In walking down the Walkway toward my flat’s end but still on the other half, the older woman from flat 503 below was coming out from the other end with her dog.  She was wearing a beige sweater and had dark hair.  The dog was immediately recognisable.  I went up the middle stairs still on the other half of the Walkway as she and the dog approached the front door area still some distance away.  It was obvious that she recognised me as I turned an went up the stairs.  

When walking on the third floor ramp by the front wall, I noted that she did not exit the front door.  I heard her keys which were evidently still in her hand rattling beneath me as I walked past the front door area.  As I went on to my flat, I continued to hear the keys rattling below me as if she too were walking back to her flat below.  This was the case because she started talking to me from below as I began to unlock my door.  

“Oh, it’s you, is it” she yelled as I unlocked the door; “Are you the one who keeps calling the police?” she asked as I stepped inside and closed the door looking at her as I did so; she then started laughing as I shut and locked the door;

Fri, 14 Jan 2000 - 17:07:08    Tired and time for a rest; over to the bed just to lay down and rest for as long as it takes; did not take the notebook; too tired after little sleep last night thanks to the harassment yesterday afternoon that left an unconsconscious and continuing residue of distress, anxiety and fear from the same voice who said “I’ll blow his head off” on the night of 18.12.99;

                There was an immediate loud, hard door slam below followed by dog barking on the balcony and female voices outside; these continued on and off waking me from time to time; I was so tired that I just turned over and went back to sleep until I was fully rested after three hours and wide awake;

                The voices outside were obviously waiting to hear a noise; the dog was continuously barking on and off in recognition of those it knows outside confirming that it was the presence of those from below out there talking away, listening and waiting (stalking); also that they were creating the disturbance which woke me by the sound of their voices and the dog’s barking along with the door slamming below from time to time;

                I did not have the notebook with me by the side of the bed because I wanted to rest as much as possible and not sit up each time to record the precise time of each incident; I should have as it became extensive and disruptive; if I did talk in my sleep, this continuing disturbance was the cause; although I had at least one dream which I do not remember, I do not think that I said anything in my sleep; I was fully clothed since I had just lay down for a nap so I did not engaged in any of the “sexual activity” of which I am always falsely accused of;

                Got the sound below from the wall water pipe of someone filling a jug; this would be the toilet flush and the bathtub cleansing water;  

                Washed hair, shaved, washed, conditioner, got out, started tub draining; dried, deodorant, brushed hair, scrubbed toilet; into bedroom to dress; back into bathroom; tub draining impossibly slow; brushed hair again; into living room;

Over to the bed to lay down for some more sleep; lay down on my back; eventually put the Aghan over my head; slept on and off but stayed in the same position; kids in Walkway played very loudly the whole time; at the end got noises outside; put the Afghan back over my head after removing it making very little motion; kid outsside saw the “light” and noted that I had “moved”; then a kid was evidently dragged crying down to the area under the window where he was hurt and kept saying “Ouch” and “Ow” under the window; when let go, he ran away back up the footpath; couple vehicles went by/pulled up from Bramley; MC came up the front footpath (as I had expected) and the door below sounded; I had not moved except for my arms to pull the Afthan over my head; I was fully clothed; remained in the same position flat on my back the whole time trying to sleep but was disturbed over and over by the kids playing very loudly in the Walkway and the voices and activity out front especially under my window which seemed to be deliberate and included “dragging” a child quite unwillingly down the front footpath to a position under it as described; I fully expected to hear the MC arrive after that which it did and then a door slammed below as whoever evidently went out to meet it and described whatever was purported to have happened which was nothing except what they made up, staged and claimed to have occurred;

It’s a real shame the detection equipment is there for all to see and abuse; but that is same with the surveillance equipment which has been used to make certain harassment has been effective;

Sun, 16 Jan 2000 - 02:00:51    Very loud TV/Stereo from below under th small room area; at first it was the sound of a male voice talking perhaps on TV or there in the flat; then the music jut kept going; woke me ; from the resonant sound; it is very o loud; this is Sat night and they are disturbing me seriously and preventing my getting much needed rest; guy out front says “Gary” followed by something; he continues talking; almist directly in frontof the window; bit to the right; vehicle pulls up o rdrives by; then the guy says “Ay luck?” and keeps talking about something; might be talkingon a phone or  comms device; I was laying on m back and broke windw before I could turn on my side to make it silent; made a noise;

Sun, 16 Jan 2000 - 08:55:20    Back from a quick trip into the kitchen (light on) to rinse the sand plate and salmon container; into the bathroom (light on) to rinse the tub from the sink overflow; very strong sewage smell that was most repugnant and indicating it was very dangerous with that smell of bacteria; the overflow had gone all the way in a narrow stream to the other end of the tub; rinsed it all away; back into the living room;

Sun, 16 Jan 2000 - 10:58:51    MC goes up the front footpath from the road to the pen as more thuds come from below in the small room wall area that definitely sound like sound box area thuds and work at hand to pickup “noise”; so arrives the MC to be the messager;

Sun, 16 Jan 2000 - 11:01:57    More loud scrapes and noises from the small room wall area in the sound box region near the living room door; definitely in the listening mode there now;

Sun, 16 Jan 2000 - 13:56:19    Door slam below following the dog’s barking; there is exceptionally loud sound resonating from below coming out the balcony door from the TV/Radio/Stereo;

Sun, 16 Jan 2000 - 14:00:53    Door slam below with a double hit; music thumping from below continues to penetrate nicely now; must be radio/stereo;

Settled back in the chair to doze for a bit; music thumping very loudly kept me awake or only let me doze off for a bit; kids in the Walkway yelling loudly;
