During the whole transfer process, there was a continuous effort to determine how to access these files and by what means; the PCPHF drove the mob on with the assertion the they would reveal “Fucking”; sheer nonsense; the male who was strutting his expertise about how he could sit down at the computer and get the password said they must really be important; yes, for the criminal activity, child abuse and the general nuisance activity of those in flat 503 below and others for the this period of time; he kept struggling and finally got the password so he claimed;

Now they are really up to the ears in real criminal activity; it just gets worse and worse; they are free to break in here or enter illegally and review those files, but they will not find anything except damning comment about those in flat 503 below and perhaps the Behaviour problem from those above too; ooh, weee, that could be juicy; all that stuff that went on up there; but what we had tonight was the direct intention expressed and accomplished by using the surveillance equipment to steal the password for these files then plot a way to access them; this is a direct example of using the surveillance equipment to pervert the course of justice by tampering with evidence; plotting to steal same; what could be more disastrous when this one goes out(?);

Mon, 30 Jul 2001 - 21:06:09    Stopped by the bed to enter the time since the voices were still yammer away outside or at least coming in the FW; into the bedroom; undressed; into the bathroom for a bath; I will not describe it in detail because it as a normal full bath where I washed my hair and all else thoroughly; what is important was what was said while I was taking a bath an my commens; this is all I wrote at this time since I was exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep;

“We really blew it tonight” said a voice that sounded like Dr Richard Evans as he departed from below with another male; “We have to get him out tongiht before he reports it” said the other male; there was a crime comitted by these people tonight in front of the building in the pbluc area [on the Estate] while I was working on my computer; it is to be reported to the police, and they want to stop me no matter what the costs(1); these two males continued talking down the Walkway for some time;

The Fummie from below said “He’s psychotic; no kidding” that is totally false and a creation by them for their own purposes to get me out of the my home but read still further; then Fummie said “Pull him straight out”: this was so that they could get right in and destroy the computer files that they saw me working with which are evidence files and password protected; they stole the password using surveillance equipment while I was working with them; the Fummie conculded “Wait until he finishes” (his bath); [it sounded like he was talking to the police here; but he could have been engaing in harassment alone by making it sound that way although subsequent events indicated the presence of a police officer;]

After the bath when I was drying and had paused for a pit stop and flushing the toilet first; I do not urinate in the bathtub; the PCPHF started her whisper screeching below “He’s come; he’s come; right there it is; look” (Tue, 31 Jul 2001 - 05:38:42 “OMG, he’s psychotic” screeched the PCPHF reading this as I reviewed I just a mometn ago; this is the essence of the harassment; make the verbally abusing false accusation possible then deny them later; the difference is that they are written down when they happen; there is too long a history of this done in too many people’s presence to be denied ; or words just like that; this was totally false too; I do not and never have masturbated in the bathroom;

This morning or today it was determied upon seeing my diaries for the last five years by surveillance methods in the Inernet shop that Dr Richard Evans should not remove me from my home; the guy said “You will get fucked”; he an shwo a consrast beween the two time perioss; later Dr Richard Evans talking with a female said “I cannot pull him”; I assume that this was Dr Richard Evans brought in to see the actual evidence that they have by surreptitious methods;

[NB this male might very well have been another with a similar voice who is familar now here and was similar to the voice departing from below as I starte my bath and/or out front afterwards as I was typing this;];

The whole situation is now generated here by a big blow up because a conspricacy to commit a crime and an actual crime took place outsied of my window to the left which I fully heard; the [conspiracy[ crime was to access my computer files(2) [and the actual crime was the theft of the password;];  

If the police remove me from my home tonight, they will be carrying out a crimial act and not acting as law enforcement officers;

Tue, 31 Jul 2001 - 03:20:56    Due to the incessant and unrelenting voices of the criminal loiterers DTR which just kept talking outside my window both waking and keeping me awake, I got up for the day; since the same thing happened yesterday morning at this time I thought it was sensible to get the day rolling now rather than to futilely stay in bed trying to sleep since it is their intention to both wake and keep me awake as they were doing;

Into the bathroom; paused for a pit stop; flushed toilet; started tub filling; used only cold water to cool off and soak while filling; put in hot water toward the end; Fummie began his Fire Up Motor Mouth Intimidating Exterminatuon (FUMMIE) at 3:30 am; very nice to disturb the whole neighbourhood with a continuous drone of “run over” sentences; the point is that he only makes a noise with little content coming through; or he is “Full of sound and fury signifying nothing”; I caught one word that I recall: “Homerun” as in “We hit a home run”; I think Fummie is, in fact “I know” Fummie is whistling in the dark for what has really happened is that he has “Struck out”; oh yes, another thing just came to mind; he said something about “experience”; I find that people who have to say things like that have no substances and are grasping for something to boost themselves up; this is why Fummie engages in so much stalkingoand harassment trying to be as provocative as possible; when there is nothing there, he has to reach for something and this always shows a vacuous personaluty, character and activity; it shows in his extreme oral personality; he actually ran out of gas as the tub was getting full; and started talkling with the others; again the word “Homerun” was all that I could hear; he is trying to build up where it does not exist; anyway, it reveals the fact that he is communicating with terms like this in an environment where no one understands what he is talking about; a further indication of his lack of relevance;

Soaked in the tub for a log while with my feet up or down depending upon my inclination; then I heard something to the effect of “Get him out right now” just as I was about to wash; so I sat up and washed my face;; then stood up washing quickly my genital and anal areas; (“Did he come” asks the PCPHF as I write” this is just like her and a perfect question to ask and be included in the record at this point; the answer is no as always); upper legs; waist, torso and arms; the ideas was to get the salt (if there is any left), sweat and oils off my body from sweating all night while I went through another bottle of water; hope there salts in it, or I will have to start taking salt tablets if this keeps up; then my clothes really will turn white; sat back down; washed my lower legs, ankle and feet; I had also gotten the back of my knees washed; these had been itching me terribly for some reason all night, and I had been scratching and rubbing them from time in a sitting up position of course for all to see that this was what I was doing; wouldn’t want them to make up anything unnecessarily;
