Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 06:29:17    Finished the file mgmt and xfer; Killer Sump access or claims to have accessed the floppy disk when it was in the system briefly; the highlighted cursor on the c: drive file jumped; he might have gotten the directory but that is all; I doubt all his bragging about that’s “Perfect” and so forth; nonsense because he could not download any files from this system at its speed then; he’ll have to scratch later; then he’ll get it;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 09:15:25    Complete discussion going on about Xandor Limited’s info in the negative; “He’s Psychotic” says a male; nope, that is a false allegation; it is not true at all; if Xandor Limited would not contract to do any activity from the summer of 1998 onwards, the same restraint would apply if its Director was Psychotic; that is totally false; the problem is as has been discussed extensively already;

[NB there was continuous comment on all yesterday’s diary review, but I did not note it since it was highly repetitive, and there was much to do as a long file and exceptional period of events had to be reviewed carefully and completely; there was the usual word by word tracking; reading out what I was typing; prompting with spell checking solutions; all this activity caused serious disruption and destruction to my work; during the last part, one male was saying “Psychotic” over and over again at each entry which he thought that included; all was total nonsense; the Jarhead was in at the end too; he even volunteered to shoot me at one point; I don’t think his offer was accepted; Jarhead kept saying “Psychotic” as if that is all he knew; he noted that he would have to learn all the diaries entries and evidently was reluctant to do so or this was used to smoke screen what I said he really did; he was claiming ignorance; nonsense; I believe that he sits in that vehicle at the end of the bldg all night long reading and copying every single word that I write; then, when necessary, as occurred at the end of this night here, he drives forward to those DTR if an urgent matter needs his intervention which if apparently did here for him to save his neck from another disastrous mistake;];

[NB he was not talking about me but about their splendid effort in monitoring all that I did on Xandor Limited’s NB computer in the public Internet Shop; too bad they cannot leave me alone to get on with my job search; well they have to be dealt with first obviously given what they are doing;];

Sains, Tesco and home track all the way my Jarhead and the PCPHF; he noted the trolley traffic difficulties in Tesco but failed to note the several times I stopped politely to let people go on; the one incident he noted was when I was in a congested aisle squeaking by two other shoppers and emerged into the main aisle as a woman with basket was walking left to right in front of me; her basket that she was carrying hit the front of my shopping trolley as she passed in front of me; he started yelling “He hit that woman; did you see that” and added “Psychotic” as he was frequently stating; I did not hit that woman; her empty wire shopping basket she was carrying in her right hand hit the front of my trolley; it was unclear who hit whom as we were both moving slowly as she speeded up to get on away; you might say she ran out in front of my trolley, but what difference does it make(?); none except to Jarhead who wants to make something out of it like he did once again this evening;

There was a woman taking pictures of the shelves who also took two pictures of me as I was at the checkout (close to me) and as I was walking toward the door (far away); she went on to take another shelf picture; that was interesting to note to see if it means anything;

Once again track all along Holland Road and St Anns by Jarhead and the PCPHF; more subdued in voice volume and comments this time but still all stalking and harassing; as I approached Whitchurch Road waling next to the brick wall of the school, I broke wind; Jarhead then said “Did you hear that(?); he farted three times”; I said under my breath which he pick up easily “No, four times not three”; this is an attempt to get me to report it to discredit me as hearing things, but the Big Toilet Paper Caper put all that to pasture;];

Into the kitchen with food from red bag and water; put away; opened kitchen window; removed chicken leg quarter; put on plate; opened peas and put on plate with chicken; added white potatoes; put stuff away; put food on the chair arm; back in the living room; into chair; started eating as I unwrapped, plugged in and booted NB; turned on chair light and R3;  voices outside talking along with music that sounded like it was from a fair; one comment of note was “I can’t believe he’s still on the Estate” said a male out front under the window; Jarhead was yakking away over to the left;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 19:10:13    Moved NB to the bed; into kitchen; put plate and choco on the board; into the bathroom for a dump; forgot the toilet paper ran out; back into the living room for some tissues; brought in box; there was the sound of faint Jarhead and PCPHF voices below; he gave her a phone number to call him when I “came”, and he would come right over; [on the first plane] in the meantime, as I sat pondering, there were door noises (squeaking) and females talking below on two occasions; flushed toilet; back into the kitchen as screeching erupted from below;

Kitchen light on; got chicken from fridge to put bones in bag; the screeching from below continued; Jarhead said “That’s the real thing” he must really know his “shit” because that was all there was besides some urine;

As I worked in the kitchen, this false nonsense went on; another “set up” I suppose; this has happened before especially from Jarhead; rinsed the plate and utensils; washed hands; had put chicken bones in bag and bag in fridge; removed lenses; got water from fridge; opened in sink; light off; back into living room; put water by shelf; the screeching was so much that I decided to note it; it was all false;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 19:26:37    Screams and screeches from all over the left by Furies; “He’s come”; no way; it is not true at all; there was nothing; simply nothing just urine and faeces; can’t you tell the difference; back onto the bed; everyone is cheering about the “real” thing; better look again; it ain’t mine if it is;

[NB the update includes all that was written from the 17:10 entry onwards; that is why this gap is ten minutes long;];

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 19:37:47    Finished the above update; the whole allegation process is once again totally false; at least as regards me; maybe Jarhead left his calling card “spike” below; there is or was nothing at all from me; that’s the way it is;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 19:39:09    Into the bedroom to undress; there was clearly no ejaculate in my underwear as I knew there was none from the time I was woken in my chair from a dead sleep; [there seemed to be some allegation as to this; see the recap after the bath description;]; into the bathroom; started the tub filling; got in and soaked while filling;

When I first started my bath with the filling, there was a thumping like sound from below in the WWPSA for several minutes that sounded like someone rubbing something with a towel or beating dough to make bread; it was that kind of sound; I wonder if that was not supposed to be attributed to me(?); [NB this may have been intended to connect with the second false allegation that was to be made at the end of the bath;];

The voice of Jarhead soon started below apparently talking with the PCPHF; “You did well” he said adding “We didn’t get him tonight, but there is always another chance [no pun intended I’m sure] tomorrow”; here he just admitted that all the yelling and screaming was totally phoney; the allegation was false as I also well knew; he was admitting to lying and conspiring to effect a false allegation of ejaculation when none was present at all; [Confirmation Number Two for the evening;];

Because of this open admission that nothing happened at all, he was next heard apparently on the telephone requesting permission to stay another day; evidently he was going back tonight; and he thought that another day might bring results; he went on for a considerable bit of conversation about what was happening here; he pointed out abut the people, and he explicitly noted that the “landlord wanted him out”; he admitted by implication that another day would be required thus implying that tonight’s allegation was false as already noted; [Confirmation Number Three of the night that blew it all out of the water; this was it; see next paragraph;];

The most important aspect of this conversation was that he admitted that the landlord wanted my flat, and that this was being obtained by extra legal means from stalking and harassment and false allegations as just occurred; that all the calls to the police were to effect an unlawful eviction based upon these false allegations as has been described over and over; this is consistent with all that has happened over the three years; consistent with all the actions and behaviour of others; and consistent with his and others behaviour and false allegations in recent days, weeks and months; that the landlord and all involved are trying to effect an unlawful eviction by criminal means and conspiring to do so; this can be shown explicitly in all of the evidence and documentation; but this confirms it by verbal admission from the flat below; [NB and reveals why the document destruction and coverup are necessary;];

Following this telephone conversation, it was not clear whether or not Jarhead was going to stay the extra day; it sounded like whoever was on the other end was reluctant and needed some convincing; that is quite understandable after his recent behaviour; for the most part I think they want him out of here as fast as possible for what he is doing right now is destroying everything as I noted he was in the process of doing; it is too bad that they did not stick to their guns and get him out of here for now he is really made a total mess of it all;

At one point during the bath he made a point of showing what was supposed to be taken as semen to the PCPHF noting that is what it looks like; and she said something in reply; this was a big show item, I believe, for I know there was none from me, and I am sure she knows very well what semen looks like as most women do; so this was just nonsense I think; [a show put on for my benefit and harassment;];

I turned off the water when the tub filled; soaked for awhile; stood up and washed; scratched my upper scrotal area and waistline; washed all above my knees; sat down; washed lower legs and ankles and feet; rubbing and cleaning blisters and sore feet; rinsed the lot; pulled the plug and sat in the tub while it drained;

[NB all the way home on Warwick, Holland and St Anns Roads, Jarhead kept commenting on how my shoes must be hurting my feet; when I noted “blisters” in writing about the bath, he said from out front/below “See, what did I tell you”;];

I crossed my lets (right foot on left knee) as it did so, and a female voice from below pointed out in so many words “There he’s doing it”; that was total nonsense; I got out of the tub; paused once again for a pit stop from the hot water stimulation from the bath; flushed toilet; as I was drying; I heard “OMG, he’s come again” says Jarhead as he apparently pointed to the semen again in the sewage; that was once again totally false; if it was semen, then the source was someone else besides myself;

I believe once again that in his and their desperation to create the false allegation they took advantage of a small urination following my bath to make it just like that which had been done when I defecated; it was all baloney;

Finished drying with the towel; “What do we do now” asked the PCPHF voice coming in the FW as I reentered the living; room; go fly fishing;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 20:20:53    Onto the bed; as I sat down, the Furies and whoever DTR were screaming “He’s fucking” all over again; total nonsense; update;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 20:26:09    “He merits it, really” says Jarhead out front probably talking about my being forcibly removed from my home;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 20:50:14    Finished the above update to comments from out front about what I was writing and some from Jarhead about calling the airline;

The over all events need a brief recap; I was zonked out in my chair from having had only 2.5 hours sleep last night and having worked on the correspondence for seven and one half hours from 0730 to 1500 during the day at the Internet shop; I got back home about 1630 to great announcements and hate words; Jarhead and the PCPHF had tracked me all the way; making comments in Tesco especially which I will note later, but they tracked me as usual with the usual comments all the way home;

I ate some chicken, peas and white potatoes while listening to R3; I had just started on some choco when I zonked out totally for about an hour, woke then went back to sleep after noting the time; I was totally wiped out; I just wanted to crawl over to the bed and lay down but did not even have the energy for that; so I went back to sleep in my chair sitting up;

This happened after two sleep deprived days in a long line of them [three years]; I was awake for over 22 hours yesterday [Saturday] after 4.25 hours sleep; I got only 2.5 hours sleep last night due to the ongoing disturbances; I was awake from 0330 this morning all day long including the 7.5 hours of straight thru activity to get the correspondence out after I ate a good meal, I just was wiped out; and slept for about a total of 1.75 hours I think;

The second segment was disturbed I learned from those below; a male asked “Why did you wake him” of the PCPHF; this male was possibly either John or Tom, but what was significant was that I was once again deliberately disturbed as I woke, I had a slight MPHF, but that was all; this evidently excited the PCPHF to no end, and a Fury later said in this regard “I saw him”; so, there was an apparent audience on the other end of the video surveillance; well, I was fully clothed and fast asleep when disturbed;

I do not believe that anything could be seen with a starlight camera; so I think that EMRID was being used as I slept; this would have revealed the slightly enlarged penis inside my clothing in outline form and is why this is used especially when I sleep under a blanket; thus, this is what had excited the PCPHF apparently making her jump to a false conclusion  from which she evidently then disturbed my sleep with excess noise that the male Tom/John pointed out a bit later and is noted above; there was no sexual activity; just very sound sleep that was disturbed; a slight MPHF that was seen most likely with EMRID; and that led to a fantasy projection; this then gave them the impetus to create the false allegation when I defecated for there was nothing at all from me there;

This was admitted by Jarhead in his comments as I started my bath; nothing tonight, but there is still a ‘chance’ tomorrow; that is why he wanted to stay; then they went ahead and tried another fake after the bath when I next urinated; all show time stuff;

To point out semen in a container for identification is ludicrous ; this has to be laboratory analysed and verified as belonging to me by DNA confirmation; it will not pass that test; it is all a hoax;

Also note that the PCPHF had said while I was taking a bath that “He sat on the toilet for a long time”; so what; sometimes it takes awhile to defecated; one has to let the body be itself; peristalsis has to achieve a natural evacuation; there were also two exiting groups of females below that caused me to pause as was noted above; I am loath to make unnecessary noises in the bathroom with people nearby if it can be avoided for these are not pleasant to hear when one is outside in the Walkway; I also sat with both hands on my legs near my knees the entire time just for the reason of such a false allegation being made; there was no sexual activity at any time today here and certainly no ejaculation whatsoever; the former is necessary for the latter;

Sun, 19 Aug 2001 - 21:08:25    End of above summary; there was a male outside to the right reading all this as I wrote it talking with a woman who might have been an EMB type; He sounded like the police officer from last night or maybe “Paul”; he was noting what I was saying; said “He has to come out”; later the word “Politics” and concluded that “he must come out tonight”;

This would hopefully destroy the last evidence gathering and recording activity as the series of false allegations continue amid mob hysteria and frenzy; there were the Furies screaming out front as I was writing with one of them yelling “Fuck me, you cunt”; the woman below commenced on that one just after it occurred; all of this is the responsibility of those associated with flat 503 below and especially the PCPHF; I have made no contribution to this at all; the whole blown up activity is all down to false allegations;

Dream: I was with Elisabeth Taylor at the Academy Awards; [just shows what fantasies of unconscious imagination are]; happened to stand by her and we walked over to see what was going on; then they showed a replay of a former winner; From Here to Eternity with a black and white scene in it; [this showed Montgomery Cliff and Frank Sinatra in their Army uniforms with the ties tucked into the top front of their shirts;];

Dream (cont’d);: before this there was the same ceremony going on, and I was watching it before going back stage and meeting her; she began talking and sounded like a floozy; she was barely recognisable, but everyone was in a dither;

There was and never will be an ejaculation; it is deluded on the past of any expectation for the future; as long as I am chronically sleep deprived by surveillance driven stalking and harassment, do not expect normal body function; that has been destroyed;

That is why all the allegations are totally inconsistent with what has been done to me and are false; abstinence was almost a given; sleep is a necessity that must come first;

I lay down and put the blanket over me because it is cold in here; I wanted to sleep, and the cold keeps me awake; warmth under the blanket puts me right to sleep; but the Male DTR said “Good, he’s going to come”; that was nonsense; once again; I was going to sleep; then a noisy auto arrived; the Male DTR said something about “ . . . take him out” as in “We can’t take him out”; the vehicle departed; while I started writing this;

I am trying to get back to sleep as quickly as possible while I am still somewhat tired without being woken totally; think that has failed;  

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 00:01:00    “OK, we can’t take him out; that’s it for tonight”; says the Male DTR; the PCPHF says something about “Fucking” she projects that fantasy onto everything she can and thinks that she will get away with it; she has been exposed so many times as a fraud that I really wonder why anyone bothers to listen to her or more importantly why she is not closely scrutinised for her own criminal activity which I maintain has happened all along;

[NB think of it; the criminal asks for and gets or was just given surveillance equipment to keep carrying her crimes; think of what is going to happen when this truth dawns(?); no wonder there is a massive coverup underway; too many heads will roll (figuratively, of course);];

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 00:07:56    There are continuing noises on the floor above me directly over the bed; one just occurred as was typing; that means it is not I; these were taps from a foot made in groups; it finally became obvious that they were meant most likely to be attributed to me in another desperate effort to cause my removal by force from my home; so I finally sat up disturbing my attempt at sleep to note them; they have since so stopped;

Before this just after I lay down, the PCPHF and the Male DTR were talking; I ignored that totally in the interest of going to sleep;

They never stop trying, but it is false; it disturbs me in my sleep and keeps me awake after that disturbance woke me;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 01:30:54    Sat up followed by [itsfusage male b be for evere whie]; [NB I must have been disturbed awake here by external noises because was still groggy when I sat up to note this; most likely the DTR Gang;];

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 01:31:31    Into the bathroom; scratched my waistline thoroughly; it itched very badly; this is where the underwear top elastic band is and where the itch is severe; pit stop; flushed toilet;

 “Waistline” said a male DTR; yup; back into the living room; my thigh on either side itched seriously but the right side especially; I stopped just inside the living room door to scratch first with my right hand then both hands; this is the area that always itches too and gets extra attention when I bathe; I wonder if because I am sleeping under a banket whether or not EMRID is being used; we’ll see;Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 01:34:01    Back onto the bed; update;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 01:38:28    Finished the above update; I woke from a deep sleep; once again there was the sense of a dream, but that is all; I had a full bladder which was urging me on, so I went to the bathroom quickly;

There was no erection or sexual activity when I woke; the itches were normal ones and were just addressed by scratching; this I do not do because my normal activity is curtailed because of comments and misinterpretations that always occur from my innocent activity; no, nothing at all related to sexual activity;

Now it is time to resume my sleeping and hope I do not get disturbed again; for I am still so tired that I could just sleep through the whole night;

If I wasn’t totally attacked with false allegation from stalking and harassment, I would do my laundry more often; but as it is; I must get a few days wear out of my underclothes; take away the stalking and harassment, and it will return to normal;

In December 1999 there occurred a classic example when I did the laundry; the PCPHF went berserk; from then on it has been like this; somebody believed her and denied me my normal activity; that story is special and will be told with the evidence of that period sometime; the point is that no matter what I do or did, it was attacked by the PCPHF as sexual activity; it was all nonsense;

Nope; this professional is way off; he is totally wrong; but get his report in so it can be challenged; in the meantime you cannot do anything against the “perceived” mentally ill; I am totally harmless and have always been so; I am not mentally ill and will demonstrate that conclusively, but this guy needs to file his report; it will go a long way to help doing that;

You cannot have it both ways; you are exposing a fundamental contradiction in your behaviour:  

First: you claim that there is chronic masturbation all the time and attack everything that I do;

Now: when I make the appropriate [behavioural] adjustments to expose that as fraud, you then say that my reasonable and rational actions to do so are “psychotic”;

No, you cannot have it both ways; if I was chronically masturbating, you would have seen that easily long ago, but that is not the case; this was a false allegation and still is;

So, you then jump on the “Psychotic” bandwagon to say that my actions to expose that series of false allegations as fraudulent is “psychotic”; you are just continuing the attack in another way; all you are doing is showing yourselves to be negative and groping for whatever you can use as a weapon of the moment;

I’ve have shown the dramatic shift from chronic masturbation to psychosis false allegations very clearly; now, you are showing to the world that you are all frauds; that what you have to say at anytime is meaningless for it is grasping for a weapon to attack with; if there was psychosis you would have seen this very long ago; it too would have shown up long ago; but that is not the case; it is an invention just made up to support your stalking and harassment campaign for the removal of me from my home by force;

Every time without fail when I did the laundry, it was attacked viciously and thoroughly as masturbation; everyone was called in, and the hysteria proceeded; this has had an impact on me; not from the harassment of this attack on normal activity but from the fact that other people were led to believe it was true and did so act as if it were true; it was not; [read this carefully and understand exactly what it is saying;];

Therefor, I adjusted my laundry schedule and activity on a rational and reasonable basis to minimise this fall out problem of other people believing the nonsense and false allegations being generated by those below; about my doing the laundry; this was not psychosis, but a recognition of reality of the situation and allowing for it so that I would carry on with my normal activity and at the same time minimise any possible contribution from me to the problem of the false allegation syndrome and its consequences;

You have missed one important factor: supposed that my genital area itching comes from the residue of the supposedly surreptitious medicine that you are giving to me in my water supply or however; now that will come out in my urine; I take enough baths day but that irritation remains even tonight following my bath; now, my scratching could well be normal and may not be eliminated by anything that I can really do; it is a by product of this supposedly surreptitiously administered medication; if so, then you are once again causing the problem and blame me because I scratch it;

Or, maybe is was “psychotic” followed by a roar; I’ll stick with the first but the second could reveal two different people and is more logical; one outside saying one thing and one inside a vehicle roaring the conclusion;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 03:22:43    Woke up from a dream; [hsoen] was directly caused by those DTR and their activity; [NB just as I woke I heard the sound of two autos leaving; it is most likely that this noise perhaps with people talking and entering them caused the dream and me to wake up; I thought that they were leaving from DTR;];

Dream: a group of tenants walked into my flat in order to examine it for reletting it; they just came in without notification or concern that someone was there; I happened to be at home; I asked them to leave; they did not; I asked who they were; they explained who they were and what they were doing; I told them that under no circumstances was I going to leave and that I would fight them legally every step of the way to re-lease my home to another;

A guy there said in a friendly way that he was a lawyer and lived a couple doors down; I emphasised for his benefit that I was going to fight this legally in every manner possible; he then said he had a stack of papers from previous cases and legal comments that he wanted to give me, but I refused then because they might bog me down with irrelevant side issues;

Then I tried to explain once and for all to this group people exactly what was going on they would not listen, and every time I began to note what was happening they interrupted me; so I told them to leave; they were there with their kids running all around, and it was difficult to get them to go, but I finally managed to do so; at the end of the dream one woman was left and waned to talk about the situation; by then I would not; it was a matter for the courts; she was not going to do anything, and it would have been a waste of time explaining what was going on;  

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 03:29:51    That was a brilliant dream and a parallel to exactly what is happening here; I was talking only in my dream to them, but none of it woke me so I was not talking in my sleep to the best of my knowledge; it was all mental activity; if I had talked in my sleep, I would have woken right up; as it was I woke normally at the end, of the dream; it was really terrific for it highlighted the exact position of what was and is happening here; the refusal to listen to exactly what had happened and the determination to remove me and re-lease my home without even consulting me; they had come into my home without my knowledge and consent think that I was not there with the purpose to exam it for re-leasing it; but I caught them and found out who they were an what they were doing; the legal battle was all set; a perfect dream for this night and right on the truth;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 03:33:42    “Psychotic” says the PCPHF down the road as she roared a few times during my description of the dream; vehicle door slams and comes this way stopping perhaps at the end of the building; I really liked that dream and I woke from it very refreshed; that is what dreams are all about;

I sat up immediately to write it down as two vehicles departed with closing doors and taking off; as I began that wake up entry;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 03:39:55    “Don’t worry we’ll get him out” says the male a different one DTR that is not possible when you have caused the problem for all these years; you are the source of all you see including the false allegations; you cannot then use the consequences of your actions to blame me for them; it will not wash;

That dream even was caused by all your actions and words especially tonight when it just bubbled to the surface from my unconscious as I went to sleep briefly and was probably disturbed away again which caused this dream with the crowd noise of people departing perhaps; I don’t know as I was asleep and dreaming, but the source and cause of the dream is perfectly clear as is all the impact of your activity; this cannot be denied; you are responsible for what has happened; all of it;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 03:49:58    “There write it down; his arm . . .”; said the male DTR I had just lain down once again on my left side under the blanket to sleep; I them moved the blanket down a bit to uncover my arms with my left one under my right on top; this is not the position in which I sleep that could be the cause of the circulation problems; but I will keep track of it for future reference; my top arm has always been free on top and still lost circulation whether or not it was the left or the right;

BTW I had just lain down on my right side; my normal arm position for sleeping is my lower arm under the pillow under my head and my top hand on its elbow; this was the position which the female described as strange last night; it is not strange; it is very comfortable; and the top arm is freely laying on the top of my body with no circulation constraints at all

Dream: I was giving a speech in a situation that I could not recall what it was about; there were three of us; also there was a lot of sides to the issues to be presented beforehand; I found myself in the room next to one where the important people gathered to hear us; I was still getting prepared and organised; they were getting started, and I could see them through a kind of grate in the wall at the chest level; I was sorting my papers and getting stuff together as they began; a female started giving her speech, and I was just getting my stuff together; I was late but could here what was going on as I did not miss anything; then as I was about to go next door they stopped it all; I woke up;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 05:02:48    Voices move up under the window; “Is he there” asks a female; another voice says “Want to take him out”; there is no legal ground for doing that; all allegations are false and trumped up;

Before this while laying on my back there, was a sound from below in the area below the balcony; the male and female PCPHF were talking DTR as I scratched my waistline where I tied the jogging trousers, and it itched as a result of this constricting factor, he said “There it is”;

You see there is nothing dirty about anything; it is the “belt” of the jogging trouser which is a “rope” that is tied each day tightly so that this is the source of the itching: a constricting band; the same happens to my ankles where the elastic band of the jogging trousers also binds;

They got it all wrong and have made a dreadful error by jumping to a conclusion and now getting it reported and the police already to remove me when they did not know fully what they were doing; they are showing off their projection of what is in their minds in their state of ignorance; it is really my “rope” that I tie tightly around my waist for my jogging trousers;

Mon, 20 Aug 2001 - 05:15:03    Into the bedroom; Jarhead is still talking at the troops as if they were as stupid as he; well . . . he said “No belt . . .”; yes, that is exactly what it is; but not a normal “belt”; a rope belt used for tying my jogging trousers; this is tighter, sharper and cuts and constricts more than anything else; thus it creates an irritation zone across the front of my waist at the level where it is and also on the sides on my hips, but the latter only turns up infrequently as it has in recent days; so it is all down to the “Rope belt” that binds, constricts and causes an itch that is first noticeable when I removed my trousers exposing that to air; I am always scratching it when I remove my trousers; there is nothing psychotic about it; got dressed;

Into the kitchen; light on; washed hands; put in lenses; arranged recyclables for removal this morning; light off; took bag of empty plastic bottles into hall by door for when I depart; back into the living room; then went back into the kitchen for the choco and a spoon; put on chair; back into the living room; pushed bed to books; move NB and water bottle to the table;

I paused for a dump; first after the release of flatulence, a male voice below said; “Hear that, that’s psychotic”; next as I was defecating, the same male voice said “He’s fucking . . . he’s coming”; then as the final bit of faeces fell into the toilet bowl, he said “He’s come”; had made other comments as I was defecating, but these were the most absurd and totally false; I stood up; as I was tying my jogging trousers “Rope” he said “He’s tying his trousers now”; I flushed the toilet; returned to the living room; [Now, you tell me: who is the real psychotic here(?); I think it was the male below me while I was using the toilet;];
