47.    Back into the kitchen after flushing toilet; washed dish, plate an utensils; had already put away choco; into the bedroom; undressed; into the bathroom; started filling the tub; got in and soaked while filling; it was not long before Jarhead II commenced his run on sentences; I missed most of it, but if I recall some bits, I’ll come back to this threatening activity; it is too bad that this was just not avoided and done without because it signalled no change in the stalking and harassment with its implied threat of violence;

48.    After I shut off the water the sound of a male voice home I took to be “Paul” and a female voice whom I took to be an EMB matron came from below clearly; they were talking about whether or not I should be taken out this night for having broken wind while using my own bathroom; Paul wanted to but the woman apparently said “No” eventually; then Paul latched onto the idea that he was going to take me out even if I id not “come”; what sheer nonsense; he was hell bent on removing me from my own home not matter what trivial reason, and this was not only the perfect way of doing it because he could make up what he wanted to which is exactly what he did;

49.    I lay soaking just to get my rm softened somewhat if ai could an my feet relaxed also including shifting them back and forth from the wall to the water; when I moved my head and head only slightly to one side he said words to the effect “There it is”; my hands were by my side; I was perfectly motionless but he as accusing me of masturbating; unbelievable nonsense; (Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 19:09:53 “He did I seen him” says Paul now out front as I write ; so I move me head back to the left a bit just to see what he would say; he then said “He stopped”; the woman asked him “How do you know” as obviously being an intelligent and observant person she could not see anything since there was nothing to see; this is not true for Paul; I than moved my head back to the right again and he noted that I was once again “at it”; with this comment I shook my head from side to side to indicated that this was the ultimate of absurd allegations; that has ever happened; I then stood up and washed from my knees up without any undo attention to anything for there were no significant itches; sat down an wash my lower legs, ankles and feet; while I had my right foot on my left knee, my right hand holding the soap on my shin in plain sight, I scratched the top of my right foot with my left hand for a bit in plain sight of any starlight camera or video imaging device; Paul said “That’s it”; this was total nonsense and completely false as it was with my simply sitting in the tub soaking an turning my head slightly to the right which I tested to see what he would say; the guy is a complete idiot an moronic in the extreme; this nullifies the use of surveillance equipment and shows that is simply perverted to the projection and desires of the observer to see what that observer wants to claim he has seen; but this went beyond that; it went beyond the perversion of justice; in called into question the basic ability of the person doing the watching; (Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 19:18:33 “He would say that” says Paul out front as I write this now; I speak the truth and it was plainly obvious to anyone with half an ability to see with their own eyes ; following this second desire to create a false allegation; I rinsed off; pulled the plug; soaked as it was draining; s it was the ever Eagle eyed Paul watched ever so closely as my genitals became visible and said “There”; for what; I do not know for there was nothing at all; he was inventing what he wanted to see; anyone who wants to know will just have to ask him; when it finished draining, I got out; towel dried;

50.    This bat was a lesson in the total failure of tenant management and the recent stalking and harassment taking to an absurd extreme in a totally false conclusion for the perversion of the course of justice and, as was stated clearly by Paul, to “take him out tonight”; this was his intention from the beginning and he just made up what he wanted to see to fit a false allegation to support that advocacy of violence that he now want so carry out; this is the whole syndrome of criminal stalking and harassment with a direct threat of violence by implication in the use of force to remove me from my home; there is no legal basis for it whatsoever, and any such action will be criminal; those who come into my home if they do at anytime will be nothing more than common criminals; it is the ultimate coverup and was to be expected; had I sneezed, that most likely would have brought about the same result;

52.    Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 18:53:30    Onto the bed with the Fury screaming DTR “They’re taking him out”; I put down a water bottle on the floor and accidently hit it with the heel of my foot knocking if over; it feel on its side; made a slight noise; like the letter opener this afternoon; a slight noise that’s all and nothing compared with the dog barking on the balcony below the front window, the door slamming over and over below and the continuous sets of thuds from below all the time; I make virtually no noise, and I get attacked in the most vicious way for small accidental ones; update;

53.    Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 19:27:17    Finished the above update; the determination remains to remove me by force from my home tonight as just confirmed by Paul outside to the right in the road and the everlasting joy of the other vigilante’s; I was not far wrong when I called him the original Chief Vigilante; that will now stick;

54.    This destroys the validity of any reasonable use of surveillance equipment against anyone inside his/her home; it means that the observer can just make up what he/she wants to claim is seen, and it is a battle of credibility once again; I hope you filmed all of that so that the video will show that there was actually nothing there; with a video, it is going to be your word against mine with no ejaculate to back you up and my categorical denial that I have never masturbated in my bathroom; I hope you have that video; you are going to need it for a long time to come in court processing;

55.    Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 19:41:00    “That’s it; he just farted” said Paul DTR talking with the PCPHF; yes, it was totally silent with the PHFM; I will be criticised for whatever I do; so there is no point in worrying about it; I will just carry on as silently as I can and write it all down; but, wait, I’ve been dong that for over three years; it has all ben like this; no substance false allegations in pattern after pattern; Paul was DTR talking with the PCPHF about the difficulty in removing me after that bath even though he was reluctant to give up what he claims to have seen; in other words he had changed his mind and was not going to “take him out”; however, when the urge to release some flatulence occurred and I did so without any noise whatsoever, he saw it in the video surveillance and decided “that’s it”; apparently he had changed his mind once again;

56.    The very funny part of this is that I cannot go around in my own home all the time retaining intestinal gases; I would soon float away; it is very harmful to not release the gas when it presents itself, and it must be allowed to escape; any effort to use surveillance equipment for stalking and harassment purposes to inhibit such natural, normal and necessary bodily functions beggars belief and is so absurd as to be a risible farce;

57.    Just drank some water; opened the bottle; slight fizzing sound from the escaping gas; unavoidable but no one minds;

58.    Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 19:52:47    “Paul” has just requested a male who is apparently the police to “Take him out” only to get a “We can’t” from the just arrived PC; then “Paul” goes on to explain what he has just seen and “If you want, . . .” as if he is going to take responsibility for it;

59.    Since the Nuremberg War Crimes trials there is no escaping responsibility for one’s own actions; even acting under orders is no excuse for crimes against humanity; this constitutes terror and torture and is at present a criem against humanity and a definite violation of the Human Rights Act of 1998 which forbids torture and any punishment without due process while also requiring due legal process; so there are several Human Rights violations being committed right now; to actually carry out a forced removal will simply make it all the worse in every way;

68.    Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 20:24:04    “He’s just come” says a female voice DTR someone repeats it and “Paul” asks “Did you see it(?)”; no, of course not, since there was nothing to see as always; I moved again just by shifting and made a noise in my throat at the same time; that was all; it is totally amazing that there is this concentration of nonsense and false allegations over the least movement and/or sound; it is a total perversion of the utilisation of surveillance equipment;

69.    Just before this a couple guys (one at least) was yelling “Good night” and “Time to go home” from the right road to the “Ladies’ over to the left who were noisily “playing” as they have been for some tome; now all is silent;

76.    My feet are very, very sore; that was one key purpose of the bath; there are blisters between each big toe and the one next to it; but my toes are in serious shape around the toenails; I have blisters on the sides of my feet and around my other toes; my shoes are too tight for me; they are too small; I usually lose the right big toe nail as a result of wearing them; it is now swollen; I wiggle my toes for this reason to flex my feet and toes to keep them limber so they will not get too stiff; my heels also hurt badly too; that is why I walk gingerly; but such are the problems with these shoes;

77.    Tue, 21 Aug 2001 - 20:45:47    “He’s psychotic” says “Paul” DTR; no, that is not correct; it is your way of being defensive and blaming me for what you are doing to me; I cannot afford shoe sat the moment and am wearing an old pair because I went completely through the ones I was wearing; if you ha any sense and ability, you would not be doing what you are doing; you would remove all the surveillance equipment; you would take away all the stalking and harassment instead of creating more of the worst kind as you did an are doing tonight; I live on very limited resources an must make do; at present because of your activity, the extra little bit you cost me is a lot of money in terms of my subsistence income, so the impact of your activity causes me damages and further personal injuries; when I happened to display a bit of exercise in my feet as regards that personal injury, I then get falsely accused once again of the silliness that has gone on for so long; the allegation is silly; but is damaging in the extreme; there is no psychosis at all; it is reality on my part and coping very well under the circumstances; you just will not stop the criminal stalking and harassment; you continue to make up false allegations for a criminal objective and you continue to cause personal injuries which when addressed re then seen as further false allegations; you have a big, big problem;

80.    [(1)To sleep for 0.25 hours; woken by a dream; such dreaming upon gong right to sleep like that is completely induced by all the disturbances that have gone on today and especially this evening; the innumerable false allegations and threats to remove me by force from my home; the constant stalking and harassment for that purpose; all of this builds up in the unconscious and is released by a dream when I fall asleep; its cause is external events and is a normal release of the tension and distress caused by all of this activity which is fully documented herein; this is the real damage, but it is the real release; that dream disturbed no one and would have not been noted except by the surveillance equipment; I woke exactly in the position that I went to sleep in and was only barely whispering; in fact it is uncertain to me whether or not I was dreaming or whispering; “Paul” asked what did you write down and the PCPHF replied “I love you”; this is what I was supposed to have said when waking in a whisper; it is correct; but it was a dream that was from just falling asleep and a totally nonsexual dream; I had no erection and certainly no ejaculate when I woke; there was nothing sexual in the dream; it was nothing but waking; there is a very real possibility that there was a noise from the sound detection box in the base of the small room wall that caused me to wake just after I went to sleep;];

84.    You cannot hold me responsible for what you have don to me and cause in me as a sleep/dream reaction; furthermore, it would have been totally undetectable as the sound was only of my whispering; it is even more interesting that I should wake up uttering those words; those particular words in this situation; it shows the nature of my character and reveals no animosity; there is no threat and no deep ill will; there is in short, no psychosis at all; that was a completely normal response dream to excessive external stimuli for many hours; but the dream was something else that was probably compensating for the great tension and distress to which I have been subjected this afternoon;

101.    This is what the dram was all about: I’ve not said it entirely until now; it was just an image; as I said I woke on my same side that I went to sleep; that was my let side; I was facing the small room wall and the sound detection boxes located right at its base where I have voices speaking before within three feet of my head; I have this logged; it was a long time ago; the dream was an image of my fact right next to the face of a woman with long, blonde wispy hair; I was just about to say “I love you” when she said it first; then I said it; in my dream I was amazed that this was two simultaneous expressions of the same thought and feeling; but I woke up just after I said it with the sense that I whispered it; now was this someone in the sound detection bo whispering; or under the front window whispering; I do not know; but I held back this dram image description for very good reasons of the fact that what I write is read; I did not want to describe it until I got the whole activity into focus;

103.    The sound detection box right next to my head where my slightest sound can be heard has been known to me for 20 months since they were installed; they have been a source of disturbance in the past when its door has been slammed waking or disturbing me; I have all that operational activity fully logged; it is not unreasonable to think or expect that a female would be used in a “fly fishing capacity to whisper from that location; as I have heard males describing my breathing wrongly by calling it snoring from that very place next to me; that time the guy said “He’s snoring” when I was just breathing normally; it must really be sensitive;

205.    The Jarhead then commented that (1) “He had everything on us: the gun, . . .”; (2) I had caught him tampering with the files with direct evidence that it had to be him; I have it now on a separate floppy disk set aside for its evidence; this is why he is making every effort to “Get me”; (3) they continue to wake me with fly fishing after midnight; that is why I only got 2.5 hours sleep in very short segments; last night shows the truth of natural sleep; tonight shows the impact of “fly fishing” with the first 1.5 hours in four segments followed by one hour as the fifth an final when woken at 0300 and I discovered the direct evidence of file tampering when preparing the sleep log; the numbering system gave him away and caught the PCPHF and Jarhead in all their criminality; as a result I wrote that  “the party’s over . . .” and noted it was for Jarhead and his criminal activity; that is what that statement meant; not what he wants to misrepresent it as meaning; yes, I now have it all, and there is a concerted effort to destroy the evidence;

206.    In his bath monologue which went on and on while the tub was filling, I could only hear one thing he said; the rest were “run over” sentences as usual; he said “Now had has a choice”; I don’t know what he is talking about; there is no choice for the innocent; just to keep on going as before; so maybe I’ll find out what he was talking about;

207.    I scratched my upper scrotum itch thoroughly when washing and rinsing; Jarhead explained to Paul that I had the inner thigh chafe from “Fucking” which was nonsense all over again; nope, it was from walking yesterday and very painful; another key reason to take a bath last night with all Paul’s perfidies;

208.    After I got out of the tub, I paused for a pit stop; the relaxing hot water bath had stimulated my blood circulation and produced some bladder content; I also released some flatulence which Jarhead instructed the PCPHF to “Write down”; then I defecated “pebbles” as is known; all of this is totally the responsibility of the criminal stalking and harassment of which last night was a brilliant example; no wonder there is excess flatulence and a temporarily reduce bowel func
