I support all the efforts to get Alan Johnston released and deplore the fact of his kidnapping and imprisonment in Gaza. The events of the past two days in Gaza are of great concern. However, I want to compare and contrast his imprisonment by terrorists in Gaza with the US/UK government sponsored and run imprisonment, torture interrogation, medical experimentation and lethal use the surveillance technology for R&D purposes. I do not believe that there is any difference except that I have been subjected to torture 24/7 since August 1998 by a large group of local vigilante criminals and imprisoned indefinitely since February 2001 by surveillance technology from which there is no escape. This constitutes almost nine years of 24/7 abuse by these governments, but no one does or says anything about it. Instead, I am abused in the extreme for accurately reporting what is happening by all those involved who want to deny their and other's extensive criminal behaviour including the media who commit the crime of silence. Which is the worst: to be tortured to death by the US/UK governments or held captive in Gaza?

• Thumping bass music. The thumping bass music from the flat below continued after midnight this morning for a considerable length of time.

• Child abuse to adult abuse impacts the environment. "14-year-old boy is unconditionally forbidden to masturbate."

• The Queen's birthday honour's list. I wonder how Salman Rushdie feels sharing a knighthood with a religious and racial bigot like Terry Wogan?

1. The thumping bass music from the flat below continued after midnight this morning for a considerable length of time. It started again most conspicuously as I prepared to go to bed about 0115. Then after going to bed about 0130, it went on for at least another hour while I tried to get to sleep and was woken by this thumping bass music from below. In addition there was loud voices shouting outside from time to time during this period as well as some loud railing noises from the Walkway inside as apparently someone departed. Throughout all this there was the additional blend of verbal abuse from those using surveillance technology as a weapon of torture. This followed on after this thumping bass music started about 1600 and continued on and off until midnight as described in yesterday's web journal entry.

Once again like yesterday the thumping bass music ran from late afternoon until after midnight continuing until 0230 or 0300 Sunday morning as I was trying to get to sleep after a long day. This extensive around-the-clock antisocial behaviour feeds the environment causing others to do the same. This impacts the children especially the smaller children extensively.

They imitate the behaviour and then are disturbed by it throughout the night. During this morning there was extensive loud playing in the Walkway from small children with scooters yelling and screaming. They left extensive black markings on the floor in thee Walkway. Then they are impacted by this excessively loud thumping bass music that ran on late at night until the wee hours of the morning.

Those using the surveillance technology continuously complain about "the children" as if in some way they are protecting the children by attacking me when exactly the opposite is true:

• First, BS neglects her children completely by her obsessive use of the surveillance technology 24/7 against me which she has been doing for almost nine years without ever doing anything else.

• Second, this sets an example that antisocial and criminal behaviour are acceptable, condoned and sustained by those in authority.

• Third, those using the surveillance technology, Lt Harry Bird, BS and others, actively protect and sustain the antisocial and criminal behaviour of others.

• Fourth, this leads to the kind of behaviour which is now taking place 24/7 with continuous antisocial behaviour from below imitated by the smaller children playing in the Walkway who are learning a complete disregard and disrespect for other people. Thus, antisocial behaviour comes from four sides: below, above, outside and in the Walkway.

• Fifth, the children do not mature properly physically because they lose the critically important sleep they must get each night for their development especially brain development which goes on until about the age of sixteen.

• Sixth, this is how those who are disadvantaged and socially deprived are condemned to remaining so and being behind from the beginning and then throughout their lives. They are deprived of the proper development environment which physically harms them.

• Seventh, they seek to control and dominate the environment. This is no different from the bully in the classroom depriving all the other students of the opportunity to learn because the bully cannot learn for whatever reasons. This is the environment where the bully originates only here such bullying is much more serious with a 24/7 impact on every one that never stops. The small children start out imitating this behaviour.

• Eighth, it's not just the sleep deprivation which harms the children from the very start of their lives due to the excessively loud thumping bass music, but it's the drugs that go along with it where young people learn to abuse drugs at an early age thus further destroying their proper physical development resulting in permanent damage.

• Ninth, it is quite clear to me that the child abusers like BS and her relatives wish to sustain an antisocial and criminal environment so that no one develops or functions properly since they do not. They want to penalise everyone else just like they have been penalised in terms of development, abilities and activities.

• Tenth, the great tragedy is that the government has provided surveillance technology to these seriously dysfunctional people who are a domestically violent family group including child abuse in order for them to impose this violence on the environment at large which has the effect of not just stopping development but rechanneling it along the antisocial behaviour path.

Sat Jun 16 23:48:57 BST 2007: thumping bass music starts once again. It has been off for a few minutes. It started originally about 2310 for awhile, stopped and now is back again from the flat below. This is like last night. Will there be a couple hours between 0100 and 0300? As it turned out, this is exactly what happened with excessively loud thumping bass music coming from below until 0230 to 0300.

Let's turn back for a moment to what I mentioned yesterday in Alice Mille's book about the examples of child abuse submitted from a telephone help line to the press where only a few out of a couple hundred published this abuse. Here is one example of such abuse that is not of the physical kind but just as damaging to the young:

"2/16 Solothurn. 14-year-old boy is unconditionally forbidden to masturbate. His mother threatens to cut off his penis if he does it again. According to his mother, everyone who does that ends up in hell. Ever since she discovered her husband doing it, she is leaving no stone unturned to combat this shameful act." This is what BS and all her relatives including her children have been doing to me 24/7 for almost nine years with the use of surveillance technology to fake allegations. It never stops. BS is obsessively fixated on me with the surveillance second-by-second to such an extent that she never misses the slightest little activity no matter what it is. The whole point of this is to ascribe to me an act of masturbation. All of her relatives do this including her children which of late have been yelling this in public as they had yelled it over and over in the past.

I realise that this is a seriously disturbed personality at work doing a great deal of harm to many, many people including children in this environment. In order for her to carry out her own destructive behaviour against me for whatever psychological reason might be driving it she also impacts the lives of everyone else in a most negative manner with this continuously false allegation made repeatedly. Lt Harry Bird joins right in imitating BS in all that she does. He is that mindless himself not knowing how to behave at all. This is a product of the US Marines destructive training where everything is destroyed in an individual except the ability to take orders no matter what that order might be.

This loss of personality and character by military training abuse carried out over 20 years reinforces what I believe to be the same abuse he received as a child thus destroying him all the more. BS' problem is much easier for me to see since I've experienced the abuse carried out by three generations and know the source of their violence. The violent also attract one another. The hatred and rage is all the more incensed by my writing the truth which they seek to destroy by hammering away with this false allegations continuously among others in an effort to incite someone to have me removed by some means from my home.

In the process of doing this the fire up the entire environment. What has happened in this environment is that the child abuse has been redirected from the defenceless child against me by making me defenceless with the surveillance technology. I cannot escape it and have not privacy at all which has been destroyed 24/7 for almost nine years. This enables the violent abusers to attack every single thing that I do on anyway they choose. There is a reason for this which comes from their own childhood abuse which, as noted, I've experienced by being able to witness this behaviour from generation to generation. Alice Miller writes about this phenomenon of a need to render perpetual abuse:

"This is why beating is a never-ending tasks -- behind it hovers fear of the emergence of one's own repressed weakness, humiliation, and helplessness, which one has tried to escape all one's life by means of grandiose behaviour: . . . -- what is really at issue in everything these people do to others when they despise and demean them is the attempt to exterminate their own former weakness and to avoid sorrow." (ibid., p. 188-9.)

These people using the surveillance technology reflect this endless, nonstop abuse ("beatings") with the use of the surveillance technology while at the same time engage in self aggrandisement ("grandiose behaviour") as if they are saving the community from and danger, threat and enemy all of their own fabrication. Since no one has access to the surveillance technology because they completely dominate and control its usage 24/7, no one has any idea whether what they say is true or not. This is why it has been going on for almost nine years 24/7. It is a massive hoax and fraud that others in which others actually want to participate so that they accept whatever is said uncritically. Anyone who does question or refect what is being done is driven away by these bullies.

It is extreme important to understand the intense character of the bonding which develops between the abuse people in family situations like this. Alice Miller describes this attraction and bonding between violent people: "These sadomasochistic bonds, which go back to the equivocal and unpredictable nature of a parent, are stronger than a genuine love relationship; they are impossible to break, and signal permanent destruction of the self." (ibid., p. 163.) This explains the bonding which develops between these viciously violent people that I have observed directly over these years: between Lt Harry Bird and BS; between BS and her partner. These are relationships that appear as if they would blow apart, but the attraction between these people is quite incomprehensibly strong.

This same is true between parent and child thus leading to the child abuse being carried from generation to generation with the same abuse carried out against grandmother and mother against grandchild/son. BS lived with her mother until I reported the child abuse at which time she set upon a course of revenge and retaliation which would enable her to take possession of my flat which is adjacent to her mother's. The bond of violence is so strong that BS has absolutely refused any alternative housing offers or suggestions. She is totally obsessed with my destruction and obtain this flat for her own which will put her adjacent to her mother.

In the case where the abuse is passed from generation to generation there is a mechanism of fear at work which is passed unconsciously or consciously by direct violence from mother to child. When a father abuses a child in the extreme and the mother does nothing to stop this abuse, the child suffers doubly. Alice Miller writes "A child cannot help but suffer from this harsh treatment. But he dare not live out his suffering or show it. There is no choice but to split it off and project it onto others, i.e., to ascribe his mother's harsh qualities to other mothers and even come to admire these qualities in them." (ibid., p. 192.) The child has no choice but to internalise the brutality whether it be active or passive and then act it out against others in an effort to rid himself of it.

What do you suppose the young boy Son of BS felt like when he was seriously choked by his father while his mother, BS, stood by allowing this to happen on several occasions? This is only one example of continuous abuse against this child who then acted out his violence in the same why upon other, smaller and more vulnerable children while at play. He thus also carries on imitating these parents in the abuse against me using the identical language they use thinking that I, too, am vulnerable and defenceless from the use of surveillance technology against me. This is how and why this violence gets passed from generation to generation and why these people are so attracted to one another on the basis of a mutually violent bonding.

Then along comes society in the guise of beneficent authority to address the situation when I report the child abuse in May 1998 because I am afraid that they child will be killed by some means, choking or otherwise, by his viciously violent father and/or mother. Let us not forget that the other adults, grandmother and her parter, were also present and stood by without stooping this effort to kill a child which was intended to create fear of being strangled in order to shut him up. What will he do in the future? He will not tell anything out of fear of being killed and act out his own violence in a similar manner as he was treated. He not only has a active/passive mother but also has an active/passive grandmother with respect to abuse carried out against him. This child is in serious trouble and needs the proper attention of the authorities.

But what do they do? They allow themselves to be deceived by the child abusers into believing that the one who reported the child abuse has not done so accurately and further they begin to ascribe false allegations to the one who reported the child abuse in order to get the use of surveillance technology against him. Thus, they've turned everything upside down and are able to sustain this activity for almost nine years 24/7 with the use of surveillance technology. They continue with their child abuse, and the child grows up to be a violent bully just like themselves. Those in authority join in the abuse against the person who reported the child abuse for their own psychological demented reasons, and the syndrome is sustained and maintained for all these years. The sadomasochistic personality is in charge dominating and controlling government and the environment.

So what happens? The whole environment is denied development and everyone stays in a state of the arrested infantile state where these people live. They don't just pass this along from generation to generation in the family group, they make certain that the entire environment is impacted by their violent abuse especially the children so that no one develops properly. Thus, a ghetto of antisocial behaviour and criminal activity is created. Those in positions of authority should have picked this right up, but, instead, they allowed the seriously dysfunctional family group of violent abusers to act out their personality disorder on the community itself change it irrevocably because this abuse against other children harms them physically and permanently.

In the meantime they try to create a grandiose image of themselves in the community by means of the abuse of surveillance technology against the person who accurately reports the problems trying to get him discredited and removed by any means possible based upon anything and everything they can make up while they deny this person any interaction with anyone else that is free from the abuse from the surveillance technology. Instead of being used beneficially to identify the actual source and nature of the problem, the surveillance technology is used in a most malignant manner possible by those who are the source of the problem to hide their activity while projecting it onto a scapegoat who is the person who documents, reports and communicates the valid information.

Instead of actually addressing the source of the problems in order to ameliorate them in society during the past ten years, this government as actually made them worse by arming the source of the problems with the necessary weapons to ensure that the problems persist and grow larger while killing off those who are dedicated to the proper identification and melioration of the problems. This is Tony Blair's legacy: giant steps backward with an enlargement of the problems.

Not only has he done this in the UK, but he has also done it abroad, i.e., Iraq, which results in human rights being claimed as the reason for invading Iraq in the absence of finding any WMD while arguing that human rights do not exist in British military detention centres in Iraq. The British have turned out to be just like Saddam, and it takes the Law Lords to tell people how to behave properly since they do not do this naturally themselves.

3. The Queen's official birthday honour's list is published today. I wonder how Salman Rushdie feels sharing a knighthood with a religious and racial bigot like Terry Wogan? It seems as though honours have some other common denominator which qualifies recipients.

Botham's walks have raised about £10m for Leukaemia Research List highlights

Ex-cricketer Ian Botham and novelist Salman Rushdie have both been knighted in the Queen's Birthday Honours.

Botham's knighthood is a reflection of his achievements on the field - and long-distance fundraising walks.

Cancer sufferer Jane Tomlinson, who along with Dame Edna Everage creator Barry Humphries is made a CBE, joins others recognised for charity efforts.

Singer Joe Cocker, author Barbara Taylor Bradford and footballer Ryan Giggs are among the OBEs on the list.

The Cabinet Office said a key aim of the 2007 Birthday Honours was to reward those in the areas of education, health, law and order and the charity sector.

All the 946 people on the list have been nominated by the public or expert organisations.

I can see in this list and others that in many cases it is a popularity contest for those who are well known and have successfully hidden their very serious flaws which they have cultivated to become well known.

This perpetuates the worst character of the society reflecting serious flaws. There might be a more significant and meaningful improvement in society without an honours list with its grooming and blessing.

Racism is condoned and supported

Recently a woman was bounced from the Big Brother house for using the "N" word, yet I've heard Terry Wogan do worse on his morning show and repeat it the next day. He was complaining about the tea lady whom he called "Aunt Jemima" characterising her as being "slow as molasses" all of which abuse was delivered in a mock US southern accent. He had the presenter before him in the morning doing the same thing.

Religious intolerance is condoned and supported

We've had recently the terrible tragedy of so-called honour killings where a woman was murdered by her father because he would not stop seeing an unacceptable boyfriend. Terry Wogan again reflected this kind of bigotry in a Sunday Times father and daughter interview where he, as a Roman Catholic, stated that his daughter understood her place and knew her own people when asked what he would do if she brought home a Muslim boyfriend.

Popularity derived from the basest part of the human character

Terry Wogan reaches an mass audience each day of some six, seven million or even more. He was making these statements at a time when the racial abuse against Naomi Campbell was in the news and another incident involving a black British soldier who was subjected to be scrubbed white with bleach was also prevalently broadcast.

Terry Wogan reflects an situation of popularity, I believe, that is based upon mass appeal which includes the basest of abuse. Like the young woman who was bounced out of the Big Brother house Terry Wogan should have been bounced out of the BBC. I complained, but my complaint was not taken seriously, and his show's producer said that I was the only one who had complained. That is stunningly revealing about the acceptance of racial and religious bigotry which prevails in this country.

Human rights advocacy is a popularity contest which the BBC fosters unashamedly

I take profound exception currently to Shami Chakrabarti being granted an honour as well. In my own direct experience she is seeking publicity and high profile cases as Director of Liberty while not addressing the merits of human rights abuses in terms of their seriousness and overall implications for society at large.

The BBC has done everything possible to feature her and Liberty for years at the exclusion of other human rights advocates and organisations who deserve equal attention from the public. In fact, the BBC itself reflects this profound disregard for the most serious of human rights abuses with the most significant implications for society as a whole and has been doing so for years.

Awarding her an honour has nothing to do with providing recognition to those who are making the greatest contribution and has everything to do with high profile which is intentionally sought.

Publicity can be good if soundly based upon reality and significance

Publicity is a good thing when it actually focuses attention on the most serious problems with the most serious implications overall. Fame for fame's sake or derived from the basest of human character faults are not reasons to award honours. Doing so reinforces what is wrong with this country, and why the system itself is flawed and needs to be change.
