Sun, 12 Aug 2001 - 08:00:09    “Write it down” says the male below “He farted”; you should hear the Cackler when she farts outside on the balcony under my front window or explodes in the bathroom below; that gives “Thunder box” a whole new meaning; so what’s your beef; public farting from below on the balcony; better cure your own problems first; I haven’t even begun to tell you about the screaming orgasms that came from below at three o’clock in the morning; sounded like someone was being stabbed to death; did I go running up and down the Walkway and out front on the public footpath yelling “She’s coming”; no, I was polite enough to ignore it and go into another room; it was none of my business; you’re going to have some real problems with all this; you have no idea what these people below are really like when they are on their own; and there was the time when I tried to sleep in the small room and could not because the noises from below all night long were too loud; someone was sleeping there and breathed very, very loudly all night long; they had four adults packed into a one bedroom flat with three kids along half the time; they were the noisiest bunch imaginable all night long, and were only basically quiet between one and five am; I had to adapt to their schedule and noises; it was impossible to use my bedroom because they cooked, ate, watched TV and washed up until one am each night; all that noise was in that area below the bedroom; my bedroom was totally useless to live in; furthermore, the ball playing which occurred in the early evenings by the children from below carried on for as much as five or six hours; this also made the bedroom unlivable; I had to sleep in the living room behind two closed doors and two completely separate walls; the outer wall of the flat was the bedroom wall; the ball playing sounded like it was right next to that wall; the PCPHF always asked why I complained about the children playing ball; it made my flat unlivable and there was a sign right there to stop it; they never stopped and did exactly as they pleased whenever they pleased; at one point the child Frank asked in a very considerate way about that guy upstairs being disturbed by the ball playing outside under my door; a male adult with him replied “Fuck him”; that is there attitude and it shows up daily still in their behaviour: dog barking on the balcony below; door slammed below; ball playing in the Walkway; I am not “Psychotic” I am trying to cope with the worst nuisance neighbours anyone could possibly image who abused the children to boot; now are you beginning to get the tip of the iceberg picture of the reality of these four adults and three children jammed into a one bedroom flat(?);

Oh, yeah, I’ve got my personal diary/log from May 1996 on which reflects much of this; it too has been documented but as incidental to my own activity which I was primarily recording for my benefit; that all changed in May 1998 when I reported the child abuse, and they started in with their campaign to drive me out of my home;

Sun, 12 Aug 2001 - 08:21:45    “If he’s right, you [got a problem]”; I am more then right; there is much more and it all fits together in a daily and continuous pattern well noted by the documentation; you would be very wise to back off and turn objective while you can still look somewhat like your are not part of the criminal activity;

This is what happens when you do not ask for and would have received full documentation and evidence at the very beginning to explain and answer all questions or along the way; you have been bamboozled;

The reason that I did not address the severe nuisance neighbour problem was that there were far more serious problems going on between May 1996 and May 1998; there was violence between these adults; violence against the children that was constant; without knowing who it was, I saw a weapon (a two foot long piece of pipe) drawn from under the seat of a Jag in a road rage altercation under my kitchen window; I called the police immediate because it was life threatening; the other party involved in the road rage incident was Louis; the police arrived within a minute; an spent a long time talking with Louis; this was on a Friday night about 1700 in August 1997; Louis got worse and worse; the fights between him and the PCPHF went on in circles including his banishment then reacceptance; Louis then started choking young Frank in the Autumn/Winter of 1997/8; Frank was driven to despair by all the abuse he was getting from everyone; he used to come out on the balcony below crying “Help me, please help me”, so I did; look what I got; there is a lot to this story which you know nothing about because you have *neglected* to inform yourself; you have a problem there, but better to start right now getting it right then to keep making it worse for all of this will come out; you’ve been bullied by the screams, screeching and roaring from the PCPHF into believing what she has to say is true; it is not at all; it is as simple as that; I am not Psychotic; that is a scapegoat weapon of convenience used to deny reality; I have been the victim of the worst imaginable stalking and harassment possible; end it and end it now by addressing the source of the problem who sits right with you at this moment; you got to start somewhere to get it right; plotting to get me out whatever happens in that course of events will just get deeper and deeper into the wrong direction which will look all the worse when this all comes out; it is never to late to realise the truth; you’ve just found out; you must look at the whole five years in great detail to understand it all and it fits together consistently and significantly without forcing anything; the truth just paints a cohesive and coherent picture for all to see; and there ain’t nothing “Psychotic” about that; the worst problem is that the PCPHF has pushed to break laws and commit criminal offences which have been ignored; that is part of the problem; end that so that the hand of the law applies equally; you cannot allow the law to be broken by her loitering on the road all night every night; that is wrong and cannot be; end it for starters; she must be kept away from this area except for reasonable visits; because she spends all her time here stalking and harassing me denying me my life in the daytime as she denies me my sleep at night;

The family violence between the adults, against others and against the children took a far greater priority of attention during May 1996 and May 1998 for attention and proper resolution than did the overall extraordinary nuisance character of the behaviour of these four adults; that has persisted  but the nuisance behaviour is part and parcel of the stalking and harassment since May 1998 when everything dramatically shifted in emphasis as my diary/logs clearly show on a daily basis; the difference is like the difference between day turning to night with a long evening twilight during the summer of 1998 emerging into darkness in August 1998 now three years ago with ever escalation from then on; no psychosis on my part just objective reporting to resolve a problem; no jumping to a drastic destructive end to drive anyone out; just the rational and reasonable attempts driven by events coming from those in flat 503 below to sovle the problems they were creating;

you have failed in achieving an informed judgment and seriously erred as a result; now is the time to start getting it right; remove me from my home is not “getting it right”; it is carrying out the objectives of those in flat 503 below that were started in May 1998 and articulated then and reported as such then; the record speaks for itself; they would like to rewrite that, but it cannot be done;

Sun, 12 Aug 2001 - 08:53:22    “He’s a writer” says a male below as if that explains something; it means nothing; this is not a creative writing course; this is an honest and straightforward reporting of the facts and events as they occurred which cannot be denied or altered; as noted early on and with following shifts in emphasis, there was nothing that addressed any problem other then those of my own life; the activity of those below impacted my life without my seeking anything; I ignored the nuisance activity, but I could not ignore the child abuse or other violence which threatened life; when appropriate and necessary this was reported; a child cannot fend for itself; there must be intervention by a *competent* adult if required; that was required in this instance as the violence against the children and one in particular escalated consistent with  other violence; the child abuse had to be addressed by the proper authorities not be me; that is a terrible mistake; the character and impact of child abuse requires the intervention and complete understanding of several public service disciplines depending upon the nature of the situation: the police, the DSS and the Health Department for starters; it is far better to stop child abuse at the *choking* stage rather than wait until the child ie permanent injured or dead; intervention is a very, very difficult thing to do and can only be undertaken after considerable observation and experience reaches a conclusion that the problem is escalating and not abating; hence, I very carefully documented it and sent it to the Chief Executive of the Council because  I did not know to whom it should be addressed; the matter was handled from here by the appropriate agencies;

However, the abuse did not abate as one would expect after the intervention; I was subjected to ever increasing harassment too; I was very reluctant to report any child abuse but in a couple instances that was imperative; the infant was hit twice quite hard; this was beyond a doubt in about August 1998; if an infant is hit in the head, that can kill very, very easily; this is not really understood clearly; just shaking can kill  an infant which we all know by now but still do no fully appreciate; it does not take much to kill an infant by abusive behaviour; I reported this infant getting hit in about August 1998 for the sake of the infant and since the intervention was not effective in altering behaviour to stop the hitting of the children; a further intervention was necessary; the DSS was notified and proper steps were taken; I then became subjected to the worst escalation of the stalking and harassment which has continued to this day; ask if I would do I again; you betcha; I did exactly the right thing in the right way and sought to live my own life without any personal interference in the lives of these people; in no way did I communicate this to anyone in this environment; these people were entitled to recognise and correct their own problem if they so chose; they did not choose to do so; that is why they were not fully understood and the problem escalated instead; I was subjected to continuing harassment and the worst kind o harassment; that were they claimed I was harassing them when I was not; what was my defence(?); to start keeping as complete an account as possible and bring the attention to the proper authorities which I did; as I said, the record speaks for itself, and you have allowed yourselves to remain blissfully unaware of the record to reach an uninformed judgment that is totally opposite of the facts and the truth; the objective to get me out rests on this basis that I have full documentation and proof of what actually has happened all along on a daily basis; I am not the source of the problem; I am its victim just as the children and other adults have been the victims of these peoples’ violence; they have done their best to smoke screen that adding to the problem, but it still is quite discernable in realistic terms of what actually has happened;

Sun, 12 Aug 2001 - 09:29:32    Into the bathroom for a pit stop; urination OK now; now more sharp urethra pain from the passing of crystallised minerals as occurred this morning as earlier explained; dinking nearly a litre of water as flushed out my kidneys and bladder; my body shut down last night; did not drink water; probably due to chronic sleep deprivation that has impacted my body functions negatively and has a noted deleterious impact on kidney function as stated in an Lancet published research report on Sleep Deprivation at the end of October 1999; all peripheral organs are impacted negatively by chronic sleep debt; cut it out; this is the source of the problem; remove it first and see what happens; don’t make it wore or harm me further; is not psychosis; it is sleep deprivation; stop the real cause; flushed toilet; back into the living room;
