Fri, 27 Jul 2001 - 15:31:00 Bramley door; held upper door open for two young boys coming upstairs with their scooters; they went into the first flat; no thank you; that just about sums up the manners that deirive from pareantal anti-social behaviour;

Down to middle stairs; up, around, black guy with huge mail sack on shoulder going up the middle section stairs to the fourth floor; down to my flat; unlocked door; inside;

Fri, 27 Jul 2001 - 15:34:30 Home; shut door; light on; locked door picked up post; light off; into living room; put bags on file boxes; male voice outside coming in front window notes my arrival; unpacked; put NB and food on table; took rest of food and water bottle into kitchen; put on board; emptied water bottle; PCPHF started screeching away; a bit after this a male walked under the KW saying “There’s nothing I can do about it”

Back into the living room for the water; put on board; put two in fridge and one by chair after taking a nice, long drink; got stuff from fridge; opened two cans tuna; into fridge container; constant male and female voices coming in the KW; mixed in mayo and relish; paused for a break while doing so to drink some more water; finished mixing tuna; sorted end of bread loaf; put tuna on bread; sliced ½ tom; put it and lett on tuna; sliced sands in half; put on plate and on chair arm;

The yakking twosome outside continued with the male saying to an evident female passerby “We’re going to pull him out”; rinsed the board after eating some dropped tuna from it; two tuna cans; utensils; opened the ravioli; poured into the dish; the PCPHF went berserk screeching out her roaring that sounded like “He’s come” among other roars; the male, however, said “He’s not fucking” in a clear lucid voice that was unmistakable as I was spooning out the remaining tomato sauce from the ravioli can; excellent that the PCPHF is under continuous supervision to stop all these false allegations; rinsed the can; put ravioli on chair arm; light out; into the living room;

Psychosis is the inability to differentiate fact from fantasy; this occurs constantly with the PCPHF in continuous actions and words by her noted in the public areas outside my widow on the Estate and in the public road; therefore, consistent with that definition and observed behaviour of an extreme character in a public place over and over again I have come to refer to her as psychotic with psychotic fits that verge on the point of a psychotic breakdown; you have to see and hear one in person to undersand that she loses control; others have said after experiencing such behaviour that she is “Psychotic”; I have observed her behaviour for over five years in this environment; she falls into the category of psychotic behaviour in words and actions which have been well documented for the past three plus years especially; the purpose was and is to bring this to the attention of the proper authorities so that the problem can be solved in the appropriate way; so far that has not happened due to the enormous and enveloping smoke screen which is thrown up to cloud the situation by means of continuous false allegations against me which are preposterous, absurd, fantasy and thereby false or, as defined; the product of a psychotic mind;

The record of this is the most miserable one of continuous stalking and harassment that has gone unchecked despite its being carried out in the public space and in violation of criminal statutes; I do nothing whatsoever at all myselt to contribute to this at all; I only try to sleep which is prevented by the persistent and continuous criminal loitering and criminal stalking and harassment which goes on all night every night in the public road and Estate area outside my window; this is the smoke screen that is thrown up to cloud the real source of the problem while they point their collective fingers at me falsely; it is like a bunch of bullies in the schoolyard beating an animal to death with sticks; when someone in authority shows up, they hide the sticks and point to the animal as the one with the problems;

What kind of a society do you want(?): lynch mob driven by mass hysteria or the rule of law applied in a justice system(?); the latter is full of faults, but the former is total disaster; so far it is the former which prevails and has done so for more than three years hereabouts; what kind of social standard to you wish to establish for people to honour and respect(?);

This has totally disturbed my peace and comfort and caused my deep offence by the continuing utterance of these false allegations yelled out in a public area on the Estate for all to hear in direct violation of the Tenancy Agreement for flat xxx as noted; it also constitutes defamation of character, slander and libel;
