0900 Infant screaming below as I prepare to go out the door; unlock and go; all clear and quiet; people coming from other end and in front door as I put rubbish down chute; black couple into front door; he disappears and she is unlocking the first door past the chute as I go down the middle stairs; no one at this end as I look back from there and out the other end doors; walked on by Gren Twr to Silchester Rd where two guys were standing on either side of the street; on this side there was a guy with a brief case and the other a dark guy with a wool cap on (could have been one of them from above); thru Verity close area and to the right to the Foreland Medical Centre which was not open at 0910 (opens 0930); walked on up Waltham Rd to the Parkside Clinic but no GPs there; walked around to kill time (out to the Clarendon Cross and half way up the hill to the left and back arriving back at the Foreland Med Centre just after 0930; got a practice brochure and went on.

0935 Thru Verity Close to Lancaster Rd and to the former school at St Marks Rd where the new Holmes Health Centre is opening; stopped in to get info out of curiosity but nothing formal until next week (50.00 joining fee (normally 250.00) for founder member; max of 69.00 per month fee (wow!)); went on to the Lad Gro Lib but 15 mins early at 0945; walked again around the block; up Lad Gro to Elgin Crescent and down to Ken Place; walked down to the Parkside Health Clinic and stopped for practice brochures; there are three GP’s offices there but one is a Chiropodist so I got practice brochures from the other two; walked back to the Lad Gro Lib arriving just at 1000 when the gate was going up; got Gitta Sereny’s Into That Darkness and left.

1005 Walked the usual route to Tesco after circling from Lad Gro on Blenheim Crescent to Clarendon Rd; over to Portland Rd; past Julies to the phone kiosks where I called C&W UK Call (0800 056 5440) where I spoke to Stewart, Sales Rep: 3.75 for their calls with 100 mins of evening calls per month (1.3 and 50p on Sat for unlimited usage national calls. It’s a wash and I signed up; did not get the minimum contract period or cancellation period; subject to terms and conditions and status; they will bill me quarterly; will be connected in the next seven days and will receive a welcome pack.

1025 Walked on to Tesco via the route indicated (church park, Holl Pk Ave, Addisons (across Holl Rd) onto Shep Bush Rd and Tesco for food (5.61 milk, tortellini, cheese slices, chicken, 2 biscuits) and pubs (2.25 PC Direct).

1115 Walked back the reverse normal route now via the Addisons, church park, Julie’s, Portland Rd, Clarendon Rd, Verity Close, Silchester Rd and down past Gren Twr to the Bram door; as I entered someone whistle screechingly at the top of the stairs (I heard them first and thought they were coming down); as I went up the stairs, I heard a second whistle from inside the Walkway; when I got there I saw no one but heard someone putting rubbish down a chute and leaving by the front door as I approached that area; I then met the kid with the bicycle tied to the railings above me in front of 539 coming down the stairs and passing me opposite the door to 522; he said “sorry” and I replied “that’s all right; no problem”. At the time I heard what sounded like someone drilling the lock on a door and opening it; it sounded like it was coming from my direction and I hurred quickly to see my door but it was all right; I looked up; that door was open to 540 and looked down to see the metal bar/grate closed on 503. My top lock key would not go into the lock; someone has been at it; I took a second try and it went in with difficulty; either someone tried or actually did pick it in my absence.

1200 Home. No second post. Mail flat was up though (someone could have come by to knock; maybe I should leave every morning now if someone’s coming around each day). Put away food; setup the notebook; got chicken and milk ready.

Take a bath in the am. [There was the sound of an MC going up the footpath whilst I was in the bathroom filling he tub at one point; I later saw it going down the footpath and leaving the Estate with its lights reflected across the ceiling of the window from one end to the other.]

[Believe this could very well have been the surveillance equipment used above (El Rollo) and is now being removed. Those running down the stairs from above (there could well have been a couple people) might have been taking these out which were then wheeled down the front footpath as noted above one behind the other.

I believe that the surveillance equipment could have been taken away this morning on the two wheeled vehicles and driven away under the watchnig eye of the auto that was parked in the centre whilst they brought it down and out. [I will see later if the surveillance continues; this could be an ominous sign for ultimae action as it represents the conclusion of the surveillance.]

This means that the process is ended and will now proceed to the police intervention.
