Last Wednesday I began documenting and filming this extraordinary failure to properly remove cabinets from an apparent kitchen renovation. I thought that this would be done on Thursday the last day before the four-day Easter weekend holiday. It was not. I was surprised to see this on Saturday morning and have been filming it on each of these days including this morning which is a Bank Holiday in the UK. This is the standard set by tenant management and local government which goes back a decade.
I will be publishing documentation to prove this which I have accumulated all these years. This is another reason to silence me by attacking the person who reports the problem. I have all the documentation which shows that there has been a policy of deliberate disregard originating with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and maintained by tenant management coincident with the concerted effort to discredit and destroy my reporting of these problems with the use of surveillance technology. Proper rubbish facilities and its removal have been just one of these problems for the past ten years. Every effort is being made to stop me from addressing this problem.

There is an extensive history of gross mismanagement and maladministration throughout this decade including installing surveillance technology in August 1998 used by tenant management as a weapon to suppress the reporting of antisocial and criminal behaviour along with the efforts to hide the management failures. Where else in this world can anyone find seven years and eight months of torture carried out 24/7 by the use of surveillance technology created and maintained by government? Once again Lt Harry Bird declared that I was a "Prisoner" last night.
Even more important with regard to this vigilante mob environment was Lt Harry Bird claiming yesterday that I was the "enemy" an oft repeated negative characterisation which derives from his 20 years of US Marine Corps dehumanisation training intended to create enemies. This reflects an effort to create a sense of justification for attacking and destroying a human being.
Lt Harry Bird is an extreme right wing fanatic who is bigoted in the extreme. His behaviour consists of robotic repetition as he attacks continuously with verbal abuse trying to find a vulnerability while probing for a means to emotionally incite others to take up his personal vendetta. This is the character of those using the surveillance technology and those who allow it to continue. The articles below about voters no longer viewing the British National Party (BNP) as an anathema should not be surprising in light of this situation which I am describing based upon my ten years of experience.
The situation is complex, but in essence the three Labour Councillors in this Notting Barns Ward have failed miserably to maintain standards at the Lancaster West Estate where at least two of them live. This is a Conservative controlled Council who has instituted a grossly mismanaged tenant management environment with multiple tenant management organisations as I've recently described. These conflicting and competing tenant management organisations have allowed the basest of human depravity to exist and flourish. The darkest side of the human character has once again risen to a position of power insisting upon and carrying out a standard of antisocial and criminal behaviour to support its own corrupt self interest.
The Labour Councillors in this area have failed to either curtail or have acquiesced to the demands of these vigilantes. They have wound up caught in the middle by their own inaction. As a result those bullies who have gotten control of the surveillance technology persist in its use. This push will turn toward the political alternative which will provide a promise of fulfilling their corrupt self interest.
Those seeking election including not only the Councillors of this borough but also those in tenant management organisations like the TMO Board of Directors (four of whom out of 22 are also Councillors with one of these from the Notting Barns Ward and a resident of the Lancaster West Estate) will pander to those who have a very dark side of their character in evidence and are trying to create an environment where this is the standard and can flourish without people like me accurately reporting what is happening.
I am squarely against the right wing bigot as has been well noted in this web journal including the BNP. The great difficulty is that those who need votes will try to gain the votes of those many people who have been stirred up against me with incitements based upon smear and fear mongering. There are certainly more votes from them as apposed to my one vote. Therefore, fundamental standards will not be maintained and the antisocial and criminal behaviour will continue.
The extensive media coverage of this problem which has emerged today will provide considerable publicity for the BNP and their ilk to assist in re-orienting political vote getting of whatever source to the right and away from fundamental standards which must be maintained. One of the key issues for those using the surveillance technology is to either drive me out of my home or have me removed by force and violence so that the mother of the abused children whom I reported for child abuse can take possession of this flat.
This is most certainly directly related to the housing problem described below. She has been engaged in this activity 24/7 for the better part of eight years reflecting an extreme of ignorant bigotry and disturbed personality committed to violence. Those in positions of responsibility and the authority for dealing properly with complaints are subjected to keeping their jobs by election. They will do nothing to upset anyone and lose votes. This is a key problem with tenant management and why it has failed.

Minister warns of shift to far right

White, working-class voters are turning to the British National Party because they believe Labour is not listening to them, a minister has warned.
As fears of a rise in support for the far-right BNP in next month's local elections increased, the Employment minister Margaret Hodge warned that as many as eight out of 10 white families in her Barking constituency in east London admitted that they were tempted to vote for the BNP. "They can't get a home for their children, they see black and ethnic minority communities moving in and they are angry," she said. "It is a fear of change. It is gobsmacking change.

THOUSANDS of voters are no longer ashamed to back the British National Party, a minister said yesterday as the far-right party fielded record numbers of local election candidates. Margaret Hodge, the Employment Minister, said that as many as eight out of ten working-class white families in her East London constituency of Barking were tempted to vote for the BNP on May 4. Mrs Hodge said that fears about the rapid pace of change, with a large influx of ethnic minority families, rather than racism, were behind their concerns.
