1. On a dull, gray, rainy day in mid-November the leaves are finally turning outside my kitchen window as I look in the direction of Shepherd's Bush Green with some nearby tower blocks in the distance.
2. Let's consider the gross incompetence of the psychiatric profession for a moment reflecting on their inability to get it right. In this case a seriously mentally ill patient was released from hospital for an hour, bought knives and killed a cyclist in a nearby park claiming voices ordered him to kill. The report about this tragedy has just been issued and is characterised as the most condemning report about an NHS mental health trust to be issued in some time.
I want to present a study in contrasts with the only common denominator being the inability to get it right. In the below case the dangerous person was hospitalised and allowed an hour's leave from the hospital. They were faulted for not properly monitoring this patient. In my case they have moved the whole hospital to me a person who has no need of any kind of care. They have been carrying out such intense 24/7 monitoring by so many people out in the community against a totally riskless and completely normal person for many years (since January 2000) that it boggles the mind about the drain on resources this must entail causing one to wonder about the mental health of the mental health profession.
It gets far worse than this. They have been actually trying to create a mental health problem for eight and one-quarter years where none exists. I've caught them at it once again during the last two days which has been published here with the evidence showing this very intense effort to destroy a human being. Instead of recognising the source of the problem, these mental health professionals and others in positions of authority would prefer to blame the victim, me, for what they are doing themselves.
The worst aspect of all is the fact that those who are carrying out the surveillance technology abuse against me are a threat and a danger to themselves, others and the community-at-large. They have threatened to commit suicide if they do not get their way. They have threatened to kill me if they do not get their way. They continuously threaten violence and death against me. They have been violent to each other on several occasions. While Lt Harry Bird was disarmed for threatening to come up here and shoot me, BS was armed. She is the child abuser along with her partner, her mother and her mother's partner. These people are the centre of domestic violence and child abuse.
They have been given surveillance technology so that they can carry out this redirected child abuse violence against me since I reported the child abuse to the authorities to provide protection for the children and address the problems of violence that these people constituted. Naturally, they have attracted all the other sociopathic personality types in this area to participate in this violence against me with the use of surveillance technology. In fact, as a result of the involvement of the mental health professionals, this destruction of human live has become institutionalised.
The mental health professionals have moved out into the community themselves and got it completely wrong. They cannot recognise those who are a danger and a threat while they support these very people in a destruction campaign against the one person who tried to address the situation properly. There is far, far more wrong with the NHS mental health trusts than this apparently quite negative report about one incident even begins to contemplate. Here are a group of mental health professionals who are supporting the mentally ill in acting out their violence while they sit back and observe.
Thus, they get paid for all of this while using the surveillance technology to observe me as if I was a laboratory rat in a cage being subjected to all kinds of experiments in abuse to see how I will behave. A bit of this has been described in the past two days. They also carry out surreptitious medication against me 24/7 outside a hospital environment again on an experimental basis never knowing how much medication they are administering or what measured results its impact might have. They only look through the eyes and verbal reports of those violent personalities who seek destruction to understand what might be going on.
An important aspect of the mental health professional operating in the community is their direct involvement in inciting vigilante mob violence. On the last Friday of July 2001 Dr Richard Evans of the Acute Paychiatric Clinic at the nearby St Charles Hospital one side of which is along St Marks Road inciged a large group of people to hatred and violent threats against me. He singlehandedly got them yelling "psychotic" and was also standing next to a male child abuser who threatened to kill me with a knife. Having done this outstanding job in the community, Dr Richard Evans departed to leave the mob to carry on which they did for hours with the word "psychotic" yelled at me at least 70 times which I carefully documented in writing.
Repression by Psychiatry overview comments about the "Psychiatric Repression" attempt which was coincident with and following the "State of Seige" in December 1999/January 2000. Each of these followed my 23rd September 1999 fax/letter to the Prime Minister which then turned up in my "Psychiatric File".
The net result of this is that the NHS mental health professionals spend their time out in the community attacking the healthy at the behest of the disturbed trying to make the healthy mentally ill while those with serious mental health problems are released into the community to carry out crimes such as this murder described in this article. Let us not forget that Dr John Reid used to be Secretary of State for Health before he moved to the Ministry of Defence and now is providing his wisdom and expert management techniques to the Home Office.
Where else in this world can you find a mental health service that goes out into the community assisting the deranged to carry out murder? It should be no surprise that these people are so clueless that they release the deranged under their care in hospitals to go out into the community to kill. One must think that they are disappointed that they cannot come along and help out with the murders at hand.
The real question here is whether the mental health professional should be released into the community?

Killer's psychiatric care panned

The killing of a man by a violent paranoid schizophrenic was the result of "an appalling catalogue of errors", health bosses have admitted.
John Barrett repeatedly stabbed Denis Finnegan, 50, as he cycled in Richmond Park, south-west London, in 2004.
Poor communication and a lack of monitoring contributed to his escape from Springfield Hospital in Tooting, south London, according to a report.
Barrett pleaded guilty to manslaughter and was jailed for life in March 2005.
He had absconded from hospital the night before the killing in September 2004.
'Seriously flawed'
Barrett had been granted an hour's "ground leave" from the Shaftesbury Clinic, a secure unit within the hospital, but failed to return.
The decision to give him that freedom by consultant psychiatrist Dr Gill Mezey was described by the inquiry as "seriously flawed".
On leaving the hospital, 43-year-old Barrett bought numerous kitchen knives, took a taxi to Richmond Park and repeatedly stabbed Mr Finnegan, because he said he heard voices commanding him to kill.

The inquiry, commissioned by the South West London Strategic Health Authority, was chaired by mental health solicitor Robert Robinson.
The finding said: "We do not say it was predictable that John Barrett would experience command hallucinations telling him to kill, but the risk of serious violence associated with deterioration in his mental state was known.
