Sun, 2 Jan 2000 - 00:16:55    First woke when there were thuds by my head as I dreamt of the arts centre revision; prob talked in my sleep as it was an active dream; the two thuds meant someone was right next to me listening; then made enough noise to wake me; [likelihood that the preceding noises assoicated with access to the “listening cupboard” contributed to the dream and talking in my sleep; no doubt the the whole night’s activity and harassment did as well as the accumulated 20 months worth of it]

                Rolled over and went back to sleep to the sound of voices below talking; the dream contined as described below wih another wake up; most likely again talking because there was a problem with getting everyone satisfied; finally agreed on the overall actiivty; [end of dream and woke up]

1250    Home; three boys out playing ball in the Walkway; two dressed in blue track suits (top and bottom with white stripes down the sides) and one rather larger younsters in a jacket; he latter kicked the yellow, patterned coloured ball the length of the Walkway from flat 507 door to the youngest of the boys in a blue track suit down by entrance to the bldg as I walked by the rubbish chute to the stairs; this youth tried to stop the ball by sliding on the floor and failed; the ball went by him (over his foot) and he lay flat on the floor on his back resting on his arm/elbow; this is very dangerous play on a hard floor and the kids are subject to injury this was; the name “Frank” was called toward the other end to the younger one who had been on the floor by one of the boys at this end; as I approaced this end I saw another youth, slightly older in a blue track suit too; a woman was coming out of 507 or another nearby flat and walking by them as they played and called for the ball to be kicked back; it is dangerous too for the residents and guests using the Walkway to go by while they are kicking the ball that distance and throwing themselves around; they saw me enter me flat and one of them knocked on the mail flap to 503 below;

                They’ve put sound detection equipment above and behing me now with that familiar setup sound and furn scraping just noted especially the verybal confirmation from outside on the ground to the the balcony above evidently;

                NB: all that noise could have been from below but I seriously doubt it;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:10:06    Resonant voice coming from below; small room wall area; says “He’s here”;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:11:29    Second auto goes by/pulls up from Bramley; very faint resonant voice from the small room wall area;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:16:14    Over to the bed with the notebook (crouched);

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:20:38    Two autos came from Bramley while undressing; believe they stopped; no sounds at all from below; the faintest of voices as I finished undressing; must have commented on what I was doing unusual tonight; taking off all my cothes; well, it is very warm;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:22:54    Thumping music comes from one of the autos in the road increases as I lay down;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:27:11    Voices out in the road; maybe that music is coming from below; it just went up again for a few beats;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:29:20    Loud voice now from the road; music again up a notch; waiting for the definitive noise;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 00:32:42    Bar/grate noise below followed as door noise but very slight as was the bar/grate clank;

[To sleep right thru for 3.75 hours; woken by door slams from the road]

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 04:16:13    Vehicle dors slamming out side (two); almost four hours straight thru; that was nice; too bad they woke me from the road; nice sleep tho; went rght off and heard no more from anythng after the last entry above;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 04:50:33    Collected clothes; crouched into the bedroom; double click from nearby or below as I went across the broom by the door; there was a slight noise below too; left clothes in bedroom and returned to the bathroom for a pit stop; slight toilet seat noise; otherwise absolute silence; back into the bedroom to fold clothes properly; again while crossing the broom by the door another click went off; this like it was outside the front door; after the first double click like this I heard vehicle in the road from the bathroom when I was in there and passing by the living room door now; I crouched back into the living room to hear more quiet vehicle noises from below in the road as descirbed furhter below;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 05:02:49    Sensor on the balcony below just picked me up swiveling on the bed and gave out its warning high pitched tone; just heard another; are these sounds from the birds or coming from the road; the birds have all been frightened away; no it really sounds like birds chirping again; first time I’ve heard them in a very long times;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 06:50:27    Horn blast from the road; how do they expect anyone to sleep;

Tue, 4 Jan 2000 - 07:09:14    Crouched into the bedroom; got dressed; many clicks; could be sensors; into bathroom; brushed hair; crouched into the kitchen; closed door; got salmon & mayo from fridge; put on towel; very quietly mixed salmon and mayo; cut bread; made sand; put stuff back in fridge; got water bottle;

                heard auto drive up during all this; elec door lock beep; hit from below kitchen; door slam below right at end just as I was wrapping up; crouched back into the living room;
