There was repeated back and forth comments between a female (PCPHF) and Jack the RAS Ripper; they apparently were talking about the music volume after I switched to R3; “It is too high” says Jack the RAS Ripper; he is only concerned with the noise in his audio surveillance microphone and the fact that it makes “too much” noise for him to listen thru the microphone and make his next false allegation; the music was at normal listening levels and fine;

This is essential to understand; these are two of the key people who keep me awake and wake me all night long; Jack the RAS Ripper did so about 2330 last night in a most brutal way; the PCPHF was part of a group of at least three people whose excessive noise from talking outside my window from the public road woke me at 0240 this morning; the vocal noise of these three people was so disruptive and disturbing that I got up at 0320 to start my day since there was no reasonable prospect that they would cease this chattering; now they engage in that same name calling when I make a mistake as I type; tough toenail; hard to chew; if you don’t like it, spit it out; nothing like creating the very thing yourself as they do then blame the “victim” as if it were his fault; that is just pure bullying; go back to the schoolyard kiddies; you don’ t qualify for the adult world yet;

Fummie started his night’s diatribe; as usual his “run over” sentences and droning voice precluded my hearing anything except a couple things at the start; he mentioned “Tahini” but I do not know in what context; then he made the astonishing statement about my “starting to come out”; he is both describing things the way he wants them to be and showing his terrible ignorance; or is he deliberately ignoring all that has gone on; well, one thing is for certain: he is a “Johnny-come-lately” with no knowledge of the past and no obvious desire to inform himself preferring to maintain his prejudice and bigotry which comes out from time to time; he is a perfect PCPHF clone;

Turned off the water when the tub got full; soaked for awhile; continuing thuds and some voices from below in the WWPSA purely the usual water sampling activity; stood up to wash; typical routine; sat down to wash lower legs, ankles and feet; scratched the tops of my feet extensively as they itched severely as did my upper scrotal region; rinsed all washed areas; pulled the plug; soaked while emptying; just as it finished, a male below said “I got it” probably referring to the water sampling process; got out; dried with the towel; when I wiped my face, a male below said “He’s wiping his mouth”; I’m sure that was very significant as I went on to wipe the rest of my head; give some people video surveillance, and they jump at anything to justify its use when it has been abused for stalking and harassing purposes; this appears to be one more example; back into the living room; got glasses, hair brush and water bottle;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 01:29:20    Awake; the DTR chatter first thing; “He’s up” announced a male DTR; as I sat up to write this;  had a long dream, but it is gone; not connecting or retaining there dreams of late consciously;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 01:31:06    “He’s drugged” says the male DTR; if that is true then the sleep is useless; and the price will be paid for it; the problem is that if you are drugging me without my knowledge or consent; without controlled dosage; in the face of not recognising the reality of the situation; you are doing the most harmful and destructive thing you could be doing that is why my claim against the DOH et al alone is fifty million pounds flat; and that is now why you have trumped up the psychotic diagnosis which several examples showed that you are falsifying that one;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 01:34:34    “Great” says the male DTR as he thinks this is grist for the Psychotic mill;

There are four hours here since the last entry; I woke once in the middle somewhere but did not note it; went back to sleep instead; this time I was woken fully most likely by external excessive noise that I heard after waking;

Without drugs if you are drugging me surreptitiously, I would have a perfect and straight through sleep; but you want to drug me against your activity so that you can remain in proximity to me with the surveillance equipment; that is assuming that you are drugging me;

This social experiment is now a terrible cover up and has destroyed my life; you are trying your best, therefore, to make certain that I cannot bring the truth to light; and I mean really trying; you are killing me by continuing your false activity instead of just stopping it;

There is nothing whatsoever to support a psychosis diagnosis; there has never been anything in my history at all to support it; there has been nothing now that supports it; you see what you want to see and not the chronic sleep deprivation;

What has happened is that you refuse to recognise the fact of what has been done deliberately to me by these people in the flats above and below me and are trying to rewrite the record to read like you want it to read; that will not hold; you have taken this distorted record and are now engaged in extending the very destructive character of what has been done by these people over the years;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 01:46:00    “Oh, no” screeches the roaring PCPHF or was that “He’ wrong”(?); this is one thing I am absolutely certain of and know precisely what has happened and what I did; “nothing” since I perceived the essence of the emotional illness in these people (and it runs in this group) at the very beginning and made certain that I did not contribute anything at all; while you have done the contrary; you are acting as if I was not mentally ill; if it was true and you really believed it, you would not be doing any of the things you’re doing to disturb my peace and comfort and offend me continuously with your false allegations using it as a weapon to offend and destroy; [when refutation of the substance of what I say is desired;];

I attribute the past four hours sleep to the fact that I was wiped out by chronic sleep deprivation especially the past several days;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 01:50:32    “Psychotic” says the male DTR; if he does not agree with the content, then he attributes this false allegation to me and not to the fact that he has got it wrong; but that is his problem;

The animated characters earlier this evening are a case in point; they are not there for what they do; if that was true I would have spent some money and gotten more animation graphics for them; they were there for the technology expertise and understanding of what the system can do and what software is/was available; it was free in those days now gone by; it was a splendid learning time; which was destroyed by the activity which commenced over three years ago; and by the end of 1998 had totally shutdown my life; I showed that as an example of what happened; but more importantly it was taken superficially for its external characteristics rather then its intrinsic worth or value; this is the very essence of what you are doing; you look superficially at a small action by me, and rather then actually understand what if means in the context of myself, you assigning to it what you want it to mean; you get it totally wrong as the several examples attested this past evening: my eye for example; falling asleep but quite disturbed and kept from doing so by your presence;

Thus you miss the fact that I wake up in the night because of your unconsciously anticipated presence even if not the actual blatant disturbance;

The big difference is when you look at the first two years as contrasted with the past three years; when I woke in the first two years it was normal to either get up or go back to sleep; the disturbances were not deliberate as they were in the second half; in other words there were extreme and excessive disturbances from those below throughout this entire residency period; these people below are the original nuisance neighbours; they were only quiet between about one am and five am or just four hours a night; they never went to sleep until one am; they ate late and washed up quite noisily around midnight; there was often chopping sounds from under the bathroom area as if chopping vegetables up to one am; the TV and/or music went on until one am; they were verbally noisy and violent from time to time; but all of this was taken in the course of “Normal” behaviour and lived with or put up with; if I went to sleep in the evening, and they woke me with excessive noises at midnight or one am which they invariably did, I just either got up or went back to sleep depending upon my mood and how tired I was; all of this has been logged; I logged all my activity which you have now stolen from me;

I want to point out that they got up at five am and were noisy from then on too with taking a bath and doing whatever it was (cooking breakfast); I just went along with this and got up myself if I was disturbed and took a bath myself or did whatever it was that I wanted; this was life with these people below day after day for those first two years;

Now what is crucial is that the diaries and logs which you have now stolen in the past two days on Monday and Tuesday with a massive effort to intercept them at the Internet shop to the point of actually disrupting my work by causing me problem after problem (which you attributed to “Psychosis) is that you read the diaries/logs in the way you want to see them: superficially without regard to the reality and truth of what was actually gong on; oh, yeah, and you will try to cover up that point of reality by calling your false allegation “Psychosis”; what you will ignore is the totality of the diaries and logs in what they say as a whole and reveal about what was really going on below; it got worse and worse until I brought the child abuse to the attention of the authorities in May 1998;

This was an out of control group of people that just kept getting worse; but their actions per se were not addressed directly at all; what I did, however, was report the child abuse because that had to be stopped; it had gotten so bad as to be unbearable for the child who was often crying for help on the balcony below, an I knew the facts behind it to know that he was in extreme misery and most definitely needed help from an adult to straighten out the situation; there was an abject failure to provide that help as the situation required, and these adults turned viciously and violently against me and were permitted to do so without the realisation of their true character and how extremely disturbed they were;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 02:16:13    “He’s sick” says a voice DTR; you are trying to hide the truth with that allegation which is false; you hope to attack me personally so that you can deny the validity of what I have to say; but the record was all created right when things happened and it cannot be denied; there will be an effort to distort and misrepresent it no doubt, but this will not succeed; because each and every activity noted there has a very good explanation in the context of a whole pattern of activity; in other words the historically record cannot be ignored at all; for it speaks the truth as it was documented at the time of the occurrence of each event; right when they happened;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 02:32:18    “He’s psychotic” again claims the male DTR making a strong effort to get the PCPHF to “Write it down”; there was just an extended “argument” about that with him demanding that she go right home and write it down under penalty of being reported for her current behaviour; she was protesting in her most vehement roaring screech; now it is calm again, and she is still here; there is every move possible by the Government to create a false conclusion and analysis based on mental illness that can be mustarded;

She will never depart as long as she can stay and stalk and harass me; this is her obsession; she will never give it up;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 02:41:16    “Great; psychotic” says the guy DTR; he is the GMHM each and every night; now he is knee jerk Psychotic too; meaningless;

The very interesting fact about the diaries and logs are their content with regard to a shift of focus and emphasis; in the first two years they describe my activity and were confined to about one page or a little more each day; but in the background and on the supplemental diary/log was the activity from below which appeared along with all the other background activity;

Then along came May 1998; a dramatic shift of focus and emphasis occurred gradually over the ensuing months until September when the focus was on the attention of the stalking and harassing; this is revealed in the diary and logs quite obviously as I was not concerned with logging any activity except my own until it became obvious what was going on from those below and above (driven by those below) (and those next door too for the same reason); the diaries reflect this transition of activity and emphasis change very nicely which should have never occurred because I had just bought a computer system in May 1998 thanks to a Barclays loan that turned everything around and took every step possible for me to get re-employed; I was totally dedicated to this effort and not the least bit interested in what these people were doing, but events of that period from May to September 1998 changed all that, and these events are all documented there out of the growing necessity to protect myself at that time from false accusations which were astonishingly beginning to emerge;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 02:49:13    “He’s lying” says the GMHM DTR; the facts of the diaries and logs do not lie; they are what they are; to make such a statement in the face of such evidence is to try to create by destruction in another manner what you want reality to be; it just is not so;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 02:51:25    “You got that; he farted; you got that” asked the GMHM DTR; if it was not for the video surveillance he would have never been aware of that flatulence release; he noted it when he saw the PHFM because there was no noise; I am sure these examples will be distorted in the worst possible way; but I shall see if it comes up; in the meantime what actually occurred and the effort to keep such activity silent has been noted;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 02:57:47    “He’s fucking; he’s psychotic” says the GMHM DTR; neither of which are true; he is trying to get the PCPHF to do his biding; they have taken over the enterprise;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:03:31    The PCPHF is now roaring a response to the GMHM who earlier (a little while ago) was sill urging her on by noting “He’s psychotic” one more time; this is use so much that it is like saying someone has fingernails;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:08:03    “You have to write that down; then we’ll take it from there” says the GMHM DTR still urging the PCPHF to get on with the writing;

Once again they have woken me and kept me awake all night by their continuous chatter, arguing and excessive vocal noises from outside my window in the public road;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:12:55    “He’s fucking right now” starts the chant from the GMHM DTR followed by the same from the PCPHF as I was laying on my back totally motionless in full video view with my hands behind my head;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:18:33    “He hasn’t come” says GMHM DTR as the sound of another male voice turns up; I have been listening to the perpetual chatter and argument from these two DTR; what else is there;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:19:35    “He’s psychotic” screeches the PCPHF evidently trying to deny what I just wrote;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:20:45    “Is he drugged(?)” asked the arrive male; “I don’t know” roars back the PCPHF;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:22:03    “All right, we’ll get him out” says the arrived male DTR; with all this racket and disturbances going on now with the continuing threats of violence, I might as well get up as I did last night at this time;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 03:23:14    Into the bathroom; started the tub filling; got in to soak as it did so;

Fummie’s diatribe ignited once again as he was off and running with him “run over” sentences Motor Mouth; at the moment I cannot recall hearing anything that was discernable except for the constant drone of his voice; oh, yeah, he said “We got a problem”; that certainly is an understatement; he also noted my nose hair clipping and said “Psychotic” as he did frequently; he evidently did not know what I was doing and just noted that something as happening with my nose; this he took to be “psychotic”; I had reached for the small scissors on the sink and was clipping the nose hairs that were growing out while the tub filled; yes, it is clear that Fummie has a problem;

Tuned off the water when the tub filled; just as I did so, someone ran water from elsewhere, perhaps a remote toilet flush; sat soaking in the tub for awhile getting my arm as much soak time as possible; it was swollen to the point of inactivity yesterday afternoon and evening; I then stood up to wash; proceeded with the normal routine, but since I had sweat so much while sleeping, I washed every bit I could to get the salt, sweat and oil off; to get the middle of my back I soaped and used the wash cloth which I then used on the rest of me since it does a much better job of cleaning; I refrain from normally using it because it is abrasive; sat down to wash my lower legs, ankles and feet with the wash cloth; rinsed all parts of my body thoroughly to get the soap remove; I then washed my face and forehead; shaved; pulled the plug on the tub; soaked as it emptied;

Toward the end of the bath, there was the sound of front door slamming closed; at right at the end Fummie said “[He may be] violent” with a response of “I know” from the PCPHF this is total nonsense since there is no history of violence nor any threats whatsoever; he is here trying to add to his false scenario of psychosis as he had already used “Psychotic” numerous times up to that point; like the PCPHF, he is trying to create what does not exist; now, where is the real psychosis and inability to differentiate between fact and fantasy(?);

Got out of the tub; paused for a pit stop; flushed toilet; dried with the towel; into the bedroom; put on shirt and underwear; that’s all; too hot otherwise; into the kitchen; light on; washed hands; put in lenses; got spoon, paper towels and choco; light off; put items on and by chair; back into the living room; pushed bed to the books; moved NB and water to he table; about this time as I was arranging the chair with its towel to sit on, a voice RW said “He’s really psychotic”; this was more of the same nonsense “weapon” that bore no relationship to reality at all; this word ha been used again while I had been in the kitchen; its application was meaningless and irrelevant;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 04:27:21    Calendar and earth time set up; eating choco; drank some water; really sweated last night in the heat; needed a very thorough bath and water to drink; got plenty;

Been awake since 0130; kept awake by the excessive vocal noises from those criminally loitering in the public road outside my window for the purpose of criminally stalking and harassing me in order to incite others, namely the police, to remove me by force from my home based on false allegations; since I was awake for nearly two hours listening to this ongoing neighbourhood disturbance from a public area, and these two male (GMHM) and female (PCPHF) were joined by another male (Fummie), the prospect of reasonably expecting to return to sleep was excluded; therefore I got up to start my day;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 05:00:14    Finished the above update to the roaring screeches of the PCPHF coming in the RW; also Fumie was in his “Write down” mode over some items notably my use of words that I changed regarding my bedroom dressing or something about that time; not worth noting but he thought it significant; which does not say very much; starting to get light outside as the earth time sweep of darkness is shown as just beginning to leave eastern Britain;

Wed, 1 Aug 2001 - 06:09:57    Finished most of the review but not quite done; had a continuous onslaught of “Psychotic” allegations based on my syntax and content of what I wrote; the latter is obvious wrong; as regards syntax like “voice female”, this is in a situation of utmost difficulty in typing where I am trying to both get things down as fast as possible and be as accurate as I can; the screeching voice was not the PCPHF; as I after thought, I added female because I do not normally use it; in this case I did to make certain that I would remember what it meant; you are evaluating notes which are made in a helter skelter fashion as a very first draft just to get the essence of what is occurring sometimes very rapidly and in multiple activities down quickly; you really cannot evaluate this writing in any meaningful way (as you just noted) because, in addition, the keys really stick, sitting on the bed in the dark with my legs crossed and arms resting on my legs makes for many difficulties; the truth, as I see it, is that it is an incredibly outstanding job given what is going on; it takes training to do this and do it well; I’ve had three years; when I first started doing this at night while in my bed; it was difficult and that probably shows in the diary as does my increasing competence to get things recorded as fast and as accurately as possible so that they are meaningful at a later date;
