily; it was so close to midnight that I am sure they were trying to create a noise for the benefit of whoever was outside;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 00:03:53    Two loud beeps from the road; probably Louie making himself obnoxious;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 00:11:50    Loud noises from below in the small room/balcony door area; just now another hit in the small room wall area but of lesser magnitude; the first one was like something being dropped; perhaps the lid on the sound detection box or whatever it is there;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 00:16:11    Very faint sound of a female voice; one word that’s all; but I did hear a similar sound a couple mins earlier; this might have come from below;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 00:17:44    Starting to rain outside with raindrops, sleet or hail hitting the front window noisily;

[This is a perfect example of what happens: whoever is above waits for 10 to 15 minutes when it looks like I am asleep then tries to disturb me as happened here.]

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 00:26:11    Foot stomps on the floor above again trying to wake me thinking that I was asleep; those were clearly deliberate foot stomps; at least two; and were not foot steps; I had been laying down on the right side for some time [11 mins] since the last entry and had not moved; probably thought I was asleep and tried to wake me which is most common at this time for a call to go out complete with disturbances all around; vehicles (two?) just went by on the road; made a sound of wet tyres on the road;

[(2)To sleep for just 1.0 hour; total so far tonight 4.0 hours; believe that I was woken again as happens after these only 1 hour bits of sleep;]

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 01:25:57    Awake again; dreamt I was working; cutting meat; Henry was a friend; M there in last scene introduced Henry to M; had gotten dump out of a bus across the street from a bar/restaurant where everyone was watching; struggled on; Henry came out and went with me; had to get around again to a certain place before an event happened cannot remember; this was part of an ongoing dream; believe that I was woken; very, very tired and still am; not a normal, natural wake up; what I expected from those above; they are ferociously mean; vicious and ultimately destructive;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 01:30:35    Auto just pulled up outside coming up fast from elsewhere;

After two nights of good sleeping; they are starting all over;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 03:23:16    Awake for the 3rd time after the dream of a lion going thru the house killing each one by stealth; it was the pet of the owner, a young guy; dream started with it trying to kill him; always trying to push thru the door; had only two flimsy bolt locks; had to hold the door against the lion; time success in avoiding the lion; started with it stalking its prey; then they went out; there was a news report that it killed a guy who was with it; the lion came back satisfied for awhile; then started again; there were several lodgers in this house including me; it was like I was an observer; finally it killed the owner; it was just time before it got to us; me and another guy; holding the door as it pushed and bent the door, but we could hold; not for long; there had been sounds about how gruesome the other looked when he killed the owner or his master; we were going into our rooms to hold out; then I woke up; there was also a phone call in my lion dream; seems as though someone called and got a warning or something like that out; but it did no good;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 03:42:27    It is absolutely silent; that was a terrible nightmare; in constant fear of death; could not get locks for the doors and the ones did not work that were on the door; watching the lion go through and after someone; trying to hold the building door against it forcing its way in; terrible, terrible dream; all because this guy woke me tonight and became known in me as the lion that one could not defend oneself against when he makes noise on the floor above and it is leading to my destruction; yes that is fear;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 06:31:04    Dog barking out into the Walkway just as I finished drying; turned out bathroom light and came into living room to note time; back into the bathroom (light on); door slammed below followed by bar/grate noise; stepped out into the hall and looked into the peephole; neither saw nor heard anything more; sounded like someone  left from below; back into the bathroom to brush hair then into the bedroom to get dressed; back and forth with shirts to choose another; door slammed again below; looked one more time from the peephole but saw nor heard anything; there were then curious noises from below the bedroom like the water sampling activity was going on there with a hose having been run from under the bathroom into the area under the bedroom where the jug was filled; back into the bathroom; tub still draining very, very slowly; think that it is almost stopped; brushed hair again; light out; into the living room;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 13:29:22    Shutdown; packed the notebook and chords into the briefcase; jacket on ready to go; returned to the chair with the carryalls over my shoulder to switch video to screen saver; got an immediate chair scrape and groan from above as the screen went blank; they lost it and were complaining; thanks for letting me know about your presence and continuing surveillance activity; over to the door with the stuff; unlocked and [out]

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 17:06:44    [Back home again] Into kitchen with food; mixed 3 cans tuna w/ mayo; made a tuna sand w/ lett & tom on ½ sm white baton; got some very light noises from below at the end as I was putting the stuff away; heard a very faint female voice say “there he is” following a light door slam below that I heard in the kitchen as is normal; into the bathroom (light on) to rinse the tub against any backup from the kitchen sink; light off; back into the living room;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 21:50:14    A female is really talking loudly in a very complaining tone straight ahead in the distance; I was falling asleep, but she woke me from a half sleep; now there are two females talking more loudly under the front window because they are closer;

[(1)Fell asleep for just over 1 hour; woken by above I believe as noted by noises from there after I was awake (see El Rollo below); coincides with other times when the 2300 deadline approaches and quite independent of time asleep;]

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 22:56:08    Feet run up the front footpath; asleep for an hour and a half [not quite]; woke for an unknown reason; was dreaming but forgot the dream; this is the end time for one group of observers; was I woken or was it a result of natural conditioning(?);

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 23:00:54    Loud talking from some males in the road amid the slamming of vehicle doors; the word “fucking” is being used; they are talking animatedly; sounds like part complaint and part anger;

Wed, 9 Feb 2000 - 23:02:44    Arguing about something; seem to be pushing one guy; two vehicles depart; El Rollo above right over the bed; been there all the time; responsible for waking me(?); certainly will know the truth;

[This really sounded like a couple guys were arguing with someone and saying “but he’s fucking” with a response from the other side of the conversation (a male) saying “now wait a minute”; the argument got a little stronger with the same assertion followed by the two vehicles departing; sounds like they left ignoring those who were pleading/arguing with them; could this have been the police called again and finally refusing to pay any attention to the nonsense(?); or was it something else as signalled by the El Rollo over me just after the two vehicles took off(?); what was he expressing(?)]

[Asleep for 2.5 hours; 3.5 hours total so far tonight; once again believe that I was woken up; MS noise just after waking]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 01:36:52    Awake for the second time following an Elvis Presley concert dream; The King was going to leave on his little/mini boat [broke here to note MS noise entry below then back to writing this] which he paddled with his feet in flippers; he seemed to be wearing pajamas too; he was miffed because he was not getting enough attention; the whole concert programme involved other music that was fine to everyone; there was a brochure that went on at length; about it; there was a group of us reading this and waiting to see the other music; the whole activity was quite extensive; forgotten now; it involved dinner and lots of food; 2.5 hours sleep again for the second bit which ended with the Presley dream;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 01:37:38    MS comes down the road; after there was a noise on the balcony to the right as I began writing the above Elvis Presley wake up dream note; [wind blowing outside but did not note it]

Believe that the infrared movement detector broadcasts a signal which brings on the reaction and records the movement; the main point is to detect movement which approaches the window where I never go and have not been except just a few times during the day over the last 1.5 years but never at night except once in the thunder storm to disconnect the electrical danger; I keep back of the midline across the centre of the living room; I only use half of it and have for the better part of 18 months after she was going berserk over things and noises on the balcony below; believe the first was dropped from the flat above; the others were from the wind moving her pots around and knocking them over; I made certain that I never go into the front half of the living room ever especially at night except as described so that none of these things can be associated with me at all; but believe they think that they are, and the movement detectors are there to pick that up if it occurs which it never does; so when I sit up the signal goes out and is recorded that I have moved so that it alerts the observers to watch what is happening; the arrival of the MS each time or almost each time shows that this is xmitted back to that little bldg (speculation); [the police station which is not open to the public]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 02:00:35    MS comes down the road from the other end then goes up the front footpath noisily; this is what wakes me during the night; this was the second MS; unless the first one went down Bramley and came back [around the school or whatever(?)]; anyway this one is driving on the Estate and caused a serious disturbance which disrupts my sleep when I am asleep; it is probably when I wake with a dream at times and do not know why I woke;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 04:35:59    Wind whipping up outside; awake from another installment of the rat dream; this was the end; bureaucracy stopped the work; we carried on; it was obvious when they failed to respond to our initiative; three of us; two from same company and gal from another; they were actually doing the rat catching and killing as a side line; it had all been set up to work but failed; then on our own we went for some more; just the two of us at our place of work; did a last one in a closet and heard a strange noise outside while we were inside the closet; came out and there was a huge white rat with blood on its mouth and neck dying; we went on to meet the gal; I asked what had happened; the guy I was with put a rat poison pill down the wall inside the closet we were in and killed the rat who was driven outside to die; when we met the gal she said that we would just do it on our own; that each would report everything to his/her respective boss to keep them informed if they wanted and then we would exterminate them [the rats];

                that’s when I woke up; all is perfectly silent again; fell back to sleep finally after the last wake up; believe I woke up in the middle of this dream but too tired to note it and went back to sleep without even noting the time; not sure which dream even; then had this one and woke after it when I was awake enough to sit up and note it; no more traffic and activity that is notable; believe the other activity was notable and the female laughter a give away of presence and possible intention to wake me and hopefully I would respond by talking or trying to talk in my sleep; that must have worked for them; it certainly did earlier or at least they claim it did; I often think that they make that claim when they know I am asleep, and it is completely false;

[The screech of the rat near the end of the dream is very important because it might represent the woman below yelling “Eek! Eek!” as she did the other night; this might very well have incorporated it into the dream; see comment after next timed entry noting this at the time; wanted to highlight it again here; think it could be very important;]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 18:38:58    Noises from below; loud ones in the small room area; first there was a single noise in the balcony door area that caused me to sit up; then several thuds/scrapes occurred in the small room wall area accompanied by shouts from the road which are persisting; believe they have abandoned the flat below for the road with all their shouting while the sound detectors and other activity moves into the flat below; how’s that for paranoia(?);

[This is a stunning anticipation of what actually happened; then it’s not so surprising as this is a pattern of activity repeated over and over again; when seen in that context it is not so unusual but just as devastating to realise what is really happening.]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 19:56:13    Here comes the siren outside from afar and stops on the other side of the bldg; I just woke up; was going over the dream I had in my mind and associating it with what was taking place right now; seems there was a perfect pattern and fit of activity; the dream now is forgotten thanks to the siren and distraction; there were loud noises by the small room wall area from below; believe these woke me; there were a couple noises just now form there but very faint;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 19:58:10    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; commotion in the Walkway going away from my door [this could have been and actually sounded like people outside my door]; noises below the bathroom; couple light switch noises below the bathroom too; two hits in front of the bathtub below the faucet end; mail flap knock down the front of the Walkway where the commotion had gone; male voice answering; crouched back into the living room;

Believe that I was definitely woken and disturbed by the noise from below in the small room area at the base of its wall; there were just a couple noises there now but down deeper as I wrote this; the disturbance was total from below as I was trying to rest; the door slamming; noises including hits and thuds; the dog barking out on the balcony with the shouts from the road; all of these contributed directly to disturbing my rest, keeping me from taking a nap and then waking me up with a dream that apparently incorporated these disturbances into it; naturally calling the police with its siren and activity outside my door had the same effect too;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 20:13:34    Louder male voices now; MS buzzes up the road; males talking out front right in front of the window; making it all up; I was just asleep and had a dream due to the extensive disturbances which I experienced;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 20:14:24    Male just said “Fucking”; then two doors slammed on a vehicle in the road, and its engine started;

I was asleep and dreaming due to the disturbances and was woken; I might have tried to talk in my sleep but do not recall having done so in the dream; do recall hearing noises in my dream from nearby like the small room wall thuds which were quite loud and believe that these were what woke me; how can anyone say what I was doing(?);

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 20:16:10    “Do you feel all right?” a guy asks someone; the answer is “Yeah” from a male voice it sounded like; another vehicle door slam and sounds like it is moving about; while the voices go on talking in the front;

Is he all right(?); no, he is making up a story that is not true; how can he be all right(?);

I was very, very tired from having only 5.5 hours of sleep last night and being awake since the middle of the night; I was also disturbed in the middle of the day, so I went to bed just to lay down on it fully clothed for a brief nap since I was that tired; the disturbances were so many and quickly that I had to take off my clothes to keep from wearing them out as I sat up each time and pivoted on the trousers to type; I then lay back and covered myself against the cold to go to sleep but only after noting many more instances of constant disruption and disturbances as described and noted above; these all finally contributed to my not being able to get a proper nap and was woken by more noises from below as described and was still very tired which I am at present and trying to get back to sleep; no doubt all the calls went out as noted here too with the false activity description which they cannot support at all;

[NB: Most important here is the installation of the sound detection box two months ago with its sensors at the base of the small room wall which is only a few feet (three) from my head when I am on the bed.  The presence of this “box” [I call it such because its use sounds like it has a lid that is slammed shut] and its activity have been verified beyond a doubt by its own extensive usage and people actually talking about what they were doing when using it all of which as been completely documented.  Crucial is the fact that the noises made by its activity actually created the disturbance which it is intended to detect and record.  It is producing its own results, and is therefore completely meaningless.  Worse it is a source of ongoing and now institutionalised stalking and harassment for which there is no justifiable foundation whatsoever in fact except the false accusations from those in the flat below.]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 20:41:28    Couple thuds from below that disturbed me as I was dropping off to sleep again; then as I was awake, there was another followed by a fourth as I was typing this; each of these came from the small room area; with the last seeming like it was from the kitchen door area; these sound like they are deliberate attempts to disturb and were much like the ones incorporated into my dream just now that I believe woke me;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 20:50:35    Very hard vehicle door slam in the road nearby with a very loud thud that could easily have been disturbing; that is another factor which could be used to contribute to my waking up;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 20:52:07    Another loud vehicle door slam but not as loud as the one before; engine starts and vehicle departs;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 21:57:48    Crouched into the bathroom for a pit stop; just as I got off the bed a loud voice shouted from the distant road; several sounds like “There he goes”; or “He’s up”; there were loud voices in the Walkway toward the middle and water running in the wall water pipes below; I made the smallest noise; natural and unavoidable; back into the living room; in a crouch;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 22:09:35    Hard, loud door slam below just as a knocking valves vehicle pulls up; prob taxi; vehicle door slams (two of them); voices now talking away below; again that magic word “Fucking” is noted; these are distant voices in the road area; no more knocking valves vehicle; must have departed;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 22:11:41    Loud male voices in the Walkway near my door; one says loudly and clearly “He’s there”;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 22:13:54    Male voice says “. . . we shod of him” out front on the front footpath; sounded like he might have said “[I thought] we [were] shod of him”; [this sounded like a couple of young guys walking down the front footpath and said this slightly to the left as they were doing so]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 22:36:03    Just as I was falling asleep again the voices from down the road started shouting and disturbed me again; the same male voice that has been shouting from there recently;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 22:37:28    A female lets out a scream while talking to this male; their voices go on as I write but are defiant and subdued; sounded like a scream of delight; at first I thought it was some kind of whistle or car alarm, but now think it was definitely a female scream;

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 22:39:14    There is a whistle now from down there; it does closely resemble what I thought was the female scream; another vehicle door slam; foot steps on the front footpath;

[I believe the entry below is very important as it reflects the questioning of what someone is asserting; to me in this circumstance it sounds like it is being addressed to the older guy from below who is constantly out front claiming that I am “fucking”; naturally from my perspective I would say this but given the context of this activity as noted tonight and other statements I believe that it holds water.]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 22:44:51    “How can a man like you . . . mate”(?); said a male voice rather loudly on the front footpath as they were walking along; the group of male voices started faintly then got very loud as they got close; sounded like they were walking from the pen area; after that noticeable remark; there was silence following a bit more chatter; there was a loud thud above me while I was writing this; it was remote though like on the fifth floor with an indeterminate origin such that where it came from was uncertain; I was again resting and falling asleep when these loud voices woke or disturbed me; feel very tired and just want to get some sleep which I am being denied;

[(3)Fell asleep again for just 1 hour before being woken by noises from below again; 3 hours so far in 5.5 hours in bed]

Thu, 10 Feb 2000 - 23:29:30    Getting a lot of noises from below now; these clearly disturbed me just now by waking me; had a dream about someone walking into my hotel room; had gone to the outside door to close it; heard voices in the room next door; male and female; young; slammed the door; wonder if the door below was not slammed(?); then the guy came into my room after my door was locked; he just moved a panel down the wall and walked in; I said something about running a risk in doing so; as I shook his hand, I added some humour by saying that he should be careful into whose room he walks because he might walk into a room with some guy masturbating; that brought a laugh; [This dream is recorded as it actually happened; my subconscious has a sense of humour too!]
