Back into the kitchen; got stuff out of fridge for tuna sands; opened two tuna cans; mixed with mayo and relish in fridge container; put on bread; sliced tom; put on tuna with lett; there was a continuous male and female whispering coming in the KW; initally the male said “He’s wrong” which is probably total nonsense as he is apparently trying to create a reality which I am simply reporting it; “I know” replied the female (PCPHF) to something the male said; after a bit more whispering, he said “We cannot take him out, he’s psychotic”; sliced sands in half; poured tom soup in glass; spoon out the remainder; I had spent considerable time in front of the board; comments to this effect began; must have exceeded the three minute limit, egro, maturbating; put sands on plate and soup on and by chair; put stuff away in fridge; rinsed out the soup and two tuna cans; utensils and board (twice for good measure; this was noted by the whispering male who said “He’s already done that . . . psychotic”; back into the living room;

Thu, 26 Jul 2001 - 09:02:28    Into the kitchen for the bucket; removed underwear from the living room radiator and dresser; into bathroom; put bucket on bath; got underwear from its radiator; back into the kitchen for underwear on its radiator; into the bedroom collecting underwear from hall radiator as I went by; got undershirts from its radiator; stack laundry for folding; removed trousers; emptied pockets; examined for holes; couple small ones starting; will have to patch after clean; put on underwear; folded underwear and undershirts; into bath room; put soap and hot water in bucket; male voice below said “You’re right”; stirred up soap and hot water in bucket; put in trousers; allowed to fill more; turned off water(1); back into the living room; go the blue knit shirt from the file boxes; took it into the bedroom to put on boxes there for wearing; back into the living room;

This whole episode of comments from below revolves around another false allegation of ejaculation when I “jerked” myself awake while listening to Today rather than fall asleep; so when I looked at my trousers for holes and then took them into wash; the “You’re right” was in support of this false allegation; total nonsense and completely false; I did not wash them yesterday due to lack of time for them to dry properly and had to do it today; I started right at 0900 after Today finished; these unfortunates who force everything to fit their fantasy projections have got a serious problem with mental and emotional stability; it shows the total inadequacy of surveillance and its realy usage as a tool for fabricating what is desired by distorting and misrepresenting actions of the most innocent and normal kind; who is the real Psychotic(?); it is the PCPHF;

Friday, 8 May 1998 - 22-2400(?)    Eruption of adult & children’s voices from below: “When they came thru the door . . .” she screams; Frank talking or trying to talk but gets squelched.  She does come on a very hard nosed & completely domineering even after a session which chould have left her subdued & thoughtful.  It’s defensivness.  At one point she shouts “shut up”, and I assume its to Frank.  She does scream once or twice & I do wonder if it has done any good, but time will tell.  After an hour or two it became very quiet below: asleep or left?  At one point Frank said “Mum” which made me wonder (hearing another woman’s voice there) if Louis is not his father who has custody on weekends but stays with his “mum” during the week.  Is this one here is Louis’ partner/stepmother to Frank?  Baby howled & howled; 1st time ever I have heard the infant & this was screaming but could very well be normal.  Dog barked once or twice too.

Sunday, 10 May 1998 - 19:29:57    She finally let loose w/ screaming at Frank after his playing [with] another kid on balcony got a little loud.  Turned on tape recorder and got about 30 mins of Frank & David James playing on the balcony; mostly kids playing; couple loud screams from “Serena” as David calls her; & one report to her of Frank choking him (said it a couple times); wonder where he learned that from?

(3) Exhibit hardened and brutal attitude instead of resognising the seriousness of the police visit and subduing activty; retaliation was the immediate reaction;

(4) Frank choked another child spontaneously on the balcony below after he was screamed at;

(5) Frank was probably intimiated and provided the “clever” response required to “get them off”;

All this occurred within five days of the police visit; everything about this whole situation comes from those in flat 503 who reacted with a vengeance thinking that they could get away with anything that they did or said;
