31.    Jarhead II launched into a filling long monologue of which I heard nothing except the drone of his voice; turned off the water fillign tub from the sink hose; just before this; the hot water had sliped off an I shut it off; just a minot spray; it ony slipped a little not really off; I soaded fro awhile;

32.    Oh, yeah, just after I got in the tub and was rubbing the chafed area between my thighs; the door slamme below an a male went down the Walkway yellling “He’s gotta come out” when he reached the middle area;

33.    When I started washign my hair, Killer Jarhead started his grans show which was to go all the way to a granc climax at the end of my bath; first, he let out a little yell whenI wet my hair to wash it; then as I was wash it, he said “O, good, it will be better to pull him out by his hair that way” or words to that effect; then when I went to rinse my hair, he thrw a fit yelling at the top of his voice that I was “Drownign myself” or something like that which I just caught as my ears went underwater; after rinsing my hair and re-emerging from the tub; he said “Oh, now I see what it is; well, you never know about Psychotics”; this was the clasic vintage Killer Jarhead; he jumps to a conslusion losing it completely; then when he realises that he has made a complete fool of himself, he blames someone else; in this case by deridding me and calling me a negative, false name; of course this was a gross breach of the Tenancy Agreement for flat 503 below;

34.    Durign this period he went on to say that “He will be taken out later tonight for certain’; then added “In th ublic interest whether he comes or not”; again he is deliverately inciting the fear of violence as he did with the hair comment; he is saying that no matter what I will be forcibly remove from my home; and he uses the public interest as the reason; that is total nonsense; the public interet is not maintained by serving and promulgating criminal activity;

35.    I had shaved while washing my hair; I then put in hair conditioner and untangled it except for a serious knot; this was also folloe in detail by Killer Jarhead; then the PCPHF explained what was going on just before I cut out a knot that was impossible to undo;

36.    I then stood up to wash my upper body; carefully washing the chafed area between my lets; ot scrotal itch but a wee bit of waistline itch; sat back down and wash my lower legs, ankles and feet; Killer Jarhead comment upon how sore they must be probably referrign to the blisters he knew were there from yesterday’s reference to them; there was an open sore between two toes on one foot which wss bleeing ; this was why I really needed the bthto cleanse the and get it healing; will put a plaster on it in the morning;

37.    Rinse all my boy and then my hair with the hose from the sink; choke on a bit of water running out of the hose that squirted into my mouth by accident; just a wee bit, but immediately someone not haign the slightest clue from below said “Something’s wrong”; nonsense and the reaons for ending the surveillance were totaly plain this time by the abuse that coem from these people below as noted here;

38.    Pulled the plug; sat back and soaked while draining; check the drainfor hair stoppage once; none there; got out when ended; aused for a pit stop; released some flatulence while the kids were screaming as loud as possible down the Walkway; I couldn’t evern hear it (almost) but they went into a frenzy below; dried with the towel;
