Friday, 17th August 2001

1.  The police were called for an unspecified reason to remove me form my home simply on the basis of a “perceived” mental illness which does not, in fact, exist (see entry for 19:33:58 and following).  Apparently, the police remained as observers to view me take a bath, go to bed and write the bath summary information.  

2.  After this I was very lucky to have gotten 3.25 hours sleep in the period before midnight for I was kept awake most of the remainder of the night by the usual criminal loitering to carry out criminal stalking and harassing for that purpose in order to create a false allegation so that they can incite others to remove me from my home by force as a result.  
3.  At 01:27:22 the false allegation syndrome gets into full swing.  This is utterly false and produces the whole incredible sequence of events for the rest of the night.  At 02:42:24 just after I got one hours sleep (all that I was to get for the rest of the night) there was a clear fabrication of a false allegation which ended it all and events went downhill from that point on as if falling off a cliff.  The Hoax and mental illness of the PCPHF were clearly exposed;

4.  The situation went on to include a psychotic collapse after a total loss of control in a fit by the PCPHF. She was medicated but still would not go home; This lasted all night until I left after 0630.  It was an incredible night that shows it all for what it is.  Please read it carefully and thoroughly.  

5.  The chronic sleep deprivation must come to an end as describe in here by addressing the source of the problem starting with the criminal loitering that takes place on the public road outside my window all night every night.

Of course, neither the occupants of the flat 503 below nor those using the surveillance equipment act as if there is any psychosis here; this means of course that there is none; actions speak louder than words; however, since they “perceive” that mental illness exists, that Tenancy Agreement has been breached by this behaviour; I guess that they do not value their Tenancy Agreement now living here; this will have to be decided by the courts now; perhaps other tenants might be more suitable residents in that flat since they do not respect the Tenancy Agreement;

You cannot remove someone from their home for perceived mental illness; you can, however, breach the Tenancy Agreement of the flat below by advocating this course of action;

NB due to the fact that the “Killer” aka Fummie (Fired Up Motor Mouth Immediate Exterminator) was after the police for the entire time to remove me from my home by force based upon a false allegation of “Fucking” when nothing of the sort took place at all during a normal bath with soaking, washing and drying; the details of this activity will be explicit;

Washed plate and soup glass; the PCPHF with the police below the KW noted my presence in the kitchen; put choco in fridge; closed kitchen window as they were talking below with those associated with flat 503 below urging or inviting the police to remove me from my home by force on the sole basis of their “perceived” mental illness which they call “Psychotic”; this is the first false allegation; by the time these people get done abusing the well mannered and good intentions of the Met Police, there will not be a police force left to handle serious matters of crime which threaten property and life; their actions are an abuse of the Met Police;

Turned on kitchen light; washed hands; this was noted and pointed out by the PCPHF below the KW; removed lenses; put in disinfectant; light off;

Into the bedroom; undressed; into the bathroom; paused for an aborted pit stop; started tub filling from sink hose; got in to soak as it did so;

The “Killer” started up after a short bit pleading with the apparent police officer to remove me from my home; this went on the entire time the tub was filling; when I put my right foot up to relax and stretch it out, he proceeded to describe what this was about; I heard him point it out, but I did not hear what he said about it; in the past the PCPHF and others of her ilk have stated “He comes when his leg it up”; this is total nonsense and completely false; it beggars belief that anyone would take such a statement seriously;

That at one pint I heard a female say “He walks around all night”; this is totally untrue and has been for years; I remain on my bed all night long and do not move except to go to the bathroom which is well noted each and every time in the diary/log just to avoid such a false allegation; the reason is that those above are stomping on the floor above me and in the rear wall area much of the night on and off; in fact, the teenager from there was explaining recently to those in flat 503 below that he does it by stomping on the floor of his room on the top floor above which is one floor further up then the one directly above me; thus, there is a general conspiracy and coordination of such noises which are made between these two flats above and below me in order to falsely attribute this activity above to me;

After I turned off the water to soak; the “Killer” continued to talk urging that I be removed from my home; this is unusual because he usually stops when the water is shut off; after soaking for a while, I stood up to wash; my upper scrotum and waistline were itching very badly and got a good scrubbing and scratching; the “Killer” sounded like he said this was “Fucking” in his language; in normal human language, his allegation would be called masturbation; it was complete clear to anyone who was viewing my washing with video surveillance equipment as these people were that I was not masturbating at all but merely washing which I went on to complete for the rest of my body above my knees;

I then sat down in the tub and washed my lower legs, ankles and feet as they were dirty; under my knees itched as well; I then rinsed them by thoroughly rubbing the cheap soap from my feet and legs; then the rest of me including my genital and anal areas all very quickly; however, I did hear some comment about the time I rinsed my genital area of soap; I could not hear what was said; I then pulled the plug on the tub; soaked until it was empty; got out; towel dried returned to the living room;

The allegation from the PCPHF DTR is utter rubbish; no sexual activity took place let alone any ejaculation; she was disturbing, however, in the extreme with her screeching and roaring false accusation; that’s also what probably woke me; as soon as she made that false allegation I sat up and began typing;

In that entry above, it was perfectly clear to me that the assumed PC had said “I can’t pull him”; I had just heard something before that which sounded like the stock phrase from the PCPHF “I want him out” which she says over and over again; I wrote the “Pull” statement first then I went back and put in what I thought I heard from the PCPHF which had prompted it; these are familiar statements which are heard over and over from her and police officers;

I have no doubt that this is what the male said; and before that what she said; the basis for such action has been by making the false claim “He’s psychotic” solely and alone with no other reason; that cannot be the basis for any action whatsoever; in this case it is not true at all; it is alleged only; but these people use it over and over with the police in many, many calls when their other false allegations failed as this one did just now to still maintain their criminal incitement to have me removed from my home;

The whole basis for this is their revenge and retaliation for having reported their child abuse to the authorities; they then turned that abuse on me and have not stopped this stalking and harassing campaign for over three years now; it is all documented fully and beyond any doubt as to what has been happening; each and every night is a replay of the same scenario of false allegations which are total nonsense;

Because this particular person cannot get her fantasies to actually stick as reality, she goes over the deep end when any attempt is made to remove her because she constitutes an unrelenting campaign of disturbing and disrupting my sleep all night long; she has just done it tonight;

I have all of this documented like this out of necessity to defend myself against this ongoing effort to disturb; when others try to get her to leave, she will never under any circumstance do so as occurred tonight; that is pure evidence of her obsession and delusions in which she displays for all to see in her psychotic fit that occurs when she breaks down under the demand to depart; this happens over and over each night and sometimes two or three times a night;

The proof is in the pudding: just get her to depart for the remainder of the night and see what happens; she does not even live here; she comes here to stalk and harass me; I am in my own home absolutely quietly trying to sleep all night; that is never allowed to happen; all I ask is that the road be cleared of those who are loitering there all night long for they are creating the disturbance which wakes me over and over and/or keeps me awake as has happened once again tonight with all the screeching and roaring from the PCPHF;

This is wall water pipe surging and pounding noises that come from elsewhere when someone else uses the water; I had not used the water for considerable time as I had been soaking for a long while when the surging started; as soon as I stood up it stopped; then as soon as I was rinsing it began again but with pounding; my actions in rinsing showed that this had nothing to do with me; this has been a classic noise to make from elsewhere then point at me for making it; it has always been shown to be totally false and is (1) wall water pipe surging and pounding; and (2) comes from elsewhere;

Drained tub; soaked while doing so; got out; paused for another very small pit stop which the hot water had stimulated into being; I do not urinate in the bathtub; flushed toilet again; dried with towel; into the bedroom; dressed; into the kitchen; light on; washed hands; put in lenses; I did not grasp the lens case well at first; it slipped; I tensed my fingers to get a grip in it, and my fingers shook; the male observing said “There’s a problem there; did you see his fingers shake(?)”;

There is no problem, but if there is one, it is called “Chronic Sleep Deprivation” which is the source of my personal injury damages at present which are under hospital care; these are physical and not psychological; I have no psychological complaint; I have a chronic sleep deprivation complaint which is fully documented and logged; chronic sleep deprivation inhibits the normal uptake of nutrition; upsets and disturbs the metabolic functions of the endocrine and other systems of the body; adversely impacts the peripheral organs of the body; so if my fingers shook briefly then, that is the reason; [neurotransmitter depletion after a night like this was most likely the cause; spastic neurons firing; well, sleep will cure that and stop burning out the neurotransmitters before then can be replenished naturally; how many more things like this are affected(?)];

The chronic sleep deprivation must be stopped and its source is the PCPHF who sits on the public road all night every night stalking and harassing me by waking me with excessive noises; making false allegations; keeping me awake; trying to get others to remove me by force from my home “Throw him out” tonight is a prime example; then when someone tries to get her to go home, she goes into any degree of emotional disturbance and deluded rationalisation to stay and continue her campaign of destruction by means of chronic sleep deprivation;
